what are we talking about when we talk about marrying a former prostitute now saved by the grace of God we are not talking about did you know if this woman truly changed or not I want you to think about this okay what would make a woman to become a prostitute what would let someone to even consider living that kind of life you know it's it's not about the the very act that she is a she was a prostitute but what happened to her what kind of family she grow up into what traumatic experience she she
had maybe she was molested uh as a kid she could be raped she could be there could be a lot of tragic that happen to a woman that will let her to prostitution so my point here is you're not just dealing with prostitute you're dealing with everything that led her into prostitution I have a video about U avoid all this type of woman it's better to stay single than marry and then and one of the reflect is that this woman has a way too messed up family background highly traumatic background ground um you know for
example her mom is a prostitute a drug addict her her she grow up being raped by all kinds of uncles whatever okay so you want to consider that it's not about that you don't believe that God can change a prostitute but the chances for a former prostitute to be completely healed from all those trauma that led her into prostitution is way way way too low and I will talk into detail about you know real life experience I I saw in the church from the quote unquote Christian woman who had some experience like that and did
they truly heal from that or they heal from their past trauma that is not even prostitution is something much less than that no all the women I met in the church maybe I just don't have very good experience with church woman but all the women that have some kind of uh traumatic Past after they gave their life to Christ they're still living in that trauma they're not fully healed um I would say they're still holding on to unforgiveness they're still holding on to something and that's why they're not healed and it's not because God cannot
fully heal somebody so now with all that being said I got I'm going to give you a list of consideration um so my suggestion in this thing is that be very careful when you are in this situation um I can't say absolutely no because everything has an exception now I wanted to address a few common concern and you know Common saying in the christian community and what other people might say and why I disagree with them first of all uh Christian would tell you Mary melene Jesus disciple was a prostitute yes that only mean she
is a sister in Christ that doesn't mean you should marry her that doesn't mean it's wise to marry Mar metalum so second a lot of people would say Rahab um I hope I pronounced that name right Rahab the prostitute in the Old Testament and think in Joshua that she helped the Israelite spy to hide in her house and because of this choice that God considered her as righteousness so and not only that but Rahab actually this former prostitute was in Jesus gen genealogy so there will be people that bring this up tell tell you that
the past doesn't matter is completely erased by your your decision to give your life to Jesus Christ um I want to point another things out too uh regarding this argument yes Rahab is in Jesus genealogy but Rahab is not jesus' mother Jesus was born out of a verion not out of a prostitute just pointing that out and the last one is Hosea so this is probably like the the the most argument you will heard from the Christian Community is that you know God asked Hosea to marry a prostitute and that prostitute just keep going back
to prostitution just never repent and obviously that's a tragic but will God tell you to marry a prostitute in real life no because in Hosea in that book uh and if you read the Old Testament you actually read Old Testament I I know a lot of people don't read Old Testament you will find that throughout the Old Testament God compared himself as the husband and Israel as the Unfaithful wife because Israel keep committing adultery on God with foreign Gods with Idols they keep running away from God so when God asks Hosea to marry a prostitute
the purpose for that is to let Israel realize that that is how you have been treating me that I am the husband who keep rescuing you but you keep playing the hollot why I even think about this topic is that I noticed that on YouTube you know the majority of testimony especially the viral one the most popular one are testimony from brothers and sister who have a very traumatic past something that human power cannot redeem and and I understand that and I always believe God's power I have seen God radically transform people so I am
not saying God cannot do that what I'm saying is that when you have seen so many testimony like that you will develop this Christian sentimentality that when you are facing a choice to whether to marry somebody or not um this sentimentality will come up to you and accuse you for judging a person's past when that that is your discernment don't let other people accuse you for your desire to marry somebody who have a caim past before Christ that if you want to marry a Christian girl that grow up in the church um that have Christian
parent if that is your desire and you also have a clean past and if even if you don't okay if that is your desire you shouldn't let any body to shame you for the type of Ideal spouse you want because marriage must be based upon desire God never force you to marry anyone because you need to be responsible for your personal choice you know in the Bible marriage is not uh compulsory God do not command every believer to get marry um you know so it's based upon your personal desire and you also make sure this
one thing that you are equally Yol that's the only commandment God has for marriage this is going to be a little bit harsh for some people to digest forgiveness you know anybody who repent will receive forgiveness from God and in God's eyes you're completely cleansed with all that being said nobody should judge you by your past uh nobody should refuse you in the church and you know not loving you as brother and sister in Christ but when it comes to marriage it's a different thing why am I saying that because you're joining one flesh with
a person you are not just marrying to one person you're marrying to a family even if this person uh have little contact with with with their family anymore okay most people become like that parent there are only very few that become better than their parent most people inherit whatever Merit whatever problem their parent have so when you get married to someone always consider their family always consider this person's whole past including his childhood traa that is a lifelong commitment why does soul marriage fail because at the beginning people are already thinking in this in their
mind that okay if things go wrong I'm just going to divorce so everything I said might sound harsh might sound really picky uh and even judgmental to some people I'm saying this it's only for you to seriously consider everything before you make that life long commitment because marriage is Holy you don't divorce you just don't divorce and think about this you will be forever tied down to this person so Brothers make sure you Choose Wisely okay it's not that God cannot change a woman who is a former prostitute but that isn't wise for you to
to sign out for something like that and for brothers who already married and maybe you did marry a former prostitute or a formerly miscues woman um I I encourage you to leave a comment down below and just let the single Brothers to see the the real life example you know we can romanticize everything we can idealize everything but the real truth is ugly so um if you already make the mistake Brothers I encourage you to leave a comment and let everybody else uh learn from this lessons and I know you guys have some kind of
Brotherhood community so make sure you share this video to them all sins have consequence forgiveness does not remove consequence why why am I talking about this we're not even talking about this narrow topic about whether you should marry a prostitute anymore we're talking about should you keep sinning and living in sin just because as long as you repent God will receive you you will go to heaven should you continue to live in sin in your 20 and then repent when you are older so that you could you know you could party all your youth you
could enjoy all that sin could have offered in this life and still go to heaven so if you figure all of that in your mind I wanted to discourage you right now um the Forgiveness of God does not remove the consequence of sin in this life what that mean is so first of all you know if you're nonbeliever uh you might have this idea that a Christian are just a bunch of people who are keeping the law of God and living rigidly living by limitation that there's a lot of thing they're not having fun so
let me tell you this the reason that there's God has this commandment the whole Bible is the Lord's commandment and God built this law at the beginning of creation is not to limit you is to protect you why is it that so when you break the law the law itself has consequence has punishment that is different from Rules right rules need to be enforced by a human power so if you break a rule in the school your principle is going to punish you but if you break a law of God the law itself will punish
you God does not even need to you know personally punish you that makes sense you know if you commit adultery there is a natural consequence attached to that sin if you fornicate there is a natural consequence attached to that sin you know if you're lazy there's a natural consequence you know know if you are proud there's also natural consequence and sometimes the things is tricky and this is in the scripture you know just because the the punishment didn't carry out at once you know the son of man think that they can do evil all the
time the consequence will always find you and it will always cost you learn from King David you know he committed adultery and murder and he repented he is a textbook example of true repentance and God forgive him but God did not remove the consequence of his sin if you read 2 Samuel AP part ever since David commit adultery his life went downhill a straight downhill so God forgive him but the consequence remain and since I was young my father my you know my my dad always told me there are some mistake in this life you
can't afford to make if only you make once you are screw and Christian sentimentality would tell you that no God can redeem all thing blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah as if you have never done yes that is true God will see you as spotless as Jesus Christ because of your faith in him but the consequence in this life remain okay so now some people going to say uh okay if if someone did prostitution in the past and now they give their life to Christ and still their life is
totally screw is that what you mean I want to say say no your life is not screwed if you were a prostitute but unfortunately your marriage is will there be men who are willing to marry you yes there will be but chances are the men that are willing to take you are not the men you truly desire and here's bringing us to another thing why would men want to marry a prostitute a former prostitute and what kind of men would settle with that they are not High Caliber men I would say if you did something
like that you low your chance to marry the best man in this war I'm not saying they're like super rich or something but because good men have choices they have so many options and why would they choose a woman who had a complicated path why wouldn't they choose someone more innocent you know what I mean this is harsh truth and I am trying to stop sisters who haven't gone that far to stop doing what you're doing now and take a uturn and give your life to Christ right now because there is consequence for your loose
life in your 20s and your teenage year the final session of this part I wanted to tell you some example that uh people I met in the church and they're they're not even prostitute okay they they will just have some kind of trauma and from my observation they're not here from that trauma and they are actively Church goer they're super engaged in church small group they're super engaged in you know Sunday service mission trip you know even so they are as good as a Christian can be but does that mean they can be fully delivered
and all the misfortunate thing that happened to them had no effect on them absolutely not um there are rare rare cases 0.01% of people live without no longer under the shadow of their past most Christian are not there's one day I went to a worship night at a church and then at the end we have you know testimony session so there were like three people sharing testimony and one of them was a woman she was a former model she came from New York City and her testimony was that she had been living her whole 20
even early 30 I I don't really remember but basically all her youth in promiscuity she even go as far as sleeping with the entire football team probably every football team and when she was about 35 or something um she realized that she need to straighten her life up and give her life to Christ and then later on she met a man a Christian man they get married so when she show up at the church and share her testimony she was already married and what I want to point out in that session is that her husband
didn't show up first of all that night second of all there is no repentance in her testimony there is no detailed transformation her Encounter With Jesus how Holy Spirit completely cleans her and change her no she just basically talk about and I realize I need to give my life to Christ and stop living in sin so I get married and blah blah blah blah blah I I hope you know what I'm trying to say here is that the testimony really matters that you can tell from the person's testimony that if they are truly um change
or save or not because everyone can claim that they are a Christian but the heart the does not change and by the way the detail if you notice her husband didn't even show up that night when she is giving her testimony for the first time in the church everybody's listening he didn't even come why would why wouldn't he come and according to her it's not like she was he was busy or have to work that night he was at home he just didn't come she even bring that up so what that means her husband is
ashamed her husband is ashamed of her wife's past in the church and clearly he was not fully convinced that she you know it it's almost like he doesn't she is not his ideal type of woman but he still marry her just because she's pretty because she was a former model she's pretty she live a promis gous life and this man have a problem with that but he settled with it so this is what I want to say a lot of former prostitute are beautiful are attractive and for brothers who don't have much luck with wom
especially if you're a Christian brother you're very easily manipulated into the idea of swallowing down her past that you don't want to swallow that in your mind you find it really hard to take but you you you're like doing some mental gymnastic to yourself to convince yourself that she's a sister in Christ you know she's completely clean and I'm a singer too who am I to judge somebody else's past um it's different it's just different okay all our paths are the same in God's eyes you know our sin are equally evil in God's eyes but
the consequence are not equal different sin has different level and amount of Consequence the consequence of prostitution is not the same of consequence for you cheat in one test when you are in medle school that is still sin but that consequence is very very tiny you know comparing to some dramatic trauma like that like prostitution and eventually what I wanted to say is that how you can tell um whether somebody's Chang or not so first of all my suggestion is that even if that person is changed it's still unwise to marry someone who had a
complicated past if you have a choice but if you insist you know if this person um you're so convinced that that you're just so in love with them I don't know what to say if you insist to marry someone who had a very complicated past you know then my last word is that wait for a little bit there are a lot of Christian newly converted and a lot of them black backslide so why that happened in the usually in the first two years why that happened is the effect of the parable of the SW like
what Jesus said the word of God is the sea sew into the soil that is our heart and there are some people have this Rocky Heart Heart of Stone They will receive the word of God with joy immediately but by and by they fall away when Temptations and persecution comes so the first two years even three years is a best period for you to wait for a bit and see how this person will they bear the fruit of the spirit um you know the first two year at least first two year so if you met
a former prostitute who was just converted six months ago okay six months ago and she seems to be you know all on fire for God wait for a bit you know just wait and see if the bondage the stronghold the demon has been completely delivered from her and also make sure that you know her family background you know what kind of people her parents are um you know because you will have to deal with that even if you never met her parents you will have to deal with her parents DNA that live in her and
going to continue live in your future children don't let Christian sentimentality blind your eyes okay you don't need to settle with what you can't settle with there are men who can accept that now I wanted to ask those brother who have absolutely no problem accepting a woman who were former prostitute make sure that you yourself are healed from your own trauma because a healthy man um it's un quite unlikely to to suck that in that's what I'm saying that make sure you don't have this kinky preference that you just love rescuing prostitutes because that is
almost a stereotype of a certain type of men um people call them Sim right now I guess so don't do that even if she is willing to marry you so the the dynamic that's going to happen with a man who marry a former prostitute is usually like this okay this woman don't have much choice now because the the best man is not going to is not going to settle with her because they have many options so this woman is going to choose a man that she doesn't truly desire or respect and she might even despise
him just because he is willing to settle with her if you know what I'm saying here is that the the former prostitute might despise her husband for settling with her so and that's what usually happen a a man who marry a former prostitute is despised by that for a prostitute and so if you don't want any respect from your wife you don't want any leadership that you want to be the leader of the family you want to be the the man of the house that God calls you to be uh don't even get yourself involved
in something complicated like that like why do you want it to battle with someone else's bondage trauma baggage your own life life is hard enough your own demons is hard enough to deal with your own generational curses are enough for you to break you know marriage is to carry each other's burden it's not to for you alone to carry another body's burden so find someone who can carry your burden with you and you can carry their burden and that that is what equally yoke mean okay so again out of this I'm not saying God cannot
save a prostitute and cleanse them because that's what we see in Mary mine right she's the perfect example but does God tell you to marry Mary mine I don't think so and as far as I know she remains single for the rest of her life and that is the consequence of prostitution you will not screw your life up just because you were a former prostitute as long as you give your life to Christ you know God can restore a lot of things but you do screw your marriage up you do screw your choice you don't
have much choice now make sure that you w't be the husband like the the woman in in my church that who share her testimony and you are so ashamed of her past you don't even come to theight when she is sharing her testimony on the stage but yet you still marry her you know what I'm saying don't settle and for men I'm telling you you have choice you know some of you might say well I'm I'm never like popular with women and it's lucky enough for a woman who is even willing to marry me don't
even thinking that way uh the Bible said for at that day seven women will hold on to one man uh as long as they can take reproach from them that is what's going on with this feminism War women will become more and more desperate you know that the very fact that they're screaming that they don't need a man it's desperation it's trying to cover up their desire for True masculinity and Men um and at the end of the day if they keep doing this the very woman who scream I don't need a man will be
the woman who is willing to settle with a foot skin of a man that they will they will be willing to settle within a side chick being single mom raising new children by herself you know at first they they already start settling with 50/50 they already start settling with no commitments and just give you sex and they they brainwash themselves you know oh that is my choice you know it's I choose that I'm an independent woman I can have sex like a man all of that is because they can't get the commitment of a man
it's all trauma response it's all coping mechanism to no man want to commit to them so they have to pretend that no it's not that you don't want me but I don't want you you know what I'm saying that's what is going on with woman in this day so Brothers you have choice I don't care are you popular among woman or not you can wait because you don't have this you know biological clock like woman those who can't afford to wait and make mistakes are wom and those Christian Who acting like you know they're the
better Christian they they will judge you for not wanting to marry a former prostitute just ask them will you allow your sons to marry a former prostitute who is a Christian now and my final suggestion let sisters remain sister wife it's a different thing you disagree with me um put your comment down below I do want you know everybody to see different opinion on this controversial topic and make sure you like uh share and subscribe to my channel share this video to somebody who might be interested in this topic all right um until next time
God bless
