Hello. Today we will introduce the process of building a house with dirt and wood. The wooden lumber is first moved by crane.
Wood is erected to serve as beams, the pillars of the building. The floor is fixed with cement after adjusting the balance. Connect each pillar to make it more sturdy.
Continue the next layer and fit the wood girder sequentially. Girders that distribute the load serve as the backbone of a building. Install the wall.
Inside the wall, there is charcoal powder that acts as insulation, and the visible bamboo acts as rebar. The teamwork of the workers is good. Install rafters, which distribute the load from the roof and play an important role.
After drawing a line with ink, align it with the center line. Fit it between grooves. With ink, draw a line where the rafters are.
It blows away sawdust. Layers of charcoal are created on the roof to act as insulation. Lay out a net to place the charcoal.
Install gable shingles at the ends of the roof. Connect the gable plates as a pair and install a centipede iron for the style of "Hanok". Chaff charcoal is laid on the roof for insulation.
As direct carbonized rice husk charcoal, it does not burn or decay. Lay down a waterproof sheet to prevent rainwater from leaking. This work is to lay tiles on the roof.
Installing each tile using soil is a wet construction method, and in the current video, a dry construction method was used. Ocher mortar is eco-friendly and has excellent strength and durability. Sand Ocher (Red clay) Finish the exterior wall with tile cement.
