URL and what not CU I was wondering why I keep getting calls from you guys what you do exactly again what I do um I'm helping I'm running lead generation services for um some local roofers in Perth um it's a little bit based yeah Perth yeah nice nice nice easy busy yeah yeah um so basically what I do is I uh run paid paid ad generation uh manually engage in conversation and qualify the leads on your behalf uh and then gather personal details like phone number email address and where they live for the quote um
and then ask them when they're free to book and book them directly into your availability so sounds like you're a contract administrator mate but with the media side yeah well a lot of people that do what I do they only get the leads in except leads are kind of useless right it's like sure you can get 100 leads but if none of them turn into anything then what's what's the point right um so I kind of offer like the full service getting them right in um getting them booked um yeah it's a little bit different
but um do you work for yourself yeah yeah yeah or or all for myself started it up myself and here we are have you got a website uh yeah I'm actually in the process of revamping it um because I'm specializing it now going into Roofing more uh the the website that I've got up currently is more just generalized I think it's still up I'm not sure if the team took it down yet but I can send it through to you if you'd like definitely send it through as well because I actually um between myself the
gentleman that actually started up my um it started up my uh website and whatnot we're actually going into partnership together and start of June and I've gone so for the business coaching and Consulting side he's going to do the media marketing whatnot but I actually would one my picking your brain and two having a conversation with you may maybe later on I'm a big believer in phone calls are made for a reason so um but if you yeah if you can details and what not I would definitely love to take a look into this further

so it's very interesting to see the different perspectives from from people that you get to talk to but have you found it have you found a good Niche demographic yet between I'm sorry the ages of about 28 to about 38 I reckon that's probably your mark for roofers especially ones upcoming they probably just understand the trade not to mention they're probably just starting to lean out rather than working for old M Dave who's 50 years old to cash in so I know 100% know exactly when I was running mod I used to think the same
thing I was about 22 say [ __ ] this said I'm half the you crack it so yeah for sure for sure yeah yeah I was gonna I was gonna say uh the reason I was actually calling was to to book in some free consults with some people so how about we uh we book in a time and we can just uh you can pick my brain um and we can go from there how does that sound that sounds [ __ ] rip send through your details and I'll save your number in as well mate

going to gift you this car get you from A to B and they give you the car and they don't give you the wheels right like it doesn't sure you can get a bunch of leads but that doesn't really equate to anything you know what I mean like it's not what makes so what what makes you different to another lead generation yeah calls about before you got a lot of calls have you you know yeah you know you know how it goes yeah I do I do um yeah so the difference is um basically lead
generation obviously start with that um pay generation from like uh favorite social media platforms uh then the difference kind of comes in with uh everything that comes after that which is like manual engagement uh with conversation for each lead that comes through uh contacting them qualifying them on on your behalf you don't have to waste time with highe kickers all that kind of [ __ ] um gather their personal details you do that do you do that personally or do you do that through AI uh so a bit of both bit of both um we
gathered the details phone number email address um get the get them to book directly into your availability as well um and then we conduct uh some automations with SMS marketing email marketing um do some reactivation campaigns to bring in some old clients of yours uh that uh you've you probably haven't heard from in in a little while um also we do uh Google Google ads uh sorry not Google ads um Google review and Facebook review campaigns uh to boost the online presence of your business um yeah it it it the list goes on but how
does that sound um interested yeah yeah for sure see costings and stuff I do have a company doing it at the moment for me yeah um like they don't do the Google stuff but they do essentially what you do with the the um the lead generation yeah I got you how are you finding that at the moment um I don't know it's literally started so we've just been through the process of getting him all up and updated and stuff only just started a few days ago so yeah gotcha um we literally only just got our

look um there was literally a a questionnaire I filled in today as as a board member getting done by a a chick at University who's just volunteering her time for an online sort of order I suppose it is within the within the association and I I raised it again there I it's not it's not a large group like you know it's only it's only been around for probably three years there's probably I don't know 40 or 50 members sort of style but I think one of the things that's lacking is is um is the more
