or achieving a goal and intang ible qualities such as kindness creativity or resilience can be included we consistently review this list to remind ourselves of our inherent value and potential we start to develop a strong sense of self-worth and belief in our abilities to make a positive impact on the world it's important to not only celebrate our own strengths and accomplishments but also to recognize and appreciate the positive qualities and contributions of others by adopting a positive perspective towards others by adopting a positive perspective towards others we Foster an environment of appreciation support and collaboration
