have this spreadsheet downloaded go ahead and open it up and you'll see the business name the website and you'll see a bunch of other information like their address their phone numbers you have their emails on here and even their social media links if you keep scrolling realistically this is too much information but what I want you to do is go over to the websites Tab and just hit ascending now you see everyone that has an existing website so you can send them one message and everyone that doesn't have a website you can send them a

separate message we have all these businesses and the interesting thing about this is a lot of them still have Google reviews as you can see they're rating and their reviews so if they care enough to have 106 reviews like this guy here and they have a fourpoint star rating why don't they have a website to actually feature those reviews and instead of sending them some kind of email and pitching hey I can build you a brand new website do you want it I'm going to give you a better message that you can send so check

this out hey name or business name hey ABC Landscaping are you still open found a few things broken on your website I went ahead and built you a new homepage and fixed a few things that will help customers do you want to see it now to be clear we are not building all these people websites we are going to wait to see who responds to this and who actually books a meeting with you and then you're going to go and build a very simple website in a few seconds you have a few options on how

you can build this website you can use tools like WordPress you can use freeo high level.com you can use webflow Weebly any platform you want to use is f the EAS easiest one is go high level and because they give you a 30-day trial you can actually get clients before you ever start paying so all you have to do is go down here to where it says sites you can hit new funnel look at where it says funnel Ai and it's going to build the whole website for you so let's do ABC Landscaping let's say

this person booked in a meeting and they want to see it so let's build them an entire website you select the industry you hit next these are my settings I like we want the business to generate more leads content should be friendly then go ahead and click generate and boom now it is done the whole website is built for this business ABC landscaping and if you want to edit this you want to edit the content you want to replace the logo that's amazing if you want to go above and beyond you can even find their

logo online on social media on Google and put it up here and as you can see the whole thing is done the images are here the content is inserted we even have some sample Google reviews now is this going to be perfect of course not but all you're going to do is just show them this homepage and said hey here's the first draft and so now you're setting yourself apart from everyone else because even if let's say they want to change a bunch of things you're still not starting from zero and the other alternative would

be if you wanted to use one of our sample website inad day templates so you can just have a template built let's say don't want to use AI you can just go in here use this template for everyone and then before you get on that meeting you just put their logo up top here and said hey this is the first draft look at what we did look at what we designed for you and then just pull up their website and pull up this new website and chances are if they have an old website or an

outdated website they're going to love this new website that you just showed them if they have no website at all it's even easier do you think customers would trust you more if you had a website like this and the obvious answer is yes this makes it such a no-brainer for them and really you just have to understand the basics of having the local business phone number at the top you want their email at the top and if they have an address you can put that at the top some contractors don't share that and then you

just show them the template and tell them hey once they start paying and they become a paying customer then you'll go in and pull their data you'll pull their reviews you'll make everything custom to them whether it's colors or testimonials or even staff photos you're going to add all of that after they become a paying client now we're going to do something that's going to set you apart from literally everyone else out there let's think about what happens after they click schedule now after they click Start Your Dream landscape today or contact us this is

it says settings hit conversation AI version two hit create bot at the top right and then turn this to autopilot and then just select the chat widget live chat and you can even automate their social media platform so let's put in the business name we're going to put in ABC Landscaping I'm going to change this to about 1 minute so people aren't waiting and then from there you can hit save and then what I want you to do is go over to where it says bot goals now when you're in bot goals you want to

click this appointment booking link right here and just sync their Google Calendar to this platform under Integrations and literally it just syncs up everything if the client doesn't want to connect their calendar like this to make it really easy that's okay too all we have to do is hit don't book appointments only send the booking link so if they maybe they already have a link maybe you create the link form it's very easy to do and the AI is going to ask them a couple questions collect some information and then send them the link to

book themselves online and then you just hit save if you want to further customize this you can play around with the prompt right here now this is where the magic happens if you go over to bot training you can type in the client's website if they have one and this bot will go in and scan their whole website they about us all their services their location their phone number and it will automatically train the bot for you so it's all good to go you just hit save and you are good to go and integrate it

with their go high level and their website in the case that they do not have a website you can just make a Google Document and just get them to type in all their information to that document and then use chat GPT to give a bunch of frequently asked questions in that industry Landscaping in Las Vegas here are the client details give me an FAQ section this right here is an example of a roofing one that I made on chat GPT I just told it to give me the top questions and answers in Roofing and then

you are all good to go so think about this now instead of people getting website form submissions to their email we are helping them start conversations how much is that actually Worth to the business owner you can ask them this question and say how much is one customer worth to you is it 1,000 is it 100 is it 2,000 is it 5,000 ,000 cool if I could help you get even an extra one customer per week or per month would that be worth it for you the obvious answer is yes and because we're starting so

many new conversations with this business you will help them book more appointments so let's touch on the AI voice agent you can click that right here it's just above the conversations Tab and you can create a new agent now you can pick any person person you'd like I think Rebecca has a good voice you could type in the client's name right here so ABC landscaping and now this agent is literally able to take phone calls so instead of paying a part-time employee or full-time employee three four $5,000 they can now get their phone calls answered

and all you have to do is hit next and we can move on so what do we want to collect from this potential customer we want their name their email and let's say their address this one is optional you can have your clients collect this as well if you'd like and then if you're more advanced you can click Advanced and literally again train the bot train the AI voice agent to go in here and say specific things you can even import that same FAQ document into here and give it all of your clients details so

if they're on the phone hey do you do this type of landscaping do you do Bush trimming or this or that and we can have all the answers right here so the bot can answer them and even book appointments and overcome objections then you just hit next and you are all done you just simply pick the phone number that you purchased for this client now again you're not buying the phone number you can link up your client's credit card to this and their credit card is going to be charged on this plan and so anytime

a potential customer calls that number it is now going to go to the AI voice agent so if they're standing on the roof or they're on their knees fixing a pipe they're working on someone's plumbing and something's broken the AI agent will book them that appointment and then all you have to do is just hit save and this is the best way that I have seen to actually build steady monthly recurring Revenue because it just makes logical sense for them and for you you set this up one time any phone calls they use any text

messages they use it char es their credit card and now they can pay you $500 a month to just keep using this instead of paying $3,000 per month for a front desk person or a marketing assistant and the best clients that I have seen use this use this adjacent to their front desk meaning they have both they just Empower their employees with AI and now they can be way more efficient in the business so let's cover some of the pricing what should you charge look if they literally just want a website that you just copied

and pasted I would charge them $150 per month to host it again they're getting a free homepage that's what we're reaching out to but if they want to keep it and they want us to build out the rest of the site it's $150 per month if they ask for additional features they want to move everything around you can charge an upfront fee because now it's a custom website you could charge $1,000 I've seen people charge 500 2,000 we do custom WordPress websites this is a bit higher end for $4 to $6,000 upfront now if they

want AI lead followup I'm talking tax messages right they want the automatic emails and just a whole bunch of different automations and workflows what you're going to do is charge them $300 a month and you can even throw in to manage their Google reviews and I didn't even show you half the features that we have this is another AI feature you can go under reputation settings and do autores respons for reviews and then you can choose the different sources so for example let's say they get a Google review we can have ai go in and

automatically respond to each and every single review so if Bob leaves a five-star review and says this is the best company in the world highly recommend working with them we can respond and say hey Bob thanks so much for your comment it means the world to us we loved working with you so what that does is it also helps them rank on Google higher because Google is seeing that they're extremely responsive in all of their reviews and also new customers are looking at that and thinking wow this is a very responsive business owner so it's

not just Google reviews but all the go high level SAS features things like posting on social media using AI to make those posts you link up all their social media and it posts on Facebook Instagram LinkedIn everything right next we have the AI employee so this is where you're doing voice this is where you're doing the conversation AI you can also incl include the conversation AI on this one I've seen people do that but I recommend keeping that for the $500 per month plan and you just watched me set this all up it is not
