hey everyone Liam Oley here and in this video I want to walk you through the exact strategy that myself and the team at morning side are executing on right now to make $100 million within the AI space within the next 5 years so I'm going to be giving you sort of the behind the scenes of exactly what we're doing I wanted to be keep things very transparent on this channel um I try to be as much as possible and throughout this video you're going to see exactly what we're doing and you'll understand how the different
businesses that we're running fit together into this strategy so um I think it could be very helpful for some of you to see what opportunities are out there in the space and how you could potentially build something that's bigger than just starting an agency that makes you $220,000 a month there are much bigger opportunities we're still so early in this that there are ways that you can make a lot more money if you play your cards right so I want to start off with lining things out here so we have $100 million that's the plan
5 years okay so we can start off by plotting out the three uh gu divisions or wings of morning side right now so we have morning side AI morning side education Ms Ed and Ms Ventures so morning side is our AI development company our AI agency our AAA AI automation agency whatever label you want to give it morning side education is the umbrella under which all of our education businesses for and morning side Ventures is what our software products and other things like that and tools go under so we have morning side I guess you
can call this Holdings so this is the parent company and it's holding all of these inside so we have morning side AI morning side education morning side Adventures so first things first we can plot over here 100 million this is what we trying to go for all right 100 m pop that there and now we can walk through each of these businesses and how they play into this end strategy so morning side AI our Tria our AI agency um as you know if you've been watching the channel I posted a video recently talking about how
we're niching down so we're going from a custom AI development firm taking on fully custom spec projects to an AI automation agency that's focused on education and coaching businesses so we build AI solutions for Education coaching business I think some of you misunderstood what I said in that video um but yeah that's a bit of clarification so under morning side we're going to have various products so we might have product one product one might have product two might have product 3 Etc so we have various products on the morning side AI that fit within the
education and coaching space because we have our own education business we're basically just putting our AI development team onto our own business saying hey look make this thing as scalable and as smooth operating and as valuable as possible for our in clients and in the process we're creating a bunch of projects that we can s so morning side AI is then going to be uh we can give these prices these might be like I don't know $8,000 a piece this one might be $3,000 Etc when you bundle them together we might be talking about I
don't know 20 to 30k bundles for people so you're selling these to other education businesses right morning side AI is not only going to have products for education and coaching businesses we're also going to offer should probably put it here uh Consulting so we're going to have a a morning side AI Consulting division where we offer consulting services to businesses on not necessarily we're going to build it all for you but we'll tell you how to do it and advise over the implementation so we have products under warning side AI we also have the Consulting
and that is where we're going to be generating a lot of cash flow but also as you're going to see The Authority required to run education businesses successfully so under the education uh umbrella we have first C the accelerator which is my AAA accelerator program which is our Flagship education product for entrepreneurs looking to start their own AI agency so this is aimed at the solo entrepreneur or the people watching mean if you're watching these videos but we also have the program for businesses so we think there's a massive Market in business education not only
for entrepreneurs looking to get into the AI space but for business owners who are currently already running a business and they want an education program to for them to up skill for their team to up skill as well and so this is part of what we're going to build that's not done yet but it is soon to be coming so this is same here Consulting not properly set up yet neither is a business education but we have the accelerator set up we are building out these products currently and over on warning side Ventures which is
where we put our Tools in our software we have our first tool or our first software which is ative if you guys have had a play around we've done a big update on that recently and I'm going to be making a lot more videos on this over the next while we're still rolling out a lot of features but the idea is that within morning side Ventures we're going to have multiple different tools or maybe we roll them all into one um depends how we want to do it strategically but we have maybe tool two here
and Tool three or these all get put together into just one big tool depending on how how things play out but the idea is that morning side Ai and morning side education of course creating these especially when ative we haven't charged a dime for a agentive yet you guys can all use gen of I'll leave it down below for free if you want to create Tex based agents and sell them to your to your clients now these obviously going to take a lot of funding and and money to build these platforms out if you've ever
tried building a SAS you'll know how much money and time it takes so in order to fund these and we did consider taking some going go to VCS and trying to raise around but we looked into it and after working on our own myself and my business partner Josh we've been working for our sales for me for five and for for seven years once you've been working for yourself for so long it's kind of hard to take money from someone and then become the employee to some degree and they might kick us out of the
business they might replace us so we weren't willing to give up that amount of control of businesses and we want to continue to run it how we want so that wasn't really on the table for us after we did a bit of digging so the fact that we can't get or we don't want to get VC funding to build these tools out properly means we need a ton of cash to to bank roll it ourselves and bootstrap it so that is where these businesses all link up into this and this is cash flow/ Capital so
all of the money we make from our education businesses and all the money we make from morning side Ai and our Consulting is all going into building out new tools that are able to better serve our existing Market of businesses over here at morning side AI but also people who are starting agencies and selling to businesses here the tools that we build over here as we've seen with a gentv are going to be based off the needs and demands that we see emerge from running these two businesses so gentv is a great crossover between morning
side education and morning side AI because it allows you to build text based agents for your clients and for us at morning side AI we can use agentive to deliver our own projects for our own clients but also people in our programs say someone starting an AI agency in my accelerator will be able to use tools like agentive to deliver services for their clients and at the same time in our business education course when we train up other businesses on how they can stay on the front foot and how their employees can Implement AI within
their own roles we can put agentive and these tools as part of the training as well so we get to plant our own products within all of these education products and of course these are all coming from things like YouTube and the attention that we need to sell these products are coming from YouTube and the platforms that I I run myself so all of the views that we get on YouTube and other platforms is funed into all of these businesses depending on the kind of person who's interacting with the content so if you're a business
owner and you want some Consulting Services morning side AI can help you there if you're running an education or coaching business we can show you these products if you want education on how you can actually Implement AI throughout your business we have a program in our education business we also have the accelerator for entrepreneurs and one thing I want to point out about morning side AI as a whole is that it is so crucial to the strategy because it gives us the or Authority and the authority from Morningside Ai and everything we do is like
the lubricant that makes everything else work and if you look closely morning side AI is really keeping everything alive here because not only is it providing cash flow to fund the creation of these products and also the marketing services that we need to get things out there but the authority that we're getting for all of the education products that we do that also contribute to the cash flow uh is so critical as well so if you're an AI agency owner and you're looking to build an agency without the credibility and authority of what we're doing
at morning side AI there's only a certain limit to how much you could charge for an educational program in the same way no business is going to in their right mind is going to buy how to implement AI throughout the business and how to train their staff from a company that doesn't have solid results themselves at the same time we can't sell Consulting if we don't have a track record of delivering high quality projects and doing well as an agency at morning I so this really is the key thing and a lot of people in
the online space I'm not pointing fingers but they get to this point and then they think they can just shut this down and then just do this uh but they don't realize that as a whole this is the most important part because the authority that allows you to sell these programs at a high price and to also have the credibility to sell to businesses and also identify use cases it all comes from this to some degree so morning side Ai and everything we're doing over there is so important to everything we're trying to achieve and
also the genius part about all of this is that the hardest part of creating a s platform that you can eventually sell for $100 million is the utility what does this thing actually do where is there an opportunity within the market to build something that people need and we get all of our ideas from what everyone at the accelerator is saying they need from what our business education clients are going to need from what we're building at Morningside AI as well so we able to build a set of products based off what's actually needed in
the market and that's why I urge all of you when you're starting these businesses to see it as a vehicle to just drive deep into the space and then you can start to see opportunities from there but if you never build a successful AI agency you're never going to be in a position where you have cash flow and you have capital and you have your sort of ear to the ground you're working with clients you're getting real experience in the AI space of where the demand is for certain products and services you're never going to
be able to identify opportunities for these as well so we've got our first one in agentive and we're still building furiously over there and what I love most about about everything we're doing here is that there's such an alignment of incentives because in order for us to create these successful SAS products that we can sell for 100 million which is going to go appear wo in 5 years we need to get users for it and I've said this in a bunch of my videos but in order for us to get users for our software products
and for everything under morning Adventures we need to have successful Agency on us you need to be consistently using our products you need to be using them for a long period of time and not churning off of them so that we have some kind of decent valuation here so for our business clients and our accelerator clients and everyone that we're educ through our platforms we are incentivized to make as many successful AI automation agency owners as possible because you're going to be the users of our software so whether that's through the accelerator through the business
education program through my YouTube through our school Community whatever it is we need you all to succeed and get up and running because you're never going to become a long-term user software if you're not actually succeeding and making money with your agency and I've been really looking forward to making this video so that I can get all of this out there and you can be fully clear about why I'm trying to do these things and why making the videos that I do because I'm not going to sit you like some YouTuber and tell you that
I'm not trying to make money out of this thing of course I am as are you you're watching this video because you're one day hoping to make money we're all driven by our own selfish and sensors and desires when I'm not going to try to pretend that that's not a thing but the way that we have things set up is that I want to get here you likely want to start a successful agency it's I'm incentivized to not only show you how to do it through my business but also educate you on how to do
it and give you the tools in order to create your successful agency because that's going to allow me to get here so if you don't create a successful agency you're not going to become a user of my software I'm never going to be able to sell it so that's my plan plan that's what we're going to be doing over the next few years and you can take inspiration from it you can copy it you can do whatever you want but the main thing you need to take away from this is that we've started off with
some kind of personal branding and building a building an audience and we're using that audience to tell us what kind of product so we're not going to try to sit here and just randomly take a dig at at a product that we think the market needs no we're going to run an agency and then find products that people want in this case gen we're going to start an education business and see how we can make that better with AI so we're using data to determine what products and services we Niche down to and ultimately what
we're building out in our side Ventures and how we're going to sell that so using data from the market rather than just taking a random stab is the smartest way of doing things and that's what we're going to keep doing you can adopt that strategy or not at your own Peril I'll see you guys in the next one
