comfortably whether you choose to sit cross-legged on the floor or in a chair with your feet firmly planted on the ground make sure your spine is straight your shoulders relaxed and your hands resting gently on your knee knees or in your lap close your eyes and take a moment to settle into this position feeling the connection between your body and the Earth Beneath You Now bring your attention to your breath without altering it just yet simply observe the natural rhythm of your breathing notice how the air flows in and out of your nostrils how your
