we're just do lymphatic drainage today you feeling though good yeah I feel good had some on and off neck pain again okay I did like a weird I was doing like lying on a prone 45° lot race but it was like the long bench so I put my head on it and I was like going like this and I tweaked something in my neck the other day which is gone but then the day after that I got a horrible headache last night and then B all night woke up at 5:00 a. m. just's like a wig and then I laid on the end of my bed like this for like an hour and then it got better you want to start with just some neck stuff just so we can get that sort of treated number one that seems to be like number one on your list right here slowly tuck your chin and then relax it slowly tuck relax it slowly to there we go also clch my jaw a lot got a couple people in between so again this will be more of lymphatic drainage style um light stuff going through through the rest of his body we're just trying to drain it so the way I like to do this is just sort of classic light pressure we're not even diving into those muscles and you can just see I'm just kind of almost just skin layer deep these little just literally this paper thin skin and we're going to push that water out we can start all the way down here but he's already pretty pretty dry through this section so they're already we're just starting to get a little bit of drainage starting to occur and now we're going to sort of supercharge it right underneath so we'll heat individual muscles to your drop right just foror is lateral heads there we and then yeah we start to get these to start to fill in just going to push all that stuff out we want those veins to pump because that's what's pulling all the stuff out of these muscles go all the way up from the legs inside draining and then let them refill all right we'll try the other side nice and easy maybe burn what is up YouTube it's Tuesday beautiful day in Florida living the dream right now both about to go to the gym H's like you're flat eat more so I'm going to eat more but I've had a little extra bit of carbs today that's how check-in go I send him I'm like I'll probably look good I drop some weight what am I going to hear back and he's like did you do cardio I'm like yes what did you eat for breakfast what did you eat yesterday what time did you eat add more carbs you're looking flat we got to fill up you're training at two train at four eat one more time I'm like all right so I was about to go work out had a coffee and now I'm like not so I'm probably going to go lie down and take a nap and chill got a massage this morning from Marlin showed some of that I've been seeing him once twice a week recently but at least once a week all year my body has been so much smoother than before I used to my glutes were [ __ ] up today they were horrible but everything used to be like that now it's usually one thing that hurts on me not everything so been a blessing but with that being said I'm going to go lie down watch some Tower of God or just fall asleep Transformers no Transformers Tower of God's way better and then I'm going to go hit some hamstrings so see you guys later no shot that you guys haven't reached the loal what he was just saying haven't you seen The Italian Job or just the American version of that it's actually nice it is nice Bradley's first car Rad's getting a 1970 Corolla for her first car going to stay modest how's it going all right [Applause] ask me if he's coming for you yeah he's been committed man 22 ound I've never Mee you guys like a little over a year ago yeah time to change nope second last leg day last hamstring day technically and I'm not feeling working out at 400 p.

or 2: p. m. my energy is much slower but I had a little more food today so it kind of counterbalances my body's more alive but my eyes are shutting I'm sorry but h a little hamstring a lot of people in the front room and I don't like being around people right now but I don't like coming at 500 p.
m. as well I'm doing my rdl's the way Martin and Brett showed me how to do them on this little what this thing called again belt squat machine calling it a day it's not supposed to be a crazy workout taking easy not hurting myself so I'll listen [Music] many are you [Applause] [Music] feel like my heart rate goes from like 45 beats per minute to 190 reset my body just like goes to sleep and get jacked up and go back to sleep [Music] Def last time we did this 2021 probably I hadn't even been to the gym in two years before this year this was a pry good machine I didn't realize how much I like the gym till I left it good gym I think I like it more now cuz it's a little beat up you know there scratches chips in the paint [ __ ] falling apart it's a youth gym now for machine's great on the glutes I can literally just [ __ ] squeeze the booty I can tell my left glue is way TI than the right one even doing this for [Music] [Music] [Music] need for ah [Music] [Music] f [Music] all right so that's a wrap on the last hamstring day I have Uno Moss leg day I don't know what time it is my phone's Tak in my pocket this is a late workout for me and now I'm a little bit wired I was tired when I started now I'm a little bit like over tired wired so I'm probably not going to sleep tonight but I don't sleep any night so welcome to prep love to see it you know you're getting shredded low body fat when you wake up at 5:00 a. m.
