A Touching Prayer For The Troubled Heart

you let us pray Lord this world can be a dark place but we look to you Jesus to be the bright lamp that guides our feet I pray O Lord that every past hurt every past mistake or past loss that weighs heavy on the hearts of whoever is listening I pray that it is removed by your everlasting power you word in Philippians 4 verse 6 to 8 says do not be anxious about anything but in everything by prayer and petition with Thanksgiving present your requests to God and the peace of God which transcends all understanding

will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus God our hope is anchored in you because you never fail our faith is in you because you are faithful even when we are faithless and so as we pray we choose to be in obedience to your word we choose not to be anxious about anything and we give you thanks as we present our requests Lord we are praying that every heart that is troubled will be healed every mind that is trouble will be healed in the name of Jesus and we pray Lord God that the

peace which transcends all understanding will come upon whoever is listening whoever is in need whoever is facing turmoil may your peace comfort their hearts may your peace comfort their souls may your peace comfort their mind we choose to come to you God we choose to set our minds on your word we make the choice to trust you no matter the pain or the circumstance that we face we even choose to pray today in agreement despite all that we may face in line with your word Lord once again we will not be anxious we will not

worry we hand it over to you God we choose to believe that you are always with us and you are always in control our healing is anchored in you because by your stripes we are healed and I claim that I declare that today as we pray we are healed in agreement with everyone who is listening we are healed emotionally I pray that broken hearts are mended by the Holy Spirit today I pray that troubled minds are given peace I ask you Holy Spirit to be so close to us that we can feel your presence in

our hearts we cast our burdens to you Lord we lean on you where else can we run but to you you have delivered and healed in the past and you will do it again in every season of our lives in every place of our existence in every place where there is tension or conflict within us we pray Lord Jesus that you healers give us peace and clarity thank you that you remind us throughout your word that we do not face the storms alone but you are always with us we do not face the storms in

our heart alone for that person who has a troubled heart father may you make yourself known to them and remind them that they are not alone may your Holy Spirit minister to their hearts may your Holy Spirit be the still calm voice that speaks within them bringing rest to our souls because we believe that you are the only one who can bring rest to our souls in your kindness you have intentionally shaped our destiny lord I pray that you use the hard things in life that we are going through I pray that you use anything

that is troubling the hearts of those who are listening when you use it for your glory may you turn that worried to make whoever is listening strong Lord and even as we pray things may be hard right now but you are greater and God we believe you just as your word says in the book of second Corinthians we may be afflicted in every way but we are not crushed we may be perplexed but we are not driven to despair we may be persecuted but we are not forsaken struck down but we are not destroyed and

we claim that in prayer today we are not crushed our hearts are not crushed our souls are not driven to despair we are assured that you have not forsaken us we are not destroyed even through this term where we are not destroyed I thank you for caring for us I thank you for your word that reminds us of your love I thank you that the peace of your loving and strong presence guards and protects the hearts and minds of each and every person listening and in need of you I also give you thanks that we

don't have to walk in fear or live in overwhelmed cycles of worry but through you we can obtain confidence confidence that brings peace beyond human understanding thank you for your mighty phallus that breaks through the greatest wind and storm in our hearts and it whispers peace be still I pray that you Lord open our eyes so that we may see your goodness which shows up in our lives every single day teach us to see difficulties in our own lives from your perspective help us to focus on you and on your power Lord and not on

whatever is troubling our hearts today we come in agreement as we bring before you everything that troubles our hearts whether it's a broken relationship whether it's rejection anxiety or worry we bring it before you we know that in whatever we face you are our peace and our refuge you are a very present help in times of trouble help each and every person listening God we trust your word your word says you will not abandon us your word tells us that you will fill us with joy in your presence and God that's what we seek right

now for healing we seek your presence because in your presence there is no turmoil in your presence there is no anxiety in your presence there is no trouble in our hearts or in our minds there is no stress so we seek your presence God we confess that we need you we ask you for forgiveness if we have tried to figure out things on our own we cast our burdens onto you because we know you will sustain us god when we feel weak when we are weary and burdened true rest and restoration only comes through you

you are a gentle God and our burden is made light only because you are a loving and compassionate God and I want to take this time to thank you God for your peace peace that can only come from you you give us a peace in our hearts that cannot be found in this world only the peace that comes from you will karma hearts and it will not fade over time I pray that you help us not to let our hearts be troubled because that is not your will first we believe your word surely goodness and

mercy will follow us all the days of our lives we believe God that you want only good things for us so as we pray we declare that all of the good things you have promised us will come to fruition in our lives in Jesus name we pray against broken hearts we pray against any state of depression or anxiety we release it in Jesus name and instead we choose to hold on to your heavenly peace be with us lo give us the ability to trust in you more and to trust in your power more often give

us a heart that finds comfort and rest in your presence give us the wisdom to seek peace and to pursue it remembering that it can only be found in you alone we thank you God for your unfailing love you heal those who are brokenhearted and you bind up their wounds with you and in you we know that we are not abandoned we are not hopeless we are not forsaken but rather we remain hopeful in you and in your word your word that never fails your word that tells us you will never leave us no forsake

us we remain hopeful in you even when it feels as though the whole world is against us God you will never abandon us even though our hearts may be in pain our minds may be troubled you are still a good God even if some of us are experiencing sorrow or grief we know that nothing can separate us from your love and so we cling to you enjoy in happiness in victory we cling to you in frustrations in disappointments or in heartbreak we still cling to you I pray for the one who is listening anyone who

feels rejected troubled depressed or heartbroken may God be the rock that you Lena may Christ be the solid foundation that you stand on may Jesus Christ be the solid ground that your feet remain planted all I pray for restoration in our hearts as we seek to draw near to you God heal us in your presence there is fullness of joy draws ever closer into secure communion with you because you will wipe away every tear I pray that whoever is listening will know that you Lord understand exactly the pain that is in their heart the sadness

or grief that they may be going through that's why we've come to you you are a merciful God we seek healing in your blessed presence take each person as they are Lord and fill them anew with your love and grace for only through you can we be renewed in spirit only in you can we find rest from our troubles mend our hearts Lord Jesus heal the wounds that are open any wounds caused by family caused by friends caused by situations or circumstances I pray that you healed them father I pray for an overwhelming peace a

peace that only comes from you Lord a peace that only comes from you Lord a peace that is divine I pray for a piece that is everlasting [Music] [Music]
