My name is Samuel Harrison. I never thought I would be sharing this story, but after what Jesus showed me during my death experience, I realize I have no choice. What I saw was too important to keep to myself, especially given the times we're living in.
I died for 9 minutes on January 15th, 2025. During that time, Jesus Christ himself revealed to me shocking truths about the California fires that I was commanded to share with the world. What I learned will shake you to your core.
Let me tell you how it happened. For 28 years, I served as a firefighter with the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection. The job wasn't just my career; it was my calling.
Every time I stepped into those flames, I felt God's presence guiding and protecting me. Even after retirement, I stayed involved as a consultant and trainer, passing on what I'd learned to the next generation. That January morning started like any other.
I was heading to a fire safety training session at a local church when I began feeling strange. My chest felt tight, and I was having trouble catching my breath. I pulled over to the side of the road, thinking I just needed a moment to collect myself.
That's the last thing I remember before everything went dark. What happened next changed everything I thought I knew about life, death, and the spiritual battle we're facing right now in California. The experience I'm about to share with you is so profound, so overwhelming in its implications, that I've spent countless hours in prayer asking for guidance on how to convey it properly.
But Jesus made it clear: this message must be shared, no matter how inadequate words might be to describe it. The first sensation I remember after losing consciousness wasn't darkness; it was light. Not the harsh, blinding light of a hospital room or the warm glow of sunrise, but something entirely different.
It was a light that seemed to come from everywhere and nowhere at once, a light that somehow felt alive and aware. In that moment, I understood what the Bible meant when it described God as light. I could see my body below me, slumped over in my truck, as people rushed to help, but I felt no attachment to it anymore.
No fear or panic about leaving it behind. Instead, I was filled with a peace that defies description, a peace that went beyond mere calmness or contentment. It was as if every worry, every fear, every earthly concern had been gently lifted away.
But this was just the beginning. Suddenly the scene below began to fade away, and I found myself being drawn upward through what I can only describe as layers of reality. It wasn't like flying or floating; it was more like the layers of existence themselves were peeling back, revealing deeper and deeper truths with each passing moment.
The presence I felt growing stronger as I moved through these layers was unlike anything I'd ever experienced in my earthly life. It was pure love, but not the limited, conditional love we know as humans. This was perfect love, complete love, love that knew everything about me—every mistake, every doubt, every moment of weakness—and loved me completely anyway.
Then he appeared. Jesus Christ himself stood before me, though "stood" isn't quite the right word. His presence was everywhere, encompassing everything, yet also so intensely personal and immediate.
His appearance was both familiar and indescribable. The love that radiated from him was so powerful it would have brought me to my knees if I'd still had physical knees to fall upon. His face—how can I describe it?
It held all the power and majesty of the creator of the universe, yet also infinite tenderness and compassion. His eyes seemed to contain entire galaxies, yet when he looked at me, I felt like the only soul in existence. Everything I'd ever done, every thought I'd ever had, every moment of my life was known to him completely, yet his love never wavered.
"My child," he said, though not with physical words. His thoughts flowed directly into my consciousness, carrying layers of meaning that human language can't fully capture. "I have brought you here because you must understand what is truly happening in California.
What you are about to see, you must share with my people. " In that moment, the space around us transformed. We were suddenly looking down at California from a perspective that showed not just the physical realm but the spiritual reality behind it.
The sight nearly overwhelmed me. The fires burning across the state were not just physical flames; they were manifestations of a deeper spiritual conflagration that had been building for generations. Jesus directed my attention to specific areas of intense spiritual darkness.
"Watch carefully," he said, and I saw how these dark regions corresponded exactly with areas where the physical fires were most destructive. But what I saw next shook me to my core. Within these fires, there were beings—not physical creatures, but spiritual entities that seemed to feed off the flames themselves.
They weren't demons in the traditional sense of horned creatures with pitchforks; they were more like living shadows that twisted and writhed within the fire, growing stronger with each acre that burned. "These fires," Jesus explained, "are not merely natural disasters. They are physical manifestations of spiritual corruption.
The enemy has found fertile ground in the hearts that have turned away from truth, from love, from me. Each time my children choose the ways of the world over my ways, these entities grow stronger. " He showed me how these spiritual forces worked.
They didn't start the physical fires directly; they didn't need to. Instead, they influenced human decisions and actions that led to conditions where fires could easily start and spread. They fed off people's fear, anger, and especially their spiritual apathy.
"Look deeper. . .
" Jesus commanded, and suddenly I could see how these entities operated in the spiritual realm. They whispered lies into people's hearts: that God wasn't real, that truth was relative, and that personal comfort was more important than spiritual growth. With each person who embraced these lies, the spiritual darkness grew stronger, and the physical fires became harder to control.
But then Jesus showed me something that filled me with hope. In some areas, I could see points of brilliant light pushing back against the darkness. These lights, He explained, were people in communities who had maintained their faith, who put God first in their lives, and who lived in genuine relationship with Him.
Where these lights shone brightest, the spiritual entities couldn't maintain their hold, and the physical fire struggled to advance. It wasn't that these areas never experienced fires—they did—but the fires couldn't gain the same devastating power they had in other regions. "Watch this carefully," Jesus said, and showed me a series of visions that spanned time.
I saw how California had gradually turned away from true faith over generations. It wasn't a sudden change; it happened slowly, almost imperceptibly. People didn't reject God outright; they simply pushed Him to the margins of their lives.
They replaced genuine worship with entertainment, deep faith with shallow spirituality, and true community with digital connections. "My church," Jesus said with deep sorrow in His voice, "has too often chosen comfort over conviction, popularity over truth, compromise over courage. Many who bear my name have replaced relationship with ritual, passion with programs, and true worship with empty traditions.
" Then He showed me what would happen if this trend continued. The vision was terrifying. I saw the fire spreading beyond anything we've experienced before, consuming not just forests and buildings, but seeming to burn away the very fabric of society.
These weren't just wildfires; they were judgment fires, burning away everything that wasn't built on the solid foundation of true faith. But then Jesus showed me another possibility: the path of redemption. I saw people beginning to wake up, turning back to God with their whole hearts.
I saw churches becoming houses of true prayer again, not just places for social gathering. I saw families returning to genuine faith, communities being transformed by the power of God's love. Where this happened, the spiritual atmosphere changed dramatically.
The dark entities that had been feeding off the fires began to weaken and retreat. The physical fires, while still present, became manageable again. Traditional firefighting methods began to work more effectively because they weren't fighting against spiritual forces anymore.
"This," Jesus said, "is the message you must share: The fires in California will not be stopped by human means alone. No amount of technology, no firefighting technique, no government program can address the root cause. These fires are a warning and a call to return to me.
" He then showed me specific details about how this return to faith needed to happen. It wasn't about simply going to church more often or saying more prayers; it was about a fundamental change of heart. He showed me how genuine repentance and return to faith would manifest in practical ways.
I saw families turning off their devices and spending time in prayer together. I saw churches opening their doors for extended periods of prayer and worship, not just scheduled services. I saw communities coming together to support each other, share resources, and encourage one another in faith.
Most importantly, I saw how this renewal had to start with individual hearts. Jesus showed me how each person's decision to put God first created a ripple effect in the spiritual realm. When enough people in an area made this choice, it created a spiritual environment that the forces behind the fires couldn't penetrate.
But Jesus warned, time is short; the window for this change is closing. The fires you see now are just the beginning. "If my people do not return to me with their whole hearts," He then showed me something—something that brought tears to my spiritual eyes.
I saw how much He loved every person in California, even those who had turned their backs on Him. His heart broke for every home destroyed, every life disrupted by the fires. But His love was perfect, and perfect love sometimes requires allowing people to experience the consequences of their choices so they will turn back to Him.
"Remember," He said, "these fires can be stopped, but not through human effort alone. Tell my people that I am waiting with open arms; tell them that genuine repentance and return to faith will change everything. Tell them that no political solution, no technological advance, no human wisdom can solve what is fundamentally a spiritual problem.
" The vision continued as Jesus showed me more details about how this spiritual renewal would need to happen. He showed me how traditional religious activities, without heart change, were not enough. He showed me how many churches needed to return to their first love—not programs or presentations, but genuine relationship with Him.
I saw how this message would be received. Some would dismiss it; some would mock it. But those whose hearts were prepared would recognize the truth and respond.
Jesus showed me that these people would become points of light in their communities, helping others understand and respond to the call to return to faith. The intensity of the vision began to increase. Jesus showed me how every prayer, every act of genuine worship, every moment of true repentance had power in the spiritual realm.
I saw how these spiritual acts created a kind of protective covering over areas, making it harder for the forces behind the fires to operate. But He also showed me what would happen in areas where people rejected this message. The fires would continue to grow worse, defying explanation and overwhelming our best efforts to control them.
Traditional firefighting methods would become less and less effective because they. . .
"Weren't addressing the real problem: the choice Jesus said must be made soon. These fires are both judgment and mercy—judgment on the spirit of worldliness that has invaded my church, and mercy because they are a warning that can still be heeded. Tell them that I am calling them back to their first love, back to true faith, back to putting me first in everything.
He showed me how this return to faith would look different from what many people might expect. It wasn't about becoming more religious or following more rules; it was about developing a genuine personal relationship with Him that affected every area of life. I saw people changing their priorities, their daily habits, their whole way of living as they put God first.
I saw how this transformed not just individual lives but entire communities. Where this happened, the spiritual atmosphere changed, and the fires lost their supernatural intensity. Just before I felt myself being drawn back to my body, Jesus gave me one final message: 'Tell them that I love them.
Tell them that it's not too late to turn back to me, but tell them also that they must choose now. The time for fence-sitting is over, the time for casual faith has passed. They must decide whether they will serve me with their whole hearts or continue on their current path.
' The love in His voice was overwhelming, but so was the urgency. This wasn't just a suggestion or a nice spiritual thought; it was a matter of survival, both spiritual and physical. As I began to feel the pull back toward my body, Jesus spoke one final time: 'Remember everything you've seen; share it faithfully.
Don't let fear of criticism stop you from speaking the truth. Those who have ears to hear will understand. ' The next thing I knew, I was gasping for air as paramedics worked over me.
They later told me I had been clinically dead for exactly nine minutes. By all medical understanding, I should have suffered brain damage from the lack of oxygen. Instead, my mind was clearer than ever, filled with the urgent message Jesus had given me.
That's why I'm sharing this story now: what Jesus showed me wasn't just for me; it's a message for everyone who will listen. The fires in California are more than natural disasters; they are a spiritual wake-up call, a warning of what's coming if we don't return to true faith. The solution is simple, but it requires something many people don't want to give: complete surrender to God—not just occasional church attendance or casual prayer, but genuine life-changing faith that puts God first in everything.
I'm sharing this because I have to. Jesus made it clear that this message wasn't just for me; it's for everyone. The time for sitting on the fence is over.
We each have to choose which path we'll take. The choice is yours, but remember what Jesus showed me: time is running out. The window for decision is closing.
These fires are just the beginning. If we don't turn back to God now, may God bless you all, and may we all choose the path of return to true faith while there's still time.
