what if there were a concept an idea a reality that could absolutely positively change your life financially from now on even forever more because I believe there is such a concept such a reality that if you will Master what I'm going to talk to you about today your life will never be the same the concept that I'm talking about is offers the title of this video is just make better offers we all make offers all the time we make offers we take offers we take offers we make offers we make offers we take offers I
submit to you that the quality of your life is going to be determined by the qualities by the quality of the offers that you make offers change everything you have a job that you hate you know why you have a job that you hate because somebody made you an offer when you thought you were going to like it and you said yes or do you know why you make the amount of money that you make because you made an employer an offer or if you own a business you've made clients an offer everything is offers
if you make better offers if you only make make better offers and you just take better offers how could your life get anything but better so on this video I'm going to talk to you about 10 not 10 nine nine ways to optimize offers for million-dollar profits in 2025 how many y'all can handle that say me okay so the first thing I'm going to do is I'm going to lay some groundwork I'm going to lay some groundwork to show you why this concept of making better offers is so vital to your life getting better and
if you don't make better offers your life will either what it won't stay the same it'll just get worse because nothing stays the same I came home last night after I went to edvs to have dinner it was so good um and and I came home last night and it was 823 and I run my bath water at 8:30 and I like start winding down I got like a whole routine and being up late at night is not a part of it and I hadn't worked out yesterday I mean I played golf but that's not
the same as working out I hadn't worked out yesterday and I said myON I said I'll work out tomorrow you know tomorrow's always a better day for hard work than today um I said bro you just told somebody this week I'm fussing at myself bro you just told somebody this week that things don't stay the same they're either getting better or they're getting worse now are you going to let this whole day go by and you don't get any better physically got to drank my own medicine okay here we go and so I said I'm
going to go work out before I go to bed and I worked out like I mean it was intense it wasn't long but it was intense it was intense enough for me to be sore all night long and guess what so glad I did why because the satisfaction of accomplishment is far more satisfying than the satisfaction of indulgence if we would all learn to sacrifice shortterm pleasure on the altar of longterm profits benefits Improvement Our Lives will be better off so I'm going to go over to my trusty digital Blackboard and I'm going to show
you why this whole thing about offers changes the game you say I don't like offers well you better fall in love with them because if you don't if you don't learn to make offers you'll just be taking offers all your life and guess what if all you do is take other people's offers nobody else is going to design an offer that's in your best interest so if you don't design an offer if you don't live a life by designed offers you're going to live a life by default offers and that is you're going to only
be your default is going to be to take whatever offer somebody else gives you here we go so the reason the reason the people think people think poor people are poor because they don't have money I submit to you poor people are not poor because they don't have money they don't have money because they're poor it's the poor thinking that shows up in poor Pockets right and so you're experience is poor because your imagination is poor your expectation is poor and so poor people and middle class people feel like everybody say feel like like they
feel like everything is expensive because they pay for everything with money they've exchanged their time for so what you do if you're like most people is you have this limited resource called time right we only have 24 hours in a day it doesn't matter if you um can beninge press 700 lb you still only have 24 hours in a day doesn't matter if you have four phds and um a couple of master's degrees you still only have 24 hours a day doesn't nothing it doesn't matter we have all of us have the same amount of
this limited resource so what poor people and middle- class people do is they exchange this limited resource for a depreciating asset so what's the depreciating asset money money is becoming worth less over time what does that mean the reason things are more expensive now than they were 5 years ago is not because the price went up so much it's because the value of the dollar went down so much so a dollar is a depreciating asset that's why that's why poor people and middle class people they well I got to save my money why would you
save something that's becoming worth less over time it makes more sense to invest it so it turns into more overtime that's another conversation for a different day so we trade a limited resource for a depreciating asset and then let's say we want to buy a car and it's going to be like a red sports car right we want to buy a car right no judgment for red sports cars um I have one too okay so yeah I gotta have a spoiler on it right okay so so so we trade we were trade we trade our
depreciating asset for a depreciating liability now watch what happens this is the that's I mean that's the reason but this is why this makes you poor you ready when you trade when you trade the limited resource for the depreciating asset you ha you no longer have the limited resource it's gone the time is gone you can't get it back it's so gone you will never see it again then what happens is you have this depreciating asset but when you trade the depreciating asset for the limited liability I mean for the depreciating liability you don't have
this anymore that's gone so now you have two things that had some value that you've traded for something that perpetually loses value and so now you got the appreciating um liability and it becomes worth less over time and you just say it becomes less it's literally like a funnel until eventually you take it to the junkyard and you might have paid $100,000 for this car when you first bought it but limit eventually you take it to the junkyard somebody does you don't take it to the junkyard and they give you1 $100 for the parts so
this is 100k and they give you $100 for the parts and so this becomes worth less over time that's that's what depreciating ass liability means okay this is why poor people are poor they're trading a limited resource for a depreciating asset for a depreciating liability now here's why especially wealthy creative entrepreneurs that's who I'm talking about right now here's what we do we don't pay for things with money we've exchanged our time for see if you if you do this if you do this thing and you pay for things with money you've exchanged your time
for if you do this this illustration here and you keep on I'm going to go get some I'm going to go take my time and I'm going to trade it for some money and I'm going to take my money I'm going to go get the stuff I want I'm going to buy my food my clothes and my car and my house my so what happens is you become poorer and poorer because you feel and you feel like everything's expensive because you feel like you're paying for everything with your life do you know why you feel
like that because you are time is the stuff life is made of so I'm literally trading my life for something that becomes worth less over time then I trade that for something that become depreciates down to nothing over time so if you're a creative entrepreneur here's what you do so uh this is you you're a creative entrepreneur you get this idea it's like a Eureka moment you're like a right and then all of a sudden you get this idea and we don't pay for things with money we exchange our time for you know how uh
creative entrepreneurs pay for things we pay for things according according to our cre creativity what does that mean according to our creativity notice I didn't say we pay for things with our creativity I didn't say we pay for things from our creativity I didn't say we pay for things out of our creativity why I say we pay for things according to our creativity what does that mean well the reason I say according to our creativity is because if you're paying for it with your creativity after you use the creativity the creativity is gone if I
say out of the creativity is gone if I say with the creativity is gone but I pay for it a according to my creativity why do I say that because when I use my creativity and I create an idea I come up with an idea right and this idea is worth something and then I communicate that with that idea to somebody and I communicate it in the form of an offer this is an offer and I create an offer now the offer is like a question mark that can turn into an exclamation point when I
create this when I use my creativity do I have a limited amount of creativity or an infinite amount of creativity I have an infinite amount of creativity like I mean think about how much better our lives are today than lives were a 100 years ago forget a 100 50 years ago forget 50 like 10 years ago like there's so much more that's available to us now than there was that's why that's some people some people wonder well I don't understand why the stock market hasn't crashed it can't just keep going well the reason is because
people are using their creativity entrepreneurs are using their creativity to create more and more value in the marketplace and as they do that value that they create creates more and more wealth now I'm not saying the stock market won't crash I mean it'll it'll it'll reset but the reason it hasn't yet and it seems like it should have already is because technology is doubling so fast that all these creatives are figuring out new ways to create like opportunities that didn't exist before so I'm going to create an offer and then somebody's going to say yes
to my offer and watch this I'm going to they're going to pay me for my offer okay now here's what's cool they pay me for my offer now this this offer is a as an unlimited asset I almost wrot resource asset like my creativity I'm I am the ultimate resource resource my creativity is one of my resources as a resource of this resource but this the offer that I create it's an unlimited asset I I'll show you what I mean in a minute then somebody gives me money for the asset and then when I want
to go buy my red sports car I trade the money that they've paid me for the red sports car this is why the this is one of the main reasons why Rich the rich get richer and the poor get poor I even got a fancier sports car with a bigger spoiler okay so so so this is why the rich get richer and the poor get poor because what happens is I trade this money for this car I don't have the money anymore guess what when I create an offer do I still have my creativity check
I still have my creativity I create the offer do I still have the offer I do I exchange it for the money I don't have the money anymore I trade the money for the car guess what even after I spend this money the offer spits out more money and then it spits out more money and my objective is to create enough really good offers that they spit out so much money that it doesn't matter what I buy my money keeps growing because it's my money my my depreciating my depreciating assets are growing unlimited or growing
exponentially and unlimitedly here's what I mean this book right here I wrote this book called from the trashman to the Cashman how anyone can get rich starting from anywhere why did I write this book because I literally used to be a trash man I drove a trash truck for $6.25 an hour and that's what I did during the day and at night I sold insurance and Investments once I learned how to sell took me a little while but I did so I wrote this book in 2006 what year is this y'all 2025 so how many
years has it been since 2006 19 years I wrote This Book 19 years ago how long 19 years ago the last time I read it was probably 17 years ago this book makes me between eight and $12,000 a month every single solitary month I think I made about $112,000 from this book book last year $112,000 from work I did 19 years ago this is an offer are y'all tracking it's an offer that I created once but it pays me perpetually I'm I'm I haven't looked yet but I'm sure I've made money off of this offer

just said oh you know what there are a group of people out there who have a problem that I could solve I'm going to figure out a solution and I'm going to make myself easy for them to find and then when they find me they're going to to pay me for the solution I've created that's it Jeff Bezos created Amazon you know why because he realized before I realized that I hate going to the store and he figured out a way so I can buy stuff and they just put it on my front porch every
day oh and by the way he became one of the richest people in the world why not because he solved his problem but because he solved mine and see one of the reasons you have such a hard time financially is because the only person's problem you're seeking to solve is your own oh snap so what we have to do is we have to learn that like what we have we have to spend more time developing and honing our creative skills to create solutions for other people's problems is are y'all picking up what I'm putting down
okay so so now that we we covered that we're all on the same page like the good news is if you learn what I'm like if you really get what I'm I'm telling you right now you can get to the point in your life where the price of things never matters again not because you have so much money I mean because you know you have the ability to create whatever amount of money you desire to create so that you can pay for whatever you want to pay for and then you can focus your time all
of your energy on living your life instead of just existing in life are y'all tracking okay we I see I already know I already understand and God's ideal ideal environment for man all I got to do is read the Bible right when God made man I've got the best news ever y'all ready this is like great greatest news of 2025 when God created man he didn't put him in a bakery so there is no economic pie if there were an economic pie in order for you to have more I have to have less in order
for me to have more you have to have less but God didn't put man in a bakery because in a bakery consumption creates lack God put man in a garden why because consumption exposes seeds which create the opportunity for reproduction what did Warren weby say any fool can what count the number of seeds in an apple but only God can count the number of apples in a seed this is like if we would just just trust that it is the way God said it is and live like that it'd be game on so when it
comes to offers there are four types of people and then I'm going to get into the nine um ways to optimize your offers there are people who make offers become one of those like you already do but be more intentional about it become an offer maker there are offer makers there are offer takers you're already one of those I'm one of those we take offers all the time okay there are offers shakers what is that that's people who say no to your offer you if you didn't have offer shakers offer takers wouldn't be valuable are
y'all tracking if you didn't have people who said no yes would be it wouldn't be fun like learn to love the process of sorting going through the nose right okay and then these are the worst kind of people offer fakers there are people who will promise you that they will do something that they have neither the intention or the ability to do but they'll take your money offer fakers they pretend to have a solution to your problem and they're really good at describing this fake solution well but they're terrible at delivering on the Promises don't
be an offer Faker become so intimately familiar with truth the truth about offers that when an offer Faker comes along you can automatically see that's a fake offer how many you all tracking okay so how do we make like the title of this video just make better offers so now that we understand the significance of offers and we understand that it doesn't matter what you want to buy if you get good at making offers it doesn't matter if you want to buy a pack of Tic Tacs or you want to buy a brand new car
they both cost the same amount I mean wrap your mind around that you want to buy pack of tic taacs or you want to buy a brand new house like for like 500,000 a million $3 million all cost the same amount see M what do you mean it all cost the same amount because the money is not the resource the money is a depreciating asset but the creativity is an unlimited resource that can produce as much money as you are willing to develop your creativity to produce so when I pay for something I pay for
it according to my creativity with the money that I get in exchange for the offers that I make and there's no limit to that I've just got and here's what happens you you you have to get some you have to overcome offer offer inertia what's inertia an object at rest War remain it rest until unless it's act upon by an outside force so I have to overcome offer inertia your whole life however however old you are your whole life you've only been taught to make itty bitty offers and take whatever the best offer is somebody
will give you now what I mean make itty bitty offers well I work for you for $50 an hour I work for you for $30 an hour I work for you for $20 an hour and so you those are the kind of offers you make instead of realizing you can disconnect okay maybe this hasn't gotten all the way to Tampa or to the YouTube asphere but you can actually it's not against the law to disconnect your Revenue generation from time like there's no there there there's no law that says Thou shalt not disconnect thy Revenue
Source from time what if you just what if you just created as much value in the marketplace for as many people as possible in whatever time it takes voila okay so how do you make better offers okay there's nine things you want to do number one find better people to serve now I I I you say may everybody's equally Valu pump The Brak pump the P pump the brakes baby that's not what I'm talking about I'm not talking about inherent value I'm talking about valuable to you because you can solve their problem and you're valuable
to them because you can solve their problem you can't solve everybody's problem you might be the most brilliant neurosurgeon in the world but some people don't need Neurosurgery see just because you spent a lot of time and invested a lot of money in learning how to solve the problem you solve you want that to become somebody else's problem nobody cares the only thing when you go see anybody okay I'm GNA prove it to you when you go see anybody who you want them and you want them to solve your problem you don't care how much
time it took them to learn how to solve your problem you don't care what what school they have a degree how many of y'all have ever been to the dentist anybody here ever been to the dentist say me okay has any of you ever asked your dentist What dental school they graduated from anybody no why because you don't care you just want them to do what clean your teeth fix the cavity extract the Toth whatever you don't care how like you you didn't go there to evaluate their credentials you went there for them to fix
your problem and when somebody comes to you they come to you to fix your problem so you want you you want to tell them about all your accolades and that you were in the top of your class and guess what they don't care they don't even know the other people in your class so find better people to serve what do I mean better people better people who are a part of a big pool of people so better people means there's a lot of them that's the first thing that's the first characteristics characteristic of better people
what there are a lot of people who have that problem why because if there's only one problem one person in the whole world that has that problem then you are a needle in a hay stack they have to weigh through all the other people in the world to find you or if you're one of those people who still looks for people to sell stuff to then they are a needle and H stack either way wrong answer but we do have some nice consolation projects for you in the back so instead of doing that find a
big pool of people or solve a problem that a big po of people have that's like I I'm Blown Away by people come with these ideas and they I've got this great business idea this is something I've always wanted yeah but you're the only person on Earth out of nine billion people who always wanted it so better people are people who have people who are in a big pool people who have a big problem so you find a big pool of people with a big problem I I know so Mar are you gonna say something
else no when you start when you start doing this I'll start talking about something else big pool of people that's why the three big niches are health wealth and relationships why because everybody wants Better Health better wealth better relationships but what you want to do is you want to help left-handed jugglers strengthen their right hand good luck but but you see how obscure that is that's how people think but you you don't understand my I found the secret I know but you're the only person who was looking for it that's the problem okay find a
big pool of people who have a big big problem and people who have big Deep Pockets the people that you solve a problem for when it comes to offers they have to have enough money to be able to afford your offer I'm not saying don't solve problems for people who don't have money that's not what I'm saying what I'm saying is if you're going to solve problems for people who don't have the money to pay you for the those problems make that your community service work make that your advocation not your vocation so I've I've
been I've been Joan can you cool me off a little bit I'm I have been a youth pastor a senior pastor an assistant pastor a traveling evangelist I've done all that stuff as Ministry and I still speak in churches and you know that whole I do all of that but I used to that used to be my vocation and man so many churches have this model Lord you keep them humble we'll keep them broke and I said I'm not doing this anymore I don't want to have to think about if I'm going to do ministry
I don't want to have to think about how I'm going to feed my family I don't want to have to think about how I'm going to take my family on vacation so you know what I'm going to do I'm going to start a business and if the people in the church don't like the fact that I have a business good go find somebody else like I'm okay with that I am I am not a politician I'm not good at running for office like if you ask me a question you better want my answer not the
the answer so-called and so so so I do ministry now I speak in churches now guess what I just don't charge them anything if they want to give money to my Ministry that I use to support orphans and widows I let them do that if they don't want to it's not a requirement why cuz I don't I don't need the money I also don't need the I don't need the gig I don't need to come speak your shirt like like nothing's missing in my life I nothing's missing I'm not trying to get anything okay so
I'm going to find a big pool of people have a big problem big Deep Pockets that they're willing to use some of that money in those Deep Pockets to solve that problem and guess what I'm going to solve that problem elegantly and I'm going to charge them enough so that the people who can't afford it my offers I so they leave me alone the people who are willing to pay the least are the ones that give you the biggest headache there are people who would say there are people in the world who would say like
I can't believe my all he does is talk about money blah blah blah and he's charges $40,000 an hour what about those of us who don't have $40,000 an hour don't pay me I spend over $100,000 a year no more than that over $100,000 a year to create content to put on YouTube for free why so you I can help you and I don't need to ask you for money and you don't need to pay me like everybody's happy and you mayam but can you just can you can you just give me a discount I
don't do discounts I don't need the business and I sure don't need the headache okay y'all tracking better people how do you make better offers make offers to better people how do you make offers to better people well I already told you okay um have a better purpose to start your business your offer making like start it for a better purpose I'm I'm going to tell you something now you will never be able to take care of you until you stop thinking about you you cannot be your top priority you can be a priority you
can't be your top priority so what do I mean by that I mean sometimes I will inconvenience myself be to protect my name because I mean we have a relatively I mean we have 15 people on our team and we have literally do hundreds and hundreds sometimes over a thousand transactions per month sometimes stuff SL slips through the cracks I had somebody who was frustrated because they didn't get a book I said give me their number and I just called them said hey um there was a problem I want to make sure we get it
fixed so this doesn't happen to anybody else what's the problem now I don't need to call people who don't get a book but I I don't mind calling people who didn't get their book or didn't get it when they thought they'd get it even though it might have been the post office fault I don't like it doesn't matter right because I'm not I'm not doing this to serve me I'm doing this to serve the people so find a better purpose what's the purpose purpose to serve purpose to serve the people and solve their problem guess
what their problem is solved when they know it it's solved not when you think it's solved well I sold them the thing it's not my fault if they didn't do it maybe it's not maybe it is okay so purpose to serve that's number one number two purpose to sort what is what do you mean purpose to sort understand that your offer is not for everybody and if somebody's going to be a no a fast no is better than a forever maybe it is not my job to turn a no into a yes I will spend
exactly zero energy turning a no into a yes my how do you overcome objections I don't get objections what do you mean you don't get objections I answer the questions in my presentation so that all an objection is is an infected question that wasn't answered in your presentation so I don't get objections I people say well I don't have the money okay well then this offer is not for you at least not now and that's okay like maybe instead you should buy a book and it doesn't have to be mine you can go buy somebody
else's book like I am I am not vested in somebody saying yes to my offers why cuz I sort some will some won't so what someone's waiting next and what you do is you spend 50 hours attempting to turn a no into a yes and the yeses that are waiting to say yes you can't even get to them in time and so they have to say yes to somebody else because you're you're you're P you're talking PE you're convincing and not sorting okay purpose to sell now when I say sell I'm not talking about convincing
I'm talking about persuading convincing is the opposite of persuading convincing is when I attempt to get you to do something I desire you to do for my reasons persuasion is when I help you make a decision you already desire to make for your own reasons this is why we sell like yes I give people enough information in my presentation to empower the yes they already desire to have you don't pay ATT ition to somebody because you don't want what they have you think about it you didn't walk into the shoe store because you wanted to
buy a car so somebody's paying attention to you they're paying attention to you for a reason they are hoping well first of all they desired the transformation before they knew you existed that's that's like the best news ever there are already thousands tens of thousands maybe hundreds of thousands maybe millions of people in the world who would love to buy what you'd love to sell if they only knew you existed but they can't find you you know why because because on the internet you are invisible you Google your name and you all the pictures that
come up none of them look like you why cuz you're not findable you're in the on the internet you're in the booth in the back in the corner in the dark and you might as well not exist you say my my how do I find people to sell my stuff to you're asking the wrong question how could you possibly hope to get to the right answer what's the right what's the right question the right question is how do I make myself findable for people who are already looking to buy when I'm already looking to sell
like I don't ever attempt to turn NOS into yeses I like I am not vested in your yes there's like my my's going to do what my's gonna do whether you say yes or no here's what you ain't gonna do though you ain't gonna say maybe not you ain't going to Forever maybe me like you ain't GNA get me hanging out on the fence hoping that you come around I don't hope you come around like if it's for you it's for you if it ain't it ain't we can still be friends but I ain't going
to keep talking about something that's already a no I know it's a different approach but works for me so when you're selling what you're doing is you're using your words to more clearly show people that the offer that you've created solves their problem okay cool so find better people better purpose better people to serve better purpose to start bigger problems to solve guess what the bigger the problem the bigger the price like you want you want to start a business like finds see what people don't realize is who the problem you solve matters like let's
say you're really good at generating leads for a business okay and so you can generate a thousand leads a month for a business like qualified leads you can generate those thousand leads a month for a pizza shop where every time somebody buys a pizza the average customer spends $20 and help that person make $20,000 or you can help a cosmetic dentist or a cosmetic surgeon or an attorney or somebody a consultant somebody who when they make a sale that sale is $5,000 $10,000 $20,000 $100,000 why because let's say you have a business and every time
you make a sale you make $20,000 if I generate leads fore your business I can charge you if I can get you if I can get you five sales a month that's 100 Grand a month you would happily pay me 20,000 a month for those five sales are y'all tracking see here's your problem the real reason you're having a hard time in business is because you're thinking of the marketplace instead of thinking from the marketplace like it's like the old Clint Black song put yourself in my shoes that's what your customers that's the song your
customers are singing put yourself in my shoes so you need uh better problems to solve they're better because the problem the solution is desirable that's what makes the problem a better problem to solve the marketplace desires it so you think well but man you don't understand I went to school and I got my degree in Psychotherapy and so I'm really good at helping people heal from past trauma the only problem is the only people who talk like that and think like that are people who are in your industry even if I have past trauma I'm
not thinking I need to find somebody to help me heal from my past trauma I might I might think man I wish I didn't get angry all the time I might be thinking man I wish I was didn't feel so depressed all the time well but see people who go to school to learn how to do something they don't talk like that you know what I'm going to do I'm going to help you to stop getting mad every time something happens I'm going to teach you how to look at it from a totally different perspective
so things that used to make you mad now make you thankful you say what right okay so the because they're it's a better problem because the problem the solution is more desirable it's a better problem I mean a better solution because the solution is more measurable what do I mean measurable I I see this all the time when people talk about their offers there's no clear distinct before and there's no clear distinct after like if you're helping somebody one of the reasons weight loss works so well weight loss offers work so well is because you
weigh so much before and then I'm going to show you how to lose x amount of pounds and x amount of days pounds are measurable days are measurable the reason make money offers are so Ben are so profitable is because you know how much money you're making you know it's less than you'd like to be making so if I can show you how to make two if I can show you how to turn your annual income into your monthly income that's desirable and it's also measurable but one of the reasons it's desirable is because it
is measurable does that make sense reason relationship offers work so well you get you get I'm going to show you how to go from being alone to having the one of your the the love of your life of your dreams in the next 30 60 90 days right right right see people got excited about that and and I'm just giving it as an illustration I don't know how to help you do that [Music] um you want to attract the right person become more attractive and when I say attractive I'm not talking physically necessarily that's part

giving you credit for this ridiculous solution that you're proclaiming that you have until you have enough case studies like dial it back most people who are who are making $60,000 a year or not wanting to make 60,000 a month they're just wanting to make 120,000 a year like if I talk to a person who's making 500,000 a month about how to make a million a month it's easier for them to believe that than it is for somebody who's making 60,000 a month to believe that I can help them make 100,000 a month it's just it's
just the way it is like I one of for instance I have a friend of mine who just challenged me I told y'all this earlier before we started recording before we went live um I have a friend who challenged me to acquire hundreds of millions of dollars worth of real estate in the next six months and I don't have hundreds of millions of dollars but it doesn't matter because I understand that it's easier to make a lot of money in a short period of time make a little money over a long period of time I
just never had anybody challenge me to do it to the tune of hundreds of millions before is what I'm saying making sense so it's easy for me to believe that because I remember when I went from making 48,000 a year to 112,000 a year I went from 112 to 500,000 and then I remember um talking to one of my mentors Jerry um and I asked him how much money this other influencer made back in 2015 he said oh probably about 800,000 a month and I could not wrap my mind around $800,000 a month like I
was what what did you just say $800,000 a month like how well that makes way more sense to me now right and so so what I'm saying is um it needs to be believable for them not believable for you okay so even if you can get the results this big maybe you only need to tell them about results that big and once they get here then you can tell them about this okay um so uh PR better preparation steps also make for a better offer what does better preparation steps mean it means you better prepare
your message I'm going to tell you something there are so many half-baked ideas in the marketplace I'm like dude if you would have just thought for 15 more minutes this could have been good right there are there are more underdeveloped ideas in the world than there are fully developed ideas you could make a fortune just fully Dev Vel oping other people's underdeveloped ideas for instance I'm I'm going to I'm not going to do it in in the form of a whole concept I'm just going to give you an an illustration of a quote y Abraham
Lincoln was a great man like I mean that's depends on I I think that's incontrovertible he was a great man so Abraham Lincoln said I will prepare myself and perhaps my time will come that has been quoted millions of times millions millions but it's incomplete I'm going to complete it myin golden says your time's going to come whether you prepare yourself or not if you're prepared when your time comes it will reveal you if you're not prepared it will expose you see there are people who know less than you about the thing you know a
lot about and they've underdeveloped an idea and took it to the marketplace and gotten paid but you have a more fully developed concept that nobody knows about and so you live on The Struggle Bus so better prepared message better prepared messenger a prepared messenger is better than a prepared message you know you you you absolutely unequivocally must do you must become better at your craft any day that you're not getting better you are getting worse there is no stay the same how yall tracking let me hear you say I'm tracking Okay cool so better prepared
messenger and then a better prepared Market how do you how do you prepare your Market did you know that you can prepare the market you serve for your offer before you deliver them your offer what so good why how do you do that you do that through what I call Community Service content what do you mean community service content I mean you create content that people can consume and the only thing they have to pay is attention my YouTube channel causes people to pay attention to me some of those people pay me some of them
it takes 5 hours and they pay me some of them takes 50 hours and they pay me some of them take 500 hours and they pay me I'm sure glad I have 500 hours of content on YouTube are y'all picking up what I'm putting down yes so so prepare the market warm them up with community service content remember what Daniel Priestley said Daniel Priestley said that um Robin Dunbar said right 714 people need to spend seven hours with you over 11 interactions on four different platforms before they feel like they know you like you and
trust you do you have seven hours worth of content on the internet for some somebody finds you and they love the interview you had on somebody's podcast they love the Ted Talk you did do they is there enough content of you online talking about your thing that people can deep dive into it and spend that seven hours with you that'll change the game by itself um where's my phone so how many hours are there in a day and I know I ask this all the time but I'm going to ask it again so hang in
there with me how many hours are there in a day 24 24 well that's a good answer but it's not the best answer here's the best answer it depends on Whose day how many hours are there in a how many hours are there in a year 8760 hours in a year 8,760 hours in a year that's a lot of hours guess what YouTube has this thing called watchtime hours how many hours people around the world spent watching you well on the 25th which was the day before yesterday people spent 31,000 310 hours watching me day
before yesterday day before that they spent 33 hours 33,6 62 hours watching me literally in those two days people spent eight years watching me in two days what who could do that well any of us could if we would say by but yeah you have a big Channel I didn't always have a big Channel you should be little little bitty itty bitty okay so um and then better pre- frames to set what does that mean you need to set better pre frames what's a preframe it's it's it's a way of looking at something you give
your audience a way to look at the thing before you give them the thing to look at that's called a preframe um if you want to really get good at pre- framing there's a book that will really help you get good at pre framing it's called The Dan Sullivan question it's like 90 pages so it's so good it's literally the whole book is about nothing but pre frames and so many people don't preframe anything anyway so so uh better pre frames is set you declare better pre frames and then end those Clare pre frames you
show them a better destination you know what most people do most people don't show the destination in their presentation they show the transportation in the in their presentation what do I mean like it it's like the result is Hawaii you're going to Hawaii right but that's that's the destination but the transportation is the plane what are the what's the plane the process the pieces well what we're going to do is we're going to use slack and we're going to use we're going to use Trello boards and slack channels and we're going to use air tables
and um spreadsheets and then and then after that we got 10 modules then you start going into your pieces we got 10 modules with six videos and seven audios and and then you're talking about all the stuff that nobody cares all you're doing is describing the plane nobody goes to Hawaii for the plane they don't go there for the transportation they go there for the destination describe the destination what their life is going to look like what their life is going to feel like and then get better at descriptions like learn some adjectives other than
that thing some nouns other than that thing some adjectives other than really great it's going to be super it's going to be boss it's going to be fire right like learn to paint words with your I mean learn to paint words with your pictures I youed should talk now I just read about learn to paint pictures with your words right okay um better pre frames to set better positioning sequences what's a positioning sequence okay man this is so cool for me when I realized it when you are making an offer if you don't give the
people you're making the offer to something to compare it to they're always going to compare it to something that costs more than your offer and is worth less than your offer so your it's your job it's your job to give them what to compare it to does does that make sense yes so if you're teaching people how to lose weight without dieting you have to show them how much diets cost and how how it's a proven fact that they don't work and and you show them the word diet the first three letters are die that's
why you feel like you're going to die when you're on a diet right right okay so better positioning sequences better better comparisons so when you have better comparisons for instance like I I have some offers that are relatively pricey like I have a $27,000 year coaching program $55,000 year coaching program $355,000 year coaching program and a million dollar year coaching program oh that's so much money okay I I'll give you that I mean but compared to what let's say $27,000 compared to what and I'm not I'm not telling you this because I want you to
buy something don't buy any if you think that's why I'm doing this don't buy anything from me okay ever like I'm cool with it and we're still friends I love you okay how many of you paid more than $27,000 for your college even if you got a scholarship somebody paid more than $27,000 exactly how many of you have had anybody who graduated from your college anybody who's graduated from your college ever made four ever made $1.6 million in four months after they graduated from what they learned in college doesn't happen but I've had that happen
in my coaching program didn't happen to everybody but I'm just saying at least it's a possibility because it's happened why because all I did was show somebody what they already have and then they went and used it and they made $1.6 million they could have made the $1.6 million before I showed up if somebody else would have showed them that they already had the that they were the resource are y'all tracking okay so that's what I mean by comparison so I'm comparing my coaching program to a college education okay y'all y'all y'all figured it out
okay comprehens so better um better comprehension so when you have better positioning and sequences then that leads to better compensation first for them like you're revealing what they get out of the offer that's a positioning sequence you show them what their life is going to look like when they get there that's positioning it's pre-framed but it's also positioning you're you're literally inserting their life into the transformation as if it's already happened in your description okay this is this too heavy because no good okay okay I just want to make sure yall okay okay so better
we're on that was number six number seven we're almost done number seven better promises simply stated the best promise is one that's desired but it's also clear so the the promise is better because they are clear the promises are better because they're clear you know exactly what the transformation is see here's what happens a lot of people who make offers they are not clear on the transformation so they don't know how to make it clear for somebody else what the transformation is are y'all tracking okay so it's they're better because they're clear they're better they're
clear because they're better communicated you I don't like to talk get over yourself I'm not good at talking get over that too you good at walking when you landed on this planet get better and because they're more clear and because they're better communicated now they are better comprehended and when they're better comprehended it's easier for people to say yes better promises clearly stated that's number SE seven number eight better presentation strategies okay I probably shouldn't do this on my community service because this is something that I generally only teach in my $55,000 Mastermind but I'm
going to share it with y'all briefly so y'all can figure it out from here how do you communicate a message better by using better pictures say what do you mean better pictures Larry can you show my digital Blackboard show them my digital Blackboard that's what I mean better pictures notice I didn't say prettier pictures I said better pictures this is so much more effective than a PowerPoint presentation with a bunch of static pictures on it for you to be looking at and attempting to figure out what I'm going to say why because you're leave it
there because you are developing the concept in your mind alongside of me while I'm uncovering it with my words how many you are not artist good congratulations you can do this how many youall know how to draw a stickman okay good you get the picture so they're clear the like the it's a better um better presentation when you have better pictures better pictures are pictures that you develop in front of your audience not pictures that you develop in a booth in a back in the corner of the dark and then show them to your audience
and hope they get it do you know what if I'm saying something right here and I can see in your face that I have confus you I can fix it right here I don't have to wait till I'm done and then go fix it in PowerPoint and then hope that it gets better next time I'm not saying there's anything wrong with PowerPoint if you're going to use PowerPoint use PowerPoint and a flip chart PowerPoint and a digital Blackboard PowerPoint and a chalkboard but draw something better pictures that causes people to see what you mean okay
okay better pictures will make you have much better presentations better Parables what's a parable a story you got to get good storytelling one of the ways you get better at telling stories don't tell them unimportant details that don't matter to the concept like if there if it's irrelevant to the concept it's not worth talking about well yeah there was a man he was 37 and his wife she was 36 unless this is going to have something to do with something that happen when they got a year older or they like they don't you don't need
to know their age only tell them the facts about the story that are pertinent to making the point as my good friend Andy um Andy Enrique says never make a point without telling a story and never tell a story without making a point it'll make you a better Storyteller right and so um so you have better pictures are um more better in better integrated better integration of pictures better integration of parables in your presentation strategy and better integration of principles I'm going to tell you something you want to do something to change your life study
a wide range of topics but go deep on the ones that are special to you here's what's going to happen you're going to find something in your wide that's going to expand your knowledge on your deep and then you'll be able to talk about the thing you go deep on better than anybody else who talks about it if you want to learn how to do that intentionally there's a book I'm going to recommend and and by the way all the books that I'm recommending you can find at myON golden am.com that's my affiliate link with

Parables and if you do I'm telling you you will be a better presenter you will be more interesting why because do you understand that when you're teaching somebody something about something they already know but in a way they've never thought about it you're actually enlightening them you're shining light on a subject you're giving them the ability to see reality more clearly cuz a WI Man's eyes are in his head not on his head not in front of his head in his head anyway I'm going to talk more about that later on a different day okay
so and then lastly better pricing systems you want to make great offers you have to have a better way to price your offers okay the offer is better because it's based on Preparation what preparation the preparation that I have spent discovering how to have this transformation for me and then I've shared it with enough people and answered their questions long enough to know how to help you get the same transformation I'm so glad that when I got started in sales I was terrible why because if I hadn't been terrible if I come out of the
gate being great at sales I would only be able to help people who can come out of the gate who are great at sales but because I was terrible how terrible were you I got started selling Financial Services it took me a year and a half to make my first sale and I was doing a lot of presentations I'm so glad I was terrible why because because I was terrible I got to make adjustments along the way pay attention to how those adjustments affected my presentations and so when I come to people who are not
good at sales I can relate cuz you ain't as terrible as I was so better preparation but your pricing is also based on better payoffs not better payoffs for you better payoffs for your clients I'm G to tell you something people think I charge a lot of money just because I I want to get rich I'm already rich I don't need to work I don't need to work for money at all I can let my investments just pay me for the rest of my life I don't need to do this I don't need a YouTube
channel I don't need to sell coaching why do I do it because I love helping people become free and here's what I found out the heart follows the pocketbook where your treas is there where you heartbe also so people who don't pay don't pay attention people who pay a little pay a little attention people who pay a lot pay a lot of attention my desire is to help people have transformation the only way to do that is to help them pay a lot of attention and people who are unwilling to do that are not they're
curious but they're not serious and I don't want to work with curious people okay yall tracking and then the reason we do better pricing is because it's better for profits now when I price my offers I don't look at what Ed's selling his offer for and then make my price according to that because he I think he's my competition I don't look at Maria and say well she's selling her offer for this and I sell something similar so I'm gonna no I don't I don't look at what anybody's doing I don't care it has nothing
to do with I look at the transformation that I've been able to get one of the reasons my prices have gone up throughout the years is I was helping people make all this money and I was only getting like charging a little bit of money for it like this is dumb like and I'm not dumb so I might do something dumb but I'm not going to do something dumb perpetually I sell somebody something for $27,000 and they come back and report to me yeah I use what you showed me and I made a million dollars
