everybody's asleep now or getting home after a long night out there partying tried a night it's close to 3:00 in the morning right now now the thing is man it's always gonna be a party it's always gonna be a time to celebrate and at the time to join friends and or data I mean the bars are always open always open know how old you are they're always open you know what's not always open is the opportunity to to check the box in life you know to achieve your dreams and that's not always open and it's

funny is like you know I'm not saying you do it all the time for everything else because everyone needs release in life but it's funny when you're coming here and you're closing the gym up and there's no in the parking lot except for my car and everyone else by getting home from some party right now because bars are closed right now to you know look like going to sleep and if I got the wake up and apologize at somebody for however way the active because that's who they really are they're chemically induced to be a

certain way to have the social lubricants or be able to talk to be liked and said it takes something in order be that guy it's like people I do steroids whatever else I have to take this to be all that you know for Who I am as an individual isn't quite good no that's when you take something and become somebody else you know it's a sad reality coming here at night and you know I don't know what it is about it man but like yeah it's just the air smells a little bit better right now

you know when you say you're gonna do something then you follow through and you do it not not not at the end when you you know you cross the marathon and you finish it or or your hands raised so I'm talking about right now the small steps in between the big successes everyone sees no one sees this right now I'm saying like there's a confidence to a man as I said there's a bad [ __ ] that's right here you know that it's getting ahead of the competition there's an overwhelming sense of fulfillment and pride

and satisfaction with that you know I didn't to shoot up anything I need to drink anything I didn't have to to go party anything III just all I had to do was just go work out and now what's gonna happen is a residual effect of that not only does my body grow from my belief and whatever my current endeavors are they they're just it seemed closer they seemed like you know I can reach out and grab them now you don't get that sense of confidence by going through societies riding the reasons you know you do

your own thing you know especially when everyone else isn't doing and they call you crazy whatever I'll sell you didn't here and people driving bargain life the [ __ ] I got doing up so late well what's up so late me I don't know and some moments in life the decisions you make on a moment-to-moment basis that add up to be the guy or not the guy tonight I did something you know that feel more of a guy for me Who I am my guy you know repeat that over and over and over again it's

just one it's a better life you feel like more confident you have a better sense of reality you know the way you go about your day is is in a more productive fashion you're more goal-oriented they all just synergetic oligo together into a movement of force that's it's very unstoppable and with that success come a lot of people there you know gonna applaud you but the majority will hate you man and they really will they're gonna hate you because you know Europe success is a spotlight shining down their misfortune they [ __ ] hate you

for what you're doing is reminding them of their missed opportunities and stuff so you know that's lonely man just like being this only car out in the parking lot but if you're a cool that man if you're cool with walking in the shadows of yourself and you know the only person you got is the man right there in the shadow man how you doing pretty good how you doing all right man cool cool it's kind of weird having a conversation with you buddy no one else is round because everyone else that's feeded way back then

way back there you know if you cool with that kind of walk of life tell you man the world is your playground you will rewrite the book on it all time going get some sleep and this we fight get by the way I've earned I'll be dead asleep in no time I'll wake up mentally clear confident excited can we do this again tomorrow day in and day out to create the destiny champions you're never falling - the creators today another nail instruction [Music]
