GOOGLE Notebook LM - The $500/day Opportunity You Never Knew Existed!

This is the end of all podcasts, but this is the beginning for your new income source. So, I made a video the other day about a new free AI Google tool that turns any article, any video, any file into a human-like podcast. It went super viral!

In this video, I'm going to do something even more exciting for you: I'm going to show you how to use this insane tool—probably one of the best things that I've ever shown—in order to generate income, and specifically three ideas nobody has shown you before. So, take your notebook, your pen, start writing, and let's do this! [Applause] For the people who haven't seen that, prepare to have your mind blown away!

So, Notebook LM is a platform from Google; it's completely free, at least for now, and it gives you the opportunity to click here where it says "Create New. " Select any sources that you want this AI to take information from and start generating podcasts. This can be a PDF document, Google Docs, slides, websites, an entire website, a YouTube video, an existing YouTube video, or an article, a blog post.

So, let's for example take a YouTube video to try. I will go to my videos, and you can do that for every creator, any big training video from any creator you're following, for the needs that you want to do this for. So, select something that you're genuinely interested in: technology, politics, the environment, traveling—whatever really excites you!

Ideally, as we have said in previous videos, we want niches that have riches, so niches with high CPM value, like technology, digital marketing, economics, income insurance, finance—this kind of territory. Select any channel like mine, for example, go to "Popular," and find any video that you find interesting—something that people are really looking for answers about. Right?

So, maybe this one: "Digital Products Using AI 2024. " I can take this link right here, go to Notebook, click YouTube, paste the URL like this, hit "Insert," and let it read the whole video, the whole episode. Or you can further customize the things that the AI should focus on.

For example, I can give some extra guidelines: focus on this digital product, talk a bit more about JBT, or whatever, or just leave it blank. You cannot customize the speakers; for now, it's only two specific voices, only in English. I will hit "Generate" and let it do the work for me.

So, after five minutes, pretty much the video is ready. Are you ready for this? I'm pretty sure you're not!

Let me hit play. Alright, let's jump into another deep dive today. We're going to be looking at AI-powered digital products and how you can make passive income with them.

Passive income—that's the dream, you got it! And we found this super interesting YouTube video called "Sell 10 Easy Digital Products Using AI in 2024. " Okay, it's by Simply Digital, and they're all about, you know, you can do it too!

I like the energy; me too! Super motivating! So, we wanted to break it down.

Yeah, so this is crazy, right? So far, I cannot understand that this is not real people talking about my video! Right?

And you can do the same for articles, big files—whatever, just let your imagination go wild with how many things you can create from that. So, the obvious one is to take this one right here and download it, and you have your file, your audio file that you can upload anywhere you want. Again, you can go back to Sources, upload whatever you want, like an article right here.

So, for example, if you decide to cover everything trending right now, you can go to Google News right here and see trending topics in different categories, like what happened with Trump today. He just got elected! You can cover the business reality and what's happening right now with the US elections, the new president, and everything.

You can cover sports, if you love sports, science, health—you name it! So, let's say, for example, that I want to take this article about the secrets of BBTS magic mud, right? I will copy it, go to Notebook LM, create a new source, upload the link right here, insert.

In some cases, you might get this message right here, which means that the website doesn't allow being scraped. So, you need to keep doing that until you find some kind of article about this topic that is open. Just take the topic, search for it.

For example, you can find this article right here that covers pretty much the same topic. I will copy it, select "New Source," drop the link. So, just take this link, the new link from the open article that we found, create a new source right here, paste the URL, insert, and as you see, it gives you the summary and you can generate a new podcast for this topic specifically.

So, do that again and again, and if you find an article that is not open, just search the topic and find something that is open so you can generate the audio. Until we have this ready, let's see how we can exploit the previous clip. So, we have the first clip ready, as we generated together, out of a popular YouTube video.

So now we need to see how to use it, right? The straightforward option is to take the clip, create a video with that, with copyright-free videos, a compilation of different images, and we're going to use Canva for that. Then edit the whole thing, the video with the audio, create a new file, and then go to YouTube and start uploading the videos like everybody that has a podcast.

Can do so if you go to my channel, for example, and go to my videos. You're going to see every single video that I create every single week. But if you go here, you're going to see that I also have a podcast.

So that's a podcast that I did with Grant Cardone, which by the way, you can find in the description. Instead of that, I could easily have a podcast hosted on YouTube and upload videos every single week about specific topics—digital products, AI technology, mobile news, politics, whatever you decide—just upload it on YouTube. Now we're going to go to Canva and generate the first cover, the first video elements of our first episode.

So right here, we're going to say, "Everything you need to know about AI digital products," or you can make it more intriguing, right? Like the titles of my YouTube videos, you can do whatever you want. Enter your website or just your brand name, like "All Things AI," or whatever you're going to name your podcast, right?

And you have the first clip. This will be the visual element that somebody is going to watch while they listen to your podcast. Of course, you need to add clips and match the duration of the video.

This is how it starts. People are talking on top of that, and then this is the next clip. You can write something if you want.

If you want to go the extra mile, right, add more clips about AI, for example. Right here, more clips, right? So you keep creating a compilation of visual elements to make it more fun for people to watch.

You can download the whole thing, the MP4 file, from here, and then we're going to go to any video editor, like Filmora, CapCut, you name it, and synchronize the two clips. As we said before, this is a sample—you need to create visual elements that match the duration of your audio clip. So, if you don't want to do all that work, just find a compilation of images or drag an image for the length that matches your audio.

" You got it, and we found this super interesting. So, you have this clip; you export it right here, and you can upload it directly on YouTube like this. So do that every single time that you create a video.

If you want to keep it completely simple, just create one single photograph that will be the same for the entire video. You don't need to overcomplicate it; this is a bit more advanced, so once you decide on the topic and start doing what we said—either by generating podcasts from articles or from YouTube videos of other creators—all you got to do is keep being consistent. Upload two to three episodes every week, and after you get your first views, start understanding what kind of sponsors would like to be included in that and start knocking doors.

YouTube is the number one place that sponsors are looking for creators or any kind of content that they want to be related to, so this will only get better. The AI podcasting option is in beta mode, so imagine how much better it’s going to be. But even if you decide to do something else on your own and create your own podcast, it's a great start, right?

So, the way to monetize that is, as we said, sponsors and affiliate marketing deals. Just find topics that many platforms offer great affiliate programs for. For example, InVideo is a platform that gives you 40% if you bring somebody from your link.

Imagine if I cover a topic about the upcoming InVideo 3. 0, and in this video, I use an affiliate link. So every time somebody listens to my podcast about the future of AI video, they can get my affiliate link in the description—absolutely insane!

The options are endless! Let's go to idea number two. The second way you can monetize this amazing idea is to create a private community.

Generate premium content that will not be publicly available, but only if somebody joins your community on School. com, where thousands, maybe millions, of creators have their own community. By the way, you can either offer this for a specific fee, like $70 per month, and somebody can get access to all the technology news every single month.

All you have to do is repurpose existing articles into a podcast, upload them here, and offer them as premium content so somebody can really use it as an audiobook. You can even do that for free because, as you are going to see here on School. com, many people offer free community access so they can start gathering a like-minded community.

After that, they release a premium version where they do other stuff. But if you're just starting right now, go for the premium membership; even for five bucks per month or ten bucks per month, you can imagine how many people are making tens or hundreds of thousands of dollars by creating communities on School. com.

You can even do that on Patreon; you can create endless posts and endless videos. For example, by creating a new collection about AI ideas—AI income ideas, right? —you create a new collection, and in this collection, you can start uploading your videos, like the one that we created right now.

So, create collections with different topics, set your desired paid membership for how much you want to charge for this one, and launch your private community on Patreon. It's as simple as that. Finally, last but not least, go to ChatGPT (CBT) for the needs that you have selected to generate content with Google Notebook.

Ask ChatGPT to come up with course ideas, like "Can you give me five ideas about trending courses in the fields of technology behind mobiles? " For example, ChatGPT is obviously going to give you five great ideas about where mobile technology is heading. So why not take this part, which is an amazing and very sophisticated topic, such as augmented reality and virtual reality in mobile development?

Take it and ask ChatGPT to generate the sections for you. You can say, "Can you generate the sections for this course? " What if now you take those sections, right?

Start searching for every section on Google, like "Evolution and growth in mobile. " Search on Google and find articles that are answering this specific topic. For example, "The Evolution of Mobile Gaming with AR and VR" could be the first section of your course.

Take the link, go to Notebook LM, and do again what we did with my video and the article: generate the audio. Then, go to a platform like Teachable or Kajabi and start building your course by uploading audio clips that are actually small podcasts—15 to 20 minutes each. You can do that with as many sections from the course as you want.

Keep it simple; you don't need to create a 20-hour course. Go for 3 hours, 4 hours, or 2 hours. Just make it complete and make sure to cover all those topics by finding relevant articles and transforming them into podcasts.

This is an example from my course on teaching, and as you can see, I have different sections here that I have created. Every single section has a video that I uploaded. You can do that with an audio file; you don't have to have videos.

People love listening to stuff! Or, if you want to go the extra mile, get somebody from Fiverr to create a video clip for every single audio that you generate. Upload something that is next level, and you have a sophisticated, high-quality course that can really generate tons of money for you.

I don't know about you, but if I were in your position, I would be insanely excited about this! If you are smart and do this consistently, not just once, this can be an entire business for you—either for your own benefit or by offering that as a service to others. So, find big businesses with long blogs, find existing creators that want to repurpose existing content, target big training organizations and businesses, and transform their existing long, boring content into bite-sized content.
