Begin by sitting in a comfortable position spine tall and straight shoulders rolled back slightly to open up your [Music] heart resting your palms in your lap facing upwards and gently close your eyes [Music] Begin by taking three deep cleansing breaths stomach and rib cage fully expanding on every inhale and fully Contracting on every exhale take these three deep breaths and a pace it feels good to you whenever you reach the bottom of the third breath just return to breathing at a nice comfortable pace for you begin to become aware of your presence within your body
right now tuning into the weight of gravity the points of contact between your body and the surface on which you are [Music] seent feeling yourself is present in your body right now you begin to become grateful for your body itself [Music] why are you grateful for your [Music] body spend several moments thinking about all the amazing things your body does for you [Music] say thank you out louder in your mind to your [Music] body now allow your awareness to travel outward as you consider the possessions in your life life think about one position you've already
used today why do you appreciate it how does it make your life easier are there people in the world that do not have this possession consider how fortunate you are for this what other possessions do you have in your life that make your life more convenient spend several moments simply reviewing various possessions that you have that maybe you take for granted normally but in this moment you appreciate you recognize how they make your life easier and how fortunate you you are to have them [Music] there are so many people in the world who do not
have these possessions you are listing recognize how fortuitous it is that you have all that you do keep letting your mind freely flow from one possession to the next big and small and fill your heart with gratitude for each object Act [Music] for [Music] [Music] looking back on all of these objects say thank you out louder in your mind and with this Welling of gratitude within you let your focus travel to people that you love people that you appreciate various humans and animals in your life that have meant a lot to you why are you
grateful for [Music] them let your mind wander as you flow from one person or animal to the next feeling grateful for each and every one of them [Music] it's so beautiful that you have these people in your life you are so fortunate keep focusing on this [Music] say out loud or in your mind thank you to all the people and or pets in your life that you [Music] appreciate looking back on the past several moments think about all the things you've appreciated you have so much to be grateful for how rich and wealthy you are
in great and amazing things take this beautiful feeling of gratitude with you as you roll your shoulders wiggle your fingers and your toes and slowly open your your eyes back to the room around you carrying gratitude with you in your heart everywhere you go throughout the rest of your day [Music]
