so guys usually have something cool interesting like a true little snippet to put at the beginning of the vlog before I cue the intro make it interesting like that's my book point that's at this time absolutely nothing it's Monday morning it's around like 9:30 at this point I went to the gym then I went to Whole Foods and Marks and Spencers to pick up the groceries for the next four days so to say has been a boring day would be quite an understatement luckily I have this cool little tool that could possibly make the spaghetti
my blog a little bit more interesting so even I haven't spent as much time with this drone as I would have liked because I just came back from Paris so let's cue the intro and then let's cue some nice notic footage in three two [Music] so I think it was probably too long to doors in my act that I ended the vlog on a speech because the rest of my day was just super monotonous tons of work and I think true and two or three people actually sent in description like show us that you know
what I said was it's hard to make a monotonous worn date interesting but that's sort of what I'm trying to do today with this log a super boring day probably like enter from 10 to 14 hours of like just pounding my face in the dirt just like so much work so as I said I'll bring you guys along for that so to get a little backstory into my sort of lifestyle and stuff like that I usually wake up around 8:00 and I stay in a fasted state until one o'clock so this guy right here is
a lifesaver gold decaf coffee so every morning either go to the gym I go for steam sauna or I go for a walk and listen to an audiobook and right before that I'll actually get my morning coffee at Starbucks I it's almost a venti iced americano for me then this stuff allows me to have coffee you know until I break my fast without just having like an overload of caffeine now let me give you a breakdown of sort of how I eat and my eating habits patterns right now so this is a grocery shopping from
around for days you go chicken breast mince meat and then breaded chicken you got kale lettuce mushrooms you have a couple like prepackaged three bean salad quinoa like that some eggs ginger turmeric for my turmeric shots would be like packed rice some whole wheat pasta some sweet potatoes and then that's so I don't go crazy from all this like eating or like healthy eating and lack of carbs and sugars and stuff like that to chocolate they need Swiss roll whatever they're what so if I eat in this sort of pattern averaging around 5 pounds per
meal which I'm always trying to bring down without like sacrificing the quality of the food so it's all either free range or organic I do like a mix of whole foods especially you just feel like the fruit and vegetable because it's so much better there and Marks & Spencer for the meat because it's like same same sort of quality but a la Flor cheaper so they said everything around 5 pounds per meal now hopefully this will be interesting for some of you guys who obviously have to you know prep your own food and are also
trying to put most of your money towards your business or your ventures whatever that may be to get an idea of how to keep costs low now I think I've said this before I was I think like 3 weeks ago a month ago I was spending 40 to 50 pounds a day on food simply because I was eating out and then when I was eating out it was almost like healthy places so quite quite expensive so my recommendation for you is you know buy your food in bulk like that and just prepare 40s in advance
it takes it takes some time but then you know I can just grab the food pre-made healthy quite a lot of it and I'm good to go now once I've woken up I've gone to the gym steam room sauna and I come back home I meditate then I read like 30 pages to 50 pages of a book depending on whatever it takes to read a book a week that week further said I've gone to the gym meditated read then from the notes of Brandon last night I look at what I have to do which is
on Evernote I use Evernote as my to-do list I use my calendar to see the week though I use the calendar app to see you know the week ahead and the weeks ahead and then I use a system called Trello which sort of is like a more precise to-do list a more long-term so I have like my client work my personal brand / business work and I just have different subjects of categories videos to edit sales funnels to create like potential clients and you know six steps along like how close I am to sealing the
deal with them so after waking up at around 8:00 I'll be at this desk at around 10:30 ready to work and after I have a quick shower that's precisely what I'm going to do so I think I'll talk to you guys in a little bit so guys I'm actually my stepdads office he's basically never here so I thought I'd come up here simply because I can use the Thunderball cable that I bought and then that upload that helps upload speeds so much I'm just putting something up on wetransfer right now quite a big file and
then I'm rendering out a video here and then this is actually that's actually a confirmation to say that my new 24 to 70 millimeter f/4 the zeiss lens is coming today although it's already 4 o'clock and I've never had like a delivery after 4 o'clock or at least here in London so I'm not too confident about it coming today well honestly I've been working for quite a while now this is what I was telling you guys when I said that my days are for the most part pretty monotonous so that is just finish my little
link dinner break and as you can see from this video I think basically the theme of this video is just like minority just boring again and again and that sort of brought me to the idea of your input doesn't equal your output because a better day today was like or will be by the end of it around like a 10-hour workday but am i yielding 10 hours of results honestly I'm probably yielding like only six of those would I'd say are like in deep focused work and that's that's better than most people trust me I've
witnessed firsthand people do 10 hours of work and only equate select two hours of real work so I'm so happy with that but you know usually from this channel you get me preaching a message to you or telling telling you as my experience what I want to do this time is I want to find out what's your experience with it so people use techniques like Pomodoro some people like turn off their phones or put on airplane mode I do that personally to make sure that they can be on I can focus flow like flow state
some people have like a certain trigger that gets them in that state whatever it is for you put it in the description below because I'm super interested to hear and I'm super excited to get some your ideas flowing so here it is as I said a bunch of people we're asking show your day-to-day life is like and this is it when I'm not doing meetings traveling having these crazy on real experiences this is my day-to-day life is like so I hope you found a little insight into that and as I said please let me know
down below what are your what's your biggest tip to increase productivity and get like a good flow State really looking forward to hearing your responses so if you enjoyed the video please you like let's cue the outro in three two you [Music]
