your hearts to receive the blessings of this prayer my friends imagine you're about to embark on a hike through unfamiliar terrain you have two options Forge ah head blindly relying solely on your instincts or consult an expert guide who knows every inch of the path which would you choose in life we often face similarly critical choices the Bible teaches us in Proverbs 3: 5 trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding this familiar verse reminds us that God is our ultimate guide the one who sees the full picture

of Our Lives just as a hiker would be foolish to venture into unknown territory without guidance we too must seek God's wisdom before making our next move my friends let's begin by exploring the profound impact of Consulting God before making decisions in our rap ly changing world we often feel pressured to act quickly to make snap judgments based on limited information but what if we took a moment to pause to seek the wisdom of our creator the Bible tells us in James 1:5 if any of you lacks wisdom let him ask of God who gives

to all liberally and without reproach and it will be given to him this verse is a powerful reminder that God is Not only willing but eager to guide us he doesn't withhold his wisdom from us he freely offers it to all who ask think about that for a moment the creator of the universe with his infinite knowledge and perfect understanding is ready to counsel us in our daily decisions yet how often do we neglect this amazing in resource how many times have we rushed into decisions without first Consulting our heavenly father my dear friends when

we bypass God's counsel we rob ourselves of his perfect guidance we limit ourselves to our own finite understanding when we could be tapping into Divine wisdom consider the story of King Jehoshaphat in the Old Testament when faced with an overwhelming enemy Army jehoshaphat's first action was to seek the Lord's guidance he didn't rely on his military strategies or political alliances instead he turned to God in prayer and fasting and what was the result God gave him a strategy that led to a miraculous Victory without even lifting a sword this story illustrates the power of divine

consult ation when we seek God's guidance he can provide Solutions beyond our imagination he can open doors that we never knew existed and close the ones that would lead to harm but seeking God's guidance isn't just about avoiding mistakes or finding success it's about aligning our will with his about living in harmony with his perfect plan for our lives when we consult God before our next move we're acknowledging his sovereignty over our lives we're saying Lord I trust your wisdom more than my own I submit my plans to you this attitude of humility and dependence

is at the heart of a vibrant Faith it's what allows us to experience the fullness of God's blessings in our lives my friends seeking God's guidance also bring peace to our decision-making process how many of us have lost sleep over important choices tossing and turning as we weigh pros and cons but when we bring our decisions to God we can rest in the assurance that he will guide us Philippians 4: 6-7 tells us be anxious for nothing but in everything by prayer and supplication with Thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God and the

Peace of God which surpasses all understanding will guard your hearts and Minds through Christ Jesus what a beautiful promise when we consult God not only do we receive his wisdom but we also experience his peace this peace isn't dependent on circumstances it's a supernatural Karm that comes from knowing we're in God's hands but how do we practically seek God's guidance it's starts with prayer with coming before God in humility and openness we need to be willing to listen not just to speak our desires it involves studying his word the Bible which is filled with principles

for Godly living and decision-making sometimes God speaks to us through other believers through circumstances or through that still Small Voice in our hearts the key is to cultivate a lifestyle of seeking God not just in big decisions but in every aspect of Our Lives when we make Consulting God a habit we become more attuned to his voice and his leading we develop spiritual discernment that helps us navigate even the most complex situations my dear friends I challenge you today to make a commitment before your next move whether it's a major life decision or a seemingly

small Choice pause and seek God's guidance invite him into your decision-making process you might be surprised at how he responds and how your life can change when you prioritize his wisdom remember God loves you and wants the best for you he sees the big picture of your life and knows what you truly need by seeking his guidance you're tapping into a wisdom that far surpasses human understanding you're aligning yourself with his perfect will for your life my friends now that we understand the importance of seeking God's guidance let's address the challenges we often face in

this Pursuit why is it that despite knowing the benefits we some times hesitate to consult God before making our moves one common obstacle is impatience in today's world we're conditioned to expect instant results we want answers now Solutions immediately but God's timing doesn't always align with our urgency the Bible reminds us in Isaiah 55:8 for my thoughts are not your thoughts thoughts nor are your ways my ways says the Lord this verse challenges us to adjust our expectations and Trust in God's perfect timing sometimes waiting for God's guidance can feel like a delay but it's

often in these waiting periods that God prepares us for what's ahead another obstacle is pride we might think we know best that our our experience or intelligence is sufficient for the decisions we face but Proverbs 16:18 warns us Pride goes before destruction and a hoty spirit before a fall humility is key in seeking God's guidance we must acknowledge that our perspective is limited that we need Divine wisdom to navigate life's complexities Fe can also hold us back from seeking God's guidance we might be afraid that God's plan differs from our desires what if he leads

us down a path we don't want to take but remember God's love for us is perfect first John 4:18 assures us there is no fear in love but perfect love casts out fear because fear involves torment but he who fears has not been made perfect in love trusting in God's love helps us overcome the fear of his guidance sometimes we struggle with hearing God's voice we pray we seek but we don't seem to receive clear Direction this can be frustrating and discouraging but my dear friends hearing God's voice is a skill we develop over time

it requires patience practice and a willingness to listen 1 Samuel 3: 10 gives us a beautiful example now the Lord came and stood and called as at other times Samuel Samuel and Samuel answered speak for your servant hears like Samuel we need to cultivate an attitude of Readiness to hear and obey God's voice sometimes past disappointments can hinder us from seeking God's guidance perhaps You' felt let down by God before or you've misunderstood his leading these experiences can make us hesitant to trust again but Jeremiah 29:1 reminds us of God's good intentions for us for

I know the thoughts that I think toward you says the Lord thoughts of peace and not of evil to give you a future and a hope God's plans for us are always good even when we don't understand them in the moment another obstacle can be spiritual warfare the enemy doesn't want us to seek God's guidance because he knows the power it brings to our lives he may try to distract us discourage us or fill our minds with doubts Ephesians 6:12 reminds us for we do not wrestle against flesh and blood but against principalities against Powers

against the rulers of the darkness of this age against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the Heavenly places we must be aware of this spiritual battle and arm ourselves with prayer and God's word sometimes we may feel Unworthy of God's guidance past mistakes or current struggles might make us feel disqualified from seeking his counsel but my friends God's love and guidance are not based on our Perfection Romans 5:8 assures us but God demonstrates his own love toward us and that while we were still sinners Christ died for us God's guidance is available to us not because

we're worthy but because he loves us we might also face the challenge of conflicting advice friends family or experts might offer guidance that seems to contradict what we believe God is saying in these moments we must remember Proverbs 19: 21 it says there are many plans in man's heart nevertheless the Lord's counsel that will stand while it's wise to consider Godly advice ultimately we must prioritize God's guidance Above All Else another obstacle can be our own desires and biases if we're being honest sometimes we may subconsciously seek confirmation for what we want rather than truly

being open to God's Direction Jeremiah 17:9 warns us the heart is deceitful above all things and desperately wicked who can know it we must be honest with ourselves and ask God to reveal any hidden motives or biases that might be clouding our judgment also we may struggle with consistency in seeking God's guidance we might turn to him for big decisions but neglect to consult him in our daily choices yet Colossians 3:1 17 encourages us and whatever you do in word or deed do all in the name of the Lord Jesus giving thanks to God the

Father through him this verse reminds us to involve God in every aspect of Our Lives not just the major crossroads my dear friends recognizing these obstacles is the first step in overcoming them by acknowledging our challenges we can actively work to remove these barriers that prevent us from fully seeking God's guidance remember God is patient with us as we learn to rely on him fully he understands our struggles and is always ready to help us grow in our ability to seek and follow his guidance my friends let's now turn our attention to practical steps that

we can take to seek God's guidance before our next move first and foremost we must prioritize our relationship with God seeking his guidance isn't a one-time event but an ongoing conversation rooted in a deep personal relationship Jesus tells us in John 15:5 I am the vine you are the branches he who abides in me and I in him Bears much fruit for without me you can do nothing this verse emphasizes the importance of staying connected to God consistently not just when we need guidance spend time in prayer daily not just talking to God but also

listening create space in your life for silence and reflection allowing God's voice to cut through the noise of daily life immerse yourself in God's word regularly the Bible is a primary way God speaks to us and guides our paths Psalm 119 verse5 reminds us your word is a lamp to my Fe beat and a light to my path as you read scripture ask God to illuminate truths that apply to your current situation develop the habit of bringing every decision big or small before God this doesn't mean you need to have a lengthy prayer session for

every choice but cultivate an attitude of continually inviting God into your thought process practice thankfulness in all circumstances gratitude opens our hearts to hear God more clearly first Thessalonians 5: 18 instructs Us in everything give thanks for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you when we're thankful we're more attuned to God's blessings and guidance in our lives seek wise counsel from mature Believers while God often speaks to us directly he also uses other people to guide us Proverbs 15 verse 22 says without counsel plans go Ary but in the multitude of

counselors they are established choose advisers who are grounded in God's word and demonstrate Godly wisdom in their own lives pay attention to the peace in your heart often God's guidance brings a sense of Peace even in challenging circumstances Colossians 3:15 tells us and let the peace of God rule in your hearts to which also you are called in one body and be thankful if you feel persistent unease about a decision it may be a sign to pause and seek further guidance be willing to wait on God's timing sometimes the guidance we seek doesn't come immediately

Isaiah 40:31 encourages us but those who wait on the Lord shall renew their strength they shall Mount up with wings like eagles they shall run and not be wary they shall walk and not faint waiting can be difficult but it's often in these periods that God prepares us for what's ahead practice obedience in small things as you follow God's guidance in minor decisions you'll build confidence in hearing his voice for larger ones Luke 16 verse 10 reminds us he who is faithful in what is least is faithful also in much and he who is unjust

in what is least is unjust also in much each Act of obedience strengthens our ability to discern God's will be open to guidance that challenges your comfort zone sometimes God's Direction may surprise us or push us beyond what feels safe remember the story of Peter walking on water in Matthew 14 God's guidance often calls us to step out in faith Journal your journey of seeking God's guidance write down the promptings you feel the scriptures that speak to you and the outcomes of following God's Direction This Record can be a powerful reminder of God's faithfulness and

help you recognize patterns and how he speaks to you fast and pray when facing sign significant decisions fasting helps us focus our attention on God and can bring Clarity to difficult situations in Acts 13:2 we see an example of this the scripture says as they ministered to the Lord and fasted the holy spirit said now separate to me barnabus and Saul for the work to which I have called them Father ing can heighten our spiritual sensitivity to God's voice my friends remember that seeking God's guidance is a journey not a destination it's a lifelong process

of learning to trust God fully and align our will with his there will be times when we miss the mark but God's grace is sufficient he is patient with us as we grow in this area second Corinthians 12: 9 assures us with these words and he said to me my grace is sufficient for you for my strength is made perfect in weakness take comfort in knowing that as you sincerely seek God's guidance he will direct your paths my dear friends I encourage you to put these principles into practice before your next move big or small

by your Holy Spirit in the name of Jesus I rebuke every Spirit of Pride or self-reliance that would hinder me from seeking your guidance I bind every force of confusion or deception that would cloud my judgment Lord strengthen my faith to trust in your guidance even when it challenges my comfort zone help me to step out in faith knowing that you are with me every step of the way fill me with your peace as I learn to align my will with yours Jehovah Rafa My Healer I pray for healing in every area of my life

restore my body Mind and Spirit with your Divine Touch removing all sickness discomfort and pain surround me with your peace and strength and fill me with the hope and Assurance of your loving care protect me from the enemy's attempts to distract me from your voice I ask for your Divine protection over my life shielding me from all harm leading me away from Temptation and guiding me safely through each day bless me with discernment to recognize your guidance amidst the many voices seeking my attention grant me the courage to obey your promptings even when they go
