you may have heard that words have power right but what if I told you that your tongue can bring life or death to someone this might sound like hyperbole but the truth is in the spiritual realm our speech is as powerful as a spark in a dry forest in chapter 18 of the Book of Proverbs King Solomon warns us that those who enjoy using their words must be prepared to reap the good or bad consequences therefore it's crucial to understand that the Holy Spirit can bless us greatly if we learn to control what comes out

of our mouths the holy spirit is a person like us he has feelings and emotions in chapter 4 of the epistle to the Ephesians the Apostle Paul exhorts us not to grieve the Holy Spirit indicating that he can be affected by our attitudes and if he can be grieved he can also be pleased few things please him more than the good words we speak the big challenge is that many Christians need to say the words that truly touch the heart of the holy spirit so in today's video I want to share these powerful words with

way and the teacher who teaches us all things communication with the Holy Spirit is fundamental to our relationship with God our words can deepen that connection as I mentioned at the beginning of the video words have great power over us therefore from now on I will introduce you to the types of words the Holy Spirit loves to hear and that you should start speaking daily amen the first type of word praise and worship in Psalm 22 King David declares that God dwells in the Praises of his people this means that when we express our worship

through our words we create an environment conducive to the powerful manifestation of God's presence think of a worship moment in church where everyone is united in adoration the atmosphere transforms the world's worries disappear and we feel the presence of Jesus among us this is the power of praise even at home feeling abandoned or ignored start praising God God begin to sing and glorify the Lord and you will see that the holy spirit will fill the emptiness in your soul with Indescribable peace this transforms the environment around you and your heart bringing a spiritual renewal that

only the presence of God can provide the second type of word is confession and repentance in one of his letters the Apostle John reminds us that if we confess our sins God is faith ful and will forgive us and cleanse us from all unrighteousness sincere confession and repentance are like keys that open the door for the Holy Spirit to act in our hearts regardless of the gravity of our mistakes a grand example of this is in Psalm 51 where David after sinning with baath Sheba cries out to God to create a pure heart and a

renewed spirit in him despite recognizing the consequences of his sin David expresses with his words a deep desire not to repeat the same mistakes asking the holy spirit to guide him in his decisions as human beings we are flawed and prone to sin therefore even if you haven't committed a major error recently speaking words of confession and repentance is important often we sin without realizing it and these sins can hinder our communion with God but by speaking with the Holy Spirit about this he cleanses and renews our spirit preparing us for Holiness and closeness with

God the third type of word is gratitude expressing gratitude through words is a powerful way to strengthen our connection with the Holy Spirit recognizing God's blessings in our lives regardless of circumstances transforms our perspective helping us to focus on the good things the Lord Has Done rather than than the difficulties we face when we Express gratitude we affirm God's faithfulness and cultivate a grateful heart the story of the 10 lepers healed by Jesus recorded in Luke 17 is a touching example of gratitude even after being healed only one returned to give thanks and Jesus deeply

valued this attitude therefore thank the Holy Spirit no matter what you are going through thank him for being alive your health your family and most importantly for having a heavenly father who loves you so much that he sacrificed his own son to save you and give you eternal life gratitude in addition to pleasing God's heart has the power to transform Our Lives bringing a peace that surpasses all understanding the fourth type of word is Faith did you know that Faith declared in words can move spiritual mountains faith is the foundation of every Christian's life and

Jesus always emphasized this to his followers he spoke of faith that moves mountains showing that those who believe in God's power can achieve the impossible the story of the woman with the blood flow recorded in Mark 5 is a clear example after suffering for years with an incurable disease and being considered unclean by Society she heard that Jesus was passing by and said to herself if I just touch his clothes I will be healed her faith was expressed in words and upon touching Jesus she was immediately healed Jesus did not see her touch but felt

power had gone out from him he looked at the woman and said go your faith has healed you this example teaches us that words of faith when spoken with certainty release God's power into our lives regardless of your face open your mouth and declare with faith to the holy spirit that he can transform your situation whether it's Health marriage or your financial life your words of Faith strengthen your heart and attract God's action the fifth type of word is fervent prayer praying is one of the most direct ways to communicate with the spirit of God

but many Christians feel unsure about how to pray the truth is that God is not interested in our words eloquence but in our heart's sincerity in Romans 8 the Bible tells us that the Holy Spirit helps us in our prayers because we often do not know how to ask for what we need he intercedes for us with groans that words cannot express therefore even if you do not feel confident in your prayers start talking to God in your way remember that the Holy Spirit understands even what we cannot not verbalize as you develop the habit

of praying you will see how the power of the Holy Spirit can perform miracles in your life fervent prayer draws God's attention strengthens our faith and brings us closer to the Father's Heart the sixth type of word is encouragement words of encouragement are essential for building up those around us and the Holy Spirit rejoices when we use our words for this purpose in Ephesians 4 the Apostle Paul instructs us to avoid corrupt and offensive words and to speak only what helps build others up Barnabas a key figure in the growth of the church is a

remarkable example of someone who always used his words to encourage others with a sincere heart he exhorted the disciples to remain faithful to the Lord because he saw God's grace in their lives his words of encouragement reflected the Holy Spirit working through him think of a time when someone encouraged you in a difficult situation such words can transform Our Lives as Christians we are on a mission to encourage others helping them see God's grace and love in their lives the Holy Spirit desires to use you through preaching and words of encouragement that will touch hearts

and bring people closer to the Lord the seventh type of word is love love is the greatest commandment of God and the essence of Christ's character God loved us so much that he sent his only son to die in our place in 1 John 4:7 God's word encourages us to love one another because love comes from God whoever loves is born of God and knows God because God is love this teaches us that love is part of our identity and we cannot ignore it love should overflow in our words and actions reflecting God's character daily

the Apostle Paul also wrote to the Corinthians in Chapter 13 that love is the most important of all things without it we are like a noisy gong therefore declare words of love to the Holy Spirit and others by doing so you draw closer to God and live in communion with him remember that true love is expressed in words daily actions and how we treat others and react to life situations eighth type of word forgiveness forgiveness is one of the most powerful attitudes we can have and speaking words of forgiveness deeply pleases the Holy Spirit none

of us is perfect at some point we all fail those around us the Lord expects from us a forgiving heart willing to release others from all emotional debt Jesus when teaching his disciples to pray included a petition to forgive those who offend us just as God forgives us when someone hurts you instead of holding on to resentment give that pain to the Holy Spirit tell him you forgive the person who hurt you and ask him to restore the relationship speaking about forgiveness also involves asking for forgiveness if you have wronged someone don't be ashamed to

seek forgiveness from the offended person and God the holy spirit will act in that situation bringing healing and restoration to all parties involved forgiveness frees the forgiven and the one who forgives bringing peace and spiritual renewal the ninth type of word is Justice speaking words of justice is essential for every Christian because we serve a just and righteous God the Holy Spirit rejoices when we seek Justice in our words and actions in chapter 5: 24 the prophet Amos says but let Justice roll on like a river righteousness like a never-failing stream this means that Justice

should flow naturally from us like a river that never stops flowing being just in all we do and say reflects our identity in Christ and the Holy Spirit rejoices in that however we must remember that God's justice goes beyond what human eyes can see it is deeply rooted in love and mercy therefore strive to live according to the principles of Justice established by God and allow the holy spirit to guide your decisions so that your words always reflect his Divine will the 10th type of word is wisdom finally wisdom is one of the words the

Holy Spirit loves to hear the most The Book of Proverbs 9:1 is written the fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom and knowledge of the Holy one is understanding when we speak with wisdom we show that we have the fear of the Lord and seek to live according to his teachings wisdom helps us make the right decisions avoid the enemy's traps and live in a way that pleases God King Solomon considered the wisest man who ever lived asked God for wisdom to govern his people and God blessed him abundantly not only with wisdom

but also with wealth and honor this this shows us that all other things are added when we seek Divine wisdom therefore ask the Holy Spirit to Grant you wisdom in all areas of your life and see how your words and decisions will be guided by him resulting in a life of Peace success and purpose these are the 10 words the Holy Spirit loves to hear if you start practicing these daily I'm sure your life will be transformed as the holy spirit will be increasing ly present in your journey we have reached the end of our
