You're going to need one cup or a mug, approximately 8 to 12 ounces of water, one teab bag of peppermint, one quarter to 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon powder, one/4 to 1/2 teaspoon of ground ginger powder, the juice of approximately 1/3 of a lemon, 1/2 to one teaspoon of natural raw honey, and if necessary, use a natural sweetener. Your copper mug should have boiling water. Add your peppermint tea bag.
Add your cinnamon, ginger, and lemon juice and stir it. Let this steep for a good 5 to 6 minutes. And before you drink this, add your honey.
The peppermint mixed with these other ingredients has a synergistic effect to help your body relax and sleep like a baby as well as to help increase your metabolism so you can shed those pounds.
