I helped one of my subscribers go from0 to $45,000 in monthly recurring Revenue just by building websites with AI and selling them to local businesses so how did we do it let me show you right now I want to start saying that my client used ads to scale their agency but you guys don't have to do this in fact I recommend you guys start off cold calling to get your leads but at the end of the video I'm going to show you guys what ads he actually used to get these results but you guys can
get the same results by quot calling and that's what I recommend you guys start off doing so he had three different plans for a website design he was charging $97 $197 or $997 per month if I remember correctly he got three clients paying him $9.97 per month 10 clients or 11 clients paying 97 per month and around one or two clients paying $197 per month but before we get started I want to tell you guys that you guys don't have to use WordPress or any of these like difficult softwares that cost a lot of money
to build websites the software that I use literally cost 202 $5 per month and I can host and build unlimited websites and I build these websites within five minutes so you guys can go out there and find the software that allows you to do this I see too many of you guys use WordPress or these difficult websites that take you hours to make and I just don't know why you guys do this guys want access to the software that I use I'll leave my Instagram in the description just DM me and I'll just give it
to you what did he include in these packages for the $97 per month right he just had a website hosting he had five pages of websites so about us contact homepage and all of those pages he just offered to build them a mobile friendly design every website is going to be mobile friendly when you especially if you use the software that I use he did some basic SEO and he had constant support So meaning if something went wrong his clients are able to call him and he'll resolve the issue as soon as possible so this
is very attractive for every kind of business as you can imagine he was primarily targeting Home Service niches and that's what I primarily Target as well because they are super super easy to sell to for example a plumber has no clue how to build a website he doesn't care to build his own website and they can easily afford $97 per month to give to you to for you to build them a website so they can put in their Google page $97 is a no-brainer for them because you build it for free at least my students
buil that websites for free but you can definitely charge an upfront fee as well but I recommend you guys charge no up fun fee and just a $97 flat fee to build a website because then they would just keep you on forever imagine having a 100 of these clients the next package that he offered was at $197 per month but as I said before just DM me and my Instagram if you need any help at all I would literally give you every information that I have I don't gatekeep anything about this business and I'll give
you my course as well now in this package it's also very very similar but he offered eight pages instead of five just he just added three extra pages maybe he added a testimonial page or reviews page on the website but he just put eight pages in the website took a little more time to build 10 15 minutes more when he started charging $197 per month now this plan also included a live chat option a review management where he would manage their reviews and he offered unlimited changes so anytime that their clients called him and said
oh can you change this in the website can you change that he would change it I mean takes like five minutes and you're making a hundred extra dollars per month so of course you would want to offer this but a lot of businesses just don't care about any of these extra things like live chats and review management so they would just pay $97 per month that is why he didn't get a lot of customers in the 197 per month plan if I was him I would put a little more incentive to the 197 plan because
if I was a business I would just choose the $97 per month as well now the real bread winner in this in his business was the $997 per month plan so what did he offer in this for this $997 plan obviously he offered everything in the $197 per month plan but a little more more incentive on top of that he added 15 pages instead of eight so this was a completely customized website he might have spent one to three hours building it and customizing everything and on top of this he did a different page SEO
for every city in his local area for example I live in Los Angeles right and there's different neighborhoods in Los Angeles there's West Hollywood there's Beverly Hills there's Glendale there's a diff there's a lot of different areas Within in Los Angeles and if you're a plumber you would want to rank in every single city of Los Angeles so what my students did and what I recommend all of my students do in these higher tier packages is you build a different page for every single neighborhood within your city so I would build a different page let's
say I would call the page Hollywood plumber and I would just duplicate that page in the website and then I would make another page called West Hollywood plumber and then I would put that page because when people search for a plumber they might type in Hollywood plumber and they will rank for that as opposed to the 197 month plan you would just put a general plumber in Los Angeles and it's not really specific so for these 15 pages he would put West Hollywood plumber he would make a separate page for that and if you DM
me on my Instagram I will teach you how to do all of this but I will make another page called West Hollywood plumber Santa Monica plumber and all of these plumbers so that so that his client who was a plumber can rank in all of these different cities and obviously does just it doesn't just have to be a plumber it might be contractor for anything but obviously just doing this isn't enough to charge an extra $800 per month so he was offering Facebook ads with it now Facebook ads you can't really do when you're starting
out this is basically smma he was offering in this plan this is what I would recommend you guys do when you have like 10 of these 197 or 97 clients per month then you can start offering smma services so he was just basically running these ads for these businesses my student already had knowledge in the smma niche so he was able to offer this extra package for Facebook ads for for his clients but when you're starting out you're not going to be able to offer this but just don't worry about it if you have the
expertise you can do it if you don't get around 10 or so clients in a 97 or 197 per month plan and then offer them to do a Facebook ads and charge $9.97 and then you can learn as you go along but when you're starting out just charge $97 per month for a basic website and move from there on top of Facebook ads he added a 5 minute support so as soon as one of his clients let's say a plumber texted him oh can you change this picture in the website can you change this or
that he would change it within 5 minutes so obviously if you're someone that's working a full-time job you can't really offer this 5 minute support option but he was able to do this and that's why he was able to charge so much money per month but this isn't exactly what I recommend you guys do what I recommend you guys do is a four step process so step one of what I recommend you guys you to do is to actually find the leads first either through C calling Tik Tok ads or Facebook ads and build them
the free website the website is going to take you 5 minutes to build so you can build it to every single perspective clients that you talk to so you can build a website and then talk to them because it literally takes you five minutes to build these websites with a platform and they're so cheap to build unlimited websites for $25 right so when you find these leads through any of these three methods I'm going to show you the Tik Tok ad that my client used I'm going to show you the Tik Tok ads that my
client and I use to run these ads but when you start out obviously I recommend you start off quote calling so it doesn't matter what way you find these leads as as long as you find these leads then you just want to have a video call with them to pitch them the services this is extremely important because you are going to take the payment in this video call you're going to show them the website that you build them and you're going to tell them how it will help them get more clients remember these businesses don't
care about having a website all they really care about is for them to get more business you're going to pitch how these websites are going to help them get more business business so the SEO is going to help them rank higher they're going to get seen by more people in the area and therefore they're going to get more clients sell them the dream not the website and make it easy for them to say yes tell them how easy it will be to cancel the plan as whenever they want there's no upfront commitment and take the
payment in this video call you don't want them to say oh let me think about it for a week and then take the payment no Take that payment immediately in the video call and then customize it and build the website further as soon as you take the payment you you don't want to spend a bunch of time on the website building it for them just to never answer your phone call again so always take the payment in the phone call and if you want access to my course I will give it to that in the
Instagram DM so as soon as you take the payment for the $97 per month plan then after one or two weeks one or two days it depends on you you can call them and upsell them on other services like customized SEO where I told you guys about the different neighborhood SEO and all of that and then you can offer them Facebook ads a live chat review management obviously I can't go into how to offer all of these in this one single video but I do teach everything in my other videos or you can DM me
on my Instagram and I will tell you guys everything I'll give away everything to you guys now when you do all of this you want to make sure to keep your clients as the fourth step a lot of people forget about this collect a payment and then they just leave the website they never offer clients support when their clients texted them they will text them back a day later they would have extremely poor customer service and their clients would just cancel remember every customer that you lose you lose out $100 at least per month from
your business that's a lot of money so you don't want to do that whenever my clients text me I literally text back within 5 minutes whether or not they have my premium package because I want to give them the most premium service your clients can just go and build a website for themselves on Wix and manage it but they're paying you for the premium service of the constant support that you're giving them I want to mention in this video is don't overcharge like I said your clients can go to other website Builders and build it
for free Wix literally lets them build the website in 1 hour actually helping 50 of you guys reach $5,000 per month completely for free with free training so if you want access to that just DM me I don't gatekeep anything like I said and let's just get back into the video and if you charge them way too much money like 1997 for just the one website and nothing else they're not going to accept so just charge very low I recommend charging sometimes $50 per month when you're starting out per website just to build up your
track record remember these clients add up over time let's say you're charging $100 per month per website if you have 50 of these it's $5,000 per month if you have a 100 clients that's $110,000 per month and if you're charging less it's less headache in general right so your clients are going to expect less from you as opposed to if you charge $1,000 upfront fee to build a website your clients are going to demand a lot more edits and customization towards websites but if you're charging them a very low fee per month they're not going
to ask for a lot of changes in the website they know what they're getting what they're paying for $97 per month they're not going to get much so now let's go to the actual Tik Tok ads that me and my student use to run these ads this is the ad that I use to run my Tik Tok ads and it's just one of many ads that I have obviously my student use a different ad and I don't have access to his Tik Tok ads account so I'm just going to show you what I run this
is extremely valuable so drop a like if you appreciate this video do you have a website for your local business I guarantee even if your website looks sleek it's still bad because you're missing out on so many future customers since your website doesn't really play a way to capture leads just click this link and enter your website's domain and they will build you a new website before you even buy it if you don't like it no problem you won't have to give them a single dime they are that confident that you're going to like it
this isn't even my company I'm promoting I'm just a plumber and they literally brought me so many customers because they built me a website that was so great I just had to do them a favor in return by making this video so just request a website you have nothing to see this isn't the greatest video but I just hired some random guy to assume to just say that he's a plumber and record a testimonial video and this is the ad that we chose to run so now let me show you the statistics of what this
ad did get me so I just pulled up a random day on my Tik Tok ads account and as you can see the as that I was running so it costed me $54 for this on 8386 but as you can see I got around for these things around 14 conversions so I don't remember where I was converting these people at the time so this is what the average statistic was per day when I was running these ads so I put these to February 27 to February 29 of this year obviously some tactics have changed that
I used a couple months ago for these dates but I as you can see for $54 I got around 21 clicks and eight conversions I don't remember what I was converting to at the time I think I was just collecting phone numbers and emails as but as soon as you get the phone number you just want to call them and you want to just pitch your services right away as soon as they give you the phone number don't wait until the next day to call them and these have an extremely high conversion rate from Tik
Tok for me Facebook was a lot less converting I don't know why but the phone number quality was really bad in Facebook but the phone numbers that I got from Tik Tok they always picked up and I had a really really high conversion rate so I had no problem with spending spending a couple hundred dollars to find my clients and neither did my student if I spent $200 to find one client that was paying me $100 per month I would be more than happy to spend that much money but as I said when you're just
