thank you for joining me I'm Sarah Raymond from the mindful movement I invite you to make yourself comfortable take as much time as you need to shift and adjust your space to be just right for you allow yourself to settle in closing your eyes if that feels comfortable for you as you begin to settle take a long slow breath in and breathe out with a sigh this time is dedicated to you to nurturing your self-worth and confidence this practice will ensure that the these positive beliefs become a natural part of who you are as we
move through this journey together you will find yourself relaxing more and more when the recording is over you will drift into a peaceful and restorative sleep allowing these transformative beliefs to integrate deeply while you rest take another deep breath in and as you exhale feel the tension begin to melt away from your body allow yourself to sink into the surface beneath you feeling fully supported and at ease as you give yourself permission to fully let go you are sending a signal to your subconscious that this time is for you because you are worthy in a
moment I will count down from 10 to 1 and with each number you will feel yourself sinking deeper and deeper into a state of complete healing relaxation with each number your body and mind let go a little more carrying you into a safe sanctuary in your mind 10 10 bring your awareness to your feet feel any tension in your feet simply melt away your toes arches and heels are now completely relaxed nine move your focus up to your ankles and calves and feel the warm soothing sensation of relaxation spreading upward your legs are heavy and
relaxed eight notice how your knees and thighs are relaxing any tightness or tension is dissolving leaving your legs feeling comfort ably heavy and relaxed seven feel this relaxation moving into your hips and lower back any stress or tension is being released and you are becoming more and more at ease six your abdomen and chest are now relaxing with each breath feel a wave of calm washing over you releasing any remaining tension five allow your focus to flow up to your shoulders as you feel them drop and relax relax the weight of the world lifts off
your shoulders leaving you feeling light and free four your arms are becoming very relaxed now from your shoulders to your elbows down to your wrists and all the way to your fingertips every muscle is Letting Go three your neck and jaw are now relaxing feel the muscles release any tightness and allow your head to be perfectly supported to your face and scalp are now completely relaxed any tension in your forehead eyes and Cheeks is melting away and one your entire body is now deeply relaxed from the tips of your toes to the top of your
head you are in a state of calm and peace as you relax imagine yourself in a place where you feel completely safe and at peace this could be a Serene Beach quiet forest or a beautiful Meadow up in the mountains this can be a place that exists only in your imagination that brings you comfort visualize this place in detail engaging all your [Music] senses hear the gentle sounds feel the comforting textures and see the Vivid [Music] colors allow yourself to fully immerse in this Safe Haven feeling more relaxed and at ease with every natural and
automatic breath feel yourself sinking deeper into this [Music] relaxation you are safe supported and surrounded by a protective self-loving energy field this energy field keeps you in your power safeguarding you from any negativity or toxic influences this safe place is only for you it is your sanctuary allow your breath to be in an automatic and natural Rhythm carrying your body into a deeper level of rest you are now in a deep and Powerful state of relaxation fully open and receptive to the positive statements that will follow your mind is calm and your body is at
rest and you are ready to embrace the truth of your worth and confidence these affirmations will echo through your mind amplifying your sense of worth and confidence with each natural and automatic Breath You Take allow these affirmations to sink deeper into your subconscious mind imagine them as gentle Whispers that grow stronger with each breath you are worthy of love and respect as you breathe in feel this truth filling your entire being as you breathe out let go of any doubts you are worthy of love and respect you trust in your abilities with each inhale feel
your confidence building with each exhale release any fears you trust in your abilities you are confident and capable inhale absorbing this affirmation exhale letting go of any insecurities you are confident and capable you believe in yourself and prioritize yourself breathe in this powerful truth breathe out any hesitation you believe in yourself and prioritize yourself you maintain healthy boundaries and keep yourself safe in inhale feeling strong and protected exhale releasing any worries you maintain healthy boundaries and keep yourself safe as these affirmations echo through your mind you find yourself sinking deeper in into relaxation each statement
