hi welcome to Prime recap in a city where creatures of earth water fire and air live two young people must overcome the challenges of being totally opposite elements to save a village today we will recap the story of the movie Elemental from 2023 after leaving the land of fire Cinder and Bernie go on a long journey until they reach the city of the elements home to thousands of creatures from earth air and water although it is a place that gathers a great diversity of inhabitants the fire creatures are the minority while the water beings are

dominant because of this the couple is not very well received in the city and has to deal with judgmental looks wherever they go due to their reputation for destroying everything they pass through fire creatures are often excluded and no hostile will accept them worried about his pregnant wife Bernie decides to turn an abandoned house into his family home even though he knows there is a lot of work to be done there when Cinder gives birth to the baby the couple decide to name her Ember and teach her all the traditions of their people while still

a child the girl learns the importance of the blue flame which a according to her father give strength to creatures of fire from a very young age Ember helps her parents build the family store created specifically for the town's fiery inhabitants the girl grows up hearing her father say that someday when she is ready she will be able to take over the store and will continue her parents Legacy influenced by Bernie Ember developed a great aversion to water creatures and never allowed herself to get close to any of them when she becomes an adult the

young woman already knows how to carry out absolutely all the processes involved in the logistics of the establishment but she has not yet developed a very important skill customer service as a typical fire creature Ember is impatient and very stressed and has not yet learned to cope with the intensity of her emotions so every time she has to deal with the public the young woman ends up bursting and scaring the customers when this happens Bernie always shows up to calm his daughter down and says that the day she can keep her mind off the customers

she'll be ready to take over the store until that day comes Ember goes out to make deliveries while her father stays at the counter her mother Cinder has mystical powers and makes a living testing the compatibility of couples who come to her to see if they should invest in their love relationship Cinder can't wait for her daughter to fall in love and get a boyfriend but the young girl is always too busy to get into a relationship on her motorcycle Ember makes a journey throughout the village delivering customers orders with great agility just before dusk

when she returns to the store she sees her father sleeping on the counter and wakes him up so he can go to bed just then Bernie starts coughing and Ember realizes that he is getting sick very soon her old father will have to retire and she will take over the family business once and for all but before that the young woman will have to go through a trial by fire the next day there will be a big sale at the store and Ember will attend to all the customers alone so that her father can rest

if she succeeds in her Mission she will become the new manager of the establishment upon hearing this the girl promises that she will not disappoint and asks the blue flame for the strength to make everything work the next morning as soon as the establishment opens its door Wars numerous customers fill the aisles and gather around the counter which makes Ember very stressed in order not to explode in front of them she rushes into the storeroom and releases all her anger in a huge flame just then one of the pipes begins to leak an ember is

hit by the water the young woman then uses her firepowers to close the hole in the pipe but the entire Warehouse is already flooded suddenly Wade appears and starts crying when he sees a picture of the girl with her parents startled Ember asks how that guy got there and he explains that he was investigating a leak when he suddenly got sucked in the young woman then orders him to leave as she needs to clean up all that mess before her father finds out what happened however Wade says he will need to issue a fine to

The Establishment because he is a city inspector and that plumbing is out of compliance upon hearing this Ember states that her father was the one who built the whole place with his own hands and the young man gets emotional again so she tries to stop him from taking those notes to city hall but Wade escapes out the window and the young woman has to go after him in an attempt to reach way Aid the fiery creature enters the subway and must Dodge all the other passengers to find the young man without causing any further damage

when she finally approaches her Target he manages to escape again and they both disembark from the train during the run to City Hall the chase continues and Wade manages to forward the notes to the secretary at that moment he hears Amber say how important that store is to her family and the young man regrets having imposed those fines so he decides to take the young woman to the department responsible to try to convince Fern grouchwood not to send those notes to her boss however there is nothing they can say to convince Fern to help them

in the fines end up being sent to Mrs Gale after being told that her family's store will be closed in a week Ember returns home very sad and finds her parents risking their lives to fix the pipes which are now leaking everywhere in this moment of chaos Cinder decides to tell her daughter the real reason she and Bernie left the land of fire in that place all the inhabitants had a blue flame that connected them to their families and traditions after he married Bernie built a store to support his family but one day a severe

storm hit the area and destroyed absolutely everything after this disaster Bernie and Cinder decided to start their lives over in another place and abandoned their Village that was the last time the couple saw their relatives upon hearing this sad story Ember feels even worse about the possibility of her father's store being closed down and decides to do something about it the next day the young woman returns to City Hall and waits for Gail to arrive so she can talk to her but Wade reveals that his boss has gone to watch a basketball game feeling guilty

about the fines he has imposed the young man decides to take Amber to the championship and gives her the chance to save her family's establishment when she arrives at the stadium the young woman encounters hundreds of creatures of all other elements but none of fire which makes her feel extremely out of place still Ember musters the strength to talk to Gail and while they argue the rival team moves up the scores seeing that his favorite player is sad and unmotivated Wade begins to cheer for him and ask her self-confidence is renewed after a risky maneuver

the player manages to catch the ball and turn the score as the game comes to an end the trio leave the stadium celebrating their team's Victory and Ember reveals that her father's store is flooded upon hearing this Gail is surprised as the fire Village's water supply was turned off many years ago therefore she will have to destroy the store to find out what is going on but Ember does not agree with this idea as she knows how hard her father worked to build the family business then Wade offers to help and claims he can trace

the source of the leak then the maintenance crew will be called in to fix the problem and Bernie's store will be saved when the couple arrives at the facility they realize the leak is even worse and Ember asks how Wade got inside the pipes the young man then says he was in the canal checking the leaks in the gates and saw a puddle of water that shouldn't have been there soon after he was caught in a downpour and carried into the pipes determined to find the source of the leak Ember uses her firepowers to build

a balloon and fly it over the city when she sees the central Garden she is saddened and Wade asks what happened the young woman then reveals that as a child she dreamed of visiting that place to see a vivisteria tree Ember has always wanted to meet that flower as it is the only one capable of blooming in any environment including fire the girl was very excited however she and her father were barred at the door with the excuse that they would endanger the other plants in the garden a few years later the building was flooded

and Ember lost her only chance to see a vivisteria upon hearing this story Wade has moved and the young woman is impressed by the young man's ability to empathize with people when they find the source of the leak the couple land in the canal and become victims of another torrent which drains through the large hole in the dam Wade almost gets washed away but Ember manages to save him and they both use sandbags to stop the leak otherwise the village of fire would be flooded when they managed to close the hole Wade says that by

the end of the week a technical team will be sent to fix the gate before Ember leaves the young man asks her out the next day but the young woman leaves without giving any response although she has taken an interest in him Ember knows that her parents would never approve of such a relationship however she tries to ignore this fact and says she is going to make some deliveries when in fact she is going to meet Wade when he sees her he gets emotional and takes her to the movies for the first time they then

enter a booth and take some pictures together but the light emitted by Ember radiates and prevents Wade from appearing in the image for the first time the young woman has fun Outside the Fire Village and is impressed by the care that the guy has for her when she gets back to the store Ember keeps looking at the picture they took together and when she finds the images Cinder realizes that her daughter is in love as the days go by they keep meeting in Wade always tries to get closer to the girl but Ember is afraid

of what might happen to both of them if they touch each other some time has passed since the couple used the sandbags to close the hole in the dam but the water has started to flow again and the store's pipes have begun to leak once more just then an earth creature appears in the store with some flower pots and informs them that it has a delivery for Ember when she realizes that Wade is inside the containers the young woman quickly takes the flowers to the storage room then the Young Man reveals that the sandbags are

no longer able to damn the water and the technical team is unable to go and fix the gate at the moment suddenly Bernie comes downstairs and is furious to find a water guy in his store immediately he asks what that young man is doing in the fire Village and Ember states that he is a food inspector so Bernie hands weighed some flaming cupcakes to try and he has to eat them to avoid suspicion after carrying out the inspection the young man is thrown out of the store and Bernie states that he will never be allowed

in there again that afternoon the couple goes to the beach to fill new sandbags to cover the hole and Ember feels bad that her parents are in danger of losing the store after giving up everything they had to start over in the city of elements while trying to console his friend Wade realizes that her fire was able to turn the sand into glass and Ember makes a flower-like sculpture of vivisteria at that moment she has an idea that might help her fix the dam and runs towards the canal once there the young woman uses her

powers to turn the sandbags into to a large tempered glass shield and stops the leak before leaving Wade gives Ember the sculpture she made on the beach and the girl realizes that she feels more in love with him every day that evening while fixing up the store Bernie says he is proud of his daughter as she is happier and more patient with customers Ember knows that Wade is the reason for her move and decides to go out to find him then Cinder smells a strong scent of love in the air and goes after her daughter

when the couple meet Wade invites her to dinner with his family and Cinder spots his daughter entering the building upon arriving at the apartment the young woman is warmly welcomed by Brooke the young man's mother who introduces her to the rest of the family during the conversation Ember can learn a little more about Wade's history and discovers that he is terrified of sponges having been trapped in one as a child during dinner Allen accidentally breaks a vase and Ember is quick to fix it using her amazing ability to turn those shards of glass into a

beautiful container seeing the girl's Talent everyone is impressed and Brooke says she will be a very successful young woman after dinner the family decides to play the game of Tears in the winner is the one who can go the longest without crying when its Ember and Wade's turn the young woman reveals that she has never cried in her life so her Victory is assured then the young man begins to expose his feelings and states that all he wants most is to be by ember's side at that moment she imagines their future and realizes that because

they are from different elements they can never be together that thought makes her shed a tear and suddenly Wade gets a call from Gail who congratulates the couple on their excellent work on the dam when Ember says goodbye Brooke reveals she has a friend who owns the best glass factory in the world during dinner she got in touch with his friend and found out that they are looking for an intern to work at the company which is a few kilometers away from the city of the elements at this point Ember is presented with an excellent

opportunity but turns it down for fear of disappointing her father as he expects her to take over his store in the future after a long time trying to get into the building Cinder finally gives up and is leaving when she sees her daughter talking to a water guy quickly Ember gets on her bike and leaves but Wade decides to accompany her and discovers that her wish was never to take over the store the girl had always been very concerned about fulfilling her father's dream but had never asked herself what she really wanted to do with

her life the truth is that ember feels obliged to repay the enormous sacrifice her parents have made in the past and for her the only way to do that is to sacrifice her own life at that moment Cinder appears and takes the couple to her living room to test their compatibility in love Cinder then asks them both to light the sticks with her fire so she can read the smoke and soon states that they are not compatible as Wade is not able to produce flame however the young man counters her and uses his body to

direct ember's light to the stick in this way he manages to light it and Cinder does the reading suddenly Bernie shows up and Wade needs to leave before he finds him seeing his family reunited The Old Man reveals he has excellent news and informs them he will be retiring in two days then Ember finds out that she will be taking over the storm much sooner than she thought and her father shows her that he has even had a sign made with her name on it to put outside Bernie says that before he left the land

of fire he bowed to his father but he did not return the bow as he refused to give his Blessing the sign is nothing more than a way for Ember to know that she has her father's approval to take over the store and Bernie intends to have a grand reopening to let everyone know that his daughter is the new owner of the estab establishment the next day Ember goes to Wade's house and the young man asks what Cinder said about her reading about them the young woman then states that she no longer talked about it

with her mother and delivers a parting gift to Wade when he sees the sculpture the young man realizes that she intends to break off the relationship and tells her that he has asked Gail to help him prepare a surprise for Ember Cloud then Builds an air bubble so the young girl can stay safe while Wade takes her for a swim in the central Garden during the tour Ember is Amazed by the beauty that Lies Beneath the water and is thrilled to see a tree filled with vivisteria minutes later the air starts to run out but

Wade manages to get her outside before the bubble bursts at that moment Ember is extremely happy to have her dream come true and for the first time the couple touches each other they are surprised to find that they can be together without anything bad happening and as they hug Wade claims to be a lucky guy to have met Amber upon hearing this the girl is reminded of the responsibility she will have to carry for the next few days and says she needs to return to the store Wade then tries to convince her to tell Bernie

the truth but Ember refuses to let her father down in before returning home ends the relationship the next evening the fire villagers gather for the reopening of the store and everyone is eager to see Bernie deliver the blue flame to his daughter unexpectedly Wade shows up at the celebration and declares his love for ember in front of everyone when he discovers that his daughter has been lying all this time Bernie is disappointed at which point Cinder decides to intervene she reveals to her husband that she has done the couple reading and what they feel for

each other as true love however Ember says that her mother's reading is wrong and claims that she does not love Wade so after returning the gift he won from the young woman he leaves furious at all his daughters lies Bernie says he will no longer retire and declares an end to the store's reopening so after all the frustration Ember decides to go and cool off in a place away from the city and can't stop thinking about Wade as she Mourns the end of her relationship she realizes that the glass barrier she built has begun to

crack in a great torrent flows towards the village fire destroying everything in its path at that moment Wade is at the station about to embark on a journey away from the city in an attempt to heal his broken heart however when he realizes that ember is in danger the young man rushes to the fire Village to help her while riding her motorcycle the young woman tries to warn her parents about the flood but they can't hear her luckily the couple manages to get to shelter before the water arrives but Ember takes the risk to save

the blue flame as she knows how important it is to her father when she enters the store Wade shows up to help her and holds the door while his beloved builds a glass wall to protect the flame however it's not long before the water invades The Establishment an ember is relieved when she discovers that Wade managed to save the blue flame the couple are trapped inside the fireplace when the young man notices that his body is evaporating due to the Heat and Ember suggests that they go out through the chimney which is also destroyed realizing

that there is no other way out Wade says goodbye to the young woman and states that he regrets nothing because together they have built the love that people seek all their lives hours later as the flood comes to an end Bernie and Cinder find their daughter and the young woman tells them that Wade sacrificed himself to save her after losing her great love she decides to tell her father the truth and reveals that she never wanted to take over the store as the family Embraces Amber Hears A Cry and realizes that Wade is still alive

as the tears fall the young man manages to regain his body and the couple finally kiss with the promise that they will never part again a few months later Bernie's store is busier than ever and he has hired new staff to work there after saying goodbye to their families the youngsters embark on a new adventure as Ember has landed an internship at the world's largest glass design company before leaving she bows to her father and Bernie readily Returns the bow giving his Blessing so that the young woman can start her new life so what did
