How I make $18,000/MONTH with AI YouTube Channels (Faceless)

YouTube automation completely changed my life and took me from 0 to 100K a month in less than a year if you compare it with what Drop Shipping was in 2021 creating faceless YouTube channels is blowing up and it's one of the best businesses to start if you just take action now that we've got AI the need for a big budget has been completely wiped out so you can start a channel even if you only have a few dollars but this business model is not some get-rich quick scheme you actually have to put in the work

if you aren't ready to change your life and work hard for it this most likely won't be for you so a couple of days ago I stumbled across this new faceless Channel they're creating these 20 minute plus real life story videos that are getting millions of views a biased and racist teacher a classroom full of tension but there's a Twist that no one saw and here's the thing small channels getting a lot of views is a really good sign since that means YouTube is pushing their videos to a new audience this channel was created in

August of this year and they've already gained 30,000 plus subscribers and 4 million views but not only that about 48% of Their audience is from the US which means their RPM is really good RPM easily put describes how much you make for every thousand views you get and if you have an audience in First World countries like the US this number is typically very high I actually looked up how much they're making and in the last couple of months they've brought in roughly $50,000 just from ad Revenue so in just a few months they've been

able to create a five fig business and as of right now only a few are tapping in so there is still lots of opportunity I did some digging into their strategy and how they're creating their videos and it's really simple to replicate if you just know what tools to use here's what I made in 20 minutes or so a biased racist teacher a classroom filled with tension and a Twist that no one saw coming as you can see it's pretty much identical to theirs so I thought I'd share with you how I did this with

you guys in this video I'll show you the exact strategy I use to replicate their videos and how you can turn this into a multiple six fig business since I've been in the space for quite some time now and know how to monetize channels like this I noticed they're missing out on thousands of dollars a month by not doing this one thing after I've shown you how to replicate these videos I'll reveal this monetization strategy they're missing out on so that you can implement it before them most gurus will try to rip you off by

telling you that you need a course to be able to do this which honestly is just garbage I've built an entire blueprint will go through and as always it's completely free let's do it first things first it all starts with the script this is the most important step outside of the topic that will decide whether your video is going viral or not usually I recommend you write the scripts yourself but since the video we're about to create is really long it's not optimal however recently AI has gotten a lot better at it and there are

a few free websites that can actually write good scripts and when creating long scripts like this one doing it with AI can save you a lot of time the one I like to use is called dubtub and they have a feature that makes this process really smooth if you want your video to perform well the key is to go with a concept that has already been proven to go viral so what you want to do is search up your competitor's Channel on YouTube and filter their videos by popularity as you can see they have this

video with 3 million views so obviously it has a good script next copy the link of it and head over to dubdub and sign up for an account they have a 3-day free trial so you can try it out for yourself once you've created your account you'll see this homepage with all their features here you want to click on the one that says AI transcription this tool will transcribe the entire video for us in a couple of seconds and all you got to do is paste the link into this box since we don't want to

copy anybody else's script we're going to rewrite this script while keeping the story line exactly the same and this is where dubdub helps out a lot because if you look to the right you'll see this button that says rewrite if you click on it dubdub will rewrite the entire script for us and create a unique script with the exact same message as the viral one but having it in this little box is really inefficient so instead you want to copy the entire thing and paste it into a Google doc like this now read it through

so that everything looks good and make changes when necessary usually it doesn't make any mistakes but it's always good to double check writing this ourselves would have probably taken at least a day or two and now we created it with AI in just a few minutes even Outsourcing it would have taken a bunch of time too anyway now that we have the script ready we need to create a voiceover from it if you're feeling confident you could do it yourself but honestly AI has gotten so good it'll probably do a better job not to mention

it saves a lot of time in my opinion 11 Labs is the best text to speech software especially if you use this untapped tool called professional voices it's basically a human I promise you won't be able to tell the difference between it and a real human they have a free plan you can start out with so that you don't have to spend any money on a subscription before pasting in the script you want to find a good voice to use to do this go to the right and click on voices and then on Library here

you'll find hundreds of pre-made voices to choose from the channel I showed you earlier is using an American male voice which I think fits really well so I'll do something similar first you want to click on this button and set the language to English and accent to American but to actually get the most realistic result you want to click on the three lines to the right and filter it down to only professional voices this way you'll only get the best quality voices that sound the most realistic after looking around for a bit I found this

one that sounded really good I have a casual smooth and sexy voice that you can use for anything you want now to actually use it click on use to the right and it'll automatically be added to your voice Library this means you can start generating the script but since it's like 5,000 words long we can't generate it all at once 11 Labs can't handle that much text at a time instead generate 500 words at a time and download each file separately go back to the script document and copy around 500 Words head back to 11

Labs paste it in and press generate speech once it's generated you want to click here in the bottom right to download it now just repeat this exact process until you've generated the entire script we're going to put all the files together in a bit but first we need to create some visuals if we take a look at the video I showed you before all the visuals are just pretty simple AI generated images of the characters to create these images we first need a list of all the characters in the story either you read it through

yourself or you can use this method that's a lot quicker what you want to do is head over to chat GPT and enter a prompt that looks something like this we're telling it that we've created a script and we want it to give us a list of all the characters in it but not only that also a detailed description of their looks in a prompt format that can be used in Leonardo AI it'll then ask you to provide the script so just copy it and paste it into chat GPT once it's gone through it it'll

give you a list of all the character with a prompt that we'll be able to use to generate the actual images in the prompt I mentioned Leonardo AI which is the image generator we're going to use they'll give you a couple of credits every day which should be enough so that you don't have to get a subscription so start off by heading over to Leonardo then you want to click on this big button in the middle that says image creation this text box is where you'll insert the prompt and generate the images so anything you

type in here it'll turn into an image start off by pasting in the first prompt from chat GPT you you don't really have to make any adjustments to it however before you generate it you want to make sure you have the right settings in place first set the preset to cinematic Kino this will make the images look more realistic also the image Dimensions should be set to 169 otherwise the images won't fit the screen lastly I have the number of images set to four but that's up to you and how many credits you can afford

to spend once you have all the settings in place you want to hit generate and wait a few seconds for the images to be created and as you can see they turned out really good but here's the thing we want all of the other images to have the same look as this one or it'll make no sense to do this you want to use one of these as a reference image and Leonardo will create the other ones in the same style first download one of these images to your computer then click on this button in

the top left and choose style reference upload the image like this and Leonardo will then create the images in the same style as that one from there just continue generating the prompts from chat GPT now they're all generated and it actually turned out really good this will give you four Images per character which should be enough however I thought I'd also show you how to really take it to the next level say you want to create an image of a character in a specific setting for example the teen girl being angry there's actually a way

to do this what you want to do is again click on this image in the top left but this time on character reference upload an image of your character and it'll be able to create whatever image you like of it let's take the example I just mentioned so I'll write something like the girl in the reference image being angry in the exact same setting and as you can see It'll create an image of the same character but in these ones she's angry let's see another example I think you get the point basically you can use

this feature to create similar images for specific parts of the video it'll make it look a lot more engaging to look at compared to if you use the same couple of images throughout the entire video now that the voice over and visuals are ready it's time we put it all together before we move on to the next step there's one thing you got to know about as you might have heard YouTube is only monetizing Channels with over 1,000 subscribers and 4,000 hours of watch time according to YouTube it takes the average Channel half a year

to reach those requirements so it's quite a big hurdle for most channels when they're just starting out however some time ago I found this website that creates pre monetized YouTube accounts that have been grown organically to meet these requirements and not only that they've targeted a western audience so the RPM is really good compared to other accounts from other parts of the world basically when you get one of these accounts you'll make money right away from your first post it can be really handy since you won't miss out on any revenue from views during your

first couple of videos so yeah if you want to save yourself some time and skip the headache of growing your channel organically to meet YouTube's requirements click the link down in the description Leo it's time you teach what you're the greatest at hm I see where you're getting at ever thought about making an editing tutorial tutorial it's what everybody want nah I don't think anybody would want to see that right hear me out if enough people comment goat you promise you'll create a full editing tutorial sure why not but I want to see at least

a thousand people commenting it otherwise forget it it will literally take me two plus months to make such a video breaking down every single element it's crazy if you want to see it guys you know what to do let's move on to how to edit our nich's videos first though I spend hours a day editing and cap cut is without a doubt the best free software they have tons of assets and features but more importantly it's free so we don't need to spend any money on expensive subscriptions start off by creating a new project and

import the voiceover files next let's add the files by dragging them to the timeline just make sure they're in the right order next upload the visuals and start to place them out one by one here you want to listen to the voiceover and add the best fitting image for example the first few seconds is about the teacher so I'll add one of these images keep it on the screen for as long as it matches the voice over but try to keep it on there for no more than 10 to 20 seconds especially in the beginning

of the video just highlight it and you'll be able to adjust the length of it by dragging the ends like this but just leaving it like this makes it look really boring so we want to add some movements to make it more engaging to look at to do this we'll add some key frames simply explained key frames Define the starting and ending points of movement let's use a zoom as a simple example I want to add a slow zoom in on this this clip so that it's always moving to do this you want to go

to the right and click on this little star icon where it says scale as you can see it's set to 100% now go to the end of that clip and set it to 110% and it'll create this zoom in effect it's a really simple way to make visuals more engaging to look at what you want to do next is to repeat this process by adding zoom in key frames on all the images once we've added them next you want to continue to add the visuals until you've covered the entire voice over after watching it through

I do think the cuts between the images are a bit rough so I thought it would make sense to add some transitions if you go up in the top left you'll see this button that says transitions where they have hundreds of pre-made transitions that you can choose from some of them look a bit too extreme so I wouldn't go with those but rather choose something smooth like a fade transition one of my favorite ones though it's called mix so I'll drag that in between the first two clips and as you can see it makes it

look a lot smoother then you can just click on apply to all and it'll be added between all Clips right now I feel like the colors are a bit too cold and it's not very aesthetic to look at but we can fix that with some color correction to avoid having to adjust each clip individually We'll add an adjustment layer instead it's basically a layer you put on top of everything else and when you adjust the colors of the adjustment layer it'll affect the look of everything underneath to add one of these click on this button

and then add a custom adjustment layer extend it so so that it covers the entire video and brings some life to it by adding temperature tint saturation and vignette looks better once you're done with that it's time we added some extra retention with captions what I mean by that is that by adding text you know the subtitles for example like a movie has the viewer is more likely to stay for longer many people even watch videos on social media with low or no volume at all so the text ensures that they're also able to follow

along with the video you could even try it out yourself make one video without them and then another one where you have great captions for the entire video I can promise you that the average view duration will be higher with captions anyway to add these click on captions and set the language to English next hit generate and it'll Auto transcribe the entire video and then add a caption track they'll look really boring as you can see so we'll need some kind of Animation if you click on templates to the right you'll have literally hundreds to

choose from you want to avoid these quick one-word short form templates instead going with something more slow paced I'd recommend something that shows multiple words at a time like this one in my opinion multiple word captions fit longer Story videos better all you got to do then is to click on it and it'll be added to the entire track if you want to Brand it even further you can click on basic and change it however you like for example I'll change the font to one called The Bold font and make the outline a bit darker

try to create something that works for you and is unique for your Channel to make it stand out from the competition now that we have the captions in place we're pretty much done with the visual part before we export the video we need to add some sound design so the viewer can feel what's happening in the video first we have sound effects these will add more life to your video for example in this beginning part of the video there's a school bell ringing so we'll add a school bell sound effect so you mean I have

to individually find all these sound effects online well yes the most common way is to go on YouTube and search for it however this is really time consuming and in many cases you won't even find the one you're looking for so I decided to make things easy for you and I put together a Google drive folder with all the most viral and useful sound effects out there this will save you a bunch of time so if you want to check it out I'll leave a link to it in the description I'll most likely make it

$0 so anyone can access it and save a bunch of time the second part of sound design is the music which is what will set the vibe for the entire video you want to add music that matches the feeling you want the viewer to have while watching it knowing that however isn't always too easy so I usually use AI for this you want to ask chat GPT to suggest what music you should use in your video to make it as engaging as possible to look at it'll then give you a list of music to choose

from but you got to be careful here you can't just search this up on YouTube and take it from there because chances are it's copyrighted and you don't want to end up with a strike so instead use some copyright free music website like pixabay and search it up it'll give you a bunch of songs to choose from and they're completely free to use since the videos are so long I'd recommend you get at least three to five songs and switch it up every now and then also don't forget to think about the actual storyline of

your video like what feeling do you want to give the viewer if you have that in mind when you search for music it'll all turn out much better once you've downloaded them you want to head back to cap cut and start adding them to the timeline something I like to do is add a little fade in by dragging this little circle a few cenm to the right and of course lower the volume or the video will be completely unwatchable usually something like minus 20 is good but there's really no one correct answer so listen to

what sounds good for each song just continue this process until you've covered the entire video with music and after that we have the final result click on the blue button in the upper right and set the frame rate to 60 and resolution to 1080 this will give it the best quality and lastly hit export a biased and racist teacher a classroom filled with tension and a Twist that no one saw and that's the entire video creation blueprint this channel used to gain 4 million views and make $50,000 in only a few months however as I

mentioned in the beginning of this video they're still missing out on a lot of Revenue here's the thing most people will understand these videos are created with AI and therefore many will also wonder what tools are being used to create them so what you want to do is place the link to all the tools you used in the bio but not just the website URL you want to use affiliate links these are links that are tracked to you so that every time someone makes a purchase through that link you'll earn a commission from that sale

and it's actually really simple to get your hands on one of these affiliate links since almost all companies have an affiliate program here's how to set it up I'll use 11 Labs as an example just search up 11 Labs as you normally do and scroll down to the footer usually you'll find a button here that says something like become an affiliate click on there and you'll be taken to their affiliate page and as you see you'll earn 22% of all the revenue you bring in for the first 12 months then you want to submit an

application and fill in all of this information it's mostly questions about where you'll promote it and stuff like that once you're accepted you'll get a link that will Trace all the sales back to you now repeat this process until you have affiliate links for all the softwares you've been using to create the video once you have all of them you want to write text that says something like tools used to create this video and place all the links underneath chances are a lot of people will be interested in creating similar videos and sign up for

these softwares through your link affiliate links are also a good way for the viewer to support a channel and many creators use them like you can go onto every single Channel on YouTube pretty much that are established and the Creator will have put his links down in the description kind of a way for the viewer to give back if they're going to use the website either way anyways as you can see this channel is not doing this so you'll literally be the first one to reveal these tools for the audience from there you'll have two
