Dream Desk Setup: 19 Year Old Millionaire's Office (£15,000 Upgrade)

so ladies and gentlemen welcome back to my youtube video now I think this is a month ago at this point just like a week or two after I came back from you know being in Bali for two months and I was out in LA for a week to meet and train a couple of a couple of new team members former agency comm I came back to London and I shot a video just off the cuff I think it's called like what a 19-year old millionaire spends his money on which I found like ironic I hate

the term like millionaire like sometimes I'll I'll jokingly like post like hashtag millionaire lifestyle of me like reading my Kindle yeah ironically called that video that because it's like lately like least cool stuff a 19 year a 19 year old millionaire could be spending his money on but anyways from that I got tons and tons of questions on like hey you man let's see your new office so when I go back to London I was actually gonna get an office for the marketing agency and the education company kind of like put together in one but

I just hired to where I say it just but three four months ago I hired two new people out in LA for the education company so I was like okay this is just literally no point getting an office in London so where I decide to do was I decided to spend another ten to fifteen thousand pounds basically just upgrading and pimping out my office making exactly how I'd wanted to look which is kind of what I've accomplished so I'm actually in a two bedroom of the new two-bedroom actually decided to keep this place rather than

upgrading to something a little bit bigger because it's like perfect for my size or just for me I guess so I turned one of the bedrooms into an office so um yeah it's funny like a lot of time people think that you know running a forty five thousand dollar a month agency you know I'd have this swanky office and this thing and that thing and know like I literally just work in that office that office is what pumps out forty five thousand dollars and on average profit with my agent so yeah this is kind of

like the work so I've upgraded it so I'll just kind of show you around show you what it looks like so this is what it looks like when you come in so they said I have my bedroom in their bedroom in their bathroom in their another toilet in there and then I'm sure you guys know kind of like the rest of my house and whatnot maybe I'll do a full house tour again one day but yeah we kinda come in on here on the Left we have Wilbert the will so hopefully most you guys should

know who will Burtt the will is yeah he is the official mascot for the GRU agency.com community the goal when you're in the very agency community now which by the way if you guys don't know what that is I let me flip this wrong if you don't know what that is last year my education company was just kind of like even a gadji like there was no real name - so that's why we did a rear entry agency I purchased that domain did the rebrand and yeah that's I guess something bigger than me because the

community has grown so much it's ridiculous so yeah this is Wilbert he is the official mascot of the community now one thing I did was I actually got a whiteboard so I actually got a whiteboard so I'm officially a real digital marketer now see my whiteboard stuck back there which is pretty cool to see so yeah almost worn a whiteboard generally know where to put it and to be honest I was almost just like I was like I'm gonna have to drill into the wall or whatever but I kind of does this thing called like

three millimeter three centimeter command tape or something like that or command strip so yeah that's just basically stuck up with like adhesives which don't do anything when you rip it off so that's pretty cool now another question a lot of people asked or what are those lights so that is a hue light system this exact same light system is that and then behind my computer as well and then I can control it with voice or I can also just press this so this is kind of just like my working letting I like the blue and

kind like that yellow strip behind there and then this this isn't - I think it looks a little harsh lighting whines but this isn't too harsh and then at night when I'm you know trying to get to sleep this thing turns red so it's just basically like red and then I have the brightness down a bunch as well so yeah that's kind of that's kind of what it looks like when I'm you know the four or five hours before I actually head off to sleep so that is that and then you can just control you

can like configure tons of different like lighting settings whatever you want really this is just like blue everywhere so that is the hue light system definitely would recommend picking it up if you have the money I think it's a little bit pricey down here we have all of my books so we got a ton of different books here well I say all of them this really isn't all of them this is just a couple of them but to be honest I don't really read books anymore because I have my Kindle so I using the Kindle

Oasis if you guys have not tried this thing out I strongly recommend you do I'm just trying to figure out where it is that its back here so if you guys haven't tried this thing out I strongly recommend you do I have bought one for literally every single one of my team members every single one of my team members has gotten one of these and they all love it my girlfriend Natasha was actually living with me for the next like two three months while she's finding her own place very hard to find a place in

London she doesn't - and she loves it as well so yeah that is my book collection now right in the middle here this is a incense stick holder so you can see I burn a lot of incense sticks I probably go through three or four of these a day you know the actual sticks and yeah I don't know that's just just something I've been doing for like a year year and a half at this point um initially I just did when I meditated but now I just do it when I work as well so in

the cabinets here we just have you know some incense sticks and just some Natasha's crab and as I said she sting we meet the next couple of months just watch you find your own place in here we have my muse meditation headband so this is like an EEG reader I use the or ring obviously as you know they're a client of mine speaking out my probably I really want to sign I really want to sign use as a client all this I keep putting it off but I really need to send them a cold but

this is eg reader it looks ridiculous when I wear this to Easi reader and I use this to track my meditation so that is that and then here we have also this thing which is called as human charger this guy called Austin Floyd go ahead a podcast with you recommended this this is basically like see if I can show you this is kind of like light therapy it just comes in three years so yeah we definitely recommend this is a really good for jet lag and just kind of day to day especially living in London

and then in here we also just have just have a couple other bits and bulbs and so you can see that SB a worksheet if you are in 60s me you know what that's all about so that's there print it out and I look at that every single morning as you can see so that's this side the only thing remaining here is this is an Alexa or I think it's like a Amazon echo plus Alexa stop talking alright so yeah I used to think these things were like super stupid I didn't understand why people had

it but you know I decided to get like four of these and put them all around my house so that way you kind of have like surround sound and at night if your ever mind I play like a lot of classical music it's very relaxing in my work breaks I will blast Amy Winehouse Drake g-eazy Brent fires like I like all sorts of music but I absolutely love my music and especially in the 15 minute work breaks I have so yeah that's um that is the echo plus this set have four of those around the

house in your house oh just use it to like set timers as well so actually my shower rooms in there for some reason the ensuite in the other bedroom I have it's only gonna bath it doesn't have a shower size you have to shower there so when I'm doing wim HOF I actually need to do like I use a timer to time how long I'm having a cold shower for so that's actually another use for it so yeah that is the yeah echo plus now coming over here as I said we just have this hue

light tons and tons of people asked me what this was there's funny I had some weird predictions like some people thought it was like some electromagnetic like probing device like some air purifier cleanser some people just thought it was like an actual sculpture and they think none of you guys are right this is a missus speaker so I said if you know me you know I'm into my fashion I'm into fashion I'm into music and I play a lot of it you know kind of would have decompressed for the day so yeah this is speaker

from bangles and this thing was like 2,000 pounds to be honest I know this is terrible but to be honest I I never actually use it yeah but it looks cool that's for sure and then behind here this is actually my poor attempt at some cable management but it's still better than nothing now one thing in here that I'd love to show you is this thing called amplify so I don't know if ya you see this thing called amplify no dismiss but yeah this thing's like freakin awesome this thing like your internet speed will go

through the roof if you have this this Wi-Fi box and then it's called like amplifiers through the house stuff like that start using this amplified thing once again it was like 250 pounds or something but definitely extremely well worth it considering I work from home now this side of the room I don't know how this actually looks on the this DJI Osmo pocket that I'm using but there's like a lot of space in this room like that's what I like there's a lot of space in this room now we actually actually just show you the

rest of my house like that's the way I like it I've got this custom desk coming in the things being made in Italy it's like beautiful so this is like the other workstation except this this part of the house a little messier because we have these chairs these chairs that belong to that table but what happened was the work table that I had there got moved into my office so then I moved this middle dining table there so Natasha can work and then also I have a monitor but they see what I'm gonna do is

I'm gonna put these chairs in storage I'm gonna put that table in storage and then want some new it's called like rachet bla bla or something like that some French once that new desk comes now that desk was quite expensive is like 4,500 pounds but it looks beautiful once that desk comes then that's just gonna go here and basically gonna have two desks two monitors and no dining table which basically should tell you everything you need to know about my priorities and kind of hold it do with my life to be honest I don't even

think I'd use the other desk for working I just saw it looked really cool it was like a nice like statement piece and what I do have ciarán was the product manager at Guru agency home he is basically only more on my team who I do have over at the house sometimes and that way he is like a you know workstation to work from so yeah as i said i like to keep my place having this little furniture as possible just as clean as possible so in here we just have some sort of I guess

spare some of the tasha stuff one thing i bought was a printer now in here we just have some random bits and bobs in here we have like some yellow paper that's just a laptop case well technically technically it's not a laptop case but i decided to get this custom-made and make it a laptop case but yeah you know on here I have like standard operating procedures for you my bedtime routine it's kind of like a kind of like a pilot before they go to before they take off they have like a checklist they go

through I kind of have the same thing I have the same thing for the house care and stuff like that so everyone knows what they're doing I mean it comes to that so yeah printers actually been pretty useful I never had a printer before and here we just have some yellow paper a spare Montblanc notepad and here we have a safe so that's where my phone goes like literally 18 hours of the day my phone is in there turned off like completely shut off in there so no one can contact me I guess do work

properly this bag that I got in LA when I was with audio productions if you know who that is this is a really nice Louie Vuitton bag really like that so yeah what I have in there now this thing right here is a Herman Miller Herman Miller is something I don't remember what it's called but um this thing costs cost me roughly around a thousand pounds but it's awesome like yeah it's awesome like I mean here's the thing there are a couple things that I just don't care how much it cost basically anything to do

with my work if it makes me more excited for work then I don't care I'm gonna buy it but obviously that's coming from someone who has a very very successful agency a very profitable agency they can afford to pay for this sort of stuff yeah I know for enough track you know it's not for everyone to pay a thousand pounds chair but for me it's worth it so yeah let's say I think it looks cool I think it fits well so yeah apart from that here we have some Lacroix I've actually found a place in

UK the ship's Lacroix so yeah I'm also drinking this before I used to just have San Pellegrino which sounds so so pretentious I understand that but like for me I work from home and it's hard to remember to drink water and this makes a little more fun this is a side like vertical stand I don't I don't remember where I got this from I think it was a motion but yeah it's vertical sounds pretty cool this hooks into this 4k LG monitor it's like really big it's like 32 inches so yeah that does the job

here we just have some Bose QuietComfort speakers falling enough one of my team members actually bought this for me as a gift like as a thank-you so yeah Kevin if you're watching this homie appreciate you here is that Mont Blanc notepad won't blog pen anything that gets me more excited to work I enjoy doing plus I just like this I like this smaller finer details in life and I can business expense basically everything this room I can business expense because I use this for business purposes so if I was buying this through my personal I

would never spend 40 pounds just on a leather notebook but you know I can visit expensive so is what it is here we have a air humidifier I'm sure there's better ones out here out there this one only cost me like a hundred pounds but it had good reviews and you know it's it's definitely serve the purpose well so far just keeps it nice and fresh in here so yeah that's that and then the kind of like the last thing to show you is this stand of desks oh and that goes from sitting obviously all

the way to standing and I like to switch it up sometimes considering kind of how I work and something like that it's nice to just switch it switch it up so yeah guys that is really what my new office looks like as I said you know if it's your office you can business expense it because your office is where you work from so everything in this room I can business expense now whether you can justify spending a thousand pounds on a chair you know or in my case well yeah for that chair or you can

justify spending almost 5,000 pounds on a desk like I did with that one that's coming from Italy I don't know but it said that's kind of the benefits of your kind of benefits of having my agency having it as profitable as it is as lean as efficient is because here's the thing you know I get this quite a lot from people they're like oh you know you make most of you money from horses and I guess the thing most people don't understand is this year at least my agency's literally the only reason that were even

profitable you know currently as you know currently for the first three months my agency you know because it's doing roughly and this year we're tracking in pounds we didn't we tracked in drop the dollars last year is because most mark most of my customers and most of us my students are from dollars so it just makes sense for you guys but my agency is doing roughly around 37 thousand pounds a month I were just roughly around like $50,000 a month at the moment my agency is quite literally the only reason that I'm profitable at the

moment everything that's coming out of the education company or agency comm the Hat is all going back into six staff customer support team at ridiculous software's improving the product a new custom portal that expensive so that's the funny thing is you know my education company in Berea BC comm it's not impossible at the moment we're losing a bit of money because of it so yeah it's definitely not gonna be like that the entire year definitely like it's gonna scale right up I guess that's that's that's a funny thing the funny thing is my agency is

actually my cash business my agency is my cash flow business and my agency is basically the things that pays for the nice things that I want in life and the education company is like this cash hungry extremely hard thing to build that you know when I think about it I'm like why are you even bringing on all this stress and burden it's not even like I spend close to 45 thousand a month which is what I make for my agency so yeah I'm a little bit psycho like that but um guess hope you enjoyed this

video it's been a little bit long-winded but um that's kind of what my new office looks like take some inspiration if you firm it if you want all I would say is just if you are working from a shitty desk in your dining room stop doing that find a room or you know that's it like even if you still have to work from the dining room that's fine just you know splash out splash out on things that will make you more excited to work all right that's really my best advice is splash out on things

where yeah you might spend 1,000 2,000 3,000 you know a couple hundred here and there but if you're more excited to sit down and work because of it then you know who cares you're gonna make way more money in the long run so yeah it's similar to what I said and that justified expenses video almost a year almost a month ago it's just if it makes it more excited to work and you can business expense it then help do it and that's kind of what I've gone ahead and done with this office so guys looking
