MY DOGS FEEDING ROUTINE EATING FRESH FOOD // LoveLexyNicole

[Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Applause] [Music] okay guys i just got all the farmer's dog unboxed and everything comes frozen which is awesome you know it is still fresh it also lets you know on the pack when it was packaged which is really cool and i love how these packs you can thaw out they stay fresh in the fridge for four days and you can also keep them in the freezer for up to six months i love the farmer's dog because it makes it super easy you guys know i've had my dogs

on a homemade diet for years and making homemade food for them can be very time consuming and sometimes i just need a little bit of a break so i love that i can order farmer's dog my dogs are still staying on a homemade diet but it takes the work from me having to cook for them at home which is amazing all the farmer's dog is real human grade food you guys it is tested on humans it has real ingredients the food is prepared in a usda kitchen so you know your dog's getting a high quality

food it's made fresh and it's a vet developed which is super important when i'm feeding my dogs this food so you guys probably know that i was working with farmer's dog on the do-it-yourself packs which is amazing if you love cooking for your dogs at home they will send the supplements in one pack and you can just add it to the food but like i said i was looking for a break out of the kitchen where my dogs can still be on a homemade diet but i didn't have to prepare it so i love that

i can go directly on farmer's dog's website you fill out a little questionnaire about your dog like their breed their weight activity level if they have any like health concerns and then they develop the perfect recipe for your dog i love that everything comes in these little packs so it makes it super easy to feed them and it also tells you feeding instructions so if you have anyone coming over to watch your dog it's just self-explanatory on how much food they get this food will last my dogs the next couple of weeks they have turkey

recipe chicken and beef but like i said they developed the perfect recipe for your dog so if there's any like proteins that your dog doesn't like you can put that when you fill out the questionnaire so i'm gonna go ahead and take four days worth of food and i'm gonna store it in the fridge and then i'm gonna go ahead and put everything else in the freezer and i can just thaw out as needed we're gonna go ahead and pick out what they're going to eat for breakfast today let's see do i want to do

chicken beef or turkey hmm let's do turkey today so here's a bentley's and then here's blissey's and they do develop serving sizes based off of like your dog's breed activity level so and also weight as well so blissey will get um one half of this pack per day so she'll get half in the morning half for dinner and then bentley will get one fourth of the pack a day so that's going to be a super easy to just keep in the fridge pull out and feed them as needed and i also wanted to say we

do a lot of traveling with our dog so what we like to do before traveling is we will keep the food frozen and then we will pack it in the little insulated bag that comes in your box that way it is frozen and you can travel with it for a few hours before it starts to thaw out which is amazing we always travel with our dogs and we love keeping them on their homemade food also included in the box if you guys are transitioning your dog from kibble to a homemade diet it does come with

a feeding guide in your box it tells you exactly how to transition your dog since my dogs are already on a fresh food and they've been having the farmer's dog recipes they do not have to transition but if you need help transitioning them it does come with a little brochure of how to transition your dog and it also tells you all the recipes that you got in the packs and what ingredients are in there which is amazing because i love to know what my dogs are eating so let me go grab the dogs and we're

going to get them fed they seriously love this farmer's dog food have their packs of food it's already been thought out so it is ready to go just make sure you follow the feeding guide so blissey gets one pack per day so i'm gonna go ahead and cut half of this for her she'll get half for her morning serving and then the other half for her night serving alrighty that's about half look at that good food all right let's do a bentley so he gets one-fourth a pack per day so this is actually eight servings

so i am going to go ahead and section it off for his morning serving [Music] it's about 1 8 of the bag all right i have their food and their bowls it smells good i can see the turkey i can see the carrots the broccoli i just feel so good feeding this to my dogs knowing they're getting a real food so let me grab them and we're gonna get them fed i wanted to share with you guys a close-up of this food look at that it looks identical to the food that i cook them at
