so this YouTube shorts Channel it gains 600,000 subscribers and 215 million views only uploading videos that can be created entirely with AI and what's even crazier about this though is that they've only uploaded like 11 videos in total meaning they got an average of 20 million views per video so today I'll show you how to copy their strategy and generate videos just like theirs so that you can also tap into this opportunity you know while it still works but Leo everyone knows you can't even make real money with shorts now the fact that so many
people believe that BS is the exact reason to get into shorts ASAP because in reality about 2 years ago YouTube released a new program that pay shorts creators around up to 60 cents per thousand views now counting with a fairly low RPM much lower than 60 CS this channel made at least $133,000 from posting just 11 videos made with AI which is literally like something anyone with the right knowledge could recreate all right so let's get into it so the first step to recreating results like this yourself is to pick a good Niche and in
this tutorial I'm going to be showing the animals fighting each other Niche since this channel went really viral with it and they're creating videos where two animals are being put up against each other and then the winner of that fight is put up in a new fight but they're not alone in doing this I used one of the newer AI tools in the YouTube space called NEX Lev and their feature that can analyze a channel to find similar competitors and it turns out that there are actually tons of channels printing views in this Niche which
is a great sign for us because you know it proves there's a large audience for this type of content now if you want to be able to check similar channels for yourself I put the link to the extension below and you can use the code how to aai to get I think it's like 25% off thank me later anyways once you have the extension installed you'll be able to click on this button that says similar channels and you'll get a list of channels that are posting videos in the same Niche so if you want more
inspiration watch some of the other compe edor videos and see what performed well for them but when creating the actual videos though the first thing you want to do is come up with a video idea now since we already have the concept of animals fighting each other I went over to their Channel and analyzed their most popular videos like what animals were included and how many fights were in each video I then took that information and asked chat GPT to generate five fights between these animals and to pick a winner from each fight to get
the same video structure as they have and to make sure that GPT understands what I want I also included an example of a fight between a lion and an elephant now you might want to also include that you don't want it to write a script for the video since we won't be using a voiceover then go ahead and hit generate and chat GPT will generate exactly what we're looking for and by the way if you want to use the same prompt I'm using I'll leave it in the description and now that the structure of the
video is ready we can proceed to creating the actual content that's going to be shown so if you take a look at the reference channels videos they have a close-up image of each animal followed by another one where they're fighting and it's clearly visible who's the winner so that means the obvious first step is to create a close-up image of each animal now there's tons of AI image generators that you can use for this but my personal favorite is Leonardo AI which I'll leave a link to in the description and the reason I like it
is that the results are usually really good if you know how to use it especially when you implement this trick that I found a while ago and also don't forget it's free to use first we need the actual prompts that we'll be using to generate the images now writing these manually one by one would literally take forever so instead you just want to head back over to chat GPT and ask it to generate a prompt by typing in this box something that looks like this basically we're asking it to generate a prompt that we can
use in Leonardo to create close-up images of each animal so we're telling it to generate one text prompt for each animal that we can use in Leonardo to create these close-up images and the goal with the images is to make the animals look as scary as possible and in just a few seconds it'll give you this super in-depth prompt that's better than you'd ever be able to write yourself now to actually generate the images you want to head over to Leonardo Ai and sign up for a free account with your email and to make things
easier by the way the links to all the tools I'm using will be in the description below anyways Leonardo is going to give you 150 credits a day which should be enough so that you don't have to get a subscription so once you're on this page click on the big button in the middle that says image creation and here you can paste your prompt into this text box and Leonardo is going to turn it into an image however you first want to make sure that you have the right settings or else it may come out
you know like pretty weird now the channel I showed you in the beginning used visuals that looked very realistic so to get the same style I set the preset to cinematic Kino but you can also use lifelike vision and if you remember the intro of the video it started off with the two images of the animals that are fighting each other in a little text box that says versus so for both images to fit on the screen at the same time you need to set the image Dimensions to 1 one once you've got the settings
in place all you got to do is Click generate to turn the first prompt into the first pick so wait a couple of seconds and you'll have an image with the exact same style as in the reference video then you want to go back to chat GPT generate the second prompt and repeat this process until you've gone through all of them so here I've now generated all of them and as you can see they turned out really good but if I had to guess I'd say that these images are not what's going to make our
video actually go viral because we still need to create images of the animals being in a fight with each other again it's really hard to manually write a prompt that's going to give us a result like the one that we want but after many tries I actually managed to come up with something with another method that we can use in chat gbt that's going to generate prompts that in turn is going to give us the result that we want in Leonardo so basically we're asking chat GPT to create one image prompt for each fight that
we can then use in Leonardo and if we again take a look at the reference Channel they always use images where the animal who won the fight is on top of the other animal so to get that exact result you want to ask chat GPT to create a prompt where the winner of each fight is standing on top of the loser and to really make sure that it understands what I want I added an example where a lion is fighting an elephant because adding examples are generally really good as chat PT is going to understand
you're after you can make up the examples exactly as you wish and by the way if you want to get this prompt for yourself I'll leave it down in the description now hit generate and you'll get a detailed prompt for each fight to use in Leonardo however we're going to create these images in a different way than we did earlier I tried doing it the same way but Leonardo for some reason didn't understand the prompt and created these terrible images not even close to the result that we want so I experimented around with pretty much
any setting that I could find but the results well they just came out awful right but then I saw that Leonardo just added a brand new feature called Flow State so I went and did some research on it and it turns out that it allows the AI to be more creative so I decided to give it a try and the results were actually almost perfect now I honestly don't know why but with this feature Leonardo understood the prompt a lot better and the result turned out pretty much exactly how we wanted it to so to
access this feature just go to Leonardo's homepage and click on the button that says try Flow State and it works similar to how we did it before only that you now have a few more settings to choose from like lighting colors and type of camera but before you get into any of those though you need to set the image Dimensions to 916 to get the right format because if you remember these images need to cover the entire screen now there's really no right settings to use here you know but if you're like me and you
want a more realistic result I'd recommend you set vibe to Pro Photo the other settings are up to you but I switched it up between every single image to get some variation now all you got to do is paste in the first prompt from chat GPT and hit generate and as you can see the style is pretty much identical to the one in the video that got 90 million views now repeat this process on all the other prompts just like we did before okay so now that we have all the visuals ready both the closeup
and the fighting images we can move on to the next step editing them together I have to be honest with you it's some good visuals you've created Leo thanks Chad they call me the goat for a reason yeah sure Leo but I don't think it's fair of you telling your audience they'll get rich from this when they in reality will have spent months posting before making a single dollar back they don't have to Leo everyone knows YouTube has insane monetization requirements I mean that's true but there is a way to avoid the whole grind to
1,000 subscribers now there's a little secret that the guys who are doing this successfully have kept from the public and that's that they're all using the exact same strategy to get monetized from their first video because you can actually find accounts that have been pre monetized for YouTube on websites like this and this means that the previous owner has already grown into the required Milestones like 1,000 subscribers and you can just earn on it straight away like it's already YouTube Partner program approved so if you'd be in the market for something like this and you
want to start earning the fastest way possible I've linked the website in the description and you can also use use the code how to aai to get a little discount as long as the accounts are actually in stock because they actually run out really quick now every time I start a new channel I get an account from here so that I don't have to spend months posting without making any money back because otherwise if I'd go viral on the first video I'd miss out on all the thousands of dollars that specific video would bring me
so I just like being on the safe side anyways it's not like it's mandatory or anything it's just a recommendation if you want to speedrun things so make sure to let me know how it goes if you go and get one from over there okay now moving on so I know it could look like you know super complicated but it's actually extremely simple I'm going to do all of the editing and cap cut with a free plan so if you want to save some money I'd recommend you do the same if you haven't downloaded it
yet just click the link in the description and you're going to be able to download it for both Mac and windows and once you have it installed on your computer you're going to want to create a new project and import all the visuals start off by adding two close-up images of the animals in the first fight and if you don't remember which animals it is just go back to chat GPT and look at the fights it generated before in this case the first one was The Lion and the Elephant but there's a bit of a
problem because since we're going to post these videos on short form platforms it's super important that the video is in the right format 916 so to fix this click on this little button that says ratio and change it to the vertical format all you got to do now is to adjust the size of them so that each image is covering half of the screen and once it looks something like this you can add the images of those two animals fighting like this you don't have to do much more with this one for now but before
moving on to the other visuals you want to add a text box that says versus in the middle of the first two images just click on text in the top left corner and add a new text box to the timeline adjust the length of it so that it's only being shown during this part then write verses in the text box and place it in the center of the screen oh yeah and last thing I think that the standard font that capcut is using looks pretty cheap so I'm going to change it to a thicker and
more bold font like this one from here you're basically just going to repeat the exact same process with the other images so first two images of the animals individually followed by the full screen image of them fighting now to not make this video hours long I'm going to get back to you once I've done all of it all right all done and as you can see I've now added all the visuals exactly like in the viral video or replicating however we're not done just yet now right now the cuts between the images look pretty rough
so to make it more smooth we want to add some kind of transition so if you go ahead and click on this button in the top you'll access tons of pre-made transitions to choose from now you can choose pretty much whatever one you like for example I thought this one looked good so I'll just drag it down between the first two clips and add it throughout the entire video which is going to make it a lot more engaging to look at so go ahead and repeat this process of dragging the transition down between all the
clips you want to add it to now this is where most people think that they're done right but if you paid attention to the reference you know that their images were moving making the video feel more alive you know because this helps keep the viewer engaged to your video which increases your overall retention and watch time which are the two key video metrics to a viral video now I know that something like this can look kind of complicated but you can actually do this yourself without any prior animation experience by using cap Cuts pre-made effects
and to add one of these you just want to click on this effect button in the top right here you'll find hundreds of pre-made animations that you can use to add more life to your videos I looked around for a while and I came across this wobbling effect that makes it looks like the screen is floating around and when I tried it out at first it looked a little bit way too extreme so I adjusted the settings a bit and I ended up with something like this now a lot of you have been asking me
questions about how I edit my videos but it's almost impossible to give really detailed answers to all the comments because it'll take too long so for those of you who are interested in knowing more about the secret editing tricks I use you need to check out my community because in there we have free weekly live calls that you're going to be able to ask questions in courses and a bunch of other assets now right now we're at 27,000 Plus members who are making money every day with strategies like this one so if you want to
get a Kickstart on your journey and learn more from people who've already done it themselves click the link in the description and join us today because it costs nothing to join so you really have nothing to lose now before we're fully done with the editing the last thing you want to do is add some music now I see a lot of people overlook this step thinking that it's not going to make any difference but the reality is that the song you choose can be the difference between a th000 views or 10 million views now we
all know that manually looking for songs on YouTube is a real headache so the best way to do it in my opinion is through epidemic sound because they have the largest music library in the world with over 50,000 royaltyfree songs meaning you can use them without ever having to worry about getting a copyright strike it's also super easy to find where you're looking for since they've categorized the songs by theme mood and genres now for this video I want to go with some kind of beat with a lot of bass so to find a song
like this I'm just going to open up the beat category and choose whatever song I want to now once you found one go ahead and click on this button and it'll be downloaded to your computer now what I found after looking around for a bit was a standard beat that I've now added to the timeline and cap cut oh and by the way a small bonus trick that you can implement M that's going to make a huge difference is to match the cuts in the video with the beat of the song for example you know
every time the bass hits you make a cut to do this you want to adjust the length of the clips so that every time there's a cut it matches the beat it's such an underrated trick to do and I never hear anybody talk about it but pretty much all the top creators out there are doing it so yeah once you've adjusted the clips to the beat all that's left to do is to export the final video now just make sure you set it to 6 60 frames per second and [Music] 1080p and there you go
there you have it it's your first ever AI short created just by you and it's a bigger Milestone than you may think this is literally what ends up earning people tens of thousands of dollars online and so if you made it this far I can tell you want to make it big on YouTube with faceless content so from here you got two choices the first one being you use thep strategy I showed you in this video and give it a try yourself or if you feel like you want to scale this thing quickly and want
guidance from someone who's already done this journey successfully you're very welcome to apply for my one-on-one mentoring program because I recently opened up the applications for the full 90day program where I'll personally help you grow your channel and earn a full-time income from it now it's not for everyone but I'm sure there's some people out there that want to change their lives so I'm giving it a shot here now the spots have been completely full lately and the results that we're getting have been completely insane but we always open up a few more at random
times so apply today and you might actually be one of the next people that I work with so if you think you're ready to change your life with YouTube like I did click on the link in the bio and I'm going to help you blow up your Channel all right that's it for this video see you
