shocking find on mararo tiredness and zound tiredness hi friends I'm Elizabeth countless of shopping awake we're gonna be talking today if you have been on mararo for a hot second or is z Bound for a hot second and you've noted a COR noticed a correlation with fatigue tiredness your sleep with mararo with zap bound today's video is for you I'm Elizabeth I've lost over 84 pounds in the last 15 months with mararo changed my blood panels and now was Z bound because of the mararo short Ag and on today's episode we're going to go through
and I'm going to give you six tips about your mararo tiredness and zet bound tiredness to hopefully help you with these shocking finds uh on your journey because there's a percentage of people who are experiencing a lot of tiredness right now and need some help and some solutions and hopefully um today's episode will be that solution source for you number one this is normal this is normal Eli Lily tells us this is normal um it's on the Zep bound side effects for sure I need to double check on the mararo side effects but Zep bound
and mararo are the same thing same formi same company that makes them same doses the changes that there's the FDA approval for one is Zep bound is for chronic obesity management majara is for type two diabetics and that was how um and that changes Insurance stuff and a whole bunch of other things with that but it's normal the comp Ali Lily tells us that having majo fatigue or majo tired Ness it can happen and for me it very much does I'm somebody when I was 84 lbs overweights more more than I am now 80 plus

feeling this fatigue Monaro fatigue or Z bound tiredness and then two having the flexibility with work for me of I know I'm less productive that 24 to 48 hours um and I've subsequently with my family schedule so I've changed my work schedule and my family schedule I have Grace in both I fully realize that that is a luxury like not not everyone can say that they can change their work schedule or change their family structure with that um based on when shot day is for me I'm curious for you also and I want you to
be curious for yourself of if you've just just hydrated up for me almost always close to titration time of where I've gone up on a dose that subsequently I'm more tired I've been on 15 milligrams now for months plural when I first got on M 15 milligrams was so tired um it's less so now um now that I've been on for months and so for me and so maybe for you too notice that pattern recognition of when you're titrating up doses for me I knew i r dose titration I was going to get some form
of tiredness right there for that first few weeks of titrating up and then within my injection day also that tiredness too so do you have the ability to change your work schedule or Family schedule then within that so changing of the schedule the b or the part two or the the addendum to that is can you build into your schedule a nap or a rest time with little children it's I always love nap time for my kid when he was younger he's eight now so he doesn't take naps but I love nap time I'm like
nap time is just for Mom much as for mommy as it is for him and now that he's passed that I still take my naps I still roll on that nap Train choo choo I build rest into my schedule to calm my brain my cells because I do work at a high Cadence and Rhythm and so having that 10 15 minutes of rest time the other day I was out I took an hour long nap like I was out like deep sleep I woke up I had a little drool I'm like a little Drool on
the side of my face um when I went to the YouTube Summit which thank you by the way uh I got to go to the YouTube Summit this week because of you guys thank you for watching this video that was picked out of hundreds of thousands of creators to go to this YouTube sunit and I took a nap I did take a nap I did take a nap before that because I wanted be real rested and I know some of it some of this I also know that I just in general do um like to

does actually give me more energy when I come back from a walk when I come back from doing W Pilates it does make me not as Manjaro tired and not as Z bound fatigued I'm not and I know it's hard to move into you're asking me to move you I'm not asking you to the power lift I'm asking for you to take a walk around the block for 15 minutes or 10 minutes or 5 minutes or 20 minutes or whatever you decide but getting some movement in because that is going to give you more energy
things you can change things you can't you can put your sneaks on on your lunch break if you're at an office building and walk the stairs up and down even if it's raining and cold outside right like getting that movement in is going to make me and every facts ashfa uh less tired and less fatigued it will give us more energy and also subsequently that night your future self is going to say thank you thank you because it's going to help with your sleep study show right when we work out it just does for me

switching your sides of where your injection is for me changes my M fatigue too today shot day for me I'm going to have it after this this video and when I rotate certain injections in my stomach I'm not tired the back of my arm I will be zoned my side effects are tremendously higher with the back of my arm yours very well may be different maybe yours is in your stomach whereas I don't really feel anything on my stomach Maybe for you you're like whoa Daddy everybody's body is different which is why I go back
to tracking and so switching your location of your injection may also affect your mararo tiredness and your zet bound fatigue too so keeping that in mind as well like some weeks you may have more energy some weeks you have less I am traveling um I'm traveling in a couple of days by the time you see this I'll probably be coming back from my trip and as an executive producer for one of my clients people pay me a lot of money to do an exceptional service of excellence and so therefore I take that very seriously and

so therefore switching it up a couple of hours I'm not concerned about it the next day so usually it's in the morning I'm going to use this as an example but uh Saturday morning and then moving it to Friday night instead that for me with my healthcare provider I had got blessing on that so switching that shot location and somewhat that shot time around to make it work with my lifestyle like glp1 medications have been life-changing life-giving uh the woman that I was 84 lbs ago is not who I am today and so like even
just my face like I look at that and I was so sad I was so sad and I think I don't I hate like when I get emotional on videos Like It embarrasses me so I don't mean to be cry like crybaby but having no hope I had a little bit of Hope but there wasn't and I look in that picture and I can see that I'm pissed I'm sad I recognize that I'm trying but I'm failing horribly and then to who I am today of I have so much hope like my life expect expectancy
is going to be so much longer so much so that my husband and I are talking with our financial planner about like different retirement stuff cuz I'm like I'm going to be living a lot longer then in my brain I just thought I was destitute to live this life of obesity and what a GameChanger it's been for my blood panels my physicality and relationships and I've done other videos on that and that's not the point of today's video but the point that I'm trying to make is um it's been a game changer and so I
also while talking about maor fatigue and about mararo tiredness also have a breath of gratitude of I'll take the tiredness I'll take the fatigue for me it's temporary it eventually goes away um near the end of my shot injection like today's shot day I got a lot of energy yesterday I had a lot of energy the day before yesterday a lot of energy and in between there it was still more but for me 24 to 48 hours I know and I I've just kind of planned it that way and if some weeks it's more some
