Good morning, my beloveds. Today is Saturday, May 17, 2025. Today we are going to bring up a very important topic for today.
Although we have already discussed this many times, we still need to understand a little more about karma. Negative karma, obviously, because everything that is an opportunity, everything that happens. .
. Everything that comes through our daily lives is related to experiences, experiences and past lives and also this life, from the day we were born until today. It is the return of the past so that we can do things differently.
Positive karma is the positive experiences, the learning that helps us move forward, to evolve, to progress, to ascension. When we talk about karma, we always think of the negative part, the negative karma. That is why it is still taboo for many people, because talking about karma is almost like bringing up a word of conformity.
You have to conform. It is karma, so there is no way around it. This is my karma and I have to pay it and I have nothing to do.
These experiences from past lives were made for learning, to prepare us for the days to come, the future, and obviously we didn't get it right. Every time we try something, when we get it right and learn, we have positive karma that moves us forward. When we fail, there's a pending issue.
And this pending issue needs to be recovered, updated, adjusted. How many times have I made this comparison? And we're on a road.
A long road, and sometimes we take the wrong path. We need to go back to the point where we took the wrong road and correct the path, the route. The karma that we know is more or less that, a detour at some point on our journey.
But unlike a road, we can't go back to that crossroads and take the right path. But we can use the present moment to correct it. It's as if there were a magic trick that took us back to that crossroads and put us on the right path.
Karma. . .
It's nothing more than the law of return. But the law of return is not the same as the law of a tooth for a tooth, an eye for an eye, as people used to think. If you do something wrong, you will pay with it.
Yes, people are often so malicious, they commit so many atrocities that one day they will have to go through that. But it is an experience that the soul puts on itself when it is on a higher plane, obviously, in the afterlife, and it understands that by going through that situation, it shortens the path to recovery. So it chooses pain and suffering for itself.
But we need to understand that karma is not as hard as it seems. Of course, there are people who take pleasure in evil. We know them, we know, they exist everywhere.
But there are those little things that are second-rate. They are small crimes that we commit and most of the time it is not with the real intention of causing pain and suffering. It is only to satisfy the ego, vanity, pride.
To satisfy desires, to understand that by practicing that action we elevate ourselves and will be more seen, well-regarded, more important. They do, of course, cause discomfort and suffering, difficulties for other people, but that is not what really causes horrible pain , as we know, that there are people who are tortured, who are massacred. When someone decides to create confrontation, a war, a revolution, etc.
, where many people are sacrificed. There are different degrees of evil. In the most extreme cases, certainly the soul that committed these evils will one day have to make up for all of this, go through the eye of the needle to be able to redeem the evil done.
This can result in suffering and pain for many incarnations, in cases even possible, for that soul to be taken to the central sun and be dissolved because it can no longer be recovered. It is a piece of that consciousness of a greater soul, of a super soul, of the monad, that It has been lost and cannot be used anymore. It is better to recycle it.
There are all possibilities, but today we are going to talk about us, the common mortals, as they say. People who have their difficulties, their troubles, their pains, in short, the day-to-day life that we all have. Many times we have a difficulty at some point and we think it is karma.
That is my karma. In truth. .
. Karma is nothing more than an opportunity. It is the law of return.
Something that was not well resolved in this life that has already passed, in the time that we have already lived here, in the past of this current incarnation. Or, which is more common, something that we did not resolve well in a past life. And the law of return gives us the opportunity, with the present moment, to do things differently.
But you need to feel that energy, feel that difficulty in order to correct it. There is no way to correct something that you do not know what it is and do not feel. All the experiences that we have lived, since the first time we incarnated on this planet, experience the polarities of our Creator consciousness.
We created something positive and something that was not positive. We were good, we were bad, but even though we weren't bad, we made mistakes in some experiences and didn't get the desired result. And now we can have the opportunity in this life to go through that experience again and do things differently, to harmonize.
So we see, for example, someone who says: I have karma with my father and my mother. I have karma with my son, with my husband, with my wife, with my neighbor. I have karma at work.
Is that true? Is it karma? Or is it an opportunity to understand that difficulty and resolve it once and for all, because it is pending in the roots of past lives, in our consciousness.
It is our subconscious sending a message to our consciousness, saying that there is a point here that still needs harmonization, balance. So, if you have a difficulty with someone, a family member, a very difficult relationship, the problem is not with the other person. "Ah, the other person needs to change.
" They don't change and I suffer. If that were the case, we would never resolve our issues, because we depend on others. It is important to understand that when there is a point of imbalance in relationships, no matter what the relationship may be, it is the opportunity we have to correct the same situation that was not adjusted in a past life.
So the problem is not with the other person, it is with us. If this difficulty, this gap, were not within me, I would not need to face this situation. This situation would not arise, because there was nothing to fix.
Remember that the universe does not waste time, and neither do we as souls. We need to advance on the ladder of evolution. Since we cannot go back to the past, because it is a situation that has already occurred, usually in other lives.
. . we have the opportunity to have a situation at the moment that resurfaces as the law of return, bringing the opportunity to do things differently.
People think this: "ah but it is very difficult, because how can I change if the other person does not change? " Then there will always be discomfort, confrontation, discord. That animosity.
Remembering here once again that frequency is frequency. Frequency attracts frequency. Frequency by affinity, like the Wi-Fi password.
You have the password, you type it in and you access it. You have a cell phone from a certain carrier. You are configured to access the signal from that carrier.
It is a frequency. If you don't have the signal, you don't have the frequency. If you don't have the frequency, you don't have the signal.
You need to adjust. So, the frequency of an unresolved situation in a past life will attract someone into your life who has The other side of the coin so that you can adjust your side. You shouldn't want to change the other side of the coin.
Just polish the side that belongs to you. The change is within you. It is never in others.
We have no obligation or responsibility to correct anyone. We have very limited responsibilities with some people. For example, parents with their small children, people with other people who live together, where there is someone who is incapable, who cannot follow their life naturally on their own, normally, they need help.
So we do have some responsibilities. But beyond that. .
. We only have a commitment to ourselves. The path of evolution of each soul is individual.
It goes on and finds the path, the opportunities, the crossroads, and will have to make decisions at each point. What is the direction it will follow. It does not have to be guided by anyone.
Obviously we have the guidance of our spiritual teams that support us, but they do not interfere either. They guide us so that we can make the best decisions, so that we can choose the best paths, but the decision is always ours. And the same goes for others.
What right do I have to change someone? Obviously, when someone asks me for help, guidance, or clarification, we are doing charity. But this charity needs to be limited to the other person's free will.
We often have. . .
Within ourselves, a rescue to make, which we can identify as karma, which is guilt. Guilt brings us a sequence of events during the current life, where it seems to the guilty person that they are always clumsy. My life is a disaster because everything goes wrong.
I can't get a situation right. So that person suffers, because guilt is self-punishment. That is my karma.
I can't do anything right. Everything in my life goes wrong. In fact, everything is going right.
So right that each day brings an opportunity for them to look at themselves and say yes, but this situation is pending, it is an energy that I haven't adjusted yet. What is this teaching me? Let's take a good look at all of this and resolve this situation.
Why do I feel guilty? Did I intend to? Did I plan, did I program that action to harm someone, to fail on that occasion?
If you didn't plan, if you didn't plan, if you didn't intend that disastrous action , why would you blame yourself? In fact, it's a guilt that you carry, perhaps from many past lives, and you still haven't understood that we are in a school, learning. And getting it right and getting it wrong is part of learning.
Except for situations where we plan to harm someone, we don't have to always get it right. When we don't get the first recipe right, we make the second, the third, the fourth, until we get the recipe right. Once the recipe is right, we then make it again without the recipe, because it's in our conscience.
The formula is ready, memorized. We can make the next cake without thinking, because it's in our conscience, it's added to our knowledge. So guilt.
. . Guilt brings us an infinite series of possibilities where we will always feel guilty.
Because without feeling it, we won't work. We don't even know that we have a pending issue. The same goes for fear.
The fear is of something we have already gone through and it was a tremendous difficulty. The result of what we did was very costly, and then we are afraid of making a mistake again, afraid of going through the rescue again, afraid of an illness, a tragedy, or any situation. These are memories.
So, if we look closely, karma is nothing more than a transpersonal memory. These are poorly developed roots that jeopardize the balance of this tree. Any wind shakes it and it runs the risk of falling.
A feeling of imbalance. So let's look at these roots. Understand why there are certain situations in our current life that we need to correct.
There's no point in complaining, there's no point in playing the victim. In fact, playing the victim is a disgrace. The victim is a serious candidate for losing the incarnation.
And look, for a soul to lose an incarnation is a tragedy, because disincarnating is very simple. But in the reincarnation project, in addition to a long preparation, the soul goes through a difficult situation. It needs to concentrate all that energy, its astral body, which is more or less the size of the physical body, has to compact itself to the point of fitting into a cell, to begin the formation of a new body.
Well, it will be in the fifth dimension onwards, when we no longer need to reincarnate, we will just materialize or dematerialize things, including bodies. But now we are still in this time of reincarnation, losing a reincarnation. Because of victimhood, it is tragic.
Why do you feel like a victim? Because you always expect others to solve your problem. The problem is never with you.
And in fact it is the opposite. All the problems are with you, so much so that you are feeling it. And if you are feeling it, it is you who has to work.
Because others are happy, because others have it, because I don't have it, because I am unhappy. Really? How do you know what is going on in the consciousness of others?
Because we are a consciousness, we are not just a physical body. The physical body is the material part, visible to the eyes. But what is going on inside those consciousnesses?
There are people who seem to be famous, who have a life. . .
that everyone would like to have. But do these people really have the essence inside them, which is joy, happiness, the pleasure of living, tranquility? Are they really happy when they lie down and rest their head on the pillow?
Do they have a peaceful sleep, the sleep of the just? We don't know and we don't need to know. We just need to know about ourselves, how I'm progressing in this current incarnation.
My feelings, how I'm feeling, what 's missing, where are the points of adjustment? We can correct the past in the present moment through these situations that the law of return brings us. The law of return is not a punishment.
The law of return is the opportunity for you to correct something that is still missing. The law of return is the eraser that erases the writing of the pencil. You made a mistake with the word, you can erase it, make it pretty, otherwise it will all be crossed out, all smudged, all scratched out.
Soon you won't even understand what you wrote there anymore, because you went through so many repetitions on top of the same scratches. So we need to correct it, and the law of return brings us the opportunity. Everything we need to correct will come through the law of return.
Not everything is karma. Karma is when you have an irreversible situation. You won't be able to change it.
It came because you had to accept it at any cost. You can't escape it. But 90-odd percent of all the uncomfortable situations we face in our daily lives are not karma.
They are opportunities to do things differently. Understand, accept and let go. That's most of them.
It doesn't even take much effort, just understanding. If I have a family problem, many people tell me, "Oh, I can't stand my life anymore because I have to take care of my parents, they are already old, no one helps me, my siblings don't help me, and I am alone in this task. " It's not karma, it's an opportunity.
Why isn't it karma? Because if you want it, you say, " If they see me, I don't want to know anymore, I'm going to run away. " And you run away.
You leave it there in a charity or tell your siblings that you're no longer there, that you're no longer here, that you've disappeared and that someone will have to sort it out. So, it's not karma. Karma is when you have no alternative.
Of course you can say, "Yes, but how am I going to do that? " Well, you don't do it because you don't have that evil conscience. But if you did, you would.
So you have the possibility. But then why are you there taking care of your parents through sacrifice? Because in some past life you had to do that and you were able to do it, and you ran away.
So the law of return brings another opportunity. Now you can do it. You have the choice.
If you don't want to, you don't do it. Correcting something from the past. Obviously, it requires little work and sacrifice.
If you built a house there and there was a problem in one part of it, it will put the building at risk, you will have to tear it down and rebuild it. From that point on. So our life is like this, you failed at some point in a past life, now you will have the opportunity to do things differently.
Understand, accept and let go. This is the way. It is not like saying, I will conform, so in a past life I gave up and now I have to stay until the end.
No, you do not have to stay until the end. You will say to yourself, I. .
. I missed an opportunity in a life to do this. Now, despite the discomfort, I will do it.
I will do it for love, for charity. After all, they are my parents. It is a task.
Remember that a little while ago I posted a video here saying that you do not have problems, you have tasks. It is a task. Complete the task.
How many tasks do we do every day? Making the bed, washing clothes, ironing clothes, cleaning the house, washing dishes, cooking, taking a shower, shaving, cutting nails, cutting hair, there are so many tasks. Karma, here called karma but not karma, is the law of return, opportunity, it is a task.
Let's always understand that there are truly evil people who do it intentionally. How many people do evil things there, they know they are hurting a lot of people and at the same time they continue doing it. They will have karma later on, yes, irrevocable karma, which has no alternative.
They will go through pain, because that is the extreme. But we do not need to go to extremes, we have a conduct. So much so that if it were not like that, you would not be listening to this conversation, this audio.
You would be there, I don't know where. If you are here it is because you already have a higher consciousness and allow yourself to make adjustments. So there is little left, they are small repairs.
You are not on the wrong path, you are on the path of evolution. And the law of return brings you the tools and opportunities. Do it!
Now the time has come, the opportunity has come. Karma can also be a memory, a memory, a soul record. In this case.
. . it would not even be karma, it would be trauma.
Many times we have already paid, redeemed, adjusted our unsuccessful actions in other lives, and it was very painful. So we have these memories, these memories of pain, they are traumas. We need to adjust.
In the same way, becoming aware that this is a memory, a record, and we just need to say to ourselves, okay, I've been through this, I've done this. It was hard, but I've already done it, I've already overcome it. A stage that has been overcome is left behind.
Living today as if it were today and not clinging to memories, because that is not necessary, is a waste of time. We have so many good things to remember. Let's remember the good things that give us courage?
Because the memory of pain always brings us a little negative frequency, a little pain. When we also have a memory of something we haven't done yet, and here we will return to what we have already said here, when we ran away from a responsibility, when we neglected a responsibility, when we didn't do the right thing back then, in a past life, then the transpersonal memory of the soul brings us a situation in the current practical life. And we then have the opportunity, through this law of return, to do things differently.
If a situation has arisen, perhaps it is not a rescue, nor an obligation, but rather looking at the situation and saying to yourself: So I already. . .
experienced this situation in a past life, but I didn't adjust it, I left it. It was work that I had to do, a task, and I put it aside, and I left it, life went by and I didn't do it. Now I have the chance to do it.
I ran away from responsibility at the right time, but now destiny brings me once again, in front of me, the same situation. Addictions are classic examples of this. We go through life addicted to something.
Addiction is an energy. It doesn't matter if you're addicted to cigarettes, alcohol, drugs, gambling, sex, anything. Addiction is an energy.
I could have been addicted to gambling in a past life and in this one I'll be addicted to alcohol. It's no problem. Addiction is a strong energy.
An irresistible desire to satisfy a desire without thinking about the consequences. In one life I passed away addicted, in this one the tendency will appear. What are tendencies?
Obviously it's in the soul's plane and the sperm that carries the genetics of the tendency to addiction is handpicked. Obviously, this has been said before, but it's a tendency because it's an opportunity, it's the law of return. Can we say it's karma?
Yes, the law of return is karma. It brings the opportunity. I tend to give in to the temptation to satisfy addiction, desire, an irresistible desire.
But I need to be strong to overcome it. Because everything is a task. We need to overcome each one.
Like steps on a ladder, we need to climb to get to the top. And here we are, making this journey. We are very close to the top of the ladder.
We still have a few steps to go. Addiction is a root that is not well-rooted. We need to correct it, treat it.
If that root is rotten, let's remove it and let new, healthy roots grow. Rescue. Rescue is from what didn't work.
Opportunity, the law of return. Karma is alignment with a past experience. You have the alignment of everything you have done so far, since the first time you incarnated on this school planet.
The soul that is within you is the same as it was in your first incarnation until now. Only the character, the actions, the experiences have changed. And today you have the alignment with.
. . everything you have ever lived.
That is why, in your subconscious, there is the black box of your story, your book. You only write this page in this incarnation, but the other hundreds of pages, or even more than a thousand pages, have already been written. Remember that we are on the last page on this planet of tests and expiations.
Let's do the epilogue now, let's work out the closing. The alignment we have with all other past lives, we are feeling from time to time within our subconscious, that which is important comes to consciousness to be worked on. So, we are summarizing, cleaning, realigning everything we have already lived, that we have already experienced, so that we can close this journey in the world of trials and expiations with a flourish .
Karma can simply be resistance. that we put into realigning our history. Why do we resist?
Because we are human, susceptible to all emotions, including stubbornness. Why would we be stubborn? No, I don't want that.
I don't want that because I don't like it, it's not good. But it's not a question of wanting it, it's the need to. .
. attend to the opportunity that is presented to us. And the cure for karma is to make something that is in the subconscious conscious.
Everything that we have been through, lived through, and that was not well organized, well adjusted, well aligned, we have an opportunity for now. Let's become aware of this and instead of feeling like victims, guilty, fearful, let's just say yes, I got here, in my own way, but I got here, I'm here, look, there are only a few steps left to the top of the ladder, how wonderful! Look back and see each situation and say that famous Ho'oponopono phrase.
I accept, I love you, I am grateful. Ho'oponopono, ho'oponopono, ho'oponopono. I love you, I love you, I love you.
For every situation. Ho'oponopono, ho'oponopono, ho'oponopono. You transmute.
You make an understanding, you make an energetic adjustment, the necessary energetic realignment. But do it with gratitude. When you do Ho'oponopono, you really do an act of thanksgiving and praise.
You can simply say to yourself, then, I accept myself, I love myself, I am grateful. How it changes, how the energy changes. First accept the situations, then I accept, I love you, I am grateful.
Then do it for yourself, I accept myself, I love myself, I am grateful. Because if I am here, it was thanks to the efforts that I put in every. .
. moment of the past to get here. It was my journey, it was my effort.
With fits and starts, sometimes, but we got here. And if I am here, I am close to ascension. So, I am grateful to my conscience, to everything I have done, to everything I have learned.
I accept, I love myself, I am grateful. Oh, Conopono. Look, we have tools.
Not only to correct the trajectory, but to heal all wounds. And the time has come. Let us take advantage of it, because now everything is defined.
And so I leave you with my embrace of light in each of you. Namaste.
