collagen supplement and after 8 weeks they took a biopsy of the skin of the subjects in the study and found an increase in the amount of procollagen in the skin in 2021 there was a metaanalysis of over 1,00 people who took 90 days of a hydroly collagen supplement a metaanalysis is an accumulation of several studies put together so that they have more power to the combined studies and they found that there was a significant Improvement in wrinkles hydration and skin elasticity in those subjects who took a hydrolyzed collagen supplement and in 2023 there was another
metaanalysis of over 1700 participants who took hydrolyzed collagen supplements and found a significant increase in the hydration of the skin and the elasticity of the skin afterwards now I know there are a lot of doctors who will tell you that hydrolized collagen supplements are a waste of money that they don't work but the fact is the science has proven them wrong hydroly collagen ments do work and if you want to improve your skin by taking a hydrolyzed collagen supplement it can definitely help now other than collagen what other supplements do I recommend that you take
