I am so tired of all this nonsense I'm seeing on the internet on manifestation it makes it look a thousand times more complicated than what it is I promise you all these different methods like the 369 method The Whisper method the whatever method it is not that complicated to Quantum jump into your dream reality I promise you and today I'm going to make it my literal Mission and give you all the knowledge you need in order to successfully Quantum jum and create your reality it really is just just a lifestyle towards alignment with your Quantum
self which we will cover in this video but it is the core reason all this knowledge is the core reason as to why I have a successful business I'm making money off of my passions I travel the world I have the relationship of my dreams I have over 100k on Tik Tok Instagram I'm growing my YouTube and most importantly I'm always attracting opportunities to grow to expand and to become even more successful in all areas of my life so this is how to become a master Quantum lever number one is understanding the quantum field what
is it what is the Quantum field to understand that we must first analyze what makes up reality right what is matter what we are seeing right now with our physical eyes made up of and you are most likely going to say atoms right so this is my little depiction of an atom no I'm not an artist but this is an atom and it's actually made up of a nucleus right a nucleus protons and electrons which are right here so we're going to just label it with uh letters now this is not actually how an atom
looks like because really humans don't even know what an atom looks like but mathematically the atom is depicted to look like this we also want to mention that the smallest particle that has been found in an atom is called quartz but when a scientist breaks down an atom to8 quartz which is the tiniest particle that makes up an atom is even smaller than the proton electron Etc it's tinier than that so when they break it down to this what is that is it matter nope it's energy So at their core atoms are really just made
up of energy and what is energy energy is information so at its core matter is really just energy and the only reason we see it is separated from us right you see the world separated from you right I can tap on this board and it will make a sound and it will look like it's separated from me it's because the vibration of the particles in this board is very different from the vibration of the particles in my body and the atoms if they were vibrating exactly at the same frequency of the atoms in my body
I would be able to fuse and become one with this board now the interesting thing is that you can actually manipulate the behavior of the particles that make up your reality how do I know that well the young experiments the double slit experiments if you have not heard of it I recommend you to search that up but but I'm going to be talking about the results of it now the double slit experiment basically proved that particles change Behavior depending on who is observing it and if they are being observed or not in the first place
so particles are supposed to behave like matter right and matter behaves linear so this experiment basically uh shots particles right they tried with electrons protons even quartz so they shot particles through a double slit right so uh a screen with two slits to see what pattern they would creates in the background right so they first tried it out with marbles and marbles of course we all know they're matter right they're actual matter so when they shot the marbles and they went through the slits they created a linear pattern so you can you were able to
see the marbles right here in a linear pattern creating the shape of the slits so we have one conclusion matter behaves linear now this one's a little harder to draw but when they saw how a light behaves once it goes through these double slits what happened with the light is that it refracted into waves so it behaved like waves and the pattern that it made on the board behaved in wav so instead of light behaving like matter which would be more linear right duplicating the double slit on the board it's actually created a bunch of
different images of the slit because it was behaving in waves so now we know that light behaves like waves and what is light light is energy and energy is really just information at its core so this is where this experiment gets pretty interesting they try this out with particles right and particles are supposed to be matter so they shot particles through these double slits expecting them to behave like matter right in a linear form but they didn't end up behaving like matter they ended up behaving like waves just like light right creating different patterns on
the board so what does it say particles behave like waves they behave like lights is it Just Energy it's not matter so the scientists were super confused they wanted to see what was going on how did the particle choose which slit to go through so they ended up putting a camera that obviously can see particles and how they behave and they started to observe them as they went through the slits and there were were mindblowing the second they started observing the particles the particles started behaving linear like matter so what was the conclusion here they
were like wait this is really weird okay let's unplug the camera and the second day unplugged the camera and ran the experiment again they started behaving like waves again like lights and the interesting thing about this experiment is that every single person who has tried this experiment the result is always different depending on who is observing how did the particle know that it was being observed does it have a Consciousness how does it choose to be light or to be behave like matter to this day they can't explain this experiment that it blows a lot
of scientists mind actually Albert Einstein was so appalled by this experiment and he stated I would like to know that the Moon is there even when I'm not looking at it because this was basically telling scientists hey Until You observe reality it literally doesn't exist it is just light It's Just Energy it's just infinite potential so this is the foundation of what the quantum field is depending on who was observing the particle it actually behaved differently so the quantum field is really that infinite field of possibilities that could be and that's what you are because
you are made up of atoms and atoms behave according to what your perception on them is so now we know that our perception on reality is what creates it now I want to ask you right now what do you think perception is what is it made up of right it's made up of beliefs your perception of reality is what solidifies it and your perception is rooted in your beliefs what makes up a belief thoughts right thoughts and vibration thought and vibration make up your beliefs now this is really important to understand in order for there
to be a belief your thoughts need to be in coherence with your vibration okay so you right now have a belief that makes up your identity right because your beliefs actually also make up who you are right who you think you are the stories you have been told about yourself whether you're nice you're a good person you're a bad person you're shy you're creative whatever it is that you think you are they're all just beliefs and every single time you think of a belief that makes you who you are right anything that you think of
right now think of a belief that you have for example I believe that I am Latina and I was born in Peru and I was but that is also charged when I said that I felt that statement in my heart there was something that I felt in myself right so that's why what I mean with beliefs are made up of thoughts that are charged with vibration and I want to ask you right now where is vibration stored now the interesting thing about beliefs is that they are stored in your subconscious mind and your subconscious mind
is literally what creates your reality because it stores all of your beliefs it stores both thoughts and vibration but the interesting thing is that although your subconscious mind may seem a little a little bit Out Of Reach it is always speaking to you and it is always showing you exactly what is happening within it through what is happening in your life if you literally look at your life right now you will see it is a direct reflection of all of the core beliefs that you hold that make up your identity it all starts in your
mind your mind is literally the one that projects reality if you think about it when you're dreaming your body is asleep your five senses are are asleep but you can still taste smell see hear and all of the five senses in your dreams which means that your mind is literally responsible for projecting absolutely everything so you must understand that you're always being shown exactly what you believe you just don't notice it because you are not observing okay you're not observing you need to observe every single day when you wake up all of the beliefs of
Who You Think You Are your identity starts to come on there is a moment a tiny moment before you actually wake up and get on with your day with where you literally don't remember who you are where you need to almost bring yourself back to reality to understand that yes you're in your room you are this person you need to go to work whatever it is right there is a tiny moment where you literally don't know who you are and that identity that ego that mask is gone so this means that at your core you're
not your beliefs you are not your identity you are not your ego there's something more to you and all of these things are really controlled by you so every single day you must observe where is your energy going what beliefs is your energy fueling is INF fueling beliefs that are incoherent with who you want to be or the reality that is happening right now to do this the most important thing you can possibly do is learn how to meditate the reason why a lot of these very very spiritual people right you always see them meditating
is far beyond just like you know tapping into a uh Source or a spirit and that is something that you eventually can achieve with that but meditation is really to learn how to observe which we don't usually do a lot of humans every single day they live their lives completely unconscious they don't know like where they put their energy throughout the day and so they end up having their subconscious completely control and create their reality because they don't imprint their subconscious mind with what they truly want to be they don't change their beliefs because they
keep fueling unconsciously the person who they currently are right so you must observe where you put your energy throughout your day and you do that through meditation the best thing that you can do is every single day try at least 5 to 20 minutes or even more if you can right sit or lay down put an alarm so your brain doesn't tell you you oh hey like I think you know 10 minutes have passed like we should wake up now no put an alarm for however long you need to and for that time until the
alarm goes off the only thing that you need to do is observe your thoughts and come back to the present moment through your breath right you inhale connect with your body like feel your toes your feet your legs connect with your body start to become more conscious of the present moments what you can feel right now through your five senses right instead of focusing on thoughts and if you see a thought coming through observe it and Focus right back using your breath on your body that is the most important thing that you can do for
those 20 minutes or however long you need to every single day train yourself to observe your reality to connect back to the present moment and bring your awareness back from your thoughts to yourself that act of bringing back your awareness from those thoughts that currently create the beliefs that create your reality right the one that you don't want bring it bring your energy back to the present moment and so the more that you start doing this meditation the more you're going to do it throughout your day you don't just do it through that meditation you
start to understand when you are doing it throughout your day let's say you are working let's say you are you know trying to do a project and then you start getting thoughts of doubt you can bring your energy back to yourself and put that energy in more positive thoughts that are aligned with the beliefs that make up your future self the one that you actually want to be the whole point of that specific medit meditation right cuz there's so many different meditations but the point of this specific meditation is to train yourself to come back

yes we know it creates reality but I mean the entire thing is created by your subconscious mind down to your body structure okay your cells your all your organs everything is being ran by your subconscious mind your subconscious mind has the knowledge on how to turn a certain vitamin into whatever right if you give right now the smartest scientists in the world of strawberry and you tell them to pick apart all the properties they won't be able to do it by your body knows your body knows exactly how to pick apart each and every single
like property from the food that you eat and the things that you intake it's all stored in your subconscious mind so if there's something going on with your body with your mental state with your reality take a look at your subconscious mind and you will literally figure out that this is in charge of absolutely everything now like I previously mentioned If You observe your reality from a point of view of understanding that your subconscious mind is creating it you will start to actually see the beliefs that that make up who you are embedded in absolutely
everything in your reality and if you're sick you're going through something within your body you will also see that being reflected so if you don't like your reality you don't like who you are you don't like what is going on you need to take a look at the subconscious mind and see what core beliefs it is it has imprinted in it right if you want to change your reality you must first change yourself you must first change your thoughts and vibrations and have them be in coherence which is what makes up a belief because at
the end of the day remember you are an infinite field of potential you can become literally anything you wish and until you perceive yourself a certain way you are still in that infinite field of possibilities so be very careful how you perceive yourself and remember how you perceive yourself is basically rooted all in your beliefs which come from your subconscious mind so to reprogram your subconscious mind we first want to diagnose the beliefs that limit you from actually tapping into your infinite potential but how do you do that how do you diagnose the beliefs that
are holding you back how do you diagnose what is currently creating your reality right now one of the exercises that I recommend you do is write out all the manifestations that you want on a piece of paper or on your journal what you're going to do is write out your entire dream life okay from the present moments like I am I am doing this I am doing that I have a mansion I have the job that I like I in a happy relationship whatever it is write it out and what you're going to do is
then you're going to take a look at this list and when you're reading it to yourself actually analyze how you're feeling what resistance is there when you are reading back this list to yourself do you do you feel like you can't make it do you feel doubt do you feel fear what you're going to do is write down all the negative emotions which are vibration right um vibration energy emotion right energy this is what you're going to Target when you're doing that exercise I just told you because your negative emotions once again are vibration and
what is vibration it is what makes up a belief right thought and vibration so they're coming they're together they're in coherence so tied to this emotion that you are feeling when you're doing the exercise is the core belief that is limiting you from living to your fullest potential and doing whatever you want to do with your life now let me tell you a little something about emotions emotions don't go away so if you suppress them they're only going to stack up in your subconscious mind CU your emotions actually come from the subconscious mind they actually
come from the first seven years of your life let me explain to you what I mean with they come from the first seven years of your life your subconscious mind was created and programmed in the first seven years of your life my love what were you when you were seven or less than seven you were a child you were a kid and children don't have their ego properly you know they develop the ego at age five um but they don't have it properly functioning I would say so most of the time when they are a
child they process the the world from an emotional standpoint meaning there is no ego right there's no order to regulate these emotions and to explain to them the gravity of the situation so the first seven years of your life are programmed with very intense emotions positive and negative emotions by the way so every single time you went through a traumatic event or something that was very negative right even if it was simply your mom screaming at you for you painting on the wall that actually gets stored up in your conscious timeline okay as a negative
vibration so it becomes a distor abortion and since it is the first seven years of your life this is exactly what ends up manifesting in your life as an adult later on so really what we're all doing is reliving the first seven years of your life over and over and over again manifested in different ways and these distortions these negative emotions that you feel when you do that exercise for example they stem from the first seven years of your life which means these beliefs come from here now this is why emotional healing is so so
important for the manifestation Journey for the journey towards becoming your best self for their Journey towards alignment with your Quantum self which is the self that is in that infinite field of possibilities because it's not all about just imprinting your subconscious mind with who you want to be which is you know part of it Duality remember you want to do that work but you also want to do the dark work the shadow work the part the part where you need to emotionally heal so if you're interested in doing that go check out this video on
Shadow work and how to do it now this second part which is the fun part the one that I just spoke about the light would be imprinting vibrations obviously these vibrations are those of who you want to be so how do you do that well first one is meditation there is so many different guided meditations on YouTube I really recommend those you can try whichever one you feel you're being called to cuz trust me there's never just one Set uh guided meditation that is going to help you out but the one that I personally like
to do is I don't like have a guided meditation because I allow in whatever myself right my Quantum self my highest self uh wants to tell me so meditation the only thing that you need to focus on while you're meditating right is being in the present moment connecting with your body just like I taught you earlier and you want to form a new belief remember what are beliefs made up of they are made up of that looks like a j um thoughts right that are incoherent with your vibration so it's really important to use that
uh part of the journal that I just spoke about that you wrote your dream self exactly what you want all in detail and what you're going to do while you're meditating first you're going to settle down and relax your body and then you're going to visualize your dream life okay you're going to visualize your dream life and then you're going to feel your dream life okay feel as if you already have it right that whole thing it's very real and this is how you um how you imprint your subconscious mind but this alone is not
going to be enough right obviously we also want to work on emotional healing and you want to take this vibration that you feel here throughout your entire day okay so this vibration you don't stop feeling it once the meditation is over you feel it all day whenever you can the point of this meditation is not just to feel it once the point of it is to understand how you should feel throughout your day so this is why observation once again comes in so handy because once you get off this meditation what you're going to do
is you're going to go about your day and whenever you sense yourself right when you see your thoughts becoming you know the same thoughts that create this reality coming up what you're going to do is redirect the energy back to yourself and then put it towards this this vibration right this reality that you felt while you were meditating that is the point of meditations for manifestation that is the point it's not just to do it once a day it is to do it and to imprint that vibration throughout your day not just that once another
extremely important vibration that is important to feel is gratitude okay so gratitude when you're grateful for something that means you already have it okay so gratit itude is an amazing vibration to feel towards your dream life like you're so grateful that you have it but not just towards your dream life okay um of course do it towards that but you also want to be grateful for what you already have so let's say for example you want to manifest abundance right you want to manifest abundance then if you want to manifest abundance of course think of
the Abundant Life you're going to have and feel that vibration but you also want to see where you are currently abundance if you have a bed to sleep on if you have a shelter to be you know safe under if you have food on your table you have a job that is sustaining you right there's different things that you are already abundant in that the rest of the world a lot of the world does not have so there is quite a lot of abundance that is currently in your life right now that you are not
noticing because it's it's not that dream life that you want but you still want to notice that and you still want to be grateful for it because otherwise you don't let yourself feel real gratitude okay the easiest way to feel a vibration is to feel where you already have it in your current reality and when you also focus on the positives that are in your reality which is exactly what gratitude helps you do you end up attracting more of that frequency right so you literally end up attracting more opportunities that are aligned with high frequency
of abundance of gratitude Etc you end up if you focus on one thing it ends up growing and multiplying that thing so if you're focusing obviously on the part where you are already abundant and you are allowing yourself to accept that abundance and to be grateful for that abundance that you're going to end up attracting more and more and more abundance regardless of whether that which you are grateful for in the moment is not your dream reality and the last thing that you need to do is let go of yourself why do you need to
let go of yourself well if you are manifesting this amazing life right like you have all this money or your dream life maybe it's you being in the jungle doing you know content whatever it is that you are manifesting if you are currently not aligned with these this version of yourself right if you're not aligned with that version of yourself then you're not going to attract it if this is who you want to be but you're right now working a 9-to-5 that you hate you have a very toxic relationship with this person who is just
you know does not know your worth whatsoever and you have all these things in your life that does not align with this ideal version of yourself and you keep Clinging On to these things then you're obviously not going to allow yourself to be this person because this person that you want to be does not indulge in the habits or in the energies that you are currently allowing into your reality so look at your life and see what is not flowing what does not flow with this version of yourself and one common occurrence that happens when
you're aligning with your Quantum self with your Highest Potential with this infinite feel the possibilities is that the life that you currently know starts to crumble down it literally starts to crumble down because it is no longer in alignment with this version of yourself that you want to be so in the moments that you're you know you have your Tower moment or something in your life that is not align with this version starts to crumble you need to let it go you need to let it be okay because that was aligned with a version that
you don't want anymore and you need to let it go in order to allow in this version of yourself in order to create your dream reality so start to analyze what in your life is not in alignment with that and eventually you know either let it go or the universe will do it for you but just remember in order to manifest your dream self you need to literally sacrifice this version of yourself as you can see this is quite literally a lifestyle and this is a lifestyle that leads to not only become you know living
your dream life and consistently achieving your goals but it lead leads to a insan an insane amount of self-discovery which leads to an unbreakable bond with yourself and obviously having the confidence to go and get whatever you want an an unbreakable connection with yourself and with your Divinity this is a path of Truity tapping into the infinite field of potentials which is what you are at your core but remember to stay consistent and that your perception creates reality so whenever something happens to you remember the way that you perceive that thing is what is going
