in this video I'm going to show you exactly how I turn simple $1 to5 ebooks into fullon info products that fetch up to $500 or more yes this can be done with plr ebooks AI chat GPT and even using Ghost Riders it's actually very simple in fact I've been selling eBooks online since the year 2000 back then I had a simple little ebook on how to save money on your electricity bill I sold three copies in one day automatically while I was gone which made me $2 in profit that day changed my life forever because I realized if I could set something up one time that makes me money over and over and over again I can make money when I'm not working and if I keep working it's going to snowball and the money will add up super super fast and I'm sure you've watched other videos on how to create ebooks and get rich and they all say pretty much the same thing create a simple ebook using chat GPT they say load it on Amazon and Etsy sit back and wait for the sales to roll in O you've been waiting and the sales are nowhere to be found so today we're going to look at the data and cold hard proof of an ebook that I created that generated over $2 million in profit and just a few short years and you might be saying Marcus that's all fine and good but why would someone buy an ebook if all the information is online free anyway good question well to answer that question I'd like to ask you do people still buy books if you answered yes you are correct millions and millions of books are sold each and every day online and off and let's face it as old King Solomon said there's nothing new Under the Sun and most of the information in these books can be found online free via blogs YouTube videos PDFs you name it all the info is out there free now you can follow what the other Guru say and put an ebook up that basically gets lost in the herd and is difficult to sell or you can follow the sideway strategy that I'm about to show you where we take a simple ebook like this one I created turn it on its side and create a full-fledged info product this is going to stand out above the competition because you're going to provide something so valuable they can't help but sign up order it and actually use it now I do have to warn you this does take some work while it is simple it's not super easy so if the idea of working hard to make hundreds of thousands of dollars or even a million dollars or more scares you away well this might not be the video for you however if you're in it to win it and you want to learn a strategy that I've actually used and hundreds of other people have used to make tons of money online then smash that like button and we're going to get started and talk about how to do this start to finish even if you're not an expert you don't know how to write a book and you barely even know how to use chat GPT yes ladies and gentlemen I'm going to show you everything start to finish but first a story back in the year 2000 after I sold those three eBooks online in one day my life changed forever and I had learned hey people actually want good information packaged in a specific way and as I said on my webinars and my videos and many times on my trainings information structured differently can make you rich and I'll even go as far to say content structured differently can make you rich and it all has to do with the packaging case in point years ago there was a book created by scientist about how to lose weight it had a title something like how to lose weight proven by science and then there was another book by two people who just lost weight eating erratically so they could fit into their swimsuits that book was called Skinny all right I'll leave you to guess the rest and that book outsold The One created by the scientist like a thousand to one why because the packaging was different and more attractive to the visitors and back when I was first trying to learn marketing this was the first ebook I paid $67 for it was an ebook talking about how to rank on the search engines and make money the author was Michael Campbell no relation and I use this book as kind of like my Bible to get search engine right rings and start my business it was actually a very very valuable book and since reading this and learning how to rank on the search engines and get traffic and everything like that I've gone on to sell many different ebooks some of them teaching magic tricks some of them teaching recipes prime rib recipes workout tips how to make money how to build a Blog and pretty much anything that people were searching for that I could create the info for in an easy way and today we're going to show you how to create that info with chat GPT but not only that I'm going to show you how to turn these ebooks into gigantic profit by simply adding one simple element the information is going to be the same but the way that we structure it and sell it is going to be completely different because let's face it if my ebook sells for $500 and yours only sells for five I am making 100 times the money doing pretty much the same amount of work to get the sale and there's one secret word that makes this entire thing work and that secret word is software but don't let that scare you away we're not going to do any coding or fancy crazy stuff in fact we're going to let Ai and other tools create this for us so let's hop in the computer I'll show you how this whole thing works so that you can sell ebooks that can make you as much as $500 or more per sale and not only that I'll show you how to create an ebook as a lead magnet so that you could use it to sell affiliate offers it's actually super simple and before we get started comment below would you rather me give you an ebook or software and if you type software you're in for a treat come on let's get started all right now this stuff is going to get a little technical but remember this is real info for people who want to make real money online this isn't for people messing around this is for those that are in it to win it if you find this a little too technical don't worry I'm going to compile some notes and put together some things including the product that we're creating here online live today over at download byn notes. com so you can follow along and see exactly how this whole thing works and actually get a trial product for free to see the whole thing in action now what we're going to do first is we're going to go out there and find a solid niche market where people are buying expensive stuff the first place we're going to do that is using a tool like ah refs or a free keyword tool or even something like sem rush or the Hoth or whatever it is we're going to go to a site like amazon. com and we're going to isolate the keywords to something like howto we want to find the different howto info that people want and stuff that ties to expensive markets obviously something like how to tie a tie it's going to be difficult to get an ebook to sell for like $7 in that market because that's an obvious free version type thing again how to get rid of fruit flies not a biggie now when we get down to how to lose weight fast this is something that we can get into the 27 maybe 100 maybe even $200 range If the product is packaged properly which doesn't take that much more work I'm going to show you that in just a minute we can also see something like how to make money online how to lose belly fat how to lose weight how to delete apps so there's all different kinds of things here now we can go through and take something at surface level like how to build a blog or make money or lose weight or we could go through and actually isolate the word for dummies or dummies this is going to show us the different books for dummies that are created and usually these ones will tie to a more expensive Market again information packaged differently can make you rich we're going to look at something like maybe LLC meaning for dummies this would be something where someone wants to start an LLC they're going to spend thousands of dollars starting a business it's not going to be difficult to make an ebook and charge 300 or even charge a little bit for our ebook and then maybe get them into affiliate offers that pay us several hundreds of dollars starting a business for dummies again very good Niche tied to a lot of money then we have 1031 exchange which relates to taxes Investing For iies which is a very expensive Market Spanish for people that want to learn a language this could be a really good one stocks Medicare setting up trust and on and on we go we even have Drp Shipping for dummies then we have real estate for dummies which again is a really good Market that has lots of different things that we can make streaming for dummies and streaming for businesses which is really cool this is stuff that can tie to things that not only pay us a lot of money when we sell the ebook but also have affiliate offers that can make us a lot of money as well so what we're going to do here is we're going to take a look at this in a very specific way once we find the one that we like maybe you're into Drp Shipping or real estate or whatever it is pick one that you don't mind researching when we're done we're going to go over to chat GPT and we're going to create an outline for our book now I know you see this on other trainings we're going to take it a step further but first we need the outline so let's say for sake of this example we want to create an outline for a detailed ebook on how to write and sell ebooks to make money online this is going to give us a little outline that we can start with and start getting a overview of what our book is going to look like then once we take it from book level to like Beast level you're going to see exactly how this is going to work in a real world way so what we're going to do is we are first going to to get the outline once we're done with the outline we will have a book that looks something like this right here which weighs in at about 10,000 Words which is good for an info ebook again we're going to beef this thing up using our software method but this is a good start and I got to tell you this was actually created by one of my outsourcers all I did is say create me an ebook about how to sell ebooks online she came up with this in just a couple of hours so if she can do it and she's not some ebook Pro then I think you can do this just as easily then once we have our outline here we could just go through and have it create each part so I could say now please make the intro it's going to go through and do the intro again I'm going to do that on part one part two all the way until I have a book like this very simple I can then use grammarly to make sure nothing's plagiarized I can even ask questions as it goes along maybe throughout the book I'll say well how do we publish them like how do you upload it to a site what if I want to sell it on a Blog how do I get traffic to it all those different things we can ask as we're going through that's why it's important to have something that you're somewhat interested in like I don't want to do something like on ballet or something like that where I'm not super interested and I don't know anything about ballet although The Nutcracker shows pretty cool but it's not a topic that I would study till my heart's content we want something that actually interests us that we could ask intelligent questions about and get a really good output in the form of our book so we'll go through and we'll do that maybe we could say you know oh great now add some places I can sell my ebook and this will go through and talk about different places and Merchant accounts and you're going to go down the rabbit hole learning every step of the way it's actually super easy then once we're done and we've created a book book just like this one here you're going to go through and find the spots where we can add even more info on top of this so once we're done here I can go through and say something like now if I was going to create a dashboard tool for people who want to create their own ebook and make money what are 12 icons listed in order they might want to see this is super important what this is going to do is it's going to give us the lay of the land of what our outline is going to look like what is it going to look like when we turn the book on its side and actually turn it into an info product and we could see here it's actually doing a good job telling us the exact same icons and what they're about this is super cool now I can go through and say now please create a logo for my ebook money course and now I have a pretty cool logo I can copy what we're going to do next is a little techy so pay close attention we are going to use what is known as an HTML editor you can find these free online you can use coffee cup or my preference is the old front page 2003 because it's just so easy to use you can find it online or find a substitute very easy what we're going to do is download our image right like this then we're going to drag it into our HTML editor right like this we're going to size it up a little bit so it's not so gigantic Center it and then we're going to go here and we're going to insert a table right like this and since we ask for 12 icons we're just going to go right like this alignment center pixels 1 900 get rid of all this here border size we could do something like that then we're going to do three rows by four columns that's going to create a little grid right like this then all we need to do is either go to an icon place where I can buy icons something like icon Scout or if you want to do it the free easy way after all since chat GPT did all the work say now please make icon number one and we could see it goes to work doing icon number one so if I wanted to use this one here again I'm just going to go ahead and drag and drop that right onto my HTML editor right like this and then right below the icon I would put something like start with an idea right like this super simple and just for sake of time I'm going to take some of these icons from this other program I'm working on these are actual icons I purchased the rights to and I'm just going to drag them in here right like this aligned with whatever chat GPT gave me so we have an idea the next one was a writing pen a magnifying glass we just simply find them right like this here's a writing pen a magnifying glass right like this send something representing an outline and again all I'm going to do is put start writing research and niches creating your outline and on and on we go then all I need to do is kind of Tidy these up a bit and I'm going to link them to different portions of my website that have that content on it now if you don't have a website you can do this locally the ebook compiler will compile all this together however my best results have come from actually having the front page on the program and everything else online let me show you exactly what I mean if I was to take and install the affiliate marketing dude toolbar you're going to see exactly how this works it's actually extremely simple this creates the desktop version it'll actually put an icon on the desktop here and it's also going to put it into our program files right like this so we could see here affiliate marketing dude tools is recently added so this one here we can see that looks just like this but you can see that it's nothing more than loading the main page affiliatemarketing dude.

com toolbar and if you were to put this into your url box right like this you're going to see it looks like this however because we're positioning it as software it makes it completely different and you can actually hide these folders from public View using passcodes and all different kinds of stuff like that we've actually used this exact same strategy to make millions of dollars online using the desktop type version that looks like this it's very simple we create little icons it goes deeper into the program and the product and everyone's pretty happy this is something we've been selling for years and you can actually include different things that will help people like over here we have money getting tools which actually has tools that creates different things that these people might want like backlink finder web design tools keyword tools and on and on we go we even have tools that make little buttons for PayPal opin boxes and all kinds of stuff like that which is adding value to the marketplace now can someone go and find an opt-in box Creator free online yes but can they find everything in one place with instructions and tutorials listed in a way that's going to help them make money yeah probably not so we're actually compiling these all together now simple sit's big profits over the years has gotten pretty robust and there's a lot to it which is why it's made me millions of dollars but you could do this in a smaller way charge less money or maybe even more depending on what Market you're in and just go down the list of what people would need and the idea is very simple we're going to have this as our main thing so let's say we were going to use something like ebook dashboard. com which is a pretty simple domain and I can get it for one penny over here at GoDaddy what I'm going to do is I'm going to go ahead and use this domain I'm going to set it up with hosting over at gohub site. com that way I have a place to host my files now it's very important that you pay attention to the domain you use because that is where all of the images and folders and files and everything needs to be for this to work and it's actually very simple what we're going to do is take each icon like this we're going to click on contrl K that is going to pull up the URL we're going to type in HTT PS colon SL slash put our domain name then very important we're going to put a folder we can call this Das 668 that way it's going to go to this specific file now it's important here that these are going to open in the same window all I have to do is do this on every other one so Dash and then we're going to call this idea.

HTM okay start writing contrl K instead of idea we're going to put write. HTM then research. HTM then we go through all the different files right like this this is going to make your book link to Dynamic pages that are on your website that way later if you want to change things add affiliate offers update content boom it's super easy then we would just do this with all the different icons that we want to add based on what chat GPT told us it's very very simple so I would go the next row is going to be editing designing format market analysis then I'll do the next one pricing sales all that other stuff and we're going to have a robust type tool here this is going to be amazing then we're going to go through and we're going to create a tool for each individual one so we could say idea light bulb please come up with a checklist for choosing the right ebook topic we could do something like this then I could say now please give us 500 different examples for ebook topics something like that that's very very simple we can include these in our book in a simple way watch how easy this is I literally go over to my ebook file right like this and what I'm going to do is I'm going to take each chapter right like this then I'm going to go ahead and and save these files it's very important that you save these exact so make sure you pay close attention and do not save them over each other this one I'm going to call index.

htm index is always the file on a folder that's going to come up first regardless so if I type in ebook whatever. com elephant it's going to pull the index before it pulls anything else and if there's no index it'll have a directory more about this in just a minute so we're going to go like this and I'm going to create a new folder right over here and call this ebook dashboard or dash for short right like this save then very important that we save all of the embedded files in the same directory this is super super important right like this then what I'm going to do for each chapter I'm going to go through and I'm going to enter enter and I'm going to have table insert table on this one I'm going to do one column by one column I'm going to do 1,000 wide right like this boom make sure it's pixels not percentage there we go then I could put part one choosing a topic I'm going to fancy this up a little bit right like this then paste the content of the book right like this and it's really cool because as we go through we're going to find places where we can add affiliate offers upsells and all kinds of different things not to mention the fact that this is actually really good content structured in a really cool way then of course I could go through and say now go to part two now time for part two put your icon in right like this and this hyperlink will automatically take take them to part two of your ebook it's super simple and of course if I wanted to have affiliate links in here I could say Pro tip get web hosting and I can actually Center this make it big and bold and what we want to do is link to our website so ebook dashboard. com I'm going to call this one hosting and I can actually put up a file L that has my affiliate link to hosting where I get paid anywhere from 50 bucks to $300 when they sign up for hosting very very simple and the key is going through and and really working on these topics and getting the cool stuff I can even go through and have the checklist that I just had it made in chat GPT right here like this I can either have this embedded in the file or I can have them download it as a txt file very very simple all I would need to do if I wanted to use a txt or a PDF file is create a new PDF paste the info from chat GPT right like this for our checklist and once they're like oh hey I get something to download they're going to be super happy about this stuff again I'm going to go through and put my logo up top right here shrink it down right like this make it look nice then when I'm done file save as and then it's very important that I save it exactly how it's going to show up on the site let's call it Niche checklist then we're going to save it as a PDF very simple right like this now all we need to do is upload this in the exact folder and say something like click here to download your PDF checklist right like this very very simple okay bold contrl K again put this in again we're going to put ebook dashboard.

com d668 then I'm going to put Niche checklist. PDF right like this now this one since it's a PDF I'm going to open it in a new window that way they don't leave the page when it downloads super simple all other files if I want them to see it in the dashboard I'm going to keep them opening in this same window but if I want them to download it's going to go new window got it cool then once we're done with this page we are going to title it whatever the corresponding icon links to so this would be file save as idea. HTM right like this and you're going to see all your files start to link up right here and you could see here it's in our folder right like this now if you want to to get fancy you can actually mimic the folder exactly how it's going to be online by creating a new folder right like this and I just call this Main and then I could go through and say well under main maybe we want a folder for- 668 so we'll call this rename Dash 688 or whatever it is that's a match exactly we're going to put all these files in the dash one that way we know exactly where they're going to go and it's actually pretty cool because as you go through you could see what it's going to look like here's our idea page with our our download here is our index page and everything's going to link together very nicely in a really cool way we can even include videos as you saw on mine and again if you don't want to make videos don't worry we are actually doing that here in house and you can see this is one we're working on for how to create AI videos it's actually really cool it's all AI voices AI music and all kinds of stuff teaching you how to make videos which is really cool so as you can see this could be done without using your face your voice or anything like that and then our job is very simple all we need to do is do a really really good detailed job of giving people things that they would want that go along with the ebook if you're doing weight loss we could include BMI calculators charts different stuff like that and since this is going to be hosted on a website we can have all kinds of scripts and tools just like mine on The Simple Sites tool right here where they could go through and they can click on tools and these tools work in a really really simple way they were to click on something like delayed content release they put their content here it makes a little delay file for them and these kind of things you can make in chat GPT in a very simple way now again this is going to take work it might take you a couple weeks or a month to make this thing as big as you want it to be but at the end of of the day you're going to have something you can sell and potentially turn into a six seven sometimes even an eight figure business but again remember the results are not typical implied or guaranteed the average person trying to make money online isn't willing to put in the work they don't make anything they struggle and even if they do put the work in there's risks and rewards this is a business but we can actually go to chat GPT right like this and ask it for the various things people might want if I was going to go out there and do something for like how to promote your music even if I didn't know this Market I can say what are 12 icons I could use on a dashboard for people wanting to promote their music or band online this is going to go through and it's going to make the outlines and then I could say now make a template now make a flyer for a concert or a ticket or whatever it is and you can make things in a very simple way where it'll say hey upload here upload this go get this software and it'll walk them through the entire process something like that is going to be worth way more money than just a simple book and as you guys see it doesn't take that much more work than creating a really good ebook all we have to do is position this in a very simple way heck you can even hire someone to do this and take the load off of what you're doing however it's not that difficult once you get started again you're going to use your HTML tools like this put everything together you can make your videos or whatever it is and you can even start selling it as the book itself so if I go out there and I sell my book on how to make money with ebooks or my book on how to promote your band I can sell that for 20 bucks get a bunch of sales then when I come out with the Big Kahuna I have a built-in audience to sell it to it's actually very very very simple then when we go through I could say what are some templates or files these people might like it's actually going to go through and tell me the templates in the files and then once it tells me I say now create them I could go through and put those on a file in a very very easy way and I can make them in word just like I did here with this checklist I put my logo on it and as long as I save it as PDF or whatever even if it's an mp4 I just link to the MP4 it's going to do this in a simple way that's going to blow your mind and as you can see it's going to work here's a set list template merchandise I didn't even think of that music storyboard email newsletter this guy is literally limit then I can say now make a sample seven emails for number four boom it's it's going to go through and make the sample I can include that in my course which is now a full-on robust course that they can use that I literally made with chat GPT in a couple of weeks a time and now I can make a ton of money with either by selling it for 300 bucks or doing affiliate offers for hosting and different things like that that can make me lots and lots of money and you could see it's doing the work right like this in a super simple way then all I need to do is go over to my web hosting right like this scroll down to file manager right over here there it is then we're going to choose the website we want to upload these two in my case it is going to be ebook dashboard.

com we create a folder called Dash 668 matching the folder we saved all our files in and we click create new folder then we're just going to go into the folder click upload and we could drag and drop all the files right like this super super easy and if everything works correctly you should be able to go to ebook dashboard. com sl- 668 and see your file and if everything's working you should be able to click them and it goes to the pages which is really really cool and as long as there's a page or file where you're linking you're in the money and now it's time for the magic what's going to make this thing really sing and that is turning your ebook into software you guys see here and in the affiliate marketing dude Simple Sites Big profits course we actually make this software which actually loads to your desktop right over here you can open up the software super simple super easy and when you brand something as software it automatically 10x is the price versus an ebook or an audio or a PDF or whatever it is it's very simple and so what we're going to do is we're going to go through and use these files in a way that compiles them into software now the first tool we're going to use is about 150 bucks it's called HTML executable and again if you don't want to do this you could put these behind a password and then you don't have to do the software you'll still be able to upcharge for it it's just not going to be as pretty and as easy to sell as the word software for some reason people hear software and they think big money which is pretty cool but if you wanted to go through and use HTML executable what we're going to do is start a new project and this is going to go through and it's going to ask us about our folder so we're going to go through and we would just go into Source folder we're going to choose that folder that we created right like this then we hit next and it's going to have our file here again we're going to choose index for our main page page and hit next and we're going to do browser with classic toolbar enable PDF viewer go like this you can put your title here and then once you're done it's going to show you exactly what this is going to look like it's actually pretty cool you could set your sized Windows like I did here where I made it the size of a toolbar or you could make it full size or whatever you want very very simple then you can choose what you want it to look like right like this like this let's say we want it like this and then we could go through and compile it then once we're done we would just go over to application output and we can hit compile publication put in our company name affiliate marketing dude right like this and it'll compile it and it should open the program just by clicking run publication and as you can see it's going to make the file right like this and what's happening is the the main file is here on the computer then once they click here they're now actually on my website but they can't really see that because it's hidden behind the code which is cool that means I can automatically update this and add to it and all kinds of cool things now very simple very easy you can play around with the toggles the way it looks and everything like that this is something that works extremely well especially in light of some of the affiliate marketing changes that are happening soon which I'll talk about in some of my other videos now once we're done with this we will have the file we can actually go here and click on open output folder and you could see what the file looks like right now it looks like it is called index. exe right right like this I believe it is an exe let's just hit properties right like this and yeah so application so we would just rename this uh let's rename it ebook course.

exe okay then what I'm going to do is I'm going to use this other program called smart install maker to make this install on their computer as an actual software I would just go through and name it and everything like that and then I'll choose my files so I just go through and say and I could simply add where the file folder is they will line up here and whatever files I want included in this install it's very simple then once I'm done I could take my install file upload that to my server right like this only takes a couple of seconds and now this thing is on my server I could actually give it to people to download in a super simple way creating software is something that will take an ebook to the next level because now you have a lot more money to make on the front end and the back end and you can now Market it however you want and there's other places that we've talked about where you can Market this on social media showing how it works and what you're going to want to do do is Market this naturally the way that it's set up so you would go through and make a video on emails for banss to promote their music gig or whatever it is or emails for people to get a job here's some follow-up emails or emails to create your resume or emails about losing weight or whatever it is and you can do this in a very simple way where everything you build is going to be part of your marketing message and one of the things that you'll learn here on the affiliate marketing dude Channel is I don't hold anything back I literally teach you everything I know because I know that that is going to lead you to want my course and you're also going to want to work with me in the future because you know that I know my stuff and all I'm doing is taking everything that I have in my big course everything that I teach and everything I know and chunking it up into things people search for so if I was to go out there and say maybe I want to do something for how to promote your band or Real Estate For Dummies let's say I want to do one on how to promote your music on Tik Tok or Spotify or YouTube or independently we could do a video on each and every one of those and what you're going to see is that these get views like crazy very very cool we can also do something like how to promote your band right like this again lots of people searching for it very simple we can promote this on Tik Tok Pinterest Instagram YouTube we can do blog posts we can do medium we can do press releases all kinds of crazy stuff and as long as we stay within a tight Niche group that's willing to spend money this is something that's going to go crazy even if you're do Medicare you could talk about Medicare versus this or Medicare versus that or how to save money or whatever it is streaming on and on we go this is something where if you pick the right Niche with a lot of traffic you can make this work like crazy now I know there's a lot of details that were left out about the actual how to do the files and stuff like that if you want to learn more about those I do teach them in my Simple Sites course over at simples sites bonus.
