this is TJ a very early OG subscriber of the channel who I met a couple years ago now who's actually helped me film some of my videos since then but today I want to help him start his own business he's also probably in a very similar position to a lot of people watching this video where you've definitely heard of a few online business models maybe even given one of them a slight attempt but just hadn't really had a breakthrough or just haven't gotten around to trying them so not only is it going to be really

interesting to see what happens here as TJ tries to escape the matrix from complete scratch but I think a lot of the issues he'll likely run into are ones you would to which would make this a pretty valuable video now I'm going to help him start a Drop Shipping business it's where you sell products online without doing any of the shipping or handling yourself hello beaza viewers my name is TJ and I'm here with be today welcome back to the channel man we're happy to have you uh off rip I want to ask you have

you ever heard of or have personally tried Drop Shipping I've gotten into it to the point where I you know research products but I've never actually launched an ad or got any sales so hopefully you will help me change that but he's obviously heard of the concept of Drop Shipping before so we'll just dive straight into it to kick things off I want to hand him the best piece of Drop Shipping education content in the industry on this piece of paper is the login information to a full official be Dro y you you do not

it and doing some research a few days later he was ready to pitch me with his product okay good morning sharks my Shark over here my name is TJ and I have five Shopify products to present to you today I'm out no and for the first product we have the light up dog collar bro this is like 2016 I don't know what to say I mean it's it's colorful it look it's cheap I know you just chat GTP the products bro this is the first product don't buy it I'm out product number two was better

but this Hair Eraser is getting saturated and just starting to lose its wow factor um but let's see what else you got cooked up so product number three was this shaping undergarment that I thought was decent but I couldn't recommend selling something with size variance to a beginner because of returns and getting ads approved on it could be a challenge so I like where you went with this but I'm not 100% sure this is the best product for a beginner although this could potentially work that's fair that's fair so this is product number four this

is the split ends trimmer once again this is another female product basically it gets off the frizz in the hair for females and yeah that's product number four I would love to hear your opinion on this all right I'll have to check on some stores that are selling this right now but I like it I think this uh it's a fairly new product it Sol definitely solves a real problem targets females we love that so I'll look into it a little more but you might you might have done something with this one you might okay

I see you I see you okay sharks thank you so product number five was this heated eyelash curler that I thought could work on Tik Tok but it's just kind of an old product I won't be investing into this one personally okay but I see where you're going with it I see the vision mhm after narrowing down the products TJ did end up deciding to go with a split end air trimmer at which point he was ready to move on to step two which was the website portion for this I also gave him a time

frame of a few days and told him to send me a copy of his website once he's finished okay TJ just texted me that he sent me an invite to his store so let's see what the young man cooked up here ah what is this yikes okay well it's a functioning website it's it's a start but this isn't going to work Mike wasowski colored header too many colors look like someone just threw up on the screen Facebook Marketplace looking product photos reviews devastatingly dry Tik Tok Watermark kind of just long-winded not to the point not

at all convincing final verdict zero RZ we're staying in the hood with this after I gave TJ my thoughts and please fix list we went back and forth until he ended up with a much more sleek and to the point design looking at the initial design and what he ended up with side by side I'm sure you can see why Drop Shipping works for some people and does not for others but now with the finished website I gave him the green light to go ahead and start creating some advertisements for the store okay right now

step four final step we're going to go ahead and launch these ads which this part is usually not the bottleneck for people if you don't get any sales on your store 99% of the time you did something wrong with the previous three steps this process is pretty straightforward let's get it you nervous yes are you nervous a little bit all right next day here the first of TJ's ads just got approved so we are now officially live honestly I'm a little nervous cuz if it was me launching and it didn't work out I wouldn't really

care but it's his card on this ad account so if these ads aren't profitable he's the one that's going to be losing money this is where it all comes into play and all your work either pays off or you get finessed soon enough the ad started running and my nerves were put to ease as I saw that TJ pretty quickly got his first sale yo yo hold hold on let me see bro I'm going need you to say thank you Bry thank you Bry yoy hit me up on SN now as the days went on

the sales continued rolling in nicely and most would probably cap and end the video here $311 for the day six figures or $100,000 a year I'm probably going to drop out of school I'm probably going to retire my parents uh I know Iman godi is proud right now I know hamza's proud right now I know Sebastian georgu is proud right now now and most of all I know beaz is proud right now you know we're going crazy uh but the unfortunate truth was that there is not much profit amidst all this Revenue the store was

running at just about Break Even certain days even losing money at this point I also have to take some time off to get married and have a honeymoon real quick so we just put the store on pause but after I was back we sat down and addressed the lack of profitability by trying to increase the conversion rate we decreased our sale price added some more product photos and made sure there's people in them so they're more trustworthy and then just a few more tweaks send some testing with new ads and this was actually enough to

move the needle and make the store now run profitably so TJ began increasing ad spend gearing up to have some bigger profitable days he was really on the home stretch here when we woke up one morning to zero sales um dmca takedown notice oh dang that's crazy um I mean no no more sixf figure entrepreneur for me um but he what's up I will confront bezza about this I will discuss this U issue with bezza I just got off the phone with TJ and we have some absolutely heartbreaking devastating news his product page got taken

down by someone selling a different variation of the product but I believe they have a patent on just this type of product so it would not be wise to continue selling or try to scale this product I wouldn't want to encourage TJ or anybody for that matter to do something so sussy I had to break it to him that he's going to have to find a new product build out a new product page create new ads back to the drawing board for his second attempt TJ tried a different product from his original list this heated

eyelash Cur I'm hoping this one um performs well yeah if not we're starting a third product whatever it doesn't matter you can't control what happens but you can control how you react and after launching this product ended up getting quite a few sales pushing the store past its 50th order but it once again wasn't super profitable so while he was still testing that I recommended he also looked for other products which is when he ended up landing on this laser hair remover that I thought was pretty interesting and at this point it's a formula pop

it into the store same style of product page run some ads however the results for this third product were not the same and this is where things got really interesting talk to me nice now talk to me talk to me like I'm Iman godi because this this is uh is getting real now you know yeah I'm a six big entrepreneur right so before we dive into the numbers you might be wondering how are all these products that TJ is selling are actually getting delivered to his customers and that's where Zen drop comes in they did

perspective man I'm I'm shocked to see that this actually works because everyone was saying Drop Shipping is dead like 2023 Drop Shipping is dead that is not the case we made it out of the trenches we're making making money so I'm very excited for that and I mean it was stressful it's not easy but um it's definitely worth it all right let's have you Flex On Us real quick let's see what kind of numbers you pulling in my boy let's see it okay so your ads are running at an average of $10 cost for purchase

that's that's insane that's really good the product itself cost $677 thanks to Zen drop and after Shopify fees you receive 3173 for every sale mhm so right now you're looking at like a 40 50% profit margin which is Andrew huberman morning routine level healthy like you can scale this through the roof with these kind of margins this is this is a gold mine I hope so so the last 2 days you've been hitting just under $700 per day today it's not even 12 yet you're at $560 in revenue and that's on $180 an ad BR

the product cost is150 top so it's not even lunch yet and you're sitting at around $200 $250 profit that's how be some sometimes he Ed that day a couple sales short of a thousand but managed to comfortably surpass that on the next St and continued scaling from there as I'm finishing editing this video he's pocketing $5 $600 a day in profit did $5,000 in this last week alone and just hit his first day over 2700 which is the number you need to hit daily to hit a million a year go and these profit margins are
