begin this practice at the end of your day when you're preparing to fall asleep hit pause if you need to and come back when you're ready once you are get into whatever position feels best to you and lovingly close your eyes invite your awareness to shrift in to your inner experience flowing your awareness into your internal landscape and as you do just meet whatever you meet with a sense of acceptance and non-judgment meeting the experience of the internal landscape of you with kindness [Music] saying hello body thank you for carrying me through another day take
a moment to feel your body feeling gratitude for you expressing yours for it [Music] tune into that Mutual gratitude Fest I appreciate my body and my body appreciates me how miraculous is that [Music] consider for a moment all the things your body has carried you through today where have you been how have you interacted with the world I'll leave you for a moment just to imagine different ways your body showed up today and as you see them or remember them however that is for you let your heart appreciate these instances [Music] and let your body
know just how thankful you are that it carried you through all of this today [Music] stay here for just a few breaths to enjoy this [Music] foreign foreign breathe in extra deeply into a sense of gratitude holding your breath when you reach the top and then when you're ready exhale with a sigh and at the bottom of that breath as you find your breath just returning to whatever Pace feels natural to you which may mean some inhales are deeper and longer than others and vice versa as you let that breath just return to whatever feels
natural invite any muscles you do not need to use right now to become even more relaxed releasing muscles all the way from your forehead [Music] and to your feet inviting gravity to feel heavy on your body letting it know [Music] yes body it is time to slow down now you deserve a brilliant night's rest thank you for bringing me all throughout my day today thank you for helping me show up as me I love you body and now we prepare to sleep [Music] tune in to a sensation within your body that desires sleep or to
put it more accurately as this is more of a job for the senses than it is logic you may simply feel and chance in your body tune into that and get curious if that is your body's way of communicating with you a yes answer yes I would like sleep my body likes to give me peaceful feelings as a yes answer is yours too sometimes I'll breathe through what feels like a no answer until I feel peace making almost anything yes yes [Music] it truly feels sometimes as though changing the inner world specifically the physical Sensations
in creating more peace changes the outer world for me personally [Music] so get curious within you ask your body if it feels as though it does the same [Music] and now imagine the body sound asleep and continue to feel that yes within your body yes sleep I welcome you [Music] and now feel how your mind and spirit are also eager for rest almost as if they are just waiting for a chance to reconnect with something nourishing that we cannot quite understand in the waking world but we don't [Music] for now let just relaxing and knowing
that sleep is coming be enough [Music] feel how Body Mind and spirit are all initiating the peaceful sleepy vibrations helping your body know yes indeed it is time to slow down to enter in [Music] and to prepare for a brilliant night's rest [Music] stay connected to that inner peace and the Stillness within you as you listen to the following messages letting them be true for you if that's what feels right it is time and it is right for me to rest and release [Music] I am ready to relax my body and mind so I may
enter in to a deep restful sleep with my spirit self [Music] while I may not fully understand all that I am and all that we all are in this life I feel peace and comfort and knowing that there is This brilliant sense of Oneness that I can relax into you and I can know I am held [Music] I can know I am free to let go [Music] to relax [Music] and to enter into sleep [Music] now take your time as you begin to transition from this practice [Music] trusting yourself and your body and whatever you
feel called to make in your transition as smooth and relaxing as you'd like sleep sweet tonight dear love
