episodes as well as watching in this video and the videos that are coming up next on my channel now today's a super exciting day because we are starting with step one of the glow up and that is being high maintenance to stay low maintenance which means getting our beauty treatments done so that we look perfect every day for me this is going to start with getting my eyebrows laminated and tinted and my lashes lifted and tinted as well so this is going to be like a 40 minute drive for me so let's get in the car and let's start with our process of glowing up as you can see I don't even got a Nails I don't got two nails so we need to get started on this but before that let's get a last minute facial heading into Lux right now for a facial [Music] that's a huge yeah another night [Music] your new eyes post facial I am glowing I actually just had to wake myself up because that lymphatic drainage massage was so fire and I was falling asleep and now my contacts feel so dry in my eyeballs but aren't I glowing that was so good I felt like I had a lot of congestion in my forehead and like blackheads and I think she just out and yeah I highly recommend coming to Lux for any of your skin get it because it's so intense like your eyebrows stick up straight your lashes stick up straight and last time they were like really pale but I asked her to make them darker and tinted so I really like the way they turned out and my eyebrows I kind of shaped them more into the shape that I like so I love the way they turned out by the way if you guys are in Vancouver actually go to iconic Step was naturally to get my nails done I went for an acrylic French tip and every time my nail tech Julia kills it the nails are officially done and I'm feeling so good time to go back home now if you ask me why I'm always so happy I honestly think a big part of it is because I work out so often I try to work out like three or four times a week and I always switch up what kind of exercise I'm doing but recently I've really been into just going to the gym and working on actually gaining muscle so here I am going to the gym in my apartment building and honestly I was so hyped for today I got some new Apple headphones and you know it's about to be a good workout when your headphones are fully charged I made sure to fill myself a water bottle water is so essential if you want to be going from within and I even added some pre-workout to get some caffeine in there I also had some apple cider vinegar gummies which are also essential for me to avoid bloating and to just help with my digestion in general [Music] thank you [Music] show you when that should be okay I'm back from the gym we're gonna make breakfast now starting off with the Greek yogurt this has a lot of protein for really been on the gym grind if you can tell um okay I felt really good though but I did 15 minutes of incline walk incline of 12 a speed of 3. 3 and then I did weights I did like a five pound five minute arm workout and then I did weights for my glutes and then I did a little bit of abs and just like stretching at the end right now I just got off a call for an interview which was super fun and bougie just book the nail appointment before we do that we're gonna go take a shower shave exfoliate wash like all of the above it's gonna be my everything shower and I'm gonna do a hair mask I actually wanted to go to the hair salon and get like a glaze which is where you don't dye your hair but they do some sort of like lifting treatment to like enhance the natural color of your hair but they didn't have space so I'm gonna have to do that next week and I might just put that in a different video [Music] we're using my Holy Grail product the k-18 mask is amazing what you have to do is
