"Don't Forget Who You Are?" - Bishop TD Jakes ( Full Sermon

well I'm used to Dr tutman thanking me for the privilege of inviting him to speak but now I got to learn how to switch it around and do it the other way thank you for inviting me to preach and to speak this morning at your illustrious congregation it is just a blessing and an honor to have the privilege of being here come on give it up for this great house of worship come on this great house of worship this this is a great house of worship this is a great house of worship I don't care

whether you've been here 10 years or you just been here 10 minutes this is a great house of worship you can clap in here you can run in here you can cry in here you can weep in here you can have an encounter with God in this place shout yes somebody [Applause] [Music] God my God I feel something in the room already stand on your feet let me read this Bible right quick cuz I can be I get excited when I read the word we're going to be in the go we're going to be in

the Book of Ruth almost almost the gospel of Ruth we're going to be in the Book of Ruth chapter 1 verse 18-22 just a fragment a morsel a moment a beat a whole note in The Melody of God it is in Ruth 1 verse 18-22 that we extrapolate the fragment of a text that we might better understand what the holy spirit is saying to the church we will not be teaching just for your intellectual stimulation or your emotional response but that you might have an answer from God to the things you are confronting in this

season and in this moment that you might hear what the spirit of the Lord is saying to the church and thereby be transformed from Faith to Faith and from glory to glory in the middle of Naomi's trip back home she is trying to discard herself from where she was so that she can go back to where she started when she saw that she was steadfastly minded to go with her talking about Ruth then she left speaking unto her ain't no need to keep trying to tell somebody something that they not going to do she just

shut up went on come on some of y'all got that in your own house right now you just you you just shut up how you doing fine so she stopped speaking to her so they too went until so they came to Bethlehem I wish I had time to play with that so they too is a is a phrase that you see over and over and over together whether you're talking about Abraham or Isaac or Paul or Timothy so they too so they too there's a power of two so they two went on together God will

not leave you without someone to connect with who gets what you feel so they too so they too went until they came to Beth Bethlehem and it came to pass when they were Come to Bethlehem that all the city was moved about them and they said is this Naomi and she said unto them call me not Naomi call me Mara now Naomi means my joy so somebody had bounced her in the crib and called her my joy but she says don't call me that anymore call me Mara which means sorrow I didn't end up like

I started I started out with great joy and I am now in great pain and she says don't call me Naomi anymore call me tomorrow for the almighty has dealt very bitterly with me I went out full and the Lord have brought me home again empty when they call ye me Naomi seeing the Lord has testified fight against me and the almighty has Afflicted me she mad at God she mad at everybody so Naomi returned and Ruth the moabitas they always tell you who Ruth is they never just mention her name without you understanding that

she has crossed the line that she is a moritis means that she is an idolatrous that she is a gentile and she has had to cross the line to make the journey she she has to be transformed in route she has to denounce her gods and embrace naom is God and she is converted by a woman who is going through chaos is't it funny how God will use you the best at the worst moments of your life now we is sitting up here fussing about God he had dealt bitterly with me and all the while

here's Ruth right behind her saying thy God should be my God thy people my people and where thou dwellest I will dwell he teach she's being converted on the journey renouncing her idolatry but she could not renounce the stigma there's a difference between a stigma and a stain the stain can be washed away but people will still have a stigma oh y'all don't y'all don't hear what I'm talking about and so so they they they they are going through this together and they've come down to this point and and and so Naomi returned and Ruth

the moabit as her daughter-in-law with her which returned out of the country of Moab and they came to Bethlehem watch this closely in the beginning of barley Harvest can you say amen amen I want to spend a few moments in the word my subject is simple and I want you to say it to everybody around you everybody around you the people you like the people you don't know the people who are having a bad hair day the people who who don't have their weave glued in right I want you I want you to get the

baldheaded people and the bushy people with the ponytails on top I want you to tell everybody you can reach don't for forget who you are you are don't forget don't forget who you are don't forget who you are don't let nobody say anything that make you forget who you are don't let nobody do anything that makes you forget who you are don't let nobody roll their eyes and make you forget who you are don't let nobody try to stare you down and make you forget who you are this has to come from within you don't

forget who you are one more time you may be seated Spirit of the Living God Falls fresh on the word while it's being preached I believe if for miracles and healings and deliverances and breakthroughs and touches and hopes and help and Grace in Jesus name we pray amen well let's go to work I was uh taking my son my youngest son I had five children I was taking my son to drop him off at College my baby boy and he was getting ready to get out the car at that time in Chicago he was studying

a classical pianoo in Chicago and before he ended up in Los Angeles uh finishing up his agree and uh he'd never been away from home and he's the baby of the family and since he's not here I'll go ahead and tell you he's a little spoil edit that out the taper I don't want to have to answer for that when I get home uh and just as he was getting out of the car I said Dexter he said what Daddy I said don't you forget who you are I didn't send you up here to find

out who you are [Applause] I didn't send you to take a course or devise a curriculum or go online and do a seminar or a webinar to find out who you are I want you to know who you are and don't forget it because life has a way of making you forget who you are I was uh coming down the road this morning and I was coming down with one of my other Sons at Florida has St aan would you stand for a minute amen amen so give out the praise came over my house told

me he had got a good job I said you got a good job up here y'all still won we we don't have no ocean I think that's why we lost uh and one of my other Sons y'all stole Calvin he would you stand give God a praise for him he came to interview me when I first started pastoring did the interview and ended up joining my church you know how you do when you do an interview with an interviewer you never know what the Pres is going to say so I had my guard up my

shield a rubber band a pocket knife a switchblade and some bubblegum and some elephant glue in case it went bad and he ended up joining my church and stayed in my church till he came down here and text me said I heard you going to be in my area glad to have all of you all the pastors all the elders I just want to say that don't forget who you are what's a loaded statement I am sending you here to get information not indoctrination I want you to understand the difference between the two and just

because they said it doesn't make it so you have to have a clear perspective of who you are you we got to stop sending our children to be told who they are by strangers our tradition our heritage is to verbalize to tell to talk to teach to tell our stories over and over again all down through time and antiquity ities of History we have always conveyed our history by oral tradition very seldom by written tradition our stories passed down for Generations that means that it is incumbent upon the older generation to impart to the Next

Generation a clear understanding of who you are not that you're going to be a cheap copy of a great original I don't want you to be a duplication of me I want you to be who you are and as a part of is shaping clay two different elements working together on a spinning wheel on a spinning wheel he works his magic on a spinning wheel until he shapes the vessel from a lump of clay into a vessel of Art and it all happens in the spin somebody say it all happens in the spin you must

understand that your God is a moving God from the very beginning when the spirit of the Lord moved across the face of the deep to the last chapter in the Bible even so come Lord Jesus God is always moving he's not stagnant he's not he's not a statue he is always on the move he is moving he is moving when I was in Jerusalem around the Wailing Wall I noticed that all of the Jews that were gathered around the Wailing Wall they would stand at the Wailing Wall and c and they would rock back and

forth so I asked the rabbis I said' why do you rock when you stand by the wall he said because we believe that our God is a moving God and in order to be able to connect with him we have to catch his rhythm so think with me then for a moment that God has a rhythm God has a rhythm and every rhythm is not the same there are syncopated beats there are traditional beats there are onbeat offbeat one and three two and four different levels of Beats Our God has a rhythm everything he created

has a rhythm and anytime the rhythm is broken the health is compromised the first thing they do when they begin to take your vital signs in the emergency room is to check your blood pressure because they're trying to get your Rhythm because your circulatory system has a rhythm it has a flow or they they'll feel your pulse or even your ankle because the same beat in your pulse should be in your ankle the correlation of that beat determines the health of the body because God has a rhythm God is a rhythmatic god he has a

rhythm whereby he does all things he creates everything in rhythm in systems in Cycles in circles he creates the flow that's why he created the woman last because he wanted to collaborate with her through a cycle in creation that causes a rhythm and in the old days people would count the Rhythm More than they would count anything else because the Rhythm would let you know where you were or whether whether the seed had been caught because the only thing that changes the Rhythm is a seed being CAU I'm I'm already preaching better than you shouting

you you you you you have to understand that life has a rhythm that life has a rhythm this is important and you can almost feel the rhythm in this text there's a rhythm in this text there's a rhythm in your life don't make all your decisions in the morning because what what you think about something at 20 is not going to be what you think about it at 40 and what you think about at 40 is not going to be how you see it at 60 so you can make a decision at 20 that messes

up your 60 because you're caught in a cycle and you're caught in a rhythm and you made it with a blind spot and it was true when you thought it but it wasn't true when it happened I can't help but see I'm almost distracted from the text by the rhythm of the text itself you see 10 years ago Naomi had gone from Bethlehem which means House of Bread but it was in a famine and it was in a famine and she had gone to Moab and 10 years later she's coming back she has gone full

circle she has gone full circle she has gone in a rhythm of life and what was true when she started isn't true right now now and if you look at your own life what was true when you started might not be true right now don't look at your spouse just keep looking straight ahead life has a rhythm you think certain things I want to live over here I want this kind of degree I want to work in this field then you end up working in an area that doesn't have anything to do with what you

went to school about can I get a witness in here cuz Come on talk to me cuz what you thought at 18 might not be what you think at 25 and you got to give yourself room to move to vacillate to vibrate to change direction to get a new pulse to get a new beat and stop hanging around people who can't deal with your [Applause] pulse you you need likeminded people you need people who catch your vision you need people who understand your flow and even if they don't understand you you got to know your

Rhythm you got to know that it's time for you to move it's time for you to make a change it's time for you to do something different I for one am tired of trying to just stand up and be what other people expect me to be at the expense of being myself I would rather have you ticked off with me because I refuse to live like you think I ought to live where what you think I where I'm going be my I'm going be my own person I'm and if you're going to rock with me

you going to have to catch my rhythm if you going if you going to rock with me if you going to rock with me you got to catch my rhythm as soon as I figure out that you can't keep the beat we got to go separate ways cuz I'm too old to change my rhythm I got a flow going now I got a flow going and everything happens through a rhythm we give birth through a rhythm we give life through a rhythm we get puled through a rhythm we get heart rates through a rhythm we

walk in a rhythm we move in a flow we were created to be like our God who has a rhythm he's a rhythmatic God if he's a god he's a wheel in the middle of a wheel before there was an automobile before there was a Tesla before there was a Ford before there was General Motors before there was anything like that God created the rolling of a wheel in the middle of a wheel A Wheel in the middle of a wheel is God showing you his rhythm understand this if you open up the old timing

watch not the new digital watch you open it up you will see a bunch of Wheels inside the watch because the Turning of the wheels determines time every second is a turn every minute is a turn Every Beat is a turn every day is a turn all they did was imitate what God put into the Universe when he said let there be light and there was light and all of a sudden he caused the sun to shine he caused the moon to burn he caused the Stars to ignite because God is a god of Rhythm

and what they saw in the heavens they put on your wrist and made it a watch so that you could keep time so that you could know God's Rhythm so that you could move When God Says move so that you could be still When God Says be still so that you can hold your PE PE sometime so that you can speak your mind sometime and if you don't pray nothing else today it ought to be God give me your Rhythm let me know when to go to Moab and let me know when to come out

let me know when to weep and let me know when to laugh let me know when to walk away and we are catching this text and it's come full circle and it's got a rhythm it's got a rotation it's got a a Stratosphere of function a flow that causes it to move in a syncopated way between this old woman and this young girl there is a rhythm there is a rhythm there's always a rhythm a rhythm you can't have nobody walking with you that can't get your Rhythm you can't be with me if you don't

have my rhythm I'm not just talking about marriage and weddings and that too but I'm also talking about working and creation and leading and developing you got to find people I worry less about your degree and more about your Rhythm cuz I've seen smart people that were monuments and not movements and they lost their Rhythm Is there anybody here that understands what I'm talking about a degree doesn't mean you got a rhythm you got to find a friend that got your Rhythm you got to find somebody who got your flow who feels what you feel

who knows what you mean when you say Harry this has got to be done quick your idea hurry and my idea hurry might be two different things I got to find somebody that's got my rhythm or you cannot go with me Naomi says stay on back with Ora and going back to Moab and don't worry about it don't worry about anything you stay where you are but rof said as the Lord liveth I will not leave thee cuz I've got your Rhythm I got your Rhythm th God should be my my God thy people shall

be my people where thou dwellest I will dwell and where thou dest I will die but she was talking to Naomi who had left Bethlehem with IMC and two sons and over the seasons she had lost all three of them it's one thing to lose your spouse it's another thing to lose your child life brings loss we don't talk to you about it in church cuz it it do get it gets the kind of reaction you just gave me life brings loss because if you don't have loss you can't have increase loss is how you

make space for what God is about to do next in your life Paul said they came out from us that they might be made manifest that they were not of us for had they been of us no doubt they would have continued with us and everybody leaving Ain't a Bad Thing stop grabbing people by the back of their skirt trying to hold on to them trying to make them stay and trying to get them to do and try to get them to Love sometimes you got to let them go go through the pain get over

it and going about your business everybody leaving in a bad thing or went back it was good for Ora to go back cuz she didn't have the Rhythm she didn't have the flow Ruth couldn't go back because she was so full of Naomi's Rhythm that she had to go forward everybody who can leave you will leave you let them go so that the people that can get your Rhythm can find their place and move into their capacity and begin to flow and stop crying on the side of the bed God told me this is the

last night I want to see you sitting on the side of the bed crying about who left you he said I want you to get over it because all I'm doing is making space to open up the windows of heaven and pull you out of blessing you won't have room enough to receive oh I felt that that just hit somebody that just hit somebody God is making space for what he's about to do in your life glory to God so or has got to go she got to go she's got to go we've been close

but you got to go you had you married one of my sons but you got to go we grieved around the tomb but you got to go go back to your people your people your Rhythm have you ever noticed people that were really educated but they would still getet on oh you're not going to talk to me where my real people at where my real people at got more degrees than a thermometer but when they get to talk and they go hood on you so fast it will blow your mind poping the neck and they

got the degree enough to have the position but they don't have the Rhythm they don't have the Rhythm they don't have the flow they don't have the the technique they don't have the beat that it's got to have a beat it's got to have a beat to it success has a beat to it success has a rhythm to it Miracles have a rhythm to it the anointing has a rhythm to it when you see God moving in the tops of the trees go for it because God has a rhythm our God is a god of

Rhythm everything in its own time in its own season in its own Rhythm God has a rhythm you prayed for it and thought it ought to be there on Tuesday here it is Thursday and hadn't come yet but God is never late if it don't get there till Saturday morning God's got a rhythm I wish somebody was in here who understood the rhythm of God have you ever seen God wait years in your life to put you in the right place at the right time with the right people with the right mentality Hallelujah you've been

trying to do everything by yourself you better learn how to get with other people and get the Rhythm there's a rhythm there's a rhythm there's a rhythm and the go up together you've been trying to go up by yourself but you need somebody with you to go up with you so that you can catch the Rhythm touch your neighbor and say catch the Rhythm catch the you got to catch the Rhythm you got to catch the Rhythm you got to catch the Rhythm you can't just hang around employees and think like entrepreneurs you can't come

on talk to me you can't run with janitors and think like CEOs to be in the room with somebody that's got your Rhythm stops you from doubting yourself thinking you're crazy thinking you lost your mind people laughing at your dream cuz they don't have your Rhythm Joseph had a rhythm none of the other brothers had the Rhythm but Joseph had the Rhythm when you have a rhythm and other people don't they'll try to kill you out of embarrassment because they don't like the Rhythm but somebody somebody's in here who's got a rhythm I don't know

who it is I don't know why God's got me here on a Sunday morning I'm not thrown away I'm not I'm not somebody who don't have a place that I can preach but I'm On Assignment this morning to explain to you they left you cuz they couldn't keep up they didn't have your Rhythm they didn't have your flow stop being mad stop being angry stop being bitter forgive them they couldn't keep up with their flow you got a rhythm you're headed somewhere you got an appointment with Destiny you got a destiny to still and you're

running out of time and the wheels are turning and if you're going to get there you're going to have to hurry up and don't you forget who you are you you you you got to get where you got to get when you got to get there cuz God's getting ready to do something and where are my destiny people I want to preach to some Destiny people I want to preach to some Destiny people tell your neighbor and say I got to go I you stay here if you want to but I got to go you

laugh at me but I got to go I got a rhythm to keep up I can feel the rhythm of the Holy Ghost I can feel the moving of the spirit I can feel the unction of the Holy Spirit and you got my rhythm you can go with me I don't care how you wear your hair I don't care what kind of shoes you got on I don't care what you look like or how many teeth you got if you got my rhythm you can ride with me you can rock with me you can move

with me you can blowing me oh my God I feel something about to happen in this place I don't even know who I'm talking to but your problem is you're so busy trying to help other people that you hire people who wait you down and you can't get the business off the ground because you're making business decisions from a church [Applause] place I appreciate the fact that you paid my rent 30 years ago but that doesn't mean that you're going to get a job I appreciate the fact that you was nice to your Grandmama knew

my Grandmama that don't mean we going to get a job I appreciate the fact that we went to the same school that don't mean we going to get a job you got to have a rhythm you got to have a rhythm cuz what God is about to do is so amazing that we got to be there by a certain time we got to get there by a certain time look at your neighbor how in hurry I got to get there by a certain time I have an appointment with Destiny I have an appointment with healing

I have an appointment with Glory I have an appointment and if you're not going to help me please don't hinder me I got to get there I got to get there my hair is getting gray I got to get there my back is getting stiff if it's going to happen it's got to go ahead and happen cuz I got to get there I can't let you stop me I've got a rhythm [Applause] Naomi had lost her husband immc it's Unthinkable to me I've been married 43 years it's Unthinkable to me what kind of pain that

must be like to live with somebody for almost 50 years and lose them she had lost eliminate and she had lost two sons it's disheartening it's heartbreaking it's terrible and it's especially terrible for a woman because you knew that boy before he knew himself yes you talked to him in your womb you shared your lunch with him you shared your flesh with him you shared your trauma with him she had lost her sons but she had not lost her Rhythm so it is possible to have rhythm and lose relationship with yourself y'all didn't get that

that went right over your head I saw it it got caught in your hat back there it's back in your hat right there right there it it is possible to not lose your Rhythm but to lose your relationship with yourself it doesn't matter what they say about her this is not a a message about haters this is not about people who threw you in the pit and left you for dead this is about how you see yourself I don't care how you see me I want you to like me but I'll be okay if you

don't I be [Applause] because ultimately it is not what you say about me that does the most damage it's what I say about me that does the most damage I can hang up on you I can block you I can disconnect you I can ignore you I can give you and and the ation is over but it is hard to say to yourself talk to the hand when it's your hand and Naomi has talked to herself till she has talked herself out of her identity and your strength is always in Your Truth oh this is

so good your strength is always in your truth it's in your identity it's it it's what God called you and agreeing with what God called you irrespective of the Season what I am trying to to to walk upon on creep on crawl on is the fact you can't change your name because you changed your season watch me watch me watch me I'm going somewhere you you don't want to miss this you'll get in a season and want to rename yourself because the season cost you so much now everybody's not going to get this cuz you

haven't been through enough to understand what this like but somebody you can lose so much in a season that if you're not careful you will lose your identity it will be identity the they'll come in and take your identity away from you they say they can take your identity and you don't even know they took it and sell your house while you sleep in your bed and you wake up in the morning and you got to get it cuz somebody stole your identity but don't let it be you don't rename yourself don't you forget who

you are don't fool around and give up on being Naomi because you are bitter over what is just a season and it might be five ladies and a goat but for them six people that are in six beings that are in the room I have come to tell you something it's just a season no no no no no it's a hard season it's it's it's a morbid season season it's a painful season it's a discouraging season it's hard to take it in this season you will cry in this season you will curl up in a

knot and scream in this season but it is just it's a season it's a season who am I preaching to this morning I don't know who it is but I'm talking to somebody who's been through a real rough season you don't even recognize the season you're in you have never seen a season like this in your life you don't even know how to fight the season that you're in everything is topsy tur everything you thought was this way is that way you questioning your friends your relatives your cousin and your Aunt Lulu because you're in

a season a season a painful season and it's a victory for you to be here this morning just to be in the building is a victory because if the devil had his way you wouldn't even be in the building but because God had a plan for your life some kind of way you survive some of you walked out some of you ran out some of you crawled out some of you came out on your knees some of you had to come out on your belly but you came out your hair is messed up but you

came out you not even worried about what you got on but you came out you don't care how your hair is fixed but you came out because this is an emergency and all you want to do is get out of it the girl beside you want to be cute but you want to get out of it if I have to come out and not be cute I still want to come out if I have to come out with no hair on my head I still want to come out because I got a feeling that God

is not through with me yet and that something is going to happen in my life that's going to turn it around and right now it don't make no sense and I don't understand understanding why it's happening and it broke my heart into tiny little pieces but I believe I'll run on and see what the end is going to be because sooner or later God's going to make sense out of this madness in my life sooner or later God's going to give me Beauty for Ashes sooner or later God's going to give me the Garment of

Praise for the spirit of Heaven as soon or later God's going to turn my morning into dancing and if you think I dance my last dance you are out of your mind because God's going to give me my dance B and God's going to give me my joy back and God's going to give me my happiness back the Devil is a Lie I say no to every devil who told me it would never get better I say no to to every devil that told me that my best days are behind me I say no to

every devil that says I'll never get out of this again I say no to every devil that told me my past has destroyed my future I say no to every devil that spoke to me and said I won't get up again I don't know when I don't know how I don't know who God going to use he may use a moabit he may use an enemy he may use somebody I have nothing else in common with but God is going to get me a blessing because the Bible said that I must have an expected end

but what do you expect if you stay bitter if you stay angry why did you get divorced if you're going to still be mad [Applause] we got some stuff to leave behind this Sunday morning we're going to leave it behind everything that was weighing us down we're going to leave it behind everything that was halfhearted half-minded half loving half supporting we're going to leave it behind I want you to turn around and wave byebye and telling you got got to go you're behind me because there's something in front of me that's better than what was

behind me I want 30 seconds of Crazy Praise to break out in this house I feel the anointing of the Holy Ghost in This Place uh the spirit of the Living God is in this place uh somebody's Miracle is in this place uh you you been bitter you've been hurt you've been angry you've been mad but you still got an appointment to keep don't you forget who you are just because they turned their back on you don't you forget who you are and start telling yourself a lie about yourself the Devil is a Lie you

still going to bring joy you still going to bring life you're still going to bring power you're still going to get the victory in fact the Bible said I'm going to prepare a table before you in the presence of your enemies and the reason I didn't kill your enemy is so they could watch you [Music] eat I want them to watch you eat I want them to watch you sit up and die I'm about to serve you a seven course meal and let them watch you eat and you're mad at me cuz I didn't kill

your enemy I want them to be a witness to the blessing that I had for you that your Latter Day shall be greater than your former day and I don't know who I'm preaching to but God is about to turn things around uh in your life and if I'm talking right to you I know it looks silly but just turn right around and say my life is about to turn around I've cried I've suffered I've labored I've done without I've denied myself I put everybody in front of me but God is about to turn my

life around I gave more than I got back I was better to people than they were to me but God is about to turn my life around I'm headed to a place of blessings I'm headed to a place of bounty I'm headed to a place of bread uh I'm headed to a place where God is going to open up the windows of heaven and pull me out of blessing I won't have room enough to receive and take your last look at me because you will never never see this me again I put on a new

garment I'm changing my attitude I'm changing my disposition look at your D and say last look before I change back into Who I Really Am last look before I get healing in my body last look before you find out what I already knew about myself last look before I go to go from blaming God to blessing God I'm getting ready to bless God for something that hadn't even happened yet I'm getting ready to bless God cuz I'm on the verge of something better I'm getting ready to bless God because I've been so busy looking back

that I didn't look ahead and I tell you what God has in front of you is better than what you left behind if this is your word this Sunday morning I want you to take some kind of way any kind of way you feel it and give God a praise and let him know in the balcony I know you're talking to me I know you're talking to me I know you're talking to me I prayed yesterday you answered me today you're about to do a new thing in my life and when I think of the

goodness of Jesus and all that is done for me I'm not waiting on you to praise him my soul Cries Out hallelujah thank you Lord for saving me anybody else would have lost their mind anybody else would have blew their brains out anybody else would have had a nervous breakdown but the devil is a liar now under him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above exceedingly abundantly above exceedingly abundantly above what I'm trying to tell you is what God has for you is so much bigger than everything you went through you going to say

Bread now she left the house of bread because it was in a season of famine that's why she left 10 years ago cuz the House of Bread had lost his bread and in that Seas season she made a decision over something that was just a season don't you leave him over no season don't walk away from her over no season I know her Mouse is smart she talking back to you but wait a minute you may be walking away from the child that's going to pass you water when when you die don't walk away I'm

almost there I would have fainted had not I believed to see the goodness of the Lord in the the land of the living in other words I kept moving cuz I kept telling myself if I can but touch the H of His Garment I will be [Music] healed just I just believe that it's going to happen to me by the time they got to Bethlehem the seasons had changed what was a famine is now filled with bread sir so the writer says I'm almost done but the writer says that they got there in the time

and the season of the Harvest of the barley seed y'all didn't hear what I said the place that they left cuz it was in a season of famine is now in a season of harvest I don't know who I'm preaching to I don't know who I'm talking to but she could have stayed yes sir she could have stayed in Bethlehem she left over a season yeah she left over a season now she's bitter over a season and she had to go full circle to come back into the blessing that God had prepared for her let

me tell you something I'm almost done the enemy is trying to move you from your blessing trying to move you from your blessing because you're in a season and in a season you'll get bitter H oh my God in a season in a season it'll mess with who you are it'll get you out of character it'll make you say stuff to people that people don't know that you say cuz you caught me in the wrong season but if I have stayed in Bethlehem through the famine it wasn't going to be but a season now she

has to come full circle to come back to what she didn't appreciate before cuz she did not realize that Bethlehem was just going through a season so she got away from their season for famine and lost her season of relationship and by the time she got back it was just a time not for the planting of the barley that would have been good enough but for the [Applause] Harvest if Ruth would a slow her down she'd have missed the Harvest she had to get there in time and the secret to life is to get to

the right place at the right time and the only way you can do that is don't you forget who you are [Applause] hurt but I'm still walking tears in my eyes but I'm still walking lost some friends along the way I'm still walking heart got broken but I'm still walking property was stolen but I'm still walking kids mad at me but I'm still walking parents mad at me but I'm still walking because I believe if I keep on walking I'mma walk into my Harvest is there anybody else in this room that's determined to walk into

your harness they ask me say why are you working with entrepreneurs why are you working because we a lot of us can I say that still got Plantation [Music] mentality we pray for stuff that we secretly hate cuz when we see other people get it we hate on them and God said you're speaking against something you go on it's just that you're speaking about it in a season of bitterness when in fact your name is not Mar your name is now me don't you forget who you are because the enemy is trying all he knows

how to convince you that you're too old it's too late you made too many mistakes God ain't going to do it for you the devil is a [Applause] liar you're not too old you're not too young God is going to do that thing for you now I'm only preaching to people who are ready to give 100% I thought when God had something for me I I could stay in the house with my house slippers on in my Rob and it would come and ring the doorbell but that's not how it works you got to put

some effort into this and some of us have been asking for 100-fold return with 99% energy whatever you give your energy to is what grows in your life if you want to kill it disturb it it a down is on you don't have to have fingerprints on the neck distur it to death what you give your attention to gives its attention back to you are you going to give your attention to what you lost or what you got left Naomi didn't realize that she was the great great grandmother of King David that if she didn't

get Ruth to Bethlehem then the bloodline of Jesus Christ would not have included the Gentiles she didn't realize that Ruth was to birth boy as this child not so she could tell everybody she got married look at my ring but because Boaz was going to be at OED and OED was going to going to beat Jesse and Jesse was going to beat David and Jesus was going to be the son of David and it only happened because they got there in time for the Harvest stand to your feet wonder what's in you that the enemy

would fight you like he does wonder what bitterness has blocked up the womb of your blessing wonder what this little storm I was going to say our nation but the world is in right now unrest everywhere if God didn't have something on the other side that was better wonder how many people in this room it ain't even about you your children and your grandchildren and your great grandchildren are going to be blessed because of you I believe God for a th000 people to S $100 $100 not just dollars it means I'm going to be 100%

committ committed to what's in front of me not what's behind me I'm going to be 100% committed I'm watching online I'm going to be 100% committed to what's in front of me Naomi had no idea in the middle of the road going through a Bad season that she would bring forth Kings n your neighbor say there's Kings in you you got a kingly fight you don't even deserve but the devil knows there's Kings in you the devil knows that business is going to explode no no no no I mean explode it's it's it's it's it's

to go sit down again and it's just 3 minutes against eternity against possibility there's somebody in this room you you have great leadership ability great entrepreneurial ability but you used it in the wrong way now God's going to shift it around there's somebody else in this room you have spent your life making other people look good because you never named yourself who you really are you're the head and not the tail and not not beneath [Applause] anybody I came to to Jesus because amidst all of my filth I knew there was something else in me

and I could never find it on my own am missst all my insecurities imposture syndrome you're not enough you're not good enough you're not tall enough you're not short enough you ain't got no hair what's wrong with you only Jesus could help me find who I was Dexter before I formed thee in the belly I knew Thee I ordained thee to be a prophet unto the Nations I know who you are if you're in this room and you've been mislabeled and even the enemies tried to terminate you before you find out who you really were

life I found my purpose I found my place I found what I was put here to do and that's what I want for you come on today there's 10 more people I wait I'll wait just one minute there are 10 more people in this room that you are really a destiny person person you all tied up right now bitter right now been angry at God everything else but you are a destiny person if you can get the strength to drop that anger God is going to blow your mind if you stop accusing God for what

inreal were hanging out of his body and he could so easily say father forgive them for they know not what they do but then when I realize that he understands every lash was for the healing of our bodies and everything he went through helped to prove who he was then I can say it was good I've been Afflicted it was good you taught me how to stand by myself I thought you were my strength you taught me how to stand by myself you taught me I had more gifts than than I realized I had wonder

what else is in Me God Expos who I am if your hands close your eyes open your heart God expose what my destiny is in this [Music] season in this young season of my life in this senior season of my life that I can still be Naomi and still be useful that my old job is not my last job that I don't have to perform like I used to perform to be who I am God help me to understand and what you have prepared for me to eat in the presence of my enemies I give

my life to you put on my high I give my sins to you I give my failures and flaws my talent energy attention and time I'm going to be a better Steward over the days I got left I'm going to say yes to you God father I pray that the lives up and down these aisles and all across the front of this church would never be the same again that they would find in this place a feeding station for dreaming people and that they would come and get fed and get restored and get renewed I

pray for every business every business owner hold your hand up I pray for every business that no matter what goes on in the economy no matter what goes on in the stock market I pray that God would bless your business to prosper I pray that there would be streams in your desert I pray that God would open doors and ways for you I pray that God would let you make the hookup with the right people at the right time to step into your destiny and into your dream I pray a global blessing on you this
