now or later because if you need to wake will awaken fully alert so now you can just let go [Music] you're listening to this for your own reasons and as you hear my words and become aware of sensations you may allow yourself to relax deeply and at the end of this process you'll have a deeper connection to your inner calm and after a good night's sleep you'll awaken invigorated and refreshed so for now just notice your breathing the gentle rise and fall that happens all by itself and as you let her attention rest on your

things you don't need to understand because every natural thing has its own cycle everything has its place every year the seasons come and each has its own time every morning you're waking every night you go to sleep there's a real pleasure in handing over to the natural cycles of life and it feels so comfortable to settle into the swing of your natural cycle of sleep and wakefulness and go to bed sleepy and tired each night happy to sleep soundly and deeply and release the day knowing that tomorrow will safely take care of itself and when
