so Google has just released a tool that will change the way we work forever it is called Google agent space and it aims to completely revolutionize the business world with very powerful AI starting early 2025 your team will no longer need to waste time searching for information across several platforms because agent space will act like a sort of central Hub unifying all of your data across several platforms such as documents emails spreadsheets and even third party apps such as jira SharePoint and Confluence so basically with one command you'll be able to find everything you need

across all of the platforms agent space will also take research and Analysis to the next level with a tool called notebook LM which I am completely addicted to since I've started using it and I'll show you how in this video you'll be able to upload lengthy reports that it will analyze and then give you detailed summaries key insights and even audio overviews that you can act with you don't need to worry about uploading these files because Google has made security one of the top priorities with this release we'll cover that a little bit later in

this video it is of course called Google agent space because it allows you to create custom AI agents for very specific repetitive tasks like for example you could create one to manage expense reporting or on boarding and you'll be able to do so with minimal technical skills and almost no code right now you can only get agents based on Early Access with the link I left in the description of this video but it will become available to everyone in early 2025 so stay tuned for a detailed tutorial once it comes out that said your team

can already start testing and learning how to use it with notebook LM plus which has just been rolled out so let's see how to use it in practice so you're going to be one of the first businesses in 2025 to take advantage of this tool all right so let's imagine you need to find an important document or email and instead of searching for it or asking workers I'll only need to enter one prompt for example we can ask agent space to search for open Jura tickets and it will show me all of them in one

place and if I need to update my manager about a specific one I will ask AI to do that it will open Outlook directly inside the chat create a draft and now I can send the email without switching apps pretty cool right for now these are the only Integrations listed on Google's website but I'm sure they'll add more in the future now let's talk about my new Addiction notebook LM I I use it for pretty much anything research related since you can upload up to 50 files links YouTube videos and it'll summarize everything with citations
