a couple minutes so first realize that the vast majority of you do not have gynecomastia the medical condition but that doesn't mean that your hormones aren't working against you creating a barrier that makes it much harder to lose chest fat and much easier to store it that's why it's necessary to address hormones like testosterone and estrogen both of these play an important role in regulating body fat distribution if you have an imbalance where your estrogen levels are relatively higher and testosterone levels are lower it can contribute to the development of excess breast tissue in men

same time you don't really care for carbs like bread pasta and rice well then the keto diet may be the ideal plan for you if if on the other hand you can't picture yourself sticking to a diet without carbs well then a carb cycling diet gives you the opportunity to reload on hundreds of grams of carbohydrates every couple days if you want a diet with total flexibility to even incorporate junk food like ice cream and you intend to track your calories each day then an If It Fits your Macros plan can be the best option

you train your chest you can get started with a simple rep range of 6 to 10 reps simply follow the rule of upping your weight each time you hit 10 reps and lower the weight if you can't complete six reps you should also of course have days where you train the other muscles in your body like your back your legs and your core because not only will it help you look more proportional and fit but it'll also prevent muscle loss and slow downs in your metabolism as you reduce your calories in total you should weight
train at least three times a week if you hate exercising or you only have 3 days a week to commit to lifting weights then you should do three full body sessions each week if you can commit to four days a week then you can alternate between upper body where you hit your chest shoulders triceps back and biceps and then Target your legs with abs at the end of your session on your lower body day and if you like exercising and want to do five or six days a week you can break down your routine further
by doing abs and arms on a separate day all of these workout splits can work well you just have to make sure that you're consistent and always trying to increase the amount of weight you can lift finally the last tip that'll help you improve the appearance of your chest instantly is related to your posture by pulling your shoulders back and pushing the lower part of your sternum forward you actually spread the surface area of your chest out this makes your pecs look Tighter and less baggy while also improving your overall body image and confidence you'll
