Finally, one of the most anticipated films of the year arrived in cinemas, funnily enough, it barely premiered and I've already brought here an analysis of everything we saw and what we didn't see in this new movie, talk about beautiful people, I'm Mia and without ceremony, let's get to this analysis, bar summary attention this video contains spoilers about the film so if you haven't watched it yet or don't want to know what 's going to happen in the film yet I suggest you look for other videos on the channel for now but let's go ah let's do it the film starts with Riley in a skating ring playing hockey with her friends from school and as always doing very well and that's exactly what catches the attention of the high school coach who is in the audience watching the games And at the end of the game she invites Riley and her two best friends for a Rocky camp, we have something new in this film Riley has friends Eba BR and Grace are shown as inseparable friends and they possibly met some time after the events of the first film The cool thing about this sequel is that they didn't leave the head of the Riley As we already knew and many concepts were introduced for this film The first one that is shown to us are the lines of belief in which basically emotions can take those orbs of emotions and take them through an elevator to a type of river where the orbs float and they create strands of beliefs that are what make Riley herself, but the changes never stop there. On the night before Camp, Riley's mind begins to change, literally changing people, while the emotions that we already knew, joy, sadness, fear, anger and disgusting they were sleeping an alarm starts to beep on Riley's control table a button that had been presented to us at the end of the first film a button called puberty AL tries to eliminate him by throwing him away from the base but when they think it's over some workers they arrive breaking everything preparing the place for the arrival of new emotions when Riley wakes up the next morning she is hyper sensitive and with the slightest touch on the control panel she already overreacts being rude to her parents then crying out of nowhere and for there it goes but soon she calms down and gets ready for the camp during the trip while talking to her friends she discovers that they both went to another school for high school and that's when new emotions arise anxiety envy Boredom and shame at the beginning Anxiety seems to be helping Riley more than any other emotion. But of course, those of us who are watching the film and who know what anxiety is really about are left behind from the beginning.
I made a lot of videos theorizing about what their relationship would be like, even suggesting a romance, but Riley is still very young and we haven't had many signs that they could become a couple in the future, then things start to go wrong, you see, Riley decides to exchange her best friends for the girls at the new school afraid that if she didn't join the school's Rocky team she wouldn't have friends it's nonsense but let's remember that she is being controlled by anxiety which by the way when she realized that she wouldn't have the collaboration of her emotions old ones decided to trap them in a glass jar and take them to Riley's secrets and this part of the film is simply Lara we discover that Riley still likes a children's cartoon that is clearly a reference to Dora the Explorer that has a strange rabbit as protagonist who breaks the fourth wall in the same way as Dora but instead of a backpack he has a fanny pack, people, this is elite. Inside the gofre there is also a video game character whose special attack is to turn into a little ball like an armadillo and a character who is a gigantic dark secret that helps emotions get out of the jar they were trapped in. The fanny pack shows them three objects and asks which one is the most useful in a very Dora the Explorer style and they blow up the safe door to escape those same ones police officers from the first film arrive and appear to prevent the escape but the video game character launches his super attack and ends up causing a Domino Effect that traps all the police officers in one of the safes in the place and just one small detail that makes the little girl fall in love with this character Will there be a romance?
third movie good with that the plan now is to get to the bottom of Riley's mind and try to recover her true form that anxiety removed and discarded meanwhile we see Riley trying to fit in Anyway all because of the fear of being alone in high school she even changes teams and stops hanging out with her best friends, it's very interesting to see how they work the whole film with metaphors that are the purest truth, we see Riley trying to be who she is, not controlled by nervous anxiety about the changes and it's easy identify with this is a film that speaks directly to its audience saying you are changing this is normal it happens to everyone but it will pass the high school girls even show Riley a red notebook from the coach that has notes about all the girls and that same night with anxiety still in control she can't even sleep because she is seeing the worst possible scenarios of what could happen but joy and other emotions discover where these bad thoughts are coming from and encourages the workers who are drawing bad scenarios to create good things, which temporarily solves the problem , but then anxiety has the idea of looking at that notebook that contains information about all the players. And that's what she does. She goes into school and reads the notebook and discovers that the coach thinks she's not ready yet.
while this is happening the emotions are still trying to return to the command center they even send the sadness through a tube it stays hidden watching everything that is happening with Riley dominated by anxiety during this journey to the back of the mind they faced some cool concepts the first first of them is Brainstorm the storm of ideas that has a hurricane and everything second is the flow of thought this one I thought was really cool it's a type of Little River that takes everything that goes through Riley's head there is also the Abyss of sarcasm and so on with Rally totally dominated by anxiety she goes to play and she actually scores goals and is very good but she is so focused on the game that she doesn't even notice when she ends up hitting one of her old friends and that's when she gets a foul and sits down for two minutes on a bench and ends up having what I consider to be an anxiety attack inside her head, the anxiety is taking so many turns and so many commands that it ends up creating an orange hurricane, making it impossible for anyone to get close to the command control, joy, sadness, fear and disgust find the back of Riley's mind, regain a sense of who she is and use the fanny pack from the cartoon to create an explosion, this explosion ends up launching a bunch of orbs towards the lake that contains the children's wires and when finally everyone is back in Riley's head It seems that nothing can save her who can penetrate the hurricane created by anxiety it is joy that rescues her but when trying to restore the old Riley this also doesn't seem to fit anymore then All those orbs that caused the avalanche and ended up in the lake also become beliefs and create a much more complex perception of who Riley is, this ends up completely transforming her mind and possibly changing the way she will behave from now on, in the end we see the joy kind of being attracted to the control panel, showing in a discreet way that she finally developed emotional intelligence, then the film has a time jump to Riley already in high school with her rock friends waiting for the list of new team members and even though the film end without a direct answer about this ordeal we see Riley looking at her cell phone happily in the final scene perhaps indicating that she was accepted into the team in general the film was very well received I was afraid that they would ruin everything with a poorly made sequence but this It's really a work of art, I had some doubts that weren't clarified in the film, for example, what happens to these emotions when you're an adult and why didn't we see them in the minds of the other characters in the first film? If they are better controlled and isolated?
