great example one of my clients is a real estate expert when we first started working together he was drowning in a sea of generic content creating nonstop videos but not generating an income from his Channel at all and so he flipped the the script instead of creating another 10 generic real estate tips video he started making videos that were based on his unique experience in real estate and he dominated a small Niche with videos like the weird strategy I use to get to 50 fsbo listings a year and while his views went down his Revenue

might not seem like it so I need to just explain what I mean because while everyone else is playing copy and paste you've got something they can never duplicate you your journey your Battle Scars your breakthroughs your unique way of solving problems that only comes from being in the trenance and actually having experience so think about it when when you're searching for answers what lights you up more generic Guru number 647 regurgitating the same old 10 tips for success or someone who says I've been exactly where you are and here's what you actually need to
know and what actually worked here's what blew up in my face and here's the exact system that I built to solve it what they're craving they're craving someone they can trust that is the greatest currency authenticity and Trust are the greatest currency in today's day and age someone who has traveled their Journey someone who can offer a proven Solutions so never forget this one simple fact no one can copy you you are 100% an original it is only you who can share your authentic youer than you experience and knowledge you got to be real don't

three-step formula for shedding postmenopausal weight those are all totally understandable and perfect free content topics creating free video content like that will show off your expertise and demonstrate your Mastery of the subject and it's also going to build a lot of trust but if the content is created correctly your audience will soon realize their problem is a lot bigger than just that one thing so free content ultimately is really about solving those specific problems showing your expertise in action and then building trust through that real value that you're sharing which ultimately is helping people get
quick wins and feel that sense of trust and reciprocity with you so your paid program delivers the complete road map personal support and guidance and a proven system for transformation it is the fastest path to their ultimate end goal so how do you do this well to start with your free content needs to solve specific urgent problems your ideal clients are facing right now you want to make these videos so incredibly good that your audience won't believe it's free but each piece of content should naturally lead to a bigger question question so once their immediate
problem is solved they'll start to wonder okay well this is good this is great but how do I put all these pieces together so that's where you introduce your paid offer your paid program as the natural Next Step so remember that fertility doctor his YouTube content answers hyper hyper specific questions that his ideal clients are ultimately searching for however in each video he gently reminds them of the bigger picture that getting pregnant over 35 needs to be tackled in a istic way not just a single Quick Fix so his free content proves he can help
his paid program delivers the full transformation make sense so this is how you turn free content into a real business not by withholding value or holding back anything or gatekeeping but by strategically showing people exactly how much more is actually possible and this brings us to a crucial factor of something you need to stop doing on YouTube so so you don't need to ask people to like And subscribe this is probably the number one biggest mistake that I see experts make on YouTube they create this amazing content they build trust they establish Authority and then
they leave their viewers hanging bottom line every single video you create needs to be more than just valuable content it needs to be a stepping stone toward a complete solution and transformation so that means you always need to include a crystal clear call to action in your content so the following scenario happens way too often and it's painful so an ideal client watches you solve their specific problem they say to themselves wow this person really knows their stuff I wonder how I can learn more and then you end the video with the cursery thanks for
watching don't forget to like And subscribe this is a major major major missed opportunity your cult action strategy is the key to Turning every video into a client attraction machine but not all call to actions are suitable for everyone so different viewers are at different stages of their Journey so your call to action must be adjusted accordingly that's why I created what I called the YouTube scaling funnel it kind of helps you understand which CTA which call to action is applicable to which audience so let's say for a colder audience who really doesn't know you
they're newer to you newer to this idea these individuals are just discovering that they have a problem so you want to offer something simple like free guide or a checklist they're really not ready to buy and they're really just in a phase of learning so give them something to learn more and then for a warmer audience who's a little more familiar people who know they need help give them something metor so that could be a free training or a webinar that showcases your complete methodology and then for your hot audience those who are in serious
pain looking for a solution right now give them a direct path to working with you so that can be something like booking a complimentary consultation call so exactly how this lays out and how it works in practice with would look like this let's say you're that fertility doctor we talked about earlier your video about increasing amh levels is doing incredibly well so here's how you layer in your CTA so early in the video for that colder audience who doesn't quite know they need help yet you would say something like this if you want my complete
guide to natural fertility boosters after 35 grab it in the description below and then for that warmer audience you would adjust things and You' say something like I put together a free master class that shows you my complete protocol for natural conception after 35 the link is in the description if you want to dive deeper and let's just say for your most ideal audience your hottest audience who's ready for a solution now you can say something like if you're serious about getting pregnant in the next 6 months and you want to work with me directly
click the link below to book a free consultation call and you don't just drop these ctas randomly you time them incredibly strategically so depending on the level of the audience of the video you would want to make sure that your first call to action goes right after what we call the hot intro so that is hook outcome testimonial right into call to action second call to action after your first Big Value bomb finals call to action when they're fully convinced of your expertise at the end of the video and the key is making each call
to action feel like a natural next step and an organic integration not an interruption the big mistake most people make is they create one call to action and stick it at the end of their video but by then most of your viewers aren't watching that's why we really need to study retention and usually it's roughly like 40% is a good retention rate meaning a lot of your audience is not watching at the end of the video so if we save it till the end there will be no action taken on the video and no leads
generated so here are some things to remember when you plant your call to actions your highest engagement is in your first 2 to 3 minutes this is where your first call to action should be placed videos with the call Action in the first 30% of the video convert 300% better than those with just an end screen call to action and multiple ctas throughout the video double your conversion rate but this is true only if each CTA feels like it's adding value so I want to show you what a winning versus a losing formula for call

next step what do we invite them to how do we create offers that our ideal clients can't resist and our ideal viewers can't resist well the first step is to identify the transformation your clients desperately want so one of my clients is a trumpa teacher as I mentioned but his clients aren't just paying to play music again they were paying to reclaim a part of their identity that they' lost so remember people never pay for information they pay for a transformation so one of my clients sells a $4,000 program teaching calligraphy sounds wild right until
you realize she's not just selling pretty handwriting she's selling ultimately creative fulfillment and consistency to calligraphers who want to make this their full-time gig so she's made just under a million dollars because she understands the real transformation her clients actually want the second step is to create a high value offer that delivers that transformation through a stepbystep process and program ultimately your offer needs three key elements one a clear path from their current pain to their desired outcome two a proven system that gets results and three support and accountability to to ensure they actually succeed
so here is where it gets even better when you focus on a specific audience with a specific problem your business model becomes lean and scalable you're not trying to create different programs for different people and you're not definitely not scattered across multiple different offerings you have one solid solution that works for the right people and this is exactly how small YouTube channels can out earn and outperform huge ones and when you know exactly who you're serving you then can create content that speaks directly to their soul so your videos might be getting fewer views but
they'll convert like crazy because you're addressing the exact pain your ideal clients are experiencing so the third step here is to really validate your offer before you buil it so you want to talk to your ideal viewers talk to your ideal clients understand their struggles test Your solution with a small group first and get real results and ultimately what that allows you to do is take these people who are watching your free content and actually be able to monetize YouTube in a way that you control so really it's about you know avoiding the biggest trap
on YouTube which is thinking AdSense is your ticket to freedom so what most YouTube creators never figure out is that AdSense isn't meant to be your primary income it's just an appetizer the real Feast comes from bu building actual revenue streams around your knowledge around what you're sharing on YouTube and around your expertise because YouTube is not a platform for collecting ad Revenue it's the most powerful sales engine ever created think about it at two or three cents per view you'd need millions of views just to make a decent living meanwhile I just told you
about someone who made $250,000 with 103 subscribers so let me show you what real YouTube monetization looks like it can be done through things like digital programs and products that solve specific issues High ticket coaching programs online courses that deliver transformation and Consulting businesses or packages so there are so many ways to do this there's also things like group programs that scale your impact so the beauty of these revenue streams is that they work from day one you don't need YouTube's permission you don't need to wait to get to a certain Benchmark to be monetized
you don't need a certain number of subscribers you don't even need content that goes viral you just need content that actually converts so this requires a huge shift in thinking both in terms of how we create our content and how we measure its success so I want to show you something that's going to flip everything you know about YouTube success on its head while most creators are obsessing over views subscribers and likes the real players are tracking an entirely different set of metrics so if you want to know the numbers that actually fill your bank
account they are number one retention rate this is your truth serum when someone watches your video from start to finish they're telling you something powerful you are speaking their language you are solving their problems you are worth their precious time so my most successful clients they don't chase views they don't chase those vanity metrics they chase those golden moments when their ideal client thinks finally someone I can trust and someone who gets it next this show me the money metric which is dollar per view so the dollar per view simply calculates your views and divides
it by the revenue generated so remember that real estate client that I mentioned while other creators celebrate getting a million views and earning $2,000 in AdSense he turned 2,000 views into $30,000 that's $15 per view versus 2 cents per view really crucial metric to measure and third and this one is so important is comment quality I'm not talking about hey great video or hey thanks for sharing I'm talking about comments that read like client applications so it be something along the lines of this is exactly what I have been struggling with or I had no
idea that this was possible for me or hey how can I work with you on this those are the comments that turn into conversions so finally we get into audience relevancy so are you reaching future clients or just casual browsers and YouTube will tell you exactly who's watching you know they'll tell you the demographic the age range their interests in terms of what else they're consuming and when you understand how to read that data it helps inform the way that you grow the channel but not only the channel how you grow your business so one
of my clients discovered 80% of his viewers were exactly who he's looking to serve his subscriber count tiny his Client List overflowing okay that's the math that is honestly magical about this and it takes the weight off of rushing to get bity metric sent me nothing and allows you to only focus on the things that are truly building an income and an impact for you and for the people you serve so here's the beautiful truth about this when you're tracking the right metrics you really do stop playing YouTube's game and you start playing your own
and when you play your own game you can always win so you want to think of these metrics as your business intelligence dashboard while everyone else is chasing vanity metrics you're tracking the numbers that actually predict Revenue these are the metrics that build businesses not just YouTube channels so when you implement everything that we've covered here your channel becomes what I call an authority engine so every video amplifies your knowledge and your expertise and each success story compounds your credibility so the algorithm starts recognizing you as the go-to expert in your space and something magical
unfolds your ideal clients start finding you but here's the real transformation you stop thinking like a content creator and you start operating like a trusted adviser your metrics shift from vanity numbers to business impact your content strategy evolves from chasing Trends to solving real problems and this is the moment when everything changes you'll literally feel a weight left off your shoulders when that first ideal client reaches out to you and says I have been binge watching your content for hours everything you say resonates how can I work with you that's not just of viewer becoming
