I'm back [ __ ] I'm back oh this [ __ ] solitary confirming [ __ ] got me back times [Music] before I sleep what the hell we all waiting for to start attacking life waiting for the [ __ ] stars to align in fact when I was growing up the song came out all I need is a miracle well guess what that Miracle ain't coming there is no perfect time to start you gotta start now with changing your life we're all being tested in life and guess what this one test you can't cheat on
we all have our own tests some of us who own peace somebody's depressed it's almost insecure in the military this big old rucksack on the back had batteries water extra gear you extra gear is the [ __ ] you're dealing with in life and the only way to overcome it is for you or you alone to face it we have to do your best work when you're the least motivated so those days you don't want to do it guess what you got to do you gotta suck it the [ __ ] up and do it
stay hard I'd rather you hate me and get better than like me and stay the same a lot of us are full of [ __ ] I was one of those people back in the [ __ ] day and sometimes I'm still full of [ __ ] we think they were working our ass off working hard you know we've been working out hard in the gym for a month but we haven't seen any results so we get all [ __ ] down and poop your pants and [ __ ] you stay for 30 minutes for
a [ __ ] test and you didn't do as well as you thought what the [ __ ] did you expect you're not putting in the work you have to do more you gotta stop telling yourself that you're doing enough in life is never enough until you feel this overwhelming feeling of [ __ ] man I'm out working the crowd I'm not working everybody I'm doing more it's not until then once you get there that's when you [ __ ] know you've done enough stay hard think about how many years once hours seconds days all
that [ __ ] you have wasted on people who suck the [ __ ] life out of you today's a good day for you to go through and [ __ ] can't those [ __ ] should care those [ __ ] who only call you when they [ __ ] knees up [ __ ] kill those [ __ ] who can't get over [ __ ] who continue to bring up [ __ ] from the Past who can't move forward life is short life is precious spend that time to the people you love the people
you want to get that time to real friends real family everybody else and they're sucking up the air you breathe you need that [ __ ] to be hard stay hard say no you've ever gone to the mall there's this store called Build-A-Bear and all these little kids are in that store trying to build the bear the perfect bear that they want take it home be happy yeah I'm talking about building a [ __ ] beer right now so we have the same tools to do that with their own personal lives but what happens is
the quitting mind comes in we have to find our new Norm a new Norm is something like this when I was going through SEAL training it's only supposed to be six months I was there for 18 [ __ ] months kept on getting set back and set back and set back you gotta change your mindset to know my whole job now is at four o'clock in the morning I get the [ __ ] kicked out of me for 18 months you gotta create that new Norm that has to be your lifestyle you are the master
of your own mind create that masterpiece you're proud of yourself at the very end of it all when I was going through Ranger school we had to do a lot of spot checks a spot check is basically um we don't have time to get all your gear laid out to make sure you have all your [ __ ] so a spot check is maybe go check out two items maybe making sure you have your extra batteries extra ammo whatever it may be the whole idea was spot check is to make sure that you're staying squared
away because you don't know what kind of item they're gonna check on so how's that apply to your life this out applies you want to make sure you spot check yourself make sure you stay down in at all times it's also important to check your spot check your boys your girls make sure that they're staying hard call them up in the middle of the night give them a call and say hey tomorrow at eight o'clock we're gonna [ __ ] get after it make sure to stay in dialed in there's so many times in life
you don't want to be doing what the [ __ ] you're doing you can't just [ __ ] quit remember this this isn't a hobby this isn't a [ __ ] joke it's a [ __ ] lifestyle so what you say to yourself is important there's no [ __ ] coach there's no trainer to keep you going it's only you so think about this you can work in your whole life to get a [ __ ] seat at the table to see the table which wouldn't be the best amongst all the best people in your
[ __ ] career field so you finally get that letter it's steak Lobster it's a big dinner everybody's showing up dressed to the nines make sure you show up soaking wet for [ __ ] getting after it working out hard time around your neck you respect the event so make sure you put that towel over that nice chair so you don't [ __ ] it up the whole thing is this don't say a word stay uncommon amongst uncommon people you're never done it don't stop when you're tired stop when you're done stay hard I get
a lot of questions about how I lost so much weight um people want to know how they can get started so basically you're thinking too much off the bat but I lost my [ __ ] weight I didn't look for a trainer I ain't do all that thinking I didn't go on Jenny Craig I didn't do all that [ __ ] what I do is I basically stopped eating so much [ __ ] food I cut my calories down so as far as the workout goes we overthink that also until you find a trainer go
out there and start [ __ ] walking put some shoes on start running go to the gym do the elliptical trainer it's not rocket science a lot of folks talk about over training you gotta train first before you can over Train sometimes you wake up in the morning time and you're sore and you feel like you're over train no you got sore [ __ ] legs get out of your own head and stop overthinking it stay hard so I get an email the other day this young man wants to be a ranger maybe he's afraid
to go to Ranger school not because how hard the training is but because he's afraid if he fails what people are gonna say by judging them one thing in life this applies to everything in life anytime you move from being normal to trying to be exceptional people aren't gonna like that [ __ ] those normal people it makes them feel like [ __ ] so they're gonna judge you and nowadays it's very easy to be a [ __ ] coward why we got Instagram and [ __ ] most folks don't tell you to your face
they go online they post about like cowards don't let cowers get in your [ __ ] head and last thing make sure you do you stay hard so when I first joined the Navy I had to join the reserves because I couldn't get into active duty because I was so fat so being a reservist I got titled A lot of times as a weekend warrior in the reserves you work one week in a month two weeks a year a lot of us live our lives that way we can't work out without purpose we need to
get into our dress for the wedding summer time's coming so they want to look all good our high school reunion is coming up so we gotta lose weight the biggest purpose in life and all that [ __ ] is how you respect yourself how you look at yourself that's an everyday [ __ ] Journey so every day you should be getting after it we look at determination self-discipline we look at hard work all these terms is almost like we dread them it was like a [ __ ] punishment those are the biggest words of all
time as far as respecting yourself so look at Miss dread and Punishment look at those words as a lifestyle stay hard so what's your [ __ ] excuse is it too cold where you live if they're too hot where you live does it rain too [ __ ] much now it's time for some real [ __ ] talk maybe you're the only black person applying for a [ __ ] job maybe you're only female maybe you only [ __ ] gay person job whatever the [ __ ] it may be maybe that shit's in your
[ __ ] head maybe that's your excuse for not being better Life's a real big [ __ ] picture when I was young all those things got my head black [ __ ] not smart enough single mom all that [ __ ] own space in my head if you're allowing people and things and situations throwing space in your [ __ ] head you're losing last thing last one big [ __ ] head game you play with yourself if you lose it's because you allow life to get in your [ __ ] head stay hard whether
you like it or not from the time you wake up to the time you go to bed a lot of us are at war with ourselves and within that war we have several battles those battles are basically choices no I'm not talking about a war that you might find in the Coliseum I'm talking about a war that's in your brain that war exists because life has so many choices within those choices you gotta make right decisions but you know what [ __ ] that when the alarm goes off in the morning you have to wake
up don't wake up don't worry about that when you're in school you know what [ __ ] that man it's too hard instead so don't study you know what don't eat healthy because you don't have to so guess what when you fail don't blame your moms don't blame your dad don't blame teachers one person is to blame is yourself heavy to losing weight back to heavy again it was going from lazy studs back to lazy the list goes on and on and on a lot of folks take the four-lane highway is just that it's the
easy route on that Highway they have road signs five miles up Hotel 10 miles up restaurant restaurants all that [ __ ] it's the easy road map to success nothing there is permanent but the other choice that makes permanent is to shuffle that [ __ ] shovel at least with calluses on your brain on your hands they're permanent pick up the shovel stay hard a lot of you are trying to find inspiration and motivation with a depressed mindset you're depressed because you're not doing [ __ ] with yourself you don't find inspiration by not living
in a grip of life you need to live in the grip of life to find inspiration put challenges in front of yourself when you put a challenge in front of yourself and you attack it that's where you find inspiration try to be 10 better than you were last week so if you're running 30 miles a week 133 if you're swimming 500 meters it's been 550 and some of you aren't doing [ __ ] you're 10 you're just getting off the [ __ ] couch the more you walk away from accountability the weaker you become find
yourself in the grip of life you can't find yourself by doing nothing so this morning I was giving a go for a run with a few guys so I was taking my shirt off and they saw my stress marks and one guy asked me where the [ __ ] she got those dress marks from try to share with this guy where all destroying was that was 297 pounds insecure had down to the [ __ ] up just a [ __ ] up mine so there's a lot of scars we have in our bodies that people
can see and they tell a story but a lot of us have scars in their brains about [ __ ] up lives bad childhoods bad adulthood where the [ __ ] you're going through those scars in your brain we'll talk about we hide scarring is proof that our past is real but the one thing we do is we allow to control Our Lives and we get off the log well it's time to get back on the log and that had those scars to find the rest of your [ __ ] life sometimes you gotta fight
pain with pain stay hard transform yourself from ordinary the first thing you got to do is the exact opposite of everybody else I own a bulldog I've owned lots of dogs my lifetime I've never seen a dog eat like this you put the food down she buries her face in the bowl and attacks it never looks up so I was worried about it so I called the breeder I have to breed what's up with this [ __ ] she says yes that's puppies there's limits of food so they attack it they're afraid they won't eat
so I figure she'd outgrow it six years later she's got her own Bowl refreshment is full of food but her mentality is exact same she acts like just 20 [ __ ] puppies out there trying to steal her food when you get that kind of mentality you'll be successful stay hard the mind's a medieval [ __ ] is constantly fighting against you it's the only thing in the history of the [ __ ] world that shows up on time every time he has a tactical advantage over you it knows your fears it knows your insecurities
it knows everything about you you might be the only thing in that world that knows all about you you got to know about it it's gonna show up when you don't want to show up it's gonna show up at the worst time possible when you want to be successful it's gonna say take the easy Road take the easy way out you gotta learn your brain like your brain has learned you 44 degrees and it's nice and rainy outside but no one cares about that it's not about the rain that's where the rain represents life was
always giving you a test trying to give you a way out trying to give you the excuse not to show up this is my excuse today but guess what you got to have the mentality to show up every [ __ ] day of your life no matter what life throws at you it's our responsibility just over to the Coliseum of life prepare for [ __ ] battle I don't care what you're going through with like stone at you it's your responsibility to find your new hundred percent take it upon yourself to do that stay hard
this is all about the quitting mind so what's the quick in mind so let's say it's day one of a job interview we all know what that [ __ ] [ __ ] feels like you have your clothes laid out you got your [ __ ] food ready to go in the morning you've been preparing for weeks and weeks and weeks you show up and you bring your best self you get the [ __ ] job Merry [ __ ] Christmas all right after a couple months you start showing up to work a little later
you don't look as good your clothes aren't [ __ ] laid out your breakfast isn't ready your mind's getting softer we do that [ __ ] with everything in life your New Year's coming up guess what don't have a [ __ ] pretty mind repetition every day stay hard so this young man he's working with his counselor trying to find his why so he emails me he wants my opinion well here it is trying to find your why is another way or procrastinating taking [ __ ] action so the question does not end with why
it starts with Y why the [ __ ] don't you want to be in better shape why the [ __ ] don't you want to be a better [ __ ] student why don't you want to be more successful so this is something I can say and your counselor can't because he might get fired maybe you can't find your why because you're lazy maybe you can't find your why because you have zero [ __ ] ambition regardless you need to go out here and find it stay hard I got about five o'clock I woke up
and saw you chilling out and [ __ ] it's all the [ __ ] dog all [ __ ] hung over from trees and [ __ ] I thought to myself that [ __ ] dog it's lucky we feed it about myself I got feed myself and every foot strike to hit the pavement that's how I feed myself [ __ ] look for inspiration this price is found in every first step you take every grasp of that [ __ ] iron bar all that [ __ ] all the miles in the pool Inspirations found and
suffering so right now this is my greatest recovery as I recover I find inspiration stay hard so I got an email the other day from a hockey player he's like hey Goggins I tore my achilles he was all upset setbacks to those setbacks nothing but character builders he was all upset man so he'll be upset about that [ __ ] done continues is [ __ ] torn now you can do about it but there's nothing you can do though [Applause] apply pressure to it the world that's all you have can you give me some more
put some [ __ ] hate on that [ __ ] put some grind on it Marathon oh but they took a shitty day to train s those cats are inside the treadmill you can't let conditions they believe that the range [ __ ] you better train with every condition they forgive you first net usually [ __ ] fills me she's taking the day off the car right now this is too nasty don't do the same stay hard never forget to train your [ __ ] mind in life a lot of us work our [ __
] ass off trying to get to a better place a place that makes us feel better about ourselves some people want to do ultra races they're starting to PR during training some people want to be a lawyer or a medical student so they're taking these practice tests and they're [ __ ] crushing the practice test but guess what happens once you get to the actual [ __ ] event your mind isn't ready your mind is not prepared you've been studying you've been training you've been working out but your mind's not prepared story for you when
I was 19 years old I was going through the air force trying to be a prayer rescue man I was doing push-ups sit-ups swimming I was doing all this [ __ ] knocking out the park one of the best in the class but the second a [ __ ] obstacle got in my [ __ ] way I wasn't prepared for it mentally I was a beast all I was doing was I was trading a bigger stronger faster quitter you gotta train your [ __ ] mind for all obstacles that might get in your way stay
hard the question is too how do you let other people's opinions impact you I love this [ __ ] question [ __ ] people one thing you have to learn early in life I didn't learn this till later on I don't give a [ __ ] you can't care what anybody thinks about you if I care but people thought about me you think I'd be yelling out here doing 105 Town rock talking [ __ ] this is who I am find out who you are whoever that may be I don't give up what you are
find out who you are and own that [ __ ] and tell people to go [ __ ] themselves don't ever worry about anybody and what the [ __ ] they think about you you do that I guarantee you your life will be in shambles you'll become the biggest [ __ ] of all time with success in life comes more haters don't make him hurt your feelings use it for fuel use them for energy in times of need put them on the [ __ ] mental Rolodex in your mind and when you don't want to
do [ __ ] roll through your brain pull up that [ __ ] that you need that person who said you couldn't do something work fast enough good enough smart enough where the [ __ ] it may be use it for energy instead of killing them with kindness towards me with [ __ ] success in life we have to continue pushing past the odds use everything this word has to give you for fuel stay hard I get a lot of questions you for asking me for help so I asked them we'll be down to help

younger where did you want to be he said NFL football player but once I got there I lost that dog mentality he had a Finish Line in his brain guess what a true dark mentality I have a dog at home I can feed that [ __ ] all day long he never gets full it's not enough he made to the NFL being a [ __ ] MVP if not enough you read a 5k win a 10K if that enough you became a doctor be a better doctor there's not enough you lost 50 pounds go out

said because you're not sometimes your motivation needs to be because no one else wants to [ __ ] do it we need doctors we need [ __ ] lawyers we need dentists we need teachers we also need [ __ ] Savages this message I do is not for [ __ ] everybody so I'm gonna see that soft [ __ ] about do you have sunscreen on this message is dangerous it's too hot I'm not asking you to [ __ ] be like me do you stay hard so the other day I got an email from
this lady she said she truly enjoyed my book but as she read it she thoughts it's crazy so after she read it she put the book down and started Living her normal life going back paying bills going back to work complaining about [ __ ] a few days later she has time to think about the book and it scared her she thought well maybe this guy isn't crazy and that's what scares the most maybe she was trying to show us human potential but we're all capable of doing a lot of people like to put titles
on other people who are doing extraordinary things it makes them feel better about themselves give them a get out of jail free card I'm not crazy I'm just not like you in sports there's a thing out there called load management a lot of us like to load manager lives when you do that you can find yourself right at normal get off that stay hard so there's a lot of pockets of weakness nowadays and we try to fill those Pockets with lies I did it for many years so I'm out here in Colorado for a conference
and I go to the gym and this trainer calls me over to talk to this group of people he's training he says hey man we do not here so I tell them he says what kind of workouts are you doing I saw one worker I'm doing I'm climbing up this mountain three thousand feet three miles because I do that every day so the next day I'm out looking for him did see him a couple days later looking for him didn't see him so here I am on the mountain again climbing it is a gondola takes
you up takes you down I'm going up it I see a gondola I'm about five minutes from the top I look up at the gondola I see him face pressed up against the the window looking at me or eyes meet it's called the look when you take a [ __ ] soul don't talk about it be about it practice what you preach stay hard when I was in Ranger school my squad got spot checked the ranger instructor was looking for three items one of my guys didn't have the items so the whole Squad got smoked
the ri was sitting there smoking us and the more he smoked this the more my squad looked around looking for someone to motivate him the Rangers start to shut it out I want to bury you [ __ ] so I saw that my squad needed some extra motivation so I said Ain't No Grave that can hold us down [ __ ] Ain't No Grave that can hold us down right now in life your family is looking for that one guy right now you're looking for that one guy who's strong who's that pillar for the family
in hard times make sure they look around they look around and find you these are the times right now for you to step up be that guy that can take anything stay hard what statement are you making the psychology is savagery I wasn't the best runner but what I did was I found the worst judges out my competition and I made sure they saw me running day and night I tried to get in their [ __ ] heads I got a video the other day I mean UFC fighter Ferguson this [ __ ] weighs in

this thing's gonna be hunted it looked all exposed and fragile it made me think about myself growing up the only thing different about that fun in me is that phone kind of hard and I thought I could I struggled in class that's why I picked the far back desk to sit in hoping I never get caught on I got exposed and I was the military I was afraid the water I got exposed in that a lot of us are trying to find that back seat in the classroom of Life hope we never get called on
because you will get caught on spiritual always finds you to know what you're hiding stay hard so I'm about 15 miles from home and I often talk about taking Souls this morning this person I usually train alone this person want to run with me God said fine we'll run 15. this morning comes there's storms coming in this way and the person calls and said hey why don't we do it tomorrow taking Souls is what I told the [ __ ] I'm gonna run 15 today and I'll run with you again tomorrow that's what taking so
it's about don't worry about the elements and what's going on you gotta get out there and get it and that's taking souls and obviously he wasn't the only one that felt about taking the day off because the storm is coming in right now and there's not a soul out here but me so I've been crying lately had to go back to the [ __ ] lab readjust some [ __ ] in my brain put a lot of miles in every day going over 20 miles a day getting up early going to bed early eating the
right [ __ ] this last week started taking a toll on me I usually don't think too much get my shoes on head the [ __ ] out I've been thinking a lot that internal voice has been talking to me talking about oh man you're tired looking at my shoes about 30 minutes before I put the [ __ ] on pushing back the time of that that I go about to go run so I decided to tape record myself that internal voice I put on tape sound like a straight [ __ ] man listen to
that [ __ ] so if you ever have a hard time out there tape yourself let's be what kind of [ __ ] you're being stay hard when I was in the military we go on these instructor-led runs most of the time we knew the starting endpoint it's on the way back I start seeing people getting happy and [ __ ] because the end was near but there was some [ __ ] instructors that will hear the happiness and go right on past the end point when that happened everybody stopped talking heads would stop dropping
and I start taking [ __ ] Souls at that time I knew what happened in their minds they were living off the Hope Factor they hope the instructors would stop running they hoped the water was never cold they hope the weather was [ __ ] good I don't live off that hope [ __ ] I wish the water was cold I wish that [ __ ] instructions keep on [ __ ] running I wish for [ __ ] rain when the engine is unknown and the distance is unknown that's what you know who the [

for us if it tell us it's okay don't [ __ ] worry about it we don't want to surround ourselves with those people out there who are getting the [ __ ] out of it every day holding us accountable making us feel uncomfortable people who are challenging us at every turn of life those people scare us that's exactly where you need to [ __ ] be in your life with those people who put you in a world of questioning Who You Are that's exactly where you want to go that's exactly where you grow some of
you read that I think about when it's hot outside that is sunny and 70. well it's [ __ ] not today it's the reality if it's about 90 degrees 100 humidity but who gives a [ __ ] that being said September 3rd I have to have my book turned in what I realized I'm reading this book a lot but I realized I wasn't born this [ __ ] I made them at the bottom of insecurities fear self-doubt lies was me buried in the [ __ ] fetal position how have I got out of that was
recognizing being honest with it being truthful with it and then fixing it we like to live on social media with lies about ourselves how great we are get to the source and fix the problem the most important conversation you'll ever have is the one you have it yourself you wake up with it you walk around with it you go to bed with it eventually you act on it whether it be good or bad there's haters everywhere in this world jealous [ __ ] people trying to get in your head the one thing you got to
understand is this to try to infiltrate your mind what a lot of boxers do to get away from distractions is they go away before a big fight a lot of us can't do that we have to be able to live amongst distractions and be undistracted stay in your own mind don't let them own yours because God just passed me he said Goggins must be average today some of you just don't understand some of you've been average for so damn long you don't know what it is to do hard work but there's a lot of you
out there who want to be much more than average but just don't know how to do it every single day the grind you need to find someone to oil those [ __ ] gears up so check it out this is the mindset maybe it's true maybe it's not but there's a [ __ ] out there who wants what you have who wants to position you are who wants the job you have who wants the wife that you have or the husband that someone out there hungry and what's everything you [ __ ] have maybe it's
true maybe it's not but if it is it's gonna be your ass so make that a motivation for you stay hard when I was going through training we had to carry these heavy ass boats in our heads we had six people carrying these boats the heaviest part of the boat was in the front so as weaker people would always look for the very back of the boat the back of the boat is where the boat would rarely be touching your head we had a name for it we caught duck and boat a lot of people
put their head down Crouch under it so that boat wouldn't be breaking your [ __ ] neck a lot of people in life out here are riding the back of the boat they're ducking that [ __ ] weight they're part of a team but you're the weakest person in that team and everybody knows you're ducking the boat you don't want that boat to touch your head you don't want to hurt your neck but you will be part of the team but you won't do any [ __ ] work and life is important to not always
draft sometimes you gotta lead and block the [ __ ] win stay hard once again not every measures I have is for everybody so it's weaker soft people out there you want to pick apart the messages just tune it out life ain't about metals ain't about [ __ ] certificates it ain't about houses money cars Fame all that [ __ ] it's about scars so when you get judged when everything is said and done with you won't get judged in your medals you get dressed in your stars or scars show your willingness to get to
the other side they saw your failures and so you're willingness to start from scratch hey so what you're willing to do to go the distance to see what you're capable of so make sure and like don't be afraid to get scars stay hard this is your mindset surgical mindset when I was the elementary our science teacher had us get a glass put in the seat he said before you go to bed turn the faucet on so this one drip gets into that cup and by time you wake up it'll be full of water he was
teaching us about value I ain't learned [ __ ] about volume that day I went about patience all I wanted to do was turn that [ __ ] faucet on and threw that glass up that's not how our goals go our goals don't go fast like that they go like that drip of water but what I took from it is this that drip of water was building that endurance in your mind that drip of water is building that calluses in your mind and that's what we need to have this is a slow process Merry [
__ ] Christmas to stay hard alive is out here are pushing real hard but we're afraid to go into that dark side in your mind when you push real hard you have this door in your mind and a lot of us don't want to open that door you must open that door you're in the tunnel it's a dark ass tunnel and you can't see [ __ ] but there's one thing about being in Dark Places if you have the courage to stay in there long enough your eyes will start to adjust to the darkness your
body and mind will always adjust to more suffering to more pain if you want to push harder know this your mind quits way before your body does it so you have to be willing to go away into that darkness and find more yourself stay hard don't get twisted it's not about flipping tires I'm in Las Vegas right now and it's hot as [ __ ] it's not about any of that but what it is about is a lot of us give total control two life we don't have any control of it we just give all
control to life I do this [ __ ] every morning to prepare my mind for what life's gonna throw at me a healthy body gives you a healthy mind that's what it's about so if you go into battle you're not going about the right mindset the right gear in combat you wear body armor but what we do wrong is we don't strengthen our minds you gotta strength in your mind take control of that so then when you get out in the real world and they [ __ ] you up you got protection some people didn't
understand when I say I'm training for life 2020 was a perfect example of that a lot of people lost jobs lost businesses lost family members a lot of folks spend a lot of time in the hospital on ventilators that should have caused a lot of damage in your brain folks see how much I work out they think I'm running from demons it's not demons it's discipline and I'm a disciple of discipline you cannot run your demons who always find you only way to beat them [ __ ] is looking at my eye and make him
your [ __ ] mindset's the only thing that gets you through hard times Merry [ __ ] Christmas I'm about 19 in a 0.2 miles into a run and uh people know about 2007 2007 I did the hurt 100 I did I think not in 150 I did bad water 135 I did Leadville I did a bear 100 I did AC 100 I did the plane 100. um I did a couple of the hundreds and I forget them I did a few I did 7 50 mile races I did I think 5 30 um 50k
basically how I did it was I was very focused on the race that was in front of me I was focused on that I didn't think about anything else the next race and what was really big was my recovery I didn't run a whole bunch in between what I did was basically I would rest I run about 20 miles a week and I run a race so keep in mind the game Terry I went to this school it's all about projects they give you a wheelbarrow with five people but the wheelbarrow had no wheel they
give you big ass cinder blocks two by fours and you had to get all that [ __ ] from point A to point B at one carry they want you to get creative when I was born I was born with all kind of hard issues lung issues bone issues so I had to get creative I'd have a lot to work with a lot of you use that as a [ __ ] excuse you don't have a lot to work with so you want to die all preserved make sure you die being used up find out
what you have and get maximum potential out of that [ __ ] stay hard because medical student approached me the other day told me how hard he was studying talking about these different tests he had to pass he said study my ass off for the step one test and I failed it there was an awkward silence between his question I was waiting for more there's a saying out there in the military they say first time ever time well I wouldn't that guy I found everything I did the first time I was known for coming back
even harder after I failed success in the straight line it's a maze and when you think you figure that maze out you hit a wall and you gotta turn the [ __ ] around and start again stay hard we all know what stage didn't Clinger those people just hold on everything not there his boyfriend or girlfriend broke up with them and they obsessed about him they know what girlfriend they have a boyfriend they have they know what kind of cars are driving you know about the new promotion the new house and [ __ ] we
got people out there who've been done wrong just can't get over it can't get over not getting that school you want to get into cash failures appointments hold on to all that [ __ ] isn't healthy as [ __ ] the Sun rises and the sun sets and you're the same dance spot stay hard it might be April Where You Are and you're expecting nice weather and [ __ ] but it's 20 degrees so you might be somewhere where it's too [ __ ] hot so you might have sore legs sore back sore shoulder so
the struggle is real it never gets any easier you gotta get harder I was out yesterday getting after it that one of the best runs I've had in a long time PR that [ __ ] so no one cares what you did yesterday the only message doing today those who take me literally so I'm a cheerleader for those who want to be better not for those who want to stay the same stay hard I feel it's a great way of conditioning your mind being the color I am not real dark and being like conflicted I
didn't fit in anywhere I got caught [ __ ] around whites I got caught half breathe and sold out around some blacks my mind was in the valley I was stuck in there look down on the reality of my life the reality of my life was I had a lot of friends I didn't see that I saw this a lot of us were predisposed so our mindset does one thing you hear one thing and you're ready to jump the gun go off I was Defensive growing up ready to hear something negative right now we got
a lot of bad [ __ ] going on in the world we gotta stop being defensive we gotta hear everybody's [ __ ] whether it be bad or good be ready to listen stay hard anybody that falls [Music] so I get all these [ __ ] emails about how people want to lose weight I want those 50 pounds guys in three months how do I do it my response to them is what have you done so far I know the answer the answer is nothing I know you didn't wake up one morning and decide to
[ __ ] damn email me to see what you can do you woke up for days and weeks and months not like what you saw in the mirror going out for a little run feeling your [ __ ] damn fat chick on [ __ ] if you want something everything out there is free to you Google the [ __ ] my diet was breakfast run a run snack run stay hard at the beginning of the year a lot you had goals ambition a lot of drive a lot of motivation what's Easter it's the middle of
April when I navigate I put backstops out there to make Sean get too far off course I put those back stocks in my personal life to make sure I don't get too far with my goals and my dreams a lot of you aren't proud of Who You Are you don't like the person you created start from scratch somebody that you're proud of stay hard October 31st I put a video up and it showed my leg with a lot of Edema I put my hand on it I got a lot of bad comments on that a
