well good morning everybody uh well it's 4: in the morning here in India right now and as promised I'm back with the video about what he is and how it can be beneficial for you in fact not just beneficial I feel it can be miraculous for you as it has been miraculous for me and since this is going to be a slightly long video and I'm going to cover a lot of things I'll be using some notes uh so one of the most famous quotes about the power of the mind is by Napoleon Hill and
he said whatever the mind can conceive and believe it can achieve right so this this quote is I'm sure everybody has heard this somewhere or the other before and this quot actually fills us with a little bit of energy a little bit of motivation it makes us a little bit excited about the power of the mind um but uh when it comes to actually applying it it gets a little more complicated uh because well to conceive is easy if I'm feeling good if I'm happy if I'm cheerful if everything is going my way then well
to conceive something such as uh I mean I can close my eyes and I can think that I have the perfect relationships and uh you know I'm enjoying a world class vacation and I have a world- class career and whatnot so it's easy to imagine these things it's easy to conceive these things if everything is going well uh but when it comes to believing it becomes a little more complicated uh believing is also easy for a couple of days but after that uh since there is no evidence that what we are believing in is actually
coming true we start to lose some of that belief so believing in the long run is really difficult now this is where Theta get can help you because basically what Theta does in it's very fundamental what Theta does is that it makes your Communications with your subconscious mind more effective so when talking about beliefs beliefs are governed by our subconscious mind the programming in our subconscious mind governs our beliefs so when we try to change our beliefs without changing that programming those new beliefs are not accepted so suppose uh we use affirmations right so suppose
I'm trying to affirm that I am like I'm extremely handsome and in my heart and this is by the way just an example suppose I'm trying to affirm that I'm extremely handsome and in my mind I believe that you know I'm just okay looking so now every time I affirm that I'm really goodlooking my conscious mind would say dude what are you talking about that's not true right so I have to change first the programming in my subconscious mind before I can actually before my mind can actually accept the new beliefs that I'm trying to
incorporate now to understand Theta better we first have to know that now it has been scientifically established that we are electrical in nature there's a very popular device now used in the medical Sciences called the ECG electrocardiogram which actually determines or measures the activity of the heart in terms of electrical pulses similarly for the brain there is a device called EEG electroencephalogram which measures the activities of the brain in form of electric pulses so basically every thought of ours has a frequency our mind at every given time is working on a certain frequency and this
frequency determines the state of mind that we are in and now these there are different states when it comes to these frequencies there are substates also but we can broadly divide them into four different uh ranges of frequency so the first one I'll use my notes here so the first one is beta beta is when we are wide awake right and I'll need my notes to give you the exact numbers 13 to 40 13 to 40 Herz is the beta State and the in Herz is the frequency of course now in this state we are
wide awake it is a state where we are alert and we actually are able to concentrate on things and our cognitive abilities are sharp in this state so right now if you're trying to understand what I'm trying to say then you are probably in a beta state right because you are concentrating there are these numbers what herds what frequency this and that and you're trying to listen to all this so you are probably in beta right so this is why beta is important so beta plays a big role when you are say taking part in
a sports contest taking EX take an an exam uh giving a presentation you know analyzing some data for all these activities beta is very important right then comes alpha alpha is 7 to 12 Herz and Alpha is basically a relaxed State when you visualize and when you are able to visualize properly then you're probably in an alpha State and it is a state where your creativity is quite sharp so a lot of times uh a lot of people when we see um artists painters musicians people who have a lot of creative ability if they are
connected to an EEG they can actually see that their dominant um or the frequency that they are in most of the times is Alpha right so and then we come to Theta Theta is 4 to 7 Herz and it is basically a state of meditation a state of deep meditation long forgotten memories now I've read this in a book I'm copying this actually from a book and uh from several books actually but this particular one is from a very uh from a very renowned book about this topic and long forgotten memories are actually remembered when
you are in the Theta State now if you just think about this a little bit why would this happen long forgotten memories which are not a part of your conscious mind which are not even accessible by your conscious mind are still stored in your subconscious mind so because you can see long forgotten memories when you are in the Theta state that is proof enough that in Theta you're able to communicate better with your subconscious mind uh and Theta is actually used uh to treat patients of alcohol addiction people who use drugs a lot and such
cases you know in case of addictions uh in order to break that programming of addiction and then of course comes the Delta State Delta is uh the frequency of 0 to 4 Herz and that is the state when you are in a deep sleep when you are sleeping comfortably that's uh that's you're probably in Delta and Delta has got therapeutic qualities it has got healing abilities uh so you know you must have experienced this many a times that uh you're feeling low you're feeling a little sad in the night and then you go to a
you go for your sleep and you sleep for 6 seven hours and you wake up refresh you wake up happy so it actually calms down your mind it you know it it heals all that disturbance that was there and so you wake up a new person right so that is Delta now anyway we come to uh the benefits of theta uh and uh the first benefit is something that you can notice or experience in the next half an hour right so you enter Theta and if you need help entering Theta I have a video for
that um you enter Theta and you meditate uh for say half an hour and so after you have meditated Maybe not immediately but half an hour after you have finished your meditation you'll definitely feel better you'll feel happier you'll feel more calm you'll feel more relaxed you'll probably feel more cheerful so a lot of people who keep at it for say a week uh report back that they feel more happy they feel more cheerful and they feel much better than they were before they actually started with their one week of consistent Theta meditation so this
is one of the biggest benefits that you feel happier and the second benefit is of course reprogramming the subconscious mind so as I spoke about affirmations I would of course like to talk more about it um affirmations are extremely powerful but they're also a source of a lot of frustration now just hear me out before you decide that I'm saying that you should not apply affirmations I apply affirmations every day and I think that they are absolutely miraculous but when we apply affirmations without using Theta uh they may actually cause a lot of frustration I
have actually I wanted to share with you a lot of AFF permissions and I didn't know how to do that so just 5 minutes back I have created a Facebook page and it's link will be in the description you can like it among other things I will be posting affirmations of the day I have a huge colle collection of affirmations which I would like to share with you so you can join that page and every morning you check what affirmation I've posted and you go into Theta and you repeat that affirmation a few times you
feel the feelings of that affirmation and then it will work wonders without that what happens is one of the most close to my heart affirmations is every day in every way I am getting better and better right but when a person sees his current situation is it true you know you when we see what we are currently the programming currently in our subconscious mind it's not true because every day we are getting older as we get older we are getting weak as we get older our skin becomes worse as we get older we get you
know all the good looks of ours we lose these are the programming that most of the people have in their minds and that I I mean that is a crazy way of thinking when you have all these things that you can do to change that programming so when you go into Theta and you actually feel the feeling of every day getting better and better and then you affirm then those affirmations will actually make you shine those affirmations will actually have a wonderful effect on you right so join that page but make sure that you use
those affirmations in Theta first and then once they are accepted by your subconscious mind then you can do it even you know while you're driving while you're doing anything doing your everyday things because then your subconscious mind would have accepted it and then you will actually get the full benefit of that affirmation and affirmations are phenomenal you must use affirmations U most of the things I I will recommend that you do this I am insisting that you do because it has completely changed my life and I totally insist that you uh make affirmations a major
part of your life um then uh another thing that you can do uh in Theta is you can ask questions uh for example suppose you are very confused you already are in a job you have been offered another job you're are confused such confusions we have frequently so you can actually go into Theta and you can simply ask ask that this is the situation what should I do and you want you may get the answer right away but many of times people don't get answers right away but sometime later you will get an Intuition or
something or the other that will tell you that is your answer when you get that answer you have to trust it let me share a very something very personal to me I about a week back I went into meditation Theta and I said I want to do something for the people I want to share something with others s now I am quite well educated I am quite good at the work I do but I don't have any extraordinary skills or anything you know but then one day suddenly I got the idea that I should actually
share I've been meditating since 20 years so of course I know more than the average fellow or a beginner when it comes to meditation the idea came that I should post some of these things to YouTube now when the idea came I didn't procrastinate of course I took some time to understand the whole process how I should record better videos how I should design the videos you know all these things how to post the videos on YouTube I did a little bit of research I had never posted a video on YouTube before so of course
I needed to know a few things but I didn't procrastinate it more than it was absolutely necessary uh and you can see that the way I'm making the video uh is can it be any more low Tech I'm currently recording this on my smartphone I actually have surrounding my neck this uh this mic which is not even a mic this is an earphone which came with my smartphone and this mic is uh meant to be used to make phone calls right so I'm just I'm just you know uh making whatever I have work right because
there was an intuitive idea and I don't know for what I don't know maybe it is for you you know for the person watching this right now maybe you were meant to know these things and that's why I had the intuition maybe there is something else but when the intuition was there I acted on it so same thing I would like you to do I've seen so many people and uh I mean I'm not bragging here but there are a lot of people had this intuition came they would have procrastinated they would have went on
some uh you know shopping portal search for webcams and when I'll buy this webcam when I'll buy this mic when I'll be this much proficient in making videos then I will make a video and then I will post it and then the excitement would have gone within a week and nothing would have happened so when that intuition is there when that urge from within is there you must act immediately so I think this is it uh this is all I wanted to say about TA today and I hope you found it beneficial subscribe to my
