that we do not care I'm here to tell you right now we don't care let me tell let me tell you a dream girl for men we care about becoming a dream girl for ourselves iin [ __ ] nigin got me FYI you guys need to ignore my hair because the evil hairdresser in Dubai butchered my hair and I just got a fixed and guess what it was so bad my hairdresser in Australia couldn't even properly fix it he's like we need to just let it grow out so luckily though I am a dream girl
and a bad haircut isn't going to bring me down she needs to try harder there are 3 and a half months until the end of the year is finished which means you actually have an eternity to become your dream girl because we're no we're no longer worrying about how long it takes us to achieve something you know why because curating the person you want to be the person you want to become it is a journey okay it's not something that can be done in 3 months maybe we can achieve a physical goow up quite fast
but ultimately the woman of your dreams or the man of your dreams you whoever whoever is watching this it is going to be a lifelong curation process 3 months the end of the year we don't care for this specific video maybe for another one of my videos we're going to Care step number one you actually need to really figure out what does your dream person look like I want you to draw on a piece of paper or whiteboard you right now and then who you want to be and on the outside of these little images
cuz we're doing a visualization process you're going to write down everything that you think you're doing wrong okay and then you're going to do everything your dream girl does right for example maybe the dream person who you want to be they wake up at 7:00 a.m. what time do you wake up 10: a.m. they go to the gym you go to the gym once every two weeks they have self-respect and boundaries they are actively achieving their goals you are scrolling on Tik Tok for 20 hours a day cuz we need to figure out the Practical
steps and measures we can do to go from A to B A current state B future State and it's important that we actually can embody this along the way it's not just about habits okay I mean habits yes they get to where we want to go but think about your mentality as well how are you thinking for the past couple of months and I'll make a video on this I have been very depressed this year and we're talking astrologically it's because this is meant to be a very deep healing year for me of a lot
of inner work and that was all coming to the surface and there have been times where I was so depressed I couldn't do anything and I found that when I would exit these periods of depression my I became so afraid of re-entering that that depression phase that I was just in this constant low vibration of being afraid therefore dragging me back energetically into that depressed state and I had to really clock myself and be like you are acting like a victim here because suddenly you know if you're depressed the world is like coated in a
shade of gray every opportunity looks like a bad thing or you'll find a way to make it not a positive thing and I had to really clock myself so think about how is your mindset right now and you know as someone who's always had a good mindset it didn't even occur to me that I was doing this cuz I'm like oh I've always had a good mindset until I wrote everything out and I had to be like dude you are acting like a loser victim right now it and I actually did this whole process in
the past couple of days and I managed to really exit this state energetically and now I'm in a much better place and I'm actually stable and I feel entirely aligned with the future and where I'm going so sometimes we need to clock ourselves step two stop putting so much attention onto other people things that are taking up your time so we're going to do another visualization process where is your time going there was a period where a lot of my mental energy was actually being siphoned Away by just thinking about things that have not happened
yet or things I was worried about and also people who ID formed these energetic attachments to I could not let go of them didn't even know that they were taking up so much mental space until I did some Meditation Retreat and I'm like damn like why do they keep coming up for me and I had to really burn that energetic cord later on you need to have a clear outline of where is your attention going or attention goes energy flows we need to free up a lot of your energy to keep it to yourself so
it's not being siphoned Away by energy vampires people who don't deserve it and things that just aren't productive to you this is my new term energy Vortex you need to get into your own energetic Vortex and exit other people's energetic vortex SE what does that mean if you are for example obsessed with a man and you're not obsessed with yourself you exist in his energetic Vortex because your life now revolves around them whether you know it or not you wake up Instagram did you post a story let me check his following what is he doing
you are in his Vortex you giving him your energy you need to actually remove yourself from his energetic Vortex and get into your own step number three what are the subconscious things deep L rooted in you which are preventing you from success or becoming this dream girl now you might be thinking uh I don't have any subconscious blocks it's not true because if you didn't have them you would actually already be your dream girl what do I mean by this we don't even know that our subconscious is preventing us from getting us to where we
want to be for example you've been hearing a lot about the fear of being seen that is your subconscious protecting you actually Because deep down you don't want to be seen because you're for example I'm afraid of being judged I'm not putting content online because oh perhaps I'm worried that my life actually does change and I'm really afraid to let go of this current life but then you might think well that's not true why I don't like my current life otherwise I wouldn't be watching this video of course I want to change the subconscious is
a vast place and it's called the subconscious because it is unconscious we don't know what we're thinking so there is an exercise you can do imagine and know that everything you want is coming because it will inevitably but imagine it comes in the next month how will you feel about it knowing that it's actually going to come and pick like a scenario in this dream person's life okay it has to be a scenario that is very different from now I'll give you an example you want to be a famous Hollywood actress your subconscious has already
said okay this would probably take me like you know 5 years to achieve and so far in the future and I doubt right now you are acting like that Hollywood actress that Hollywood actress is red carpet ready all the time they are they probably got veneers so they look good on camera you know blah blah blah blah blah they got media training what happens now if you imagine in one week you have a red carpet event you suddenly jumped into that person's life and you were present you that's when your fears are going to come
up so you need to identify what those subconscious fears are and then worked or overwrite it for me I was stuck in my current reality for a while because I was so afraid deep down of getting exactly what I wanted and when the thing I wanted would come into my life I would sabotage it because I felt unworthy and undeserving and it sounds so silly right oh if we want it why would we sabotage it is the unconscious and as K Yung says if we don't know our unconscious mind it's going to rule our life
and I made a shadow Work video on this you need to overcome that block you guys step number four think about the in your life the dream version of you is not going to tolerate for example there might be people in your life who you give energy to you can't tolerate them maybe this person they're a bit of a wishy-washy friend and they really shouldn't be in your life you got to identify that cut them out maybe the dream version of you would never ever tolerate how undisciplined you are or your mindset you need to
clock these things make a list and get rid of it maybe the dream version of you doesn't like the fact that you wear cheap clothing because it's bad for your skin clock that clocked step five how does a dream version of you think and act for example maybe you have terrible posture the dream version of you would never accept that in fact my posture is always so straight that if I was hunched over I would be highly embarrassed it's just it's not going to happen for me it's not going to happen you're not going to
see me hunched over unless I'm sick and even when I'm sick I'm actually still like very straight cuz it's a part of my identity now what is your dream person's identity how does she think how does she act how does she feel how does she move throughout the world how does she see the world this can go into another point in order to shift yourself into that reality get rid of the clothes the dream version of you wouldn't wear there are just things in my wardrobe that I would never wear today in fact I would
say I'm pretty much my dream girl minus a couple of things you need to set boundaries for yourself and for others what does a boundary within yourself look like if you say I'm not going to go on my phone past 7:00 and you go on your phone past 7:00 you broke that boundary with yourself if you say I'm going to stop entertaining thoughts of this guy and you entertain the thought you've already broken that boundary it's a lot easier said than done and boundaries with other people you need to set them I'm someone who lacked
a lot of boundaries actually with other people because I was so chronically in this I want to make everyone happy State and the only thing that does is Drive energy away from you it siphons it away from you and and as you can see there's a theme in this video and it's energy we need to have our own energy okay and we need the energy to be on ourselves we can't have other things siphoning it away you need to protect your energy and your peace during a time of self-development and in general you also should
try to upgrade your environment in order to shift these stagnant or bad energies which means clean Sage get rid of things that you don't need you know maybe become a little bit more minimalistic what does that person in the future do you know does she have a messy room does she have like all these random objects lying around if your dream person is flying around the world is she going to have a curated wardrobe that she can quickly take and pack so she knows she's going to look put together no matter what or is she
going to have like a messy wardrobe with so many things that she can't even find what she wants to wear create spiritually infused rituals all religious you know if you're religious I think praying is amazing what this means is to always carry intention to everything you do even drinking this cup of tea I can set an intention every sip I take of this tea I'm becoming more peaceful and richer and it might sound silly to you but everything's energy and in a world where our energy is scattered our Focus attention is everywhere there is so
much power in bringing it to the present moment and on what you're doing now you've identified everything else and you figured out you need to figure out the steps that would take from A to B okay once you've done that you can set your smart goals smart goals you probably learned in school specific measurable attainable relevant and time based but you want to have these small goals broken up which you know will eventually get you to be and finally you need to hold yourself accountable and you need to be graceful towards yourself as I said
earlier in the video this is probably going to be a very long process we are constantly cultivating who we are and you not be your dream girl right now but that doesn't make you worthless I know I probably use like loser in the title or the thumbnail but no like you're not a loser unless you're actually doing nothing sometimes even I clock myself I'm like you're being a loser right now when I was in my Victim mode I was like [ __ ] I'm like you're actually a loser right now I'm a winner today don't
