However, as we had received this first unit on loan, we had to return the television back, but as you were very supportive of our first video and at the same time as we here on the channel really liked the TV, we decided buy our own C755 because that way we could make the videos more calmly and we could bring you comparisons here alongside other competing MINI-LED TVs and that's what we did, we bought our own unit. But now comes the big detail because when the second unit arrived here for us to test, we still had the first unit that we had received on loan and out of curiosity we decided to put the two televisions connected next to each other and When I did this I was quite surprised because in several tested scenes the image quality was very different and most of the time I was much preferring the image quality of the first unit we tested.
And I say this because as you can see from these images, the TV on the left, which was our first borrowed unit, was delivering an image with much more vibrant colors and also an image with better contrast compared to the television on the right, which was the second unit. that we bought. And it is worth mentioning that in these images the two TVs had the same image modes and the two televisions had the same version of the system, but now comes the big question whether the two TVs had the same image modes and the two televisions were With exactly the same version of the system, why was the image quality so different depending on the scene we tested?
In the last video I had told you that my suspicion was that this second unit that we purchased had some kind of defect because in addition to the image quality being inferior compared to the first unit that we received on loan, this second unit I was also having some problems with some image settings. For example, two settings weren't working, I was even able to change them, but the changes I made didn't impact the image quality and one of these settings was the color temperature setting and the image we 're going to show you now makes this okay. In this image that you are seeing now, I want you to pay attention to the television on the left because I am changing the color temperature decreasing and increasing, notice that we can easily see that the colors in the image are changing a lot as I move in the color temperature of the TV on the left. And because of these problems with our second version, we decided to return the television back to the store where we had bought it and preferred to buy a new version, which is also the television that is here behind me.

And for those who don't know redit, it's like a website where people talk to each other and on that website I found someone complaining that the color temperature control wasn't working, but it wasn't with the C755 back here, but with the C645, which It's also a TCL television but in a lower category from last year. Within that same conversation, a second person appeared reporting exactly the same problem, but this person was saying that his problem was with the C755, which is the unit we are commenting on here in this video for you.
