a lot of AI tools have come out in 2024 it seems like it's the year of the AI tools and I know you've probably heard of all the hyped ones out there and some of them are useful for sure but these are definitely the seven AI tools that are too good to ignore and this first tool is a tool that I use in my business pretty much every single day and it's definitely a tool that I've come to love this year and this first tool is called mine pal which lets you create an AI Workforce literally in a matter of minutes this tool is going to save you time remove tedious tasks from your day-to-day it's going to save you a bunch of money because it's all in one tool here and what it's going to allow you to do it's going to allow you to create what mine pal calls agents they're not true agents but you'll be able to create assistance and also AI workflows so here we are inside of M pal and one of the first things that at least for me that I notice is that the UI is really really easy so if you're finding zapier or make. com too complicated or maybe too expensive then you may really like mine pal here and as I mentioned they call them agents they're not true agents in my opinion these are more your assistance that you can build one unique Factor here of M pal is that the sheer number of templates that they have so in building out agents or assistants they have 64 different templates and they're all pre-written for you now of course you can build your own agent by simply describing what job you want this agent to do do and then it'll write the prompt for you you can start from scratch again you can choose from a template or you can uh import a Json file so it gives you a lot of flexibility in that the other thing that I love about this is that you can create agents that or assistants that you can embed and mine pal calls them chatbots so if you want to embed these into your website into wherever you want it to go you can totally do that here with MP pal the other thing here and what I truly love MP pal for is the AI workflows that you can build so the workflows are basically stringing together uh agents so if you want to use multiple agents to get different things done in your business that's what workflows are going to be able to do and again they have tons of templates I don't even know how many this is probably close to I don't know 100 templates maybe 80ish templates and as you can see here so uh podcast webinar content prep so you can look at it and it has all the pre-built steps and each of these steps has a has the prompt written tells you what it does how to use it when you should use it can you customize it of course you can and you simply duplicate that template if you want to start using it another really cool thing about mine pal for me is that they are rolling they the founders of mine pal uh just two people by the way and they are very responsive it you can talk directly to them in their Facebook group they're rolling out features really really quickly so for example they've recently rolled out time recording this rolled out the canvas feature which is not similar to chat gbt canvas this is more if your brain does not work linearly in building out a workflow canvas is going to allow you to build out your workflow kind of wherever you want to put the different steps so you can build off your build agents off of your other agents to create the overall uh workflow so oops so you can create click on uh new canvas by the way the price there it's $29 a month if you want to pay monthly so it's super inexpensive the other cool thing here for me is the the different formats that you can do with knowledge sources so you can create your um your knowledge Source in here obviously by uploading files but you can upload URLs you can upload text files and you can upload uh voice notes and you can start recording voice notes right in here and use all of these different things as um knowledge sources the other cool thing about mine pal here so I've just opened up an agent that I have uh previously created so you can see down here at the bottom where you can attach uh your knowledge sources you can attach a web search to the assistant and the model settings are really cool because it gives you access to all the main uh models out there in terms of Gemini claw 3. 5 Sonet um the GPT models Etc but what I really love about this is when you go and use different agents in a workflow you might have one agent that is a GPT 40 another agent that is claw 3.
5 Sonet so now you've got different assistants if you will or agents in this case here using different models within your workflow which I think is really really cool by the way if you like this type of information and you're an online business and you're looking to learn more about how to leverage AI in your business so that you can work a whole lot less in the business and increase profit while you're doing that I want to invite you to join me in our school Community called the AI Playbook premium Community as you can see here on the screen it's an amazing community that we're just talking AI all day every day this is a place for you to ask questions and connect with other like-minded online businesses we have weekly calls classroom with all kinds of uh workshops and lessons and courses and stuff like that here want to invite you to join us inside the AI Playbook community and I will link to it in the description below now a couple things to note on mine pal if you want to be connecting M Pal's API to another tool so for example connecting it to make it does get a little technical so I just want to make sure that you're aware of that the other thing there is a learning curve to what I just showed you here in terms of dialing in building out one of those agents or assistants there is a learning curve to getting those settings right to be able to get the results that you're looking for now if you create videos in any way in your business you are going to love this next tool and this next tool is called ta ta . tv and as you can see here on the screen it's a screen recorder and it edits the videos for you I mean let's face it most screen sharing videos whether you are receiving them or you are sending them out are pretty darn boring right and they take if you're doing any kind of editing they take way too long to edit while ta solves that problem for you it has built-in AI capabilities where it will cut out the silences filler words edit with text trim start and end and those features certainly aren't Earth shattering by any stretch but they are a key feature in what you're able to do with ta ta for me has replaced Loom and I'm actually recording this video right now on ta so here we are inside of ta and if I want to record a video I can simply come up here and click on the blue button I can use the web app or I can use the Mac app also as you can see they have a Chrome extension which you can use to start recording even faster let me show you one of the videos just a test video that I looked at yesterday that's me actually recording so this is what the workspace looks like and it starts off with the layout so you can do all kinds of different layouts really quickly um and as you can see over here on the right hand side you can do Zoom uh on images you can uh do background border crop I mean you can do all different types of things and one of my favorite parts of this is you can record different clips of your screen whether you're teaching something or wanting to Showcase something or do a webinar or an automated webinar whatever it might be you can record different clips and then you can put the clips together in any way that you want down here by simply clicking add add clip and then you can go up here to the trim option and this is where it starts analyzing the audio in your video so as you can see has they call it the magic trim so silences filler words the transcript Etc it's using AI to do all the editing for you uh which is really really cool all built into it and you know it's similar to to loom in terms of ease of use but Loom certainly doesn't have all these features built into it like this in terms of how easy it is to use like I said I'm using ta all the time now the next tool on the list is going to completely change the way that you use spreadsheets I'm not kidding and the tool is called bricks if you've ever felt like you spend way more time managing spreadsheets than actually using them to get things done Brick's AI spreadsheet is going to do all the work for you which is what I love about it you don't need to know formulas you don't need to know how do I create a chart out of this data brics does it all for you and has AI built right into it so here we are inside of brics by the way the one of the best features of brics is that it's free yes there is a paid version but you can do a ton just on their free version which is what I'm doing in here they have a whole bunch of templates so as you can see here you can scroll through and pick one of the templates if you want and I cre create a sample spreadsheet here with just some data in it I want to show you what um you can do with it so just broken out by month and there's some data here as you can see at the bottom here you can ask AI to do anything with this data so for example if one of these columns I don't know said Revenue another column said expenses but the spreadsheet is missing like profit and profit margin you could come down here and say uh add columns for profit and profit margin um and it would do it automatically you wouldn't have to you know insert columns then figure out the formulas and stuff like that it does it all for you so then what we can do with this data is we can create dashboards out of it we can create charts we can do any number of um of things here so for example if I want to come over here and click on the plus button here I can add in images I can add tables I can add um styling to it as you can see here I'm going to close out of that do it again I'm going to add in a chart and it says select grid that you want the data that you need that's where the data is the date range uh or the data range I should say is all of this so I'm going to click on Create and so now it pulls this over here and now let's say that I want to bring in the month versus um I don't know churn and I want to create um yeah a a bar graph I can create a line graph out of it I can create a pie chart out of it um all in a matter of second so I can be building out these dashboards super super quickly and I don't have to know how to do this with the data I don't have to know how to you know create formulas or anything like that it does it all right in here for you and has this um the AI field down here also it'll tell you it'll give you prompts to suggest sort of your next move and like right here generate Report featuring a line chart to illustrate data Trends from table one okay I'm going to do that and then um it'll go through and tell you what you need to do in order to be able to create that check this out it did it in just a matter of what five seconds there bricks is something that I've gotten into the second half of 2024 and I'm going to be using this a ton in 2025 and by the way this is just the tip of the ice when it comes to Bricks if you want a deep dive video specifically about bricks let me know in the comments below all right the next tool that is way too good to ignore the actual tool itself is not new by any stretch but the functionality within the tool part of that functionality is brand new as of December 2024 and the tool we're talking about here is perplexity specifically within perplexity it's the perplexity spaces so here we are inside of perplexity and you go over here to the left hand side click on Spaces now one thing to note on perplexity spaces this is not new this is not a new functionality this has been around for quite a while and I remember using this in early 2024 and being super impressed with it as you can see here it sort of looks like if you've used notebook LM you can create uh it kind of looks like that so here's an example of a space that I've created and the new functionality that perplexity has added to this now a lot of people saying that the files are new in terms of allowing you to create a bit of a knowledge source for a space as I remember it this isn't new I could do this earlier in the year and I'm on a Pro Plan but I don't think that makes any difference now you can add multiple files here but you were able to attach a attach files on your computer to a to a space earlier this year what is new is the links option so you can add in different domains different URLs in here and perplexity will use those domains use those um URLs that you're inputting here as part of the knowledge source for this particular space the other thing you can do here is you can so as I go over here you can change the different um you can change the different AI models so you can select from all the major AI models if you don't want to use perplexity default um models and again here you're giving it instructions much like you would a GPT or a cloud project you're giving it instructions here so that whenever you do a search in this specific space it will be done through the lens of your custom instructions okay now for the sources as you can see here you can set the sources for the search so it's going to have web here so it'll use the internet in your search and I don't have any files attached to this specific space but if you do they'll show up here and you can click that on or off so whatever lens that you want your search to go through you can set it specifically to the uh space here another cool thing about perplexity spaces is that you can share them so you can copy the link share them on social or you can get collaborators on the space and invite people to it simply by clicking on contributors and putting in people's email address this next tool is one of those tools that I take for granted that everybody knows but more often than not when I mention this tool people are like what is that tool I've never even heard of it well I use this tool literally every single day in my business because I do a lot of Zoom calls in my business and I wanted to attend quote unquote the call with me to take notes to transcribe the call and to automatically give me the key takeaways and the action items from that Zoom call well this tool is called fathom note Taker and if you've not seen fathom I'm going to show you that right here and it is awesome so this is an example of the post call page that you get as soon as your call is done and as you can see here it's got a ton of information on it it's got the purpose of the meeting the key takeaways the different topics that were talked about uh during that call it has next steps already bulleted out for you and by the way I've tested fathom against other um you know Zoom call notes takers and this one for me fathom by far does the best job I don't get much out of the questions um but it does gather the attendee questions also it gives you the next steps and action items so it allows you to clip different sections of a uh of a call that you're doing during the call and then later on you can come back in here and I didn't do any for this for this call here but it would show up in the right hand column so if if these things weren't enough my favorite feature of fathom is the ask fathom so it's AI that lets you ask questions to if you will the Call so if I want to ask any question about hey what was happening or what were we talking about when we're talking about X Y or Z during the call I can ask it right here and again this is a feature I use all the time it uh it's really really powerful and this for me is a differentiating factor for fathom compared to other tools out there I know other uh note-taking tools have this sort of functionality but for me they don't work as well as uh fathom the other thing too about fathom is it's super reliable as soon as I start the call it is there for me I have to approve it coming In by the way fathom is totally free it will give you on the free version the AI summary not to the extent that I showed you on the screen you got to do the paid version for that it's like $19 but even with the free version it will connect with your slack so if you want to send the notes and so forth easy to share if you wanted to send it over to slack for example you can do that on the uh on the free version tool number six is called Lindy Ai and this is another automation tool but it allows you to create workflows that handle a lot of the repetitive tasks that you have in your business and the unique differentiating factor of Lindy is the AI agent capabilities within some of these workflows that you can build inside of Lindy all right here we are inside of Lindy as you can see here they have tons of templates and R at the top here they have recommended templates for me personally I wouldn't start with these recommended templates I think where the power comes in is going through clicking on all templates and starting to sort through these templates to see if anything that is already currently built that you can use or that makes sense in your business of course you can start creating your own they call it Lindy so if I click on new Lindy I can start from scratch and as you can see here it's a very visual editor and I think that's another one of the differentiating factors where this is a I'm a very visual person so this works really really well for me in terms of the visual building of uh an automated workflow now as I mentioned here the the big differentiating factor for Lindy is the AI agent so let me show you one of the other uh pre-built lindies that it has so what I love about this Lindy here this automation is when emails come in that people want to collaborate with me on the channel then this whole workflow goes through and is sorting through and picking the collaborations that might make sense for me and that uh might be of most interest to me so if it is it's going to get down here to this section down here where and I realize this is uh this is small but I'm click on negotiate so this is the AI agent that is built into this workflow so if it gets this far down and it is something that I might be interested in I've created a knowledge base with the criteria for what I will do a collaboration on and prices etc etc now this is pre-built um and so you get to go in here and customize this for yourself but basically the prompt is you are are telling the AI what your parameters are for collaborations and it will go back and forth by itself with the person who is emailing you to collaborate so again this is the different differentiating factor for me when it comes to Lindy because you can do a lot of these things in other tools but the AI agent aspect of it this is really cool and this is something that uh is really really effective to especially if you're getting a lot of a specific type of email for example and you want to go back and forth with that person for any reason you can create that sort of Lindy or automation here now one thing you want to keep in mind when it comes to using the AI agent functionality within Lindy is that we are still very early in the capabilities of AI agents with different AI models so it's something to be aware of if you're going to be using that feature or that aspect within the different workflows here uh you're definitely going to want to keep that in mind this last tool helps you create apps and tools without knowing any coding knowledge if you're anything like me you know nothing about coding well this tool repet repet isn't new but the functionalities within it specifically the agent functionality which came out earlier in 2024 and now the assistant functionality is going to allow you to describe an app so you just tell repet what you want to create and it will create the code for you you can edit it in real time as it's building the app for you and you can also host your app that you create right on rep all right so here's what it looks like inside of repet as you can see here you can describe an app or site that you want to create so through natural language you just start typing in here what you want to create and it'll start coding it for you so for example down here they've got some examples let's create a weight list website and it runs with the prompt there they have got an improved prompt functionality you can just click that button it'll improve it but let's just start building so after clicking submit this is what's happening right now is it is going through encoding this weight list website right now and I know nothing about this code or what's going on here but it's going to show me an example of what it builds and then I can message the agent down here um I.
