How I Got 10,371 leads in 7 weeks (My Blueprint)

to set up that's let me turn $1 into over $10 in the past 12 months and how I've automated lead generation with a secret new many chat automation that's helped me get over 10,000 new leads in just the past two months at the same time as driving thousands of extra views on my YouTube videos okay I'm going to be honest with you I think you should stick around for this one if you want to transform not only your life but loads of others and print cash at the same time in 2025 right we've got some

heat to cover so let's just dive straight in right Cham so in this one I'm going to share with you how I've 10x my audience size in in just the past 12 months going from 3,000 followers to nearly up to 40,000 followers now my goal for the year was 50,000 followers and we're getting close but you can see it's been pretty steady up until the last like couple of months where things have really taken off I'm going to share with you the secrets that I've done to get that and not only to grow my audience

that fast but to go from on average five leads per day to over a 100 leads per day which is again what we've done in the last like couple of months and essentially get over 10,000 new leads in just seven weeks with a brand new many chat automation so that's what we're going to be covering in today's video so just want to kind of go back over why I do things differently now some people are like okay he says he doesn't use funnels and the truth is I don't so if you watch these videos and

you don't see how I'm not using funnels then it means you just don't have a good enough grasp on online business I've been in online business I've been doing funnel design for literally the biggest brands on Earth for years so I've been I know what a funnel is and so I don't use them I do a completely different style which is I use a flywheel so that's for you guys who maybe are watching this being like Oh it's just a different way of calling a funnel no this is fundamentally a very different thing and the

key understanding here is the difference between what I call sales-based conversion and marketing based conversion so flywheels use marketing based conversion which means you don't have to go on loads of sales calls if you use sales-based conversion which is what funnels typically do and here's the big kind of difference so with funnels what we are doing is we're asking people to make big trust leaps so we're asking them to make a big trust leap to go from a stranger to a lead and then from a lead all the way to paying us thousands of dollars

as a high ticket client now with flywheels we have much smaller trust gaps to jump so we just ask people to follow us that's the first one and then then we turn them into a lead through the process that I'm going to show you today then we get them into becoming a customer which is buying a low ticket product from us and that is the biggest signal that we're going to get that they are really warm for wanting to become a high ticket client so you can see how we're asking our audience to make much

smaller trust steps instead of trust leaps which is what typically get done in funnels that's why flywheels are different and why I love using them now what I've done recently is I've managed to automate two key steps in our flywheel so the production of leads and also the conversion of leads to customers through this many chat automation which has not only driven 10,000 new leads for me in just the past couple of months but it's also pushed a load of people over to my long form content thousands of extra views on my long form content

so I'm going to be showing you how I've done that now it's extremely important that you understand we're about to enter a new era of the Creator economy where I'm calling this the kind of like pay to-play era and this has happened because in the last 2 years since the arrival of just chat GPT AI content has soared by over 8,000% the market is flooded with AI content and this is only going to continue growing and you'll have noticed on YouTube and on Tik Tok and Instagram this rise of just kind of faceless AI generated

video content that's just going to get worse and worse so what I believe is that there is no such thing as free content you either pay through your time which is the most expensive thing you have or you pay through investing in other people's time which is through either ad spend by getting essentially robots to work for you or other humans so this could be team members editors content managers so I use a mixture of both and so there is no such thing as free content that is the big idea shift that I want you

to make there is no such thing this idea of organic content it is it's absolute there is no such thing as free content there used to be there's not anymore so what I do is I look at every single kind of unit of energy that I put into my content as an investment so whether that's research and ideation whether that's creation whether it's editing posting or advertising these are all investments into the growth of my business they are not an expense they are an investment they are going to compound and have a return on that

investment really big mindset shift that you need if you want to survive in this next era of the Creator economy so I'm going to go through how I've grown my business in the last 12 months with super simple ads that take three clicks and 30 seconds and I'm not even joking I genuinely mean that I can set up an ad in 30 seconds in just three clicks and you can too there's videos on my channel you can see how I've done it now I've used a mixture of these types of advertising as well as doing

what would typically be called organic content which is just making content but unfortunately I'm going to have to keep calling it organic content because otherwise you won't understand the difference between organic and advertising but both of those is to have a cost one is time and investment in the time it takes to create and one is just the money that you're spending on getting that content out to more eyeballs through advertising so just keep stay with me on this unfortunately I still have to use the word organic even though it makes no sense okay so

this is the 20K game plan this is what I've done these are the five steps that I've used to grow my business over the last 12 months step number one is just get great at organic content now what that means is essentially just going to creators and competitors in your Niche stealing ideas from the that they have already validated with high performing content and what you're then going to do is you're going to study that content so you know how it works and then you're going to create your own which I'm going to get to

in a second you're then going to automate collecting leads with things like many chat and you're then going to direct followers over to long form content just like this then you're going to amplify your best organic content with simple boosted ads this is exactly what I've done how I've done it three clicks and 30 seconds for the last year you're going to use that to either gain access to new audiences is cold traffic or you are going to use it to shift beliefs with your existing audience I'm going to show you how I've done that

in a second you're then going to open warm conversations this is the key of the model that we use is that we don't use cold Outreach we use warm conversations so people that have either followed us engaged with us or inbound DMS from people we are going to entertain conversations with them and then we're just going to use a simple rule this is what I use I use a simple rule called scale tax I just reinvest 15% of all cash collected back into marketing budget really simple or to simplify even more boosting okay so this

is why you need to be able to make great content first this is when I say you need to get great at organic content there is a reason why and this will make sense now this guy is and I get his name wrong all the time it's either Sab subie or sa subri it's one of the other I never know it's one of them but this dude you may have seen he's one of the guys on Shark Tank in Australia I think in Australia I'm not sure maybe it's in the US but anyway he's an

Aussie guy and he has spent a lot of money on Advertising over the years he has a I think he's advertising agency is called King Kong he spent a lot on ads so he says I would not rely purely on organic to build my business you want to use organic to feed the paid Engine Okay let's listen to this little short clip of what he says about how he would recommend growing his business I would not rely purely on organic to build my business one of the things that has become more apparent with Instagram reals

and Tik Tok is that you want to use organic to feed the paid engine so it's a great way now that you can get Distribution on these platforms without having huge follower bases for you to test Hooks and for you to test messaging that works in your Marketplace and then finding out what works organically and then turning that into an ad and then amplifying it okay so the thing that he said is the stuff that I've seen work best for our clients is taking their best organic posts and amplifying it with paid ads and this

this is exactly what I've been doing and this is why because you need to know how to boost content because the algorithm is only pushing a fraction of your content to your existing followers this is an example this is taken from one of my videos so one of my videos has got 4,300 kind of accounts that is reached only half are my existing followers so half of my half of my audience are not seeing my content my the other content that I post so what we do is we use our cheat code we use our

boosting toolkit so there are three types of boosted ads that I use one is profile visit ads so this is just getting people back onto your profile so you can direct people back to follow you to look at your stuff to watch your stuff then there's direct message ads so I use these to get conversations open and then also the third one I use is links this is like how I'll sell oneoff tickets to my workshops to products for people to buy and very simple way to get people to buy stuff from you so those

are the three types of boosted posts that I've used over the past 12 months to turn $1 into over $10 $10.2 to be precise and that is a disgusting returnal ad spend compared to what is typical in funnels now in funnels typically a great funnel would get a 4X row as an average funnel will get a 2 or 3x row as most people get a break even row as and that's why with funnels they have to use all of these fancy upsell cross sell down sell all this that gives me a headache to have to

get an increased Ras whereas with our fly we don't have to do any of that stuff okay so now you know how to boost stuff I want to show you exactly the six-step process that I use to get 25,000 new followers in just the past 7 weeks so Step One is research top performing content in your Niche through using something like viral finder so that's what I use to do that step two is study that content and then you create your own versions the key is steal the hook I typically steal the first couple of

sentences exactly word for word and then I structure modify the rest of the content step three is invest into an Editor to force yourself to stay consistent step four is going to be post at least 100 times getting 1% better every day this is what I did I've posted hundreds of times on my Instagram account step five is use a many chat comment trigger to increase engagement and then capture email at the same time as pushing people over to your YouTube video that is how I've done things it is a magic secret code that I've

been testing over the past couple of months that's really the key key to how I've done this and then step six is you take High performing content and you just boost it you can start at just $5 a day like for one ad just to boost that back up to your existing audience to help shift beliefs and it is really cheap to do because you're not having to send it out to cold traffic and competing with all of the other people who are spending loads on ads so here's how I do it in kind of

like practice so there's two types of content in my world there is growth content where we're trying to get new audience members get new eyeballs on our stuff and then there's conversion content this is where we're trying to shift beliefs which builds Authority and trust and this is what I call Authority jacking this is what we do to shift beliefs and so this little triangle is called the levels of marketing awareness when we have people in our audience they're going to have different levels of awareness some people are just going to have no idea the

problems what they have they're going to be unaware some people are going to be aware of the problems that they have some people are going to be aware that there are solutions to their problems some people are going to be aware that you have a product that is going to help them with their solution and then we have the most aware who are like you know what I know exactly what Tom does I know how he helps people I'm ready to make a buying decision and so we have two different types of content for these

people we have growth content for people who are unaware and also problem aware we then have conversion content for people who are solution aware and trying to shift their beliefs and understanding of things to make than product aware and then finally most aware so that's what we do and I use a really simple formula what I call Authority jacket so I take key opinion leaders in my niches like this dude and Seth Goden and then I take statements that they're using in long form content that are they're designed for shifting beliefs in their audiences and

I take them and then I create piece of content about it so for example this piece of content is around talking about why you can't rely on just organic content why you have to have a hybrid approach of paid and organic like I do and also why YouTube is 200 times better than Tik Tok telling people why you need long form content to help convert people and build trust and credibility and using someone like Seth Golden's authority to hijack their Authority so that's what I do and this formula is how I've managed to go from

five leads per day to over 100 leads per day in just the SE last like 7 weeks getting 10,000 new leads with this many chat automation so I've got multiple many chat automations you can just go check out my Instagram account and go look at all of my videos you'll be able to see how I've done this but the key to this is that it's not the many chat automation that has got all of this cranking it is the fact that I have got congruent desire messaging in my content I know my perfect future client

and the language that they use through getting on lots of calls doing loads of coaching calls helping loads of clients I know what they're looking for and what they want I've been consistent as hell so I posted pretty much every day for the last year and I've learned how to create quality organic content by taking ideas from the market and turning them into my own so the many chat automation really is just the last last key to the like piece of the puzzle but you need to get all of this stuff done first so there's

no cheat codes but once you've got all of these things stacked up then you can add something on like this many chat automation which just is like jet fuel the cool thing is is that this isn't just for me this is the same methodology that my client have rolled out recently so Steven for example he's gone from $0 with a brand new coaching offer in just 6 months gone to making 32k last month and he's done it through using the exact same tactics that I've used so he's taken High performing organic content organic content posts

that he's made that have worked really well and then he's boosted them with profile visit ads and he's also done Authority jacking by taking key opinion leaders like these two dudes Steven bartler and Scott Galloway take making key ideas and belief shifting statements that they've used in podcasts and he's gone and made a reaction video to it and he's using that content to help shift beliefs in his audience so that's why Authority jacking works and yeah this works because Steven literally had a big day he got nearly 20K in a single day and event eventually
