become better people I'm going to teach you how Jesus taught us to pray and we'll look at Matthew 6 for this Matthew 6- 5:15 explains how Jesus prayed he has many followers and has influenced so many people but the truth is he's the most important person ever he's the greatest influencer in human history the person who has made the biggest impact and helped us wake up to the truth I'm going to show you how Jesus prayed in the Bible and give you plenty of tips on how to pray as I promised at the start of

why things are aren't happening for you but let's look at how Jesus prayed and how he taught his disciples to pray he said when you pray don't be like the Hypocrites they love to pray standing in the synagogues and on the streets so people can see them truly I tell you they've already received their reward what does this mean when you pray it should be private with God you don't need to pray for people to say oh look how good they are always praying that's being a hypocrite as Jesus said many people think this applies

to all parts of life most people act like they're working but aren't really then wonder why they don't get results most people act like they're taking care of themselves but they aren't many pretend they're good people but for example they litter when no one's watching even when there's a trash can just a few steps away that's hypocrisy the same thing happens with prayer you don't have to pray to show off some people tell me I do everything I pray all the time don't tell me that just do it the same goes for donations Jesus also

said donations shouldn't be done publicly we see people showing off saying look how generous I am look at all my donations celebrities go to Africa am take pictures with the kids then come back and forget about them that's not being a good person that's taking care of your image the world and history are full of bad people with good reputations and many are seen as Heroes because they invent things or start big companies but deep down they might be terrible people who are just good at looking nice you can't be like that you can fool

others and even yourself but you you can't fool God the Bible says God knows the number of hairs on your head so when you pray don't do it for others to see pray for yourself and your relationship with God next Point Jesus said when you pray go to your room close the door and pray to your father who is unseen then your father who sees what is done in secret will reward you what does this mean first your prayers should be be private Jesus often said this when he healed someone he'd say I didn't heal

you your faith saved you it was their belief that healed them not Jesus another thing he said was don't tell anyone why because we create based on our faith and beliefs if you go and tell others about something that doesn't make sense to them they'll keep seeing you as sick poor or struggling and you'll end up staying that way this is known as the pigmon effect in science where other people's beliefs about you can shape what you become that's why it's so important to keep things private especially when you're trying to create new things in

your life so he says to pray in secret because God only gives what's asked for in secret you have to keep your prayers private don't tell anyone you might be making the mistake of sharing your prayers with others and wondering why things aren't working out keep your secrets with God do you believe in God the universe in what quantum physics is starting to show do you believe in metaphysics manifestation spirituality The Law of Attraction and Universal principles do you believe you can shape your life do you believe you can attract money love health and blessings

keep your secrets with God don't go around telling people or complaining that it's not working keep going another thing he says is to go to your room which means when you pray do it alone you don't need anyone with you go by yourself to your room close the door and talk to God in private this means you need Solitude what do people often do they pray in public they go to churches synagogues or bid Gatherings to pray that's not the place to pray Jesus is telling you this how can you go somewhere and pray in

a way that makes you a hypocrite Jesus prayed alone even though he was surrounded by people all the time even his disciples he would often slip away to Pray by himself he would go to the mountain to places where no one else was and be alone with God it's important to have that connection with God your father you need to spend time alone with him he also said when you pray don't use too many words like those who don't really know God they think that if they talk a lot God will listen more but that's

not true don't be annoying don't repeat things like a parrot God knows every single hair on your head now let me show you the right way to pray you don't need to talk a lot or tell God everything don't be like when you chat with your friends saying oh Jesus I'd like this and I told you about it already and my boyfriend wants this or that now don't exhaust yourself what do you want just say it get straight to the point boom I want this talking more doesn't mean God will listen more don't hold back

because God our Father Knows What You Need even before before you ask before you even say it he already knows so when you pray you're setting an intention and connecting with what science calls the quantum field or the field of possibilities in spirituality we call this God different religions and Sciences have different names for it Yahweh Jehovah Shiva Allah but it's all the same higher power this power knows you completely inside and out so when you pray you are setting an intention like I want to achieve this that intention starts the process but here's the

key you don't need many words you need clarity about what you want and how it feels the real language of the universe of God is feeling there's a scientist named Greg Braden who studied this and even spent time with Tibetan Monks they were always praying and chanting things like om he said I've been watching your prayers and they replied no The Sounds you hear aren't the prayer they just help create the real prayer which is the feeling the sounds activate the feeling but the feeling itself is the real prayer in another story Greg met a

man from an ancient tribe in north or Latin America who still follow the traditions of their ancestors this man needed to Pray For Rain he went to his prayer spot a circle of stones and stood inside he closed his eyes and after just 5 minutes said that's it we can go have breakfast now Greg asked but where was the prayer what did you do the man explained I took off my shoes closed my eyes and imagined the ground being wet under my feet I kept going until I felt the Earth wet with rain I imagined

the rain falling on me the storm coming when I felt it the prayer was done see just a few words once you create the feeling the prayer is done you can let it go it's already created Jesus said the same thing in the Bible whatever you ask for in prayer believing you've already received it you will receive so just have faith that you will create this reality and connect with the feeling of how it will be when it's already done that's it simple as that to pray effectively you need to learn how to relax when

you relax you enter a prayer State science calls these states alpha or Theta which are brain waves that can be measured in these states your mind is more open and you can put information into it so when are we most open right when you wake up in the morning before you get out of bed after lunch when you feel sleepy from eating and right before you go to sleep when you're half asleep actually the most important time is before bed the old Greek philosophers used to say control your drowsiness it's important to know this because

people who have the discipline to pray during these three times a day usually see better results you also need to activate your faith Faith shows through what you do so just the fact that you pray three times a day already shows faith faith is what science calls the placebo effect and the noo effect what's the placebo effect it's believing something good is going to happen and it does and what's the nobo effect it's believing something bad is going to happen and it does there have been many experiments like one with knee surgery they made a

small cut and used tubes to fix the knee they had a placeo group people who thought they were getting the surgery and a control group who got the real surgery everyone had knee problems but for the place spol group The Doctors only made it look like they had the surgery they put them to sleep made the cut and pretended to do something but didn't actually fix anything the control group caught the real surgery what happened surprisingly more people in the placebo group caught better than those who had the real surgery this proves Jesus teaching according

to your faith it is given to you it's not me who heals you your faith heals you the faith those people had in the knee surgery healed them not the surgery itself once science fully accepts this Humanity will reach a new level we also know that if people keep telling you that you're going to get sick you're much more likely to actually get sick because that's the nobo effect so to pray the right way you need to add the secret ingredient Faith what is Faith it's believing in things you can't see being sure about what
