do not listen to this mind programming technique whilst driving or operating machinery only listen when you can safely relax completely if you're listening in stereo these words should be coming from the right hand side and these from the left during this experience it's best to be sitting or lying down in a place where you can comfortably ignore the outside world it's usually helpful to close your eyes this relaxing mind programming process is not the same asleep you'll still have awarenesses you'll be able to hear everything I say and you'll not become unconscious but there will
be changes it's like daydreaming all you need to do is relax and let the sounds wash over you you may find you don't remember it all consciously afterwards as you simply find yourself comfortable as you follow my instructions make yourself comfortable now and close your eyes just as soon as you wish and pay attention to your breathing because if you need to awaken your awakened fully alert but for now you can just let go you're listening to this for a reason and as you hear my words you'll become aware of certain sensations while you allow
yourself to relax deeply as your emotional intelligence improves for the better you'll feel more in control of your life at the end of this process you'll awaken refreshed and invigorated so now notice your breathing the gentle rise and fall that happens all by itself close your eyes just as soon as you wish and pay attention to your breathing as you focus your attention on your breathing now my voice will go with you as you relax here you don't have to make any effort at all simply let go and in your mind now start counting backwards
from three hundred three hundred to nine nine two nine eight to nine seven two nine six two nine that's right it doesn't matter if you get lost or leave a bit or forget it just start again and about the same place and notice that you don't notice when you lose your place and drift off only when you return momentarily before becoming more absorbed so as long as that part of your mind is active it's fine that it counts and when it doesn't count that's fine too you don't need to listen to this consciously or unconsciously
here all you need to hear I'd like you to notice where you feel most comfortable in your body most at ease drop your shoulders a little more with each out breath until they feel quite relaxed and as your shoulders drop let that easing and comfort run down your arms and down your body let it even go into your legs so your thighs relax and let that comfortable feeling run all the way down to your feet you can notice words notice noticing words you can notice noticing your body can relax you're breathing carries on whole by
itself your mind carries on thinking all by itself and you can just watch it wonder your experience your understand your wins can just attach my voice can be some people relax here you can be confident that here confidence you can create this feeling on your own you'll do so whenever you wish imagine how you look if you were totally confident at peace with yourself because the human imagination and as you vividly imagine this you're programming your unconscious mind to automatically make your thinking and behavior take you towards a more confident and peaceful you some people
develop an overwhelming compulsion to think of themselves repeatedly in positive ways to see themselves in a positive new light to change your self-image to live a happy successful confident contented person now deep down inside you know what's good for you as you begin to find out new sensations thinking of yourself as a happy confident resourceful contented person repeatedly you'll begin to produce the most wonderful results in your life now I'd like you stop for a moment imagine it's several weeks from now and you've been listening repeatedly practicing tenaciously thinking of yourself and that way now
you're noticing some phenomenal positive changes in your life what part of your new life are you enjoying this give yourself a sense of that pleasure now amplifying and intensifying the feeling of that pleasure you know by doing what's good for you by doing through practice listening repeatedly you can achieve the things you want your emotional signals have a function they're part of your intelligence they send you messages but they can recalibrate now and reduce the intensity and frequency of their messages allowing you to experience more peace while getting all of the benefits that you used

good feelings you have as you look at yourself really notice in detail what it is that they love appreciate about you recognize and acknowledge those amazing qualities perhaps you hadn't appreciated about yourself until now whenever you think about yourself in future you'll think about yourself positively like this and step back into your own body and take a few moments to enjoy those good feelings knowing that you're loved and appreciated exactly as you are you will find that you're happier and more fulfilled from this day forth you automatically find more joy and beauty in each moment
imagine a slightly more peaceful confident you sitting or standing in front of you now imagine stepping into that more confident you see through their eyes hear through their ears and feel the feelings of your more peaceful confidence so you can easily overcome problems your mind will generate creative ways to overcome obstacles as you begin to see himself as a resourceful capable person you enjoy challenges you realize they make you stronger and wiser and you get value from your achievements if you find that you're talking to yourself in a negative way know that you only want
the best for yourself you can keep all of your desire to change and improve and let yourself know in a constructive encouraging tone of voice and using constructive words because you can do surprise yourself trust yourself coming more confident imagine yourself you look in the mirror can accept yourself and send yourself love still want to change and yet accept yourself because you love and approve of yourself imagine it now looking at yourself in the mirror and sending yourself love your mind will naturally focus upon the positive and you're become more resourceful than ever before as
you notice how good you feel from now on so much more and it doesn't matter if you feel better every day or not because you'll only feel better as fast as it's right for you imagine how your life would be if you were more at ease with yourself than you are now how would you posture be how would your voice sound what kind of thoughts which you have about yourself and what you can achieve what kind of things would you say to yourself you'll find yourself decide now your unconscious mind will guide your thinking and
behavior to make your life better because I know there are some things it needs to fix and I'd like your unconscious mind to go and fix them when everyday resources you'll remember that whatever is happening around you you're always free to find joy in our peace there's an old old story about a hunter who is walking through the jungle he saw a tiger and the tiger saw him he ran as fast as he could to get away from the tiger he ran so fast he ran over the edge of a cliff grabbed hold of a
tree root and there he swung he looked up and saw the tiger looking down upon him angrily suddenly beneath him another tiger appeared looking up at him hungrily he felt a little dead for lies face looked up and saw two mice knowing through the tree root he was holding on to to his rhymes he saw a bee fly to a crevice there he saw a bee's nest overflowing with honey he reached out and tasted the honey on his fingers the honey tasted delicious we all know stories we all have stories to tell our own personal
road to freedom liberation now choose one of your everyday situations one of those times where you experience it as being a little difficult and as you think about this experience notice what image comes to mind and stop that image and step back from it change it into a snapshot still image that image you see yourself over there as you move back from and drain the color out of this memory so it's a black-and-white photograph put a frame around this photograph and notice how different it feels whenever you want or need to make changes I'd like
your unconscious mind to automatically step out of them move back from pleasant memories and step into happy and resourceful experiences because your unconscious can make all the arrangements necessary for you to benefit from all the wisdom of your past experiences I'd like you to imagine right now that you're watching a movie about a future more successful you notice every detail of that future you how you look the expression on your face where you hold your body light in your eyes as the movie plays out on the screen in front of you you'll see many moments
of success from your past and others when you're ready I'd like you to float up and out of your seat into that successful you up there on the screen see through the eyes of your successful self here through the ears and the feel the feelings of your successful self make the colors brighter sounds louder feelings stronger reinforcing your belief and your ability to succeed in the past your emotions may have sent strong signals to get your attention but they can achieve all of the positive things that they used to without having to be overwhelming in
future you'll find it easy to learn from the wisdom of your emotions and soon it'll be time to awaken as I count back from 10 to 1 and I'd like you to reinforce every positive thought that you've ever had about yourself and remember every wonderful experience it's appropriate to remember now see what she saw hear what you heard and feel good you and as you step back into those memories re experiencing all the good feelings letting those feelings double and double throughout your body because as you become a way you can feel the wish to
be active and you might find yourself enjoying them we all know we can daydream we can all sleep and we can all wake up although we don't consciously know how we wake up yet we do and you can awake now as I count backwards refreshed relaxed and alert wake up now calm and confident full of inner peace 10 9 eight gradually awakening seven six five maybe a want a nice stretch and i yawn as you awaken four three two one
