for a moment I want to encourage you to meditate on Psalm 27 today and I believe that this is a passage that invites us to place our confidence in God even in the face of challenges and to seek him with all our heart just as David found comfort and courage in his relationship with God we too can draw strength from our faith in the midst of life's trials and so Psalm 27 verse one the Lord is my light and my salvation Whom Shall I Fear the Lord is the stronghold of my life of whom shall

I be afraid David Begins by proclaiming his unwavering Trust in God he uses powerful metaphors light and salvation to convey that God illuminates his path and rescues him from danger David's confidence in God's protection leads him to ask a rhetorical question if God is on his side there is no one to fear this verse sets the tone for an entire Psalm emphasizing the strength of his faith in God's guidance and refuge verse two when the wicked Advance against me to devour me it is my enemies and my foes who will stumble and fall here David

acknowledges the existence of enemies and challenges that may come up against him however he firmly believes that God will cause his enemies to stumble and fail in their attempt to harm him this verse reflects David's assurance that God's power is greater than any threat he faces verse three though an army besieged me my heart will not fear though War break out against me even then I will be confident David's confidence in God's protection continues to shine through he uses strong imagery of an army besieging him and War breaking out emphasizing the sity of the challenges

he may encounter yet he remains unshaken in his faith declaring that his heart will not fear and he will maintain his confidence in God's Deliverance verse four one thing I asked from the Lord this only do I see seek that I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life to Gaze on the beauty of the Lord and to seek him in his Temple David expresses his deepest desire to be in the presence of God he longs to dwell in God's house not just for a moment but for all the

days of his life this reflects David's thirst for intimacy with God and and his eagerness to experience the beauty and wonder of God's presence verse 5 for in the day of trouble he will keep me safe in his dwelling he will hide me in the shelter of his sacred tent and set me high upon a rock David reaffirms his trust in God's protection and refuge he believes that in times of trouble God God will provide safety and shelter the image of being set high upon a rock symbolizes being placed above danger and adversity verse six

then my head will be exalted above the enemies who surround me at his sacred tent I will sacrifice with shouts of Joy I will sing and make music to the Lord David envisions a future where he will triumph over his enemies he anticipates offering sacrifices and praises to God with shouts of Joy celebrating God's faithfulness and deliverance verse 7 hear my voice when I call Lord be merciful to me and answer me in this verse David shifts to a heartfelt plea he calls upon God to hear his prayers and to respond with mercy and Grace

David recognizes his dependence on God's compassion and desires an intimate connection with him verse 8 my heart says of you seek his face your face Lord I will seek David's heart prompts him to seek God's face he responds to the call of his heart expressing his determination to seek God's presence with Zeal and devotion verse n do not hide your face from me do not turn your servant away in Anger you have been my helper do not reject me or forsake me God my savior David acknowledges his Reliance on God's help and pleads for God's

continued presence he asked God not to turn away from him recalling the history of God's guidance and salvation in his life verse 10 though my father and mother forsake me the Lord will receive me David acknowledges that even if his Earthly relationships falter he is confident that God will never abandon him this verse reflects David's deep conviction in God 's unwavering love and acceptance verse 11 teach me your way Lord lead me in a straight path because of my oppressors David desires to know God's ways and seeks his guidance he asks for direction and wisdom

to navigate his challenges knowing that God's guidance will lead him on the right path verse 12 do not turn me over to the desires of my foes for false witnesses rise up against me spouting malicious accusations David recognizes the threats posed by his enemies and false Witnesses who spread lies against him he pleads with God to protect him from their schemes verse 13 I remain confident of this I will see the goodness of the Lord Lord in the land of the living despite the challenges David holds on to his confidence in God's goodness he anticipates

witnessing God's blessing and Provisions in his current life not just in the distant future verse 14 wait for the Lord be strong and take heart and wait for the Lord David concludes the songm with a message of encouragement he encourages himself and others to wait patiently for the Lord's guidance strength and deliverance in times of uncertainty he advises taking heart and finding strength in the Lord's promises I would like to share with you Psalm 90 and the reason I think that this is a great Psalm to meditate on is because it reveals just how big

and Limitless and set apart God is our understanding as humans is too limited for us to even understand a God who has unfailing love but also has righteous judgment and so this Psalm touches on many different themes from the brevity of life and our need to live with wisdom and so Psalm 90:1 to17 the Bible reads Lord you have been our Dwelling Place in all generations before the mountains were brought forth wherever you had formed the earth and the world from Everlasting to Everlasting you are God you return man to dust and say return oh

children of man for a thousand years in your sight are but as yesterday when it is passed or as a watch in the night you sweep them away with a flood they are like a dream like grass that is renewed in the morning in the morning it flourishes and is renewed in the evening it fades and Withers for we are brought to an end by your anger by your wrath we are dismayed you may have set our iniquities before you our secret sins in the light of your presence for all our days pass away under

your wrath we bring our years to an end like a sigh the years of our life are 70 or even by reason of strength 80 yet their span is but toil and trouble they are soon gone and we fly away who considers the power of your anger and your wrath according to the fear of you so teach us to number our days that we may get a heart of wisdom return O Lord how long have pity on your servants satisfy us in the morning with your steadfast love that we may rejoice and be glad all

our days make us glad for as many days as you have Afflicted us and for as many years as we have seen evil let your work be shown to your servants and your glorious power to their children let the favor of the Lord Our God be upon us and establish the work of our hands upon us yes establish the work of our hands the Bible tells us that a thousand years to us is like a day to God this shows us that God operates on a different level to us his ways are higher than ours

and it's with this understanding that I want to encourage you to go to God teach us to number our days that we may gain a heart of wisdom when you appreciate time and have the understanding that each of our days is numbered that is when you develop wisdom in your your heart if you read Romans chap 13 from verse 9 to 11 the Bible tells you not to leave any debt outstanding not to commit adultery not to steal not to covet but instead to love your neighbor as you love yourself and it sums all of

this up in verse 11 as it says besides this you know the time that the hour has come for you to wake from sleep for salvation is nearer to us now than when we first believed listen there should be an urgency about time in our lives as Believers we only have so much time to get our lives together the second lesson that life has taught me from personal experience and also from watching others is that not every storm not every crisis not every challenge or problem is bad for you what I mean is that some

situations we encounter yes they'll be difficult they will be painful but in the long run that storm it will be for your good that crisis will work out for your good that challenge will make you stronger you see someone will get sick but recover in such a way that they can only acknowledge the of God the miracle working power of the blood of Jesus someone's plans will get disrupted only to find that that disruption LED them to a better destination someone's plans will get delayed but that's perhaps God's way of saying not yet I have

something better in store I have a better time in mind every Christ Isis in life is not bad for you sometimes God uses adversity God places you in tough situations only for you to grow for you to develop stronger faith for you to mature so the next time a problem presents itself the next time you face a crisis just stop for a moment and ask God what do you want me to learn from this what do you want to develop Within Me Now let us pray father your word in James 4:14 says whereas you do

not know what will happen tomorrow for what is your life it is even a vapor that appears for a little time and then vanishes away this is a sobering reminder of how short the life we live on this Earth really is and so Lord Jesus right now we run to you and we cling to you because salvation can only be found in you eternal life can only be found in you help us master so that we may live this life For Your Glory help us to live a life that is always seeking to obey your

will and your commands God I desire to Be an Effective Christian one who has a burning passion to witness about the amazing love of Jesus Christ father give us hearts that are sensitive to the voice of the Holy Spirit give us hearts that are sensitive to the voice of Jesus Christ so that whenever you speak we'll hear your voice and we'll know your voice help us to tune out every voice from this world and give us a spirit that is able to discern good from Evil and Lord as this world keeps drifting farther from you

every day I pray that I would draw closer and closer to you every day as your children father give us the wisdom and ability to discern and recognize when Satan is trying to deceive us and lead us away from you father help us so that we would not backslide in our faith or be to compromise with sin help us to be Faithful Servants up until the day you return Lord make our hearts receptive to you help us to recognize your hand in every Earthly matter your word in Ezekiel 36: 26 and 27 say I will

give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you I will take the Heart of Stone out of your flesh and give you a heart of Flesh flesh I will put my spirit within you and cause you to walk in my statutes and you will keep my judgments and do them God right now we receive your spirit we receive the Holy Spirit and according to your word you will put your spirit within me and you will cause me to walk in your statutes Holy Spirit Empower us to walk in holiness Holy Spirit Empower

us to walk with the eyes of Faith Empower us to walk in alignment with God's word help us holy spirit so that we can let go of every sin every Idol every addiction that weighs us down and instead we can walk our walk with Christ set my heart Ablaze for you and for your kingdom Lord don't allow me to be lukew warm stir my spirit up and awaken a hunger within me for you and you alone Lord I bless your holy name and I thank you for listening to this prayer it's in the matchless name

establish the work of our hands upon us yes establish the work of our hands how is it possible to have inner peace the type of Peace whereby you're not worried about what is happening around you the type of Peace whereby you're not even worried about what is happening to you if you've ever researched about persecution in the early church you'll hear stories about people who were so strong in faith that they were willing to give their lives rather than turn their backs on Jesus Christ and the amazing thing is that in their fin moments on

this Earth some of these people were filled with such peace such Joy they would be heard singing praises to God or even reciting the Bible now some of these Christians would be torn from their families torn from their loved ones and put in prisons surviving in harsh conditions but yet they would still continue to minister to pray to seek God and to be at peace and I often think how how does one get to such a stage where you are uncomfortable and in severe pain but you are still living with the joy of the Lord

as your strength well here's an interesting passage of scripture that I'd like to share it comes from Proverbs 3: 5-8 the word of the Lord says trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding and all your ways acknowledge Him and He Shall direct your paths do not be wise in your own eyes fear the lord and depart from Evil it will be Health to your flesh and strength to your bones allow me to share my interpretation of this verse we're being told to trust God with your whole heart

even when you don't understand what's going on even when you don't have a clue what God is doing we're being told that when you seek God's will in all you do he will show you which path to take and so dear listener I want to ask you where have you placed your trust are you relying on someone or something for your future to be secure where have you placed your trust today whatever the answer is for you personally I want to tell you to trust in the Lord and do it with all your heart life

may be painful right now your circumstances they may be painful but dear friends trust God the healing may not be instant the miracle may not be sudden but when you know that God is with you you will have an inner peace in the midst of chaos and I want to highlight something Proverbs 3:8 literally says that trusting in God will be Health to your flesh and strength to your bones trusting in the Lord will be the source of your courage and the reason for your boldness trust in the Lord with all your heart refuse to

allow yourself to think that you know better or that you can do better on your own Psalm 37: 1-5 says do not fret because of those who are evil or be envious of those who do wrong for like the grass they will soon wither like green plants they will soon die away trust in the Lord and do good dwell in the land land and enjoy safe pasture take Delight in the Lord and He will give you the desires of your heart commit your way to the Lord trust in him and he will do this so

dear friends as we get ready to approach God In Prayer let us go to him asking for greater trust in him let us go with a resolve that no matter what it looks like no matter what it sounds like no reports that we have read Will trump our trust in Christ we will position our hearts to trust what we read in the word of God more than what we read in a report more than what we read in actions or even what our body is telling us we will choose to trust in God and rely

on his word now let us pray dear heavenly father I'm praying for the one who's listening and believing in agreement with me today Father open their hearts to your will and to your ways open their hearts so that they might lean back and Fall Into Your Loving Hands Lord in this world I pray that if we are to fall may we learn to fall onto our knees in prayer seeking and believing you for the person who's listening I pray that you will trust God first before you place your trust in people places things science or

even remedy may your heart be inclined may it be willing to trust God first and trust that he will fulfill every one of his promises I pray and I encourage you to take all of your problems all of your worries take them to Jesus I pray that you won't struggle with whatever burdens you have but instead you should take them to the master may you be obedient to God's word which says in Matthew 11:28 come to me all you who are weary and burdened and I will give you rest dear listener I pray that you'll

go to the Lord Jesus and trust him to carry all of your burdens and to give you peace may he give you rest I pray that you will have a willing heart one that trust God fully at his word and that you may never try to Bear those burdens alone Holy Spirit help us help us to realize that our human tendency of thinking we can fix everything in an Earthly manner that tendency is wrong that way of thinking will let us down we can somehow think we have the solution to Life's unpredictable events to tribulations

or problems but we really don't God it's you who's really in control and therefore you have all the solutions God it's you Holy Spirit I pray that you remind us that God's word is here you are here so we don't have to struggle alone after all we are not our own we have a master the one who has made us in His image the one who wants to solve our problems he wants to solve our difficulties we have Jesus Christ The Living Son of God and you care for us you've asked us to cast our

burdens on you so that you can sustain us daily you will renew our strength even as in the face of adversity we don't have to bear our burdens alone because in Jesus Christ there are still waters there are Green Pastures in Jesus there is hope and there is peace I pray and cast down the spirit the idol of self-reliance I pray that that mindset will never ENT trap us for each person under my voice I pray that there their minds and hearts will break free from self-reliance and may they claim their rest in Jesus Christ

he's a God who loves us with an everlasting love a love that reaches out to us daily Matthew 6:25 says that is why I tell you not to worry about everyday life whether you have enough food and drink or even clothes to wear isn't life more more than food and your body more than clothing so I pray for every person listening today may you cast your cares on him and do it today take your problems to Jesus so that he can set you free so that he can free you from your yoke of bondage may

your name be blessed forever King Jesus may you be magnified Forever More in Jesus name amen your word in 2 Timothy 4: 16-18 says at my first defense no one stood with me but all forsook me May it not be charged against them but the Lord stood with me and strengthened me so that the message might be preached fully through me and that all the Gentiles might hear also I was delivered out of the mouth of the Lion and the Lord will deliver me from every evil work and preserve me for his Heavenly Kingdom to

him be glory forever and ever amen have you ever had one of those days where it's just a fight where everything is a fight your journey to work seems like it's a struggle you get to work and it's hostile that day you go home and something unexpected happen happens you get an unexpected letter or an unexpected bill then next thing you know there's an unexpected argument with your husband or wife I mean have you ever had a day where everything is a struggle everything is just a fight you try to read the word but that

becomes a fight you try to pray but that proves to be a fight too you put some worship music on but you find that you're still fighting so in this case what do you do well I believe that when it appears to be impossible when life is at its darkest this is when you should call out to the Lord David experienced days like this quite often he must have because all throughout the Psalms there is this theme of calling out to the Lord I mean think about it how many times do we read something along

the lines of in my distress I called upon the Lord to my God I cried for help or you might read something like here oh Lord when I cry aloud be gracious to me and answer me today dear listener I want to encourage you to call on the Lord the Bible says in Psalm 5: 1-12 listen to my words Lord consider my lament hear my cry for help my king and my God for to you I pray in the morning Lord you hear my voice in the morning I lay my requests before you and wait

a name that brings light in the midst of darkness and that name is Jesus Christ now let us go to God In Prayer dear God we call out to you master we call out to you Lord Jesus because our families need you God our children need you we need you Lord Jesus to touch Our Lives we need you to Quicken our spirits and bring Revival to our hearts and into our homes Lord we call out to you and ask that your presence surround us may your presence dwell in our homes may your peace fill our

hearts in these times of uncertainty Lord Jesus we call on you because there is none like you you are the Rock of Ages the Chief Cornerstone the great high priest the Holy One the Everlasting father and we call on you Lord because you've said in your word call to me and I will answer you and tell you great and unsearchable things you do not know we call on you King Jesus because your word says call on me in the day of trouble I will deliver you and you will honor me Lord I pray for every

person under the sound of my voice for the person who's crying out for healing today may you answer their cry Lord Jesus for the person that's crying out for love and comfort may they find wholeness in your presence we declare your word in Psalm 145 verses 18- 21 the Lord is near to all who call on him to all who call on him in truth he fulfills the desires of those who fear Him he also hears their cry and saves them the Lord preserves all who love him but all the wicked he will destroy my

mouth will speak the praise of the Lord and let All Flesh bless His holy name forever and ever your name is set high and above all other names Lord thank you for your amazing and Endless Love I pray praise your Holy Name today and God I acknowledge that you alone are God yours is the power and the glory and the honor thank you Father because you're faithful to equip me with all that I need your wisdom is unparalleled your power unmatched you are a God who provides us with all that we need actually you give

us more than we need need whether it's healing restoration protection or peace we look only to you Lord Jesus Lord you're faithful to empower you're faithful to help us stand strong and Victorious and not be defeated and because Jesus is Victorious over Satan Lord we know that we too can walk in Victory so I declare that through the grace of God we have the faith to stand against Satan's attacks and win we are not defeated by our troubles in jesus' name we are not oppressed by our afflictions in Jesus name as long as we hold

love but also has righteous judgment and so this Psalm touches on many different themes from the brevity of life and our need to live with wisdom and so psalm 90:1 to17 the Bible reads Lord you have been our Dwelling Place in all generations before the mountains were brought forth wherever you had formed the earth and the world from Everlasting to Everlasting you are God you return man to dust and say return oh children of man for a thousand years in your sight are but as yesterday when it is passed or as a watch in the

night you sweep them away with a flood they are like a dream like grass that is renewed in the morning in the morning it flourishes and is renewed in the evening it fades and Withers for we are brought to an end by your anger by your wrath we are dismayed you may have set our iniquities before you our secret sins in the light of your presence for all our days pass away under your PA we bring our years to an end like a sigh the years of our life are 70 or even by reason of

strength 80 yet their span is but toil and trouble they are soon gone and we fly away who considers the power of your anger and your wrath according to the fear of you so teach us to number our days that we may get a heart of wisdom return O Lord how long have pity on your servants satisfy us in the morning with your steadfast love that we may rejoice and be glad all our days make us glad for as many days as you have Afflicted us and for as many years as we have seen evil

let your work be shown to your servants and your glorious power to their children let the favor of the Lord Our God be upon us and establish the work of our hands upon us yes establish the work of our hands the Bible tells us that a thousand years to us is like a day to God this shows us that God operates on a different level to us his ways are higher than ours and it's with this understanding that I want to encourage you to go to God teach us to number our days that we may

gain a heart of wisdom when you appreciate time and have the understanding that each of our days is numbered that is when you develop wisdom in your heart if you read Romans chap 13 from verse 9 to 11 the Bible tells you not to leave any debt outstanding not to commit adultery not to steal not to covet but instead to love your neighbor as you love yourself and it sums all of this up in verse 11 as it says besides this you know the time that the hour has come for you to wake from sleep

for salvation is nearer to us now than when we first believed listen there should be an urgency about time in our lives as Believers we only have so much time to get our lives together the second lesson that life has taught me from personal exper experience and also from watching others is that not every storm not every crisis not every challenge or problem is bad for you what I mean is that some situations we encounter yes they'll be difficult they will be painful but in the long run that storm it will be for your good

that crisis will work out for your good that challenge will make you stronger you see someone will get sick but recover in such a way that they can only acknowledge the hand of God the miracle working power of the blood of Jesus someone's plans will get disrupted only to find that that disruption LED them to a better destination someone's plans will get delayed but that's perhaps God's way of saying not yet I have something better in store I have a better time in mind every crisis in life is not bad for you sometimes God uses

adversity God places you in tough situations only for you to grow for you to develop stronger faith for you to mature so the next time a problem presents itself the next time you face of Crisis just stop for a moment and ask God what do you want me to learn from this what do you want to develop Within Me Now let us pray father your word in James 4:14 says whereas you do not know what will happen tomorrow for what is your life it is even a vapor that appears for a little time and then

vanishes away this is a sobering reminder of how short the life we live on this Earth really is and so Lord Jesus right now we run to you and we cling to you because salvation can only be found in you eternal life can only be found in you help us master so that we may live this life For Your Glory help us to live a life that is always seeking to obey your will and your commands God I desire to Be an Effective Christian one who has a burning passion to witness about the amazing love

of Jesus Christ father give us hearts that are sensitive to the voice of the Holy Spirit give us hearts that are sensitive to the voice of Jesus Christ so that whenever you speak we'll hear your voice voice and will know your voice help us to tune out every voice from this world and give us a spirit that is able to discern good from Evil and Lord as this world keeps drifting farther from you every day I pray that I would draw closer and closer to you every day as your children father give us the wisdom

and ability to discern and recognize when Satan is trying to deceive us and lead us away from you father help us so that we would not backslide in our faith or begin to compromise with sin help us to be Faithful Servants up until the day you return Lord make our hearts receptive to you help us to recognize your hand in every Earthly matter your word in Ezekiel 36: 26 and 27 say I'm I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you I will take the Heart of Stone out of your

flesh and give you a heart of Flesh I will put my spirit within you and cause you to walk in my statutes and you will keep my judgments and do them God right now we receive your spirit we receive the Holy Spirit and according to your word you will put your spirit Within me and you will cause me to walk in your statutes Holy Spirit Empower us to walk in Holiness Holy Spirit Empower us to walk with the eyes of Faith Empower us to walk in alignment with God's word help us holy spirit so that

of Peace whereby you're not worried about what is happening around you the type of Peace whereby you're not even worried about what is happening to you if you've ever researched about persecution in the early church you'll hear stories about people who were so strong in faith that they were willing to give their lives rather than turn their backs on Jesus Christ and the amazing thing is that in their final moments on this Earth some of these people were filled with such peace such Joy they would be heard singing praises to God or even reciting the

Bible now some of these Christians would be torn from their families torn from their loved ones and put in prisons surviv living in harsh conditions but yet they would still continue to minister to pray to seek God and to be at peace and I often think how how does one get to such a stage where you are uncomfortable and in severe pain but you are still living with the joy of the Lord as your strength well here's an interesting passage of scripture that I'd like to share it comes from Proverbs 3: 5-8 the word of

the Lord says trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding and all your ways acknowledge Him and He Shall direct your paths do not be wise in your own eyes fear the lord and depart from Evil it will be Health to your flesh and strength to your bone allow me to share my interpretation of this verse we're being told to trust God with your whole heart even when you don't understand what's going on even when you don't have a clue what God is doing we're being told that when

you seek God's Will and all you do he will show you which path to take and so dear listener I want to ask you where have you placed your trust are you relying on someone or something for your future to be secure where have you placed your trust today whatever the answer is for you personally I want to tell you to trust in the Lord and do it with all your heart life may be painful right now your circumstances they may be painful but dear friends trust God the healing may not be instant the miracle

may not be sudden but when you know that God is with you you will have an inner peace in the midst of chaos and I want to highlight something Proverbs 3:8 literally says that trusting in God will be Health to your flesh and strength to your bones Trust trting in the Lord will be the source of your courage and the reason for your boldness trust in the Lord with all your heart refuse to allow yourself to think that you know better or that you can do better on your own Psalm 37: 1-5 says do not

fret because of those who are evil or be envious of those who do wrong for like the grass they will soon wither like green plants they will soon die away trust in the Lord and do good dwell in the land and enjoy safe pasture take Delight in the Lord and He will give you the desires of your heart commit your way to the Lord trust in him and he will do this so dear friends as we get ready to approach God In Prayer let us go to him asking for greater trust in him let us

go with a resolve that no matter what it looks like no matter what it sounds like no reports that we have read Will trump our trust in Christ we will position our hearts to trust what we read in the word of God more than what we read in a report more than what we read in actions or even what our body is is telling us we will choose to trust in God and rely on his word now let us pray dear heavenly father I'm praying for the one who's listening and believing in agreement with me

today Father open their hearts to your will and to your ways open their heart so that they might lean back and Fall Into Your Loving Hands Lord in this world I pray that if we are to fall may we learn to fall onto our knees in prayer seeking and believing you for the person who's listening I pray that you will trust God first before you place your trust in people places things science or even remedy may your heart be inclined may it be willing to trust God first and trust that he will fulfill every one

of his promises I pray and I encourage you to take all of your problems all of your worries take them to Jesus I pray that you won't struggle with whatever burdens you have but instead you should take them to the master may you be obedient to God's word which says in Matthew 11: 28 come to me all you who are weary and burdened and I will give you rest dear listener I pray that you'll go to the Lord Jesus and trust him to carry all of your burdens and to give you peace may he give

you rest I pray that you will have a willing heart one that trusts God fully at his word and that you may never try to Bear those burdens alone Holy Spirit help us help us to realize that our human tendency of thinking we can fix everything in an Earthly manner that tendency is wrong that way of thinking will let us down we can somehow think we have the solution to Life's unpredictable events to tribulations or problems but we really don't God it's you who's really in control and therefore you have all the solutions God it's

you Holy Spirit I pray that you remind us that God's word is here you are here so we don't have to struggle alone after all we are not our own we have a master the one who has made us in His image the one who wants to solve our problems he wants to solve our difficulties we have Jesus Christ The Living Son of God and you care for us you've asked us to cast our burdens on you so that you can sustain us daily you will renew our strength even in the face of adversity we

don't have to bear our burdens alone because in Jesus Christ there are still waters there are Green Pastures in Jesus there is hope and there is peace I pray and cast down the spirit the idol of self-reliance I pray that that mindset will never ENT trap us for each person under my voice I pray that their minds and hearts will break free from self-reliance and may they claim their rest in Jesus Christ he's a God who loves us with an everlasting love a love that reaches out to us daily Matthew 6:25 says that is why

I tell you not to worry about everyday life whether you have enough food and drink or even clothes to wear isn't life more than food and your body more than clothing so I pray for every person listening today may you cast your cares on him and do it today take your problems to Jesus so that he can set you free so that he can free you from your yoke of bondage may your name be blessed forever King Jesus may you be magnified Forever More in Jesus name amen your word in 2 Timothy 4: 16-18 says

at my first defense no one stood with me but all forsook me May it not be charged against them but the Lord stood with me and strengthened me so that the message might be preached fully through me and that all the Gentiles might hear also I was delivered out of the mouth of the lion and the Lord will deliver me from every evil work and preserve me for his Heavenly Kingdom to him be glory forever and ever amen have you ever had one of those days where it's just a fight where everything is a fight

your journey to work work seems like it's a struggle you get to work and it's hostile that day you go home and something unexpected happens you get an unexpected letter or an unexpected bill then next thing you know there's an unexpected argument with your husband or wife I mean have you ever had a day where everything is a struggle everything is just a fight you try to read the word but that becomes a fight you try to pray but that proves to be a fight too you put some worship music on but you find that

you're still fighting so in this case what do you do well I believe that when it appears to be impossible when life is at its darkest this is when you should call out to the Lord David experienced days like this quite often he must have because all throughout the Psalms there is this theme of calling out to the Lord I mean think about it how many times do we read something along the lines of in my distress I called upon the Lord to my God I cried for help or you might read something like hear

oh Lord when I cry aloud be gracious to me and answer me today dear listener I want to encourage you to call on the Lord the Bible says in Psalm 5 5: 1-12 listen to my words Lord consider my lament Hear My Cry for Help my king and my God for to you I pray in the morning Lord you hear my voice in the morning I lay my requests before you and wait expectantly for you are not a God who is pleased with wickedness with you evil people are not wel The Arrogant cannot stand in

your presence you hate all who do wrong you destroy those who tell lies the bloodthirsty and deceitful you Lord detest but I by your great love can come into your house in reverence I bow down toward your Holy Temple Lead Me Lord in your righteousness because of my enemies make your way straight before me not a word from their mouth can be trusted their heart is filled with malice their throat is an open grave with their tongues they tell lies declare them guilty oh God let their intrigues be their downfall banish them for their many

sins for they have rebelled against you but let all who take refuge you be glad let them ever sing for Joy spread your protection over them that those who love your name May rejoice in you surely Lord you bless the righteous you surround them with your favor as with a shield saints of God there is a name that holds power there is a name that chases away demonic spirits there's a name that brings light in the midst of darkness and that name is Jesus Christ now let us go to God In Prayer dear God we

call out to you master we call out to you Lord Jesus because our families need you God our children need you we need you Lord Jesus to touch our lives we need you to Quicken our spirits and bring Revival to our hearts and into our homes Lord we call out to you and ask that your presence surround us may your presence dwell in our homes may your peace fill our hearts in these times of uncertainty Lord Jesus we call on you because there is none like you you are the Rock of Ages the Chief Cornerstone

the great high priest the Holy One the Everlasting father and we call on you Lord because you've said in your word call to me and I will answer you and tell you great and unsearchable things you do not know we call on you King Jesus because your word says call on me in the day of trouble I will deliver you and you will honor me Lord I pray for every person under the sound of my voice for the person who's crying out for healing today may you answer their cry Lord Jesus for the person that's

crying out for love and comfort may they find wholeness in your presence we declare your word in Psalm 145 verses 18- 21 the Lord is near to all who call on him to all who call on him in truth he fulfills the desires of those who fear Him He also hears their cry and saves them the Lord preserves all who love him but all the wicked he will destroy my mouth will speak the praise of the Lord and let All Flesh bless His holy name forever and ever your name is set High high and above

all other names Lord thank you for your amazing and Endless Love I praise your Holy Name today and God I acknowledge that you alone are God yours is the power and the glory and the honor thank you Father because you're faithful to equip me with all that I need your wisdom is unparalleled your power unmatched you are a God who provides us with all that we need actually you give us more than we need whether it's healing restoration protection or peace we look only to you Lord Jesus Lord you're faithful to empower you're faithful to

help us stand strong and Victorious and not be defeated and because Jesus is Victorious over Satan Lord we know that we too can walk in Victory so I declare that through the grace of God we have the faith to stand against Satan's attacks and win we are not defeated by our troubles in Jesus name we are not oppressed by our afflictions in Jesus name as long as we hold on to you Lord Jesus we will live and enjoy a Victorious Life we will know you as a Healer we will know you as the one who

and courage in his relationship with God we too can draw strength from our faith in the midst of life's trials and so Psalm chapter 27 verse one the Lord is my light and my salvation ation Whom Shall I Fear the Lord is the stronghold of my life of whom shall I be afraid David Begins by proclaiming his unwavering trust in God he uses powerful metaphors light and salvation to convey that God illuminates his path and rescues him from danger David's confidence in God's protection leads him to ask a rhetorical question if God is on his

side there is no one to fear this verse sets the tone for an entire Psalm emphasizing the strength of his faith in God's guidance and refuge verse two when the wicked Advance against me to devour me it is my enemies and my those who will stumble and fall here David acknowledges the existence of enemies and challenges that may come up against him however he firmly believes that God will cause his enemies to stumble and fail in their attempt to harm him this verse reflects David's assurance that God's power is greater than any threat he faces

verse three though an army besiege me my heart will not fear though War break out against me even then I will be confident David's confidence in God's protection continues to shine through he uses strong imagery of an army besieging him and War breaking out emphasizing the seity of the challenges he may encounter yet he remains unshaken in his Faith declaring that his heart will not fear and he will maintain his confidence in God's Deliverance verse 4 one thing I ask from the Lord this only do I seek that I may dwell in the house of

the Lord all the days of my life to Gaze on the beauty of the Lord and to seek him in his Temple David expresses his deepest desire to be in the presence of God he longs to dwell in God's house not just for a moment but for all the days of his life this reflects David's thirst for intimacy with God and His eagerness to experience the beauty and wonder of God's presence verse five for in the day of trouble he will keep me safe in his dwelling he will hide me in the shelter of his

sacred tent and set me high upon a rock David reaffirms his trust in God's protection and refuge he believes that in times of trouble God will provide safety and shelter the image of being set high upon a rock symbolizes being placed above danger and adversity verse de then my head will be exalted above the enemies who surround me at his sacred tent I will sacrifice with shouts of Joy I will sing and make music to the Lord David envisions a future where he will triumph over his enemies he anticipates offering sacrifices and praises to God

with shouts of Joy celebrating God's faithfulness and deliverance verse 7 hear my voice when I call Lord be merciful to me and answer me in this verse David shifts to a heartfelt plea he calls upon God to hear his prayers and to respond with mercy and Grace David recognizes his dependence on God's compassion and desires an intimate connection with him verse 8 my heart says of you seek his face your face Lord I will seek David's heart prompts him to seek God's face he responds to the call of his heart expressing his determination to seek

God's presence with Zeal and devotion verse 9 do not hide your face from me do not turn your servant away in Anger you have been my helper do not reject me or forsake me God my savior David acknowledges his Reliance on God's help and pleads for God's continued presence he asked God not to turn away from him recalling the history of God's guidance and salvation in his life verse 10 though my father and mother forsake me the Lord Lord will receive me David acknowledges that even if his Earthly relationships falter he is confident that God

will never abandon him this verse reflects David's deep conviction in God's unwavering love and acceptance verse 11 teach me your way Lord lead me in a straight path because of my oppressors d David desires to know God's ways and seeks his guidance he asks for direction and wisdom to navigate his challenges knowing that God's guidance will lead him on the right path verse 12 do not turn me over to the desires of my foes for false witnesses rise up against me spouting malicious accusations David recognizes the threats posed by his enemies and false Witnesses who

spread lies against him he pleads with God to protect him from their schemes verse 13 I remain confident of this I will see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living despite the challenges David holds on to his confidence in God's goodness he anticipates witnessing God's blessing and and Provisions in his current life not just in the distant future verse 14 wait for the Lord be strong and take heart and wait for the Lord David concludes the song with a message of encouragement he encourages himself and others to wait patiently for the

say return oh children of man for a thousand years in your sight are but as yesterday when it is passed or as a watch in the night you sweep them away with a flood they are like a dream like grass that is renewed in the morning in the morning it flourishes and is renewed in the evening it fades and Withers for we are brought to an end by your anger by your wrath we are dismayed you may have set our iniquities before you our secret sins in the light of your presence for all our days

pass away under your wrath we bring our years to an end like a sigh the years of our life are 70 or even by reason of strength 80 yet their span is but toil and trouble they are soon gone and we fly away who considers the power of your anger and your wrath according to the fear of you so teach us to number our days that we may get a heart of wisdom return O Lord how long have pity on your servants satisfy us in the morning with your steadfast love that we may rejoice and

be glad all our days make us glad for as many days as you have Afflicted us and for as many years as we have seen evil let your work be shown to your servants and your glorious power to their children let the favor of the Lord Our God be upon us and establish the work of our hands upon us yes establish the work of our hands how is it possible to have inner peace the type of Peace whereby you're not worried about what is happening around you the type of Peace whereby you're not even worried

about what is happening to you if you've ever researched about persecution in the early church you'll hear stories about people who were so strong in faith that they were willing to give their lives rather than turn their backs on Jesus Christ and the amazing thing is that in their final moments on this Earth some of these people were filled with such peace such Joy they would be heard singing praises to God or even reciting the Bible now some of these Christians would be torn from their families torn from their loved ones and put in prisons

surviving in harsh conditions but yet they would still continue to minister to pray to seek God and to be at peace and I often think how how does one get to such a stage where you are uncomfortable and in severe pain but you are still living with the joy of the Lord as your strength well here's an interesting passage of scripture that I'd like to share it comes from Proverbs 3: 5-8 the word of the Lord says trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding and all your ways

acknowledge Him and He Shall direct your paths do not be wise in your own eyes fear the lord and depart from Evil it will be Health to your flesh and strength to your bones allow me to share my interpretation of this verse we're being told to trust God with your whole heart even when you don't understand what's going on even when you don't have a clue what God is doing we're being told that when you seek God's Will and all you do he will show you which path path to take and so dear listener I

want to ask you where have you placed your trust are you relying on someone or something for your future to be secure where have you placed your trust today whatever the answer is for you personally I want to tell you to trust in the Lord and do it with all your heart life may be painful right now your circumstances they may be painful but dear friends trust God the healing may not be instant the miracle may not be sudden but when you know that God is with you you will have an inner peace in the

midst of chaos and I want to highlight something Proverbs 3:8 literally says that trusting in God will be Health to your flesh and strength to your bones trusting in the Lord will be the source of your courage and the reason for your boldness trust in the Lord with all your heart refuse to allow yourself to think that you know better or that you can do better on your own Psalm 37: 1-5 says do not Fred because of those who are evil or be envious of those who do wrong for like the grass they will soon

wither like green plants they will soon die away trust in the Lord and do good dwell in the land and enjoy safe pasture take Delight in the Lord and He will give you the desires of your heart commit your way to the Lord trust in him and he will do this this so dear friends as we get ready to approach God In Prayer let us go to him asking for greater trust in him let us go with a resolve that no matter what it looks like no matter what it sounds like no reports that we

have read Will trump our trust in Christ we will position our hearts to trust what we read in the word of God not more than what we read in a report more than what we read in actions or even what our body is telling us we will choose to trust in God and rely on his word now let us pray dear heavenly father I'm praying for the one who's listening and believing in agreement with me today Father open their hearts to your will and to your way open their hearts so that they might lean back

and Fall Into Your Loving Hands Lord in this world I pray that if we are to fall may we learn to fall onto our knees in prayer seeking and believing you for the person who's listening I pray that you will trust God first before you place your trust in people places things science or even remedy may your heart be in clined may it be willing to trust God first and trust that he will fulfill every one of his promises I pray and I encourage you to take all of your problems all of your worries take

them to Jesus I pray that you won't struggle with whatever burdens you have but instead you should take them to the master may you be obedient to God's word which says in Matthew 11:28 come to me all you who are weary and burdened and I will give you rest dear listener I pray that you'll go to the Lord Jesus and trust him to carry all of your burdens and to give you peace may he give you rest I pray that you will have a willing heart one that trusts God fully at his word and that

you may never try to Bear those burdens alone Holy Spirit help us help us to realize that our human tendency of thinking we can fix everything in an Earthly manner that tendency is wrong that way of thinking will let us down we can somehow think we have the solution to Life's unpredictable events to tribulations or problems but we really don't God it's you who's really in control control and therefore you have all the solutions God it's you Holy Spirit I pray that you remind us that God's word is here you are here so we don't

have to struggle alone after all we are not our own we have a master the one who has made us in His image the one who wants to solve our problems he wants to solve our difficulties we have Jesus Christ The Living Son of God and you care for us you've asked us to cast our burdens on you so that you can sustain us daily you will renew our strength even in the face of adversity we don't have to bear our burdens alone because in Jesus Christ there are still waters there are Green Pastures in

Jesus there is hope and there is peace I pray and cast down the spirit the idol of self-reliance I pray that that mindset will never entrap us for each person under my voice I pray that their minds and hearts will break free from self-reliance and may they claim their rest in Jesus Christ he's a God who loves us with an everlasting love a love that reaches out to us daily Matthew 6:25 says that is why I tell you not to worry about everyday life whether you have enough food and drink or even clothes to wear

isn't life more than food and your body more than clothing so I pray for every person listening today may you cast your cares on him and do it today take your problems to Jesus so that he can set you free so that he can free you from your yoke of bondage may your name be blessed forever King Jesus may you be magnified Forever More in Jesus name amen your word in 2 Timothy 4: 16-8 says at my first defense no one stood with me but all forsook me May it not be charged against them but

the Lord stood with me and strengthened me so that the message might be preached fully through me and that all the Gentiles might hear also I was delivered out of the mouth of the lion and the Lord will deliver me from every evil work and preserve me for his Heavenly Kingdom to him be glory forever and ever amen have you ever had one of those days where it's just a fight where everything is a fight your journey to work seems like it's a struggle you get to work and it's hostile that day you go home

and something unexpected happens you get an unexpected letter or an unexpected bill then next thing you know there's an unexpected argument with your husband or wife I mean have you ever had a day where everything is a struggle everything is just a fight you try to read the word but that becomes a fight you try to pray but that proves to be a fight too you put some worship music on but you find that you're still fighting so in this case what do you do well I believe that when it appears to be impossible when

life is at its darkest this is when you should call out to the Lord David experienced days like this quite often he must have because all throughout the Psalms there is this theme of calling out to the Lord I mean think about it how many times do we read something along the lines of in my distress I called upon the Lord to my God I cried for help or you might read something like hear oh Lord when I cry aloud be gracious to me and answer me today dear listener I want to encourage you to

call on the Lord the Bible says in Psalm 5 veres 1-2 listen to my words Lord consider my lament Hear My Cry for Help my king and my God for to you I pray in the morning Lord you hear my voice in the morning I lay my requests before you and wait expectantly for you are not a God who is pleased with wickedness with you evil people are not welcome The Arrogant cannot stand in your presence you hate all who do wrong you destroy those who tell lies the bloodthirsty and deceitful you Lord detest but

I by your great love can come into your house and reverence I bow down toward your Holy Temple Lead Me Lord in your righteousness because of my enemies make your way straight before me not a word from their mouth can be trusted their heart is filled with malice their throat is an open grave with their tongues they tell lies declare them guilty oh God let their intrigues be their downfall banish them for their many sins for they have rebelled against you but let all who take refuge and you be glad let them ever sing for

Joy spread your protection over them that those who love your name May rejoice in you surely Lord you bless the righteous you surround them with your favor as with a shield saints of God there is a name that holds power there is a name that chases away demonic spirits there's a name that brings light in the midst of darkness and that name is Jesus Christ now let us go to God In Prayer dear God we call out to you master we call out to you Lord Jesus because our f amilies need you God our children

need you we need you Lord Jesus to touch Our Lives we need you to Quicken our spirits and bring Revival to our hearts and into our homes Lord we call out to you and ask that your presence surround us may your presence dwell in our homes may your peace fill our hearts in these times of uncertainty Lord Jesus we call on you because there is none like you you are the Rock of Ages the Chief Cornerstone the great high priest the Holy One the Everlasting father and we call on you Lord because you've said in

your word call to me and I will answer you and tell you great and unsearchable things you do not know we call call on you King Jesus because your word says call on me in the day of trouble I will deliver you and you will honor me Lord I pray for every person under the sound of my voice for the person who's crying out for healing today may you answer their cry Lord Jesus for the person that's crying out for love and comfort may they find wholeness in your presence we declare your word in Psalm

145: 18- 21 the Lord is near to all who call on him to all who call on him in truth he fulfills the desires of those who fear Him He also hears their cry and saves them the Lord preserves all who love him but all the wicked he will destroy my mouth will speak the praise of the Lord and let All Flesh bless His holy name forever and ever your name is set high and above all other names Lord thank you for your amazing and Endless Love I praise your Holy Name today and God I

acknowledge that you alone are God yours is the power and the glory and the honor thank you Father because because you're faithful to equip me with all that I need your wisdom is unparalleled your power unmatched you are a God who provides us with all that we need actually you give us more than we need whether it's healing restoration protection or peace we look only to you Lord Jesus Lord you're faithful to empower you're faithful to help us stand strong and Victorious and not be defeated and because Jesus is Victorious over Satan Lord we know

that we too can walk in Victory so I declare that through the grace of God we have the faith to stand against Satan's attacks and win we are not defeated by our troubles in Jesus name we are not oppressed by our afflictions in Jesus name as long as we hold on to you Lord Jesus we will live and enjoy a Victorious Life we will know you as a Healer we will know you as the one who can restore double what the enemy stole we will know you as a shield and protector father Enlighten our spirits

so Psalm 27 verse 1 the Lord is my light and my salvation Whom Shall I Fear the Lord is the stronghold of my life of whom shall I be afraid David Begins by proclaiming his unwavering trust in God he uses powerful metaphors light and salvation to convey that God illuminates his path and rescues him from danger David's confidence in God's protection leads him to ask a rhetorical question if God is on his side there is no one to fear this verse sets the tone for an entire Psalm emphasizing the strength of his faith in God's

guidance and refuge verse two when the wicked Advance against me to devour me it is my enemies and my foes who will stumble and fall here David acknowledges the existence of enemies and challenges that may come up against him however he firmly believes that God will cause his enemies to stumble and fail in their attempt to harm him this verse reflects David's assurance that God's power is greater than any threat he faces verse three though an army besiege me my heart will not fear though War break out against me even then I will be confident

David's confidence in God's protection continues to shine through he uses strong imagery of an army besieging him and War breaking out emphasizing the severity of the challenges he may encounter yet he remains unshaken in his faith declaring that his heart will not fear and he will maintain his confidence in God's Deliverance verse 4 one thing I asked from the Lord this only do I seek that I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life to Gaze on the beauty of the Lord and to seek him in his Temple David

expresses his deepest desire to be in the presence of God he longs to dwell in God's house not just for a moment but for all the days of his life this reflects David's thirst for intimacy with God and His eagerness to experience the beauty and wonder of God's presence verse 5 for in the day of trouble he will keep me safe in his dwelling he will hide me in the shelter of his sacred tent and set me high upon a rock David reaffirms his trust in God's protection and refuge he believes that in times of

trouble God will provide safety and shelter the image of being set High high upon a rock symbolizes being placed above danger and adversity verse six then my head will be exalted above the enemies who surround me at his sacred tent I will sacrifice with shouts of Joy I will sing and make music to the Lord David envisions a future where he will triumph over his enemies he anticipates offering sacrifices and praises to God with shouts of Joy celebrating God's faithfulness and deliverance verse 7 hear my voice when I call Lord be merciful to me and

answer me in this verse David shifts to a heartfelt plea he calls upon God to hear his prayers and to respond with mercy and Grace David recognizes his dependence on God's compassion and desires an intimate connection with him verse 8 my heart says of you seek his face your face Lord I will seek David's heart prompts him to seek God's face he responds to the call of his heart expressing his determination to seek God's presence with zeal and devotion verse nine do not hide your face from me do not turn your servant away in Anger

you have been my helper do not reject me or forsake me God my savior David acknowledges his Reliance on God's help and pleads for God's continued presence he asked God not to turn away from him recalling the history of God's guidance and salvation in his life verse 10 though my father and mother forsake me the Lord will receive me David acknowledges that even if his Earthly relationships falter he is confident that God will never abandon him this verse reflects David's deep conviction in God's unwavering love and acceptance verse 11 teach me your way Lord lead

me in a straight path because of my oppressors David desires to know God's ways and seeks his guidance he asks for direction and wisdom to navigate his challenges knowing that God's guidance will lead him on the right path verse 12 do not turn me over to the desires of my foes for false WI witnesses rise up against me spouting malicious accusations David recognizes the threats posed by his enemies and false Witnesses who spread lies against him he pleads with God to protect him from their schemes verse 13 I remain confident of this I will see

the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living despite the challenges David holds on to his confidence in God's goodness he anticipates witnessing God's blessing and Provisions in his current life not just in the distant future verse 14 wait for the Lord be strong and take heart and wait for the Lord David concludes the song with a message of encouragement he encourages himself and others to wait patiently for the Lord's guidance strength and deliverance in times of uncertainty he advises taking heart and finding strength in the Lord's promises I would like to share

with you Psalm 90 and the reason I think that this is a great Psalm to meditate on is because it reveals just how big and Limitless and set apart God is our understanding as humans is too Limited for us to even understand a God who has unfailing love but also has righteous judgment and so this Psalm touches on many different themes from the brevity of life and our need to live with wisdom and so Psalm 90:1 to17 the Bible reads Lord you have been our Dwelling Place in all generations before the mountains were brought forth

to us is like a day to God this shows us that God operates on a different level to us his ways are higher than ours and it's with this understanding that I want to encourage you to go to God teach us to number our days that we may gain a heart of wisdom when you appreciate time and have the understanding that each of our days is numbered that is when you develop wisdom in your heart if you read Romans chapter 13 from verse 9- 11 the Bible tells you not to leave any Deb outstanding not

to commit adultery not to steal not to covet but instead to love your neighbor as you love yourself and it sums all of this up in verse 11 as it says besides this you know the time that the hour has come for you to wake from sleep for salvation is nearer to us now than when we first believed listen there should be an urgency about time in our lives as Believers we only have so much time to get our lives together the second lesson that life has taught me from personal experience and also from watching

others is that not every storm not every crisis not every challenge or problem is bad for you what I mean is that some situations we encounter cter yes they'll be difficult they will be painful but in the long run that storm it will be for your good that crisis will work out for your good that challenge will make you stronger you see someone will get sick but recover in such a way that they can only acknowledge the hand of God the miracle working power of the blood of Jesus someone's plans will get disrupted only to

find that that disruption LED them to a better destination someone's plans will get delayed but that's perhaps God's way of saying not yet I have something better in store I have a better time in mind every crisis in life is not bad for you sometimes God uses a adversity God places you in tough situations only for you to grow for you to develop stronger faith for you to mature so the next time a problem presents itself the next time you face a crisis just stop for a moment and ask God what do you want me

to learn from this what do you want to develop Within Me Now let let us pray father your word in James 4:14 says whereas you do not know what will happen tomorrow for what is your life it is even a vapor that appears for a little time and then vanishes away this is a sobering reminder of how short the life we live on this Earth really is and so Lord Jesus right now we run to you and we cling to you because salvation can only be found in you eternal life can only be found in

you help us master so that we may live this life For Your Glory help us to live a life that is always seeking to obey your will and your commands God I desire to Be an Effective Christian one who has a burning passion to witness about the amazing love of Jesus Christ father give us hearts that are sensitive to the voice of the Holy Spirit give us hearts that are sensitive to the voice of Jesus Christ so that whenever you speak we'll hear your voice and we'll know your voice help us to tune out every

voice from this world and give us a spirit that is able to discern good from Evil and Lord is this world keeps drifting farther from you every day I pray that I would draw closer and closer to you every day as your children father give us the wisdom and ability to discern and recognize when Satan is trying to deceive us and lead us away from you father help us so that we would not backslide in our faith or begin to compromise with sin help us to be Faithful Servants up until the day you return Lord

make our hearts receptive to you help us to recognize your hand in every Earthly matter your word in Ezekiel 36: 26 and 27 say I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you I will take the Heart of Stone out of your flesh and give you a heart of Flesh I will put my spirit within you and cause you to walk in my statue and you will keep my judgments and do them God right now we receive your spirit we receive the Holy Spirit and according to your word you will

Matthew 11:28 come to me all you who are weary and burdened and I will give you rest dear listener I pray that you'll go to the Lord Jesus and trust him to carry all of your burdens and to give you peace may he give you rest I pray that that you will have a willing heart one that trusts God fully at his word and that you may never try to Bear those burdens alone Holy Spirit help us help us to realize that our human tendency of thinking we can fix everything in an Earthly manner that

tendency is wrong that way of thinking will let us down we can somehow think we have the solution to Life's unpredictable events to tribulations or problems but we really don't God it's you who's really in control and therefore you have all the solutions God it's you Holy Spirit I pray that you remind us that God's word is here you are here so we don't have to struggle alone after all we are not our own we have a master the one who has made us in His image the one who wants to solve our problems he

wants to solve our difficulties we have Jesus Christ The Living Son of God and you care for us you've asked us to cast our burdens on you so that you can sustain us daily you will renew our strength even in the face of adversity we don't have to bear our burdens alone because in Jesus Christ there are still waters there are Green Pastures in Jesus there is hope and there is peace I pray and cast down the spirit the idol of self-reliance I pray that that mindset will never entrap us for each person under my

voice I pray that their minds and hearts will break free from self-reliance and May they claim their rest in Jesus Christ he's a God who loves us with an everlasting love a love that reaches out to us daily Matthew 6:25 says that is why I tell you not to worry about everyday life whether you have enough food and drink or even clothes to wear isn't life more than food and your body more than clothing so I I pray for every person listening today may you cast your cares on him and do it today take your

problems to Jesus so that he can set you free so that he can free you from your yoke of bondage may your name be blessed forever King Jesus may you be magnified Forever More in Jesus name amen your word in 2 Timothy 4 verse ver 16- 18 says at my first defense no one stood with me but all forsook me May it not be charged against them but the Lord stood with me and strengthened me so that the message might be preached fully through me and that all the Gentiles might hear also I was delivered

out of the mouth of the lion and the Lord will deliver me from every evil work and preserve me for his Heavenly Kingdom to him be glory forever and ever [Music] amen have you ever had one of those days where it's just a fight where everything is a fight your journey to work seems like it's a struggle you get to work and it's hostile that day you go home and something unexpected happens you get an unexpected letter or an unexpected bill then next thing you know there's an unexpected argument with your husband or wife I

mean have you ever had a day where everything is a struggle everything is just a fight you try to read the word but that becomes a fight you try to pray but that proves to be a fight too you put some worship music on but you find that you're still fighting so in this case what do you do well I believe that when it appears to be impossible possible when life is at its darkest this is when you should call out to the Lord David experienced days like this quite often he must have because all

throughout the Psalms there is this theme of calling out to the Lord I mean think about it how many times do we read something along the lines of in my distress I called upon the Lord to my God I cried for help or you might read something like hear oh Lord when I cry aloud be gracious to me and answer me today dear listener I want to encourage you to call on the Lord the Bible says in Psalm 5 veres 1-12 listen to my words Lord consider my lament Hear My Cry for Help my king

and my God for to you I pray in the morning Lord you hear my voice in the morning I lay my requests before you and wait expectantly for you are not a God who is pleased with wickedness with you evil people are not welcome The Arrogant cannot stand in your presence you hate all who do wrong you destroy those who tell lies the bloodthirsty and deceitful you Lord detect but I by your great love can come into your house and reverence I bow down toward your Holy Temple Lead Me Lord in your righteousness because of

my enemies make your way straight before me not a word from their mouth can be trusted their heart is filled with malice their throat is an open grave with their tongues they tell lies declare them guilty oh God let their intrigues be their downfall banish them for their many sins for they have rebelled against you but let all who take refuge and you be glad let them ever sing for Joy spread your protection over them that those who love your name May rejoice in you surely Lord you bless the righteous you surround them with your

favor as with a shield saints of God there is a name that holds power there is a name that chases away demonic spirits there's a name that brings light in the midst of darkness and that name is Jesus Christ now let us go to God In Prayer dear God we call out to you master we call out to you Lord Jesus because our families need you God our children need you we need you Lord Jesus to touch Our Lives we need you to Quicken our spirits and bring Revival to our hearts and into our homes

Lord we call out to you and ask that your presence suround us may your presence dwell in our homes may your peace fill our hearts in these times of uncertainty Lord Jesus we call on you because there is none like you you are the Rock of Ages the Chief Cornerstone the great high priest the Holy One the Everlasting father and we call on you Lord because you've said in your word call to me and I will answer you and tell you great and unsearchable things you do not know we call on you King Jesus because

your word says call on me in the day of trouble I will deliver you and you will honor me Lord I pray for every person under the sound of my voice for the person who's crying out for healing today may you answer their cry Lord Jesus for the person that's crying crying out for love and comfort may they find wholeness in your presence we declare your word in Psalm 145: 18- 21 the Lord is near to all who call on him to all who call on him in truth he fulfills the desires of those who

fear Him He also hears their cry and saves them the Lord preserves serves all who love him but all the wicked he will destroy my mouth will speak the praise of the Lord and let All Flesh bless His holy name forever and ever your name is set high and above all other names Lord thank you for your amazing and Endless Love I praise your Holy Name today and God I acknowledge that you alone are God yours is the power and the glory and the honor thank you Father because you're faithful to equip me with all

that I need your wisdom is unparalleled your power unmatched you are a God who provides us with all that we need actually you give us more than we need whether it's healing restoration protection or peace peace we look only to you Lord Jesus Lord you're faithful to empower you're faithful to help us stand strong and Victorious and not be defeated and because Jesus is Victorious over Satan Lord we know that we too can walk in Victory so I declare that through the grace of God we have the faith to stand against Satan's attacks and win

name forever and ever for a moment I want to encourage you to meditate on Psalm 27 today and I believe that this is a passage that invites us to place our confidence in God even in the face of challenges and to seek him with all our heart just as David found comfort and courage in his relationship with God we too can draw strength from our faith in the midst of life's trials and so Psalm 27 verse 1 the Lord is my light and my salvation Whom Shall I Fear the Lord is the stronghold of my

life of whom shall I be afraid David Begins by proclaiming his unwavering trust in God he uses powerful metaphors light and salvation to convey that God illuminates his path and rescues him from danger David's confidence in God's protection leads him to ask a rhetorical question if God is on his side there is no one to fear this verse sets the tone for an entire Psalm emphasizing the strength of his faith in God's guidance and refuge verse two when the wicked Advance against me to devour me it is my enemies and my foes who will stumble

and fall here David acknowledges the existence of enemies and challenges that may come up against him however he firmly believes that God will cause his enemies to stumble and fail in their attempt to harm him this verse reflects David's assurance that God's power is greater than any threat he faces verse three though an army besiege me my heart will not fear though War break out against me even then I will be confident David's confidence in God 's protection continues to shine through he uses strong imagery of an army besieging him and War breaking out emphasizing

the severity of the challenges he may encounter yet he remains unshaken in his faith declaring that his heart will not fear and he will maintain his confidence in God's Deliverance verse 4 one thing I ask from the Lord Lord this only do I seek that I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life to Gaze on the beauty of the Lord and to seek him in his Temple David expresses his deepest desire to be in the presence of God he longs to dwell in God's house not just for a

moment but for all the days of his life this reflects David thirst for intimacy with God and His eagerness to experience the beauty and wonder of God's presence verse 5 for in the day of trouble he will keep me safe in his dwelling he will hide me in the shelter of his sacred tent and set me high upon a rock David reaffirms his trust in God's protection and refuge he believes that in times of trouble God will provide safety and shelter the image of being set high upon a rock symbolizes being placed above danger and

adversity verse six then my head will be exalted above the enemies who surround me at his sacred tent I will sacrifice with shouts of Joy I will sing and make music to the Lord David envisions a future where he will triumph over his enemies he anticipates offering sacrifices and praises to God with shouts of Joy celebrating God's faithfulness and deliverance verse 7 hear my voice when I call Lord be merciful to me and answer me in this verse d David shifts to a heartfelt plea he calls upon God to hear his prayers and to respond

with mercy and Grace David recognizes his dependence on God's compassion and desires an intimate connection with him verse 8 my heart says of you seek his face your face Lord I will seek David's heart prompts him to seek God's face he responds to the call of his heart expressing his determination to seek God's presence with Zeal and devotion verse n do not hide your face from me do not turn your servant away in Anger you have been my helper do not reject me or forsake me God my savior David acknowledges his Reliance on God's help

and pleads for God's continued presence he asked God not to turn away from him recalling the history of God's guidance and salvation in his life verse 10 though my father and mother forsake me the Lord will receive me David acknowledges that even if his Earthly relationships falter he is confident that God will never abandon him this verse reflects David's deep conviction in God's unwavering love and acceptance verse 11 teach me your way Lord lead me in a straight path because of my oppressors David desires to know God's ways and seeks his guidance he asks for

direction and wisdom to navigate his challenges knowing that God's guidance will lead him on the right path verse 12 do not turn me over to the desires of my foes for false witnesses rise up against me spouting malicious accusations David recognizes the threats posed by his enemies and false Witnesses who spread lies against him he pleads with God to protect him from their schemes verse 13 I remain confident of this I will see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living despite the challenges David holds on to his confidence in God's goodness

he anticipates witnessing God's blessing and Provisions in his current life not just in the distant future verse 14 wait for the Lord be strong and take heart and wait for the Lord David concludes the psalm with a message of encouragement he encourages himself and others to wait patiently for the Lord's guidance strength and deliverance in times of uncertainty he advises taking heart and finding strength in the Lord's promises I would like to share with you Psalm 90 and the reason I think that this is a great Psalm to meditate on is because it reveals just

how big and Limitless and set apart God is our understanding as humans is too limited for us to even understand a God who has unfailing love but also has righteous judgment and so this Psalm touches on many different themes from the brevity of life and our need to live with wisdom and so Psalm 90:1 to1 17 the Bible reads Lord you you have been our Dwelling Place in all generations before the mountains were brought forth wherever you had formed the earth and the world from Everlasting to Everlasting you are God you return man to dust

and say return oh children of man for a thousand years in your sight are but as yesterday when it is passed or as a watch in the night you sweep them away with a flood they are like a dream like grass that is renewed in the morning in the morning it flourishes and is renewed in the evening it fades and Withers for we are brought to an end by your anger by your wrath we are dismayed you may have set our iniquities before you our secret sins in the light of your presence for all our

days pass away under your wrath we bring our years to an end like a sigh the years of our life are 70 or even by reason of strength 80 yet their span is but toil and trouble they are soon gone and we fly away who considers the power of your anger and your wrath according to the fear of you so teach us to number our days that we may get a heart of wisdom return O Lord how long have pity on your servants satisfy us in the morning with your steadfast F love that we may

rejoice and be glad all our days make us glad for as many days as you have Afflicted us and for as many years as we have seen evil let your work be shown to your servants and your glorious power to their children let the favor of the Lord Our God be upon us and establish the work of our hands upon us yes establish the work of our hands the Bible tells tell us that a thousand years to us is like a day to God this shows us that God operates on a different level to us

his ways are higher than ours and it's with this understanding that I want to encourage you to go to God teach us to number our days that we may gain a heart of wisdom when you appreciate time and have the understanding that each of our days is numbered that is when you develop wisdom in your heart if you read Romans chapter 13 from verse 9 to 11 the Bible tells you not to leave any debt outstanding not to commit adultery not to steal not to covet but instead to love your neighbor as you love yourself

and it sums all of this up in verse 11 as it says besides this you know the time that the hour has come for you to wake from sleep for salvation is nearer to us now than when we first believed listen there should be an urgency about time in our lives as Believers we only have so much time to get our lives together the second lesson that life has taught me from personal experience and also from watching others is that not every storm not every cry Isis not every challenge or problem is bad for you

what I mean is that some situations we encounter yes they'll be difficult they will be painful but in the long run that storm it will be for your good that crisis will work out for your good that challenge will make you stronger you see someone will get sick but recover in such a way that they can only acknowledge the hand of God the miracle working power of the blood of Jesus someone's plans will get disrupted only to find that that disruption LED them to a better destination someone's plans will get delayed but that's perhaps God's

way of saying not yet I have something better in store I have a better time in mind every crisis in life is not bad for you sometimes God uses adversity God places you in tough situations only for you to grow for you to develop stronger faith for you to mature so the next time a problem presents itself the next time you face a crisis just stop for a moment and ask God what do you want me to learn from this what do you want to develop Within Me Now let us pray father your word in

James 4:14 says whereas you do not know what will happen tomorrow for what is your life it is even a vapor that appears for a little time and then vanishes away this is a sobering reminder of how short the life we live on this Earth really is and so Lord Jesus right now we run to you and we cling to you because salvation can only be found in you eternal life can only be found in you help us master so that we may live this life For Your Glory help us to live a life that

is always seeking to obey your will and your commands God I desire to Be an Effective Christian one who has a burning passion to witness about the amazing love of Jesus Christ father give us hearts that are sensitive to the voice of the Holy Spirit give us hearts that are sensitive to the voice of Jesus Christ so that whenever you speak we'll hear your voice and will know your voice help us to tune out every voice from this world and give us a spirit that is able to discern good from Evil and Lord as this

world keeps drifting farther from you every day I pray that I would draw closer and closer to you every day as your children father give us the wisdom and ability to discern and recognize when Satan is trying to deceive us and lead us away from you father help help us so that we would not backslide in our faith or begin to compromise with sin help us to be Faithful Servants up until the day you return Lord make our hearts receptive to you help us to recognize your hand in every Earthly matter your word in Ezekiel

36: 26 and 27 say I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you I will take the heart of ston out of your flesh and give you a heart of Flesh I will put my spirit within you and cause you to walk in my statutes and you will keep my judgments and do them God right now we receive your spirit we receive the Holy Spirit and according to your word you will put your spirit within me and you will cause me to walk in your statutes Holy Spirit imp Empower us

to walk in Holiness Holy Spirit Empower us to walk with the eyes of Faith Empower us to walk in alignment with God's word help us holy spirit so that we can let go of every sin every Idol every addiction that weighs us down and instead we can walk our walk with Christ set my heart Ablaze for you and for your kingdom Lord don't allow me to be lukewarm stir my spirit up and awaken a hunger within me for you and you alone Lord I bless your holy name and I thank you for listening to this

Our God be upon us and establish the work of our hands upon us yes establish the work of our hands how is it possible to have inner peace the type of Peace whereby you're not worried about what is happening around you the type of Peace whereby you're not even worried about what is happening to you if you've ever researched about persecution in the early church you'll hear stories about people who were so strong in faith that they were willing to give their lives rather than turn their backs on Jesus Christ and the amazing thing is

that in their final moments on this Earth some of these people were filled with such peace such Joy they would be heard singing praises to God or even reciting the Bible now some of these Christians would be torn from their families torn from their loved ones and put in prisons surviving in harsh conditions but yet they would still continue to minister to pray to seek God and to be at peace and I often think how how does one get to such a stage where you are uncomfortable and in severe pain but you are still living

with the joy of the Lord as your strength well here's an interesting passage of scripture that I'd like to share it comes from Proverbs 3: 5-8 the word of the Lord says trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding and all your ways acknowledge Him and He Shall direct your paths do not be wise in your own eyes fear the lord and depart from Evil it will be Health to your flesh and strength to your bones allow me to share my interpretation of this verse we're being told to

trust God with your whole heart even when you don't understand what's going on even when you don't have a clue what God is doing we're being told that when you seek God's Will and all you do he will show you which path to take and so dear listener I want to ask you where have you placed your trust are you relying on someone or something for your future to be secure where have you placed your trust today whatever the answer is for you personally I want to tell you to trust in the Lord and do

it with all your heart life may be painful right now your circumstances they may be painful but dear friends trust God the healing may not be instant the miracle may not be sudden but when you know that God is with you you will have an inner peace in the midst of chaos and I want to highlight something Proverbs 3:8 literally says that trusting in God will be Health to your flesh and strength to your bones trusting in the Lord will be the source of your courage and the reason for your boldness trust in the Lord

with all your heart refuse to allow yourself to think that you know better or that you can do better on your own Psalm 37: 1-5 says do not fret because of those who are evil or be envious of those who do wrong for like the grass they will soon wither like green plants they will soon die away trust in the Lord Lord and do good dwell in the land and enjoy safe pasture take Delight in the Lord and He will give you the desires of your heart commit your way to the Lord trust in him

and he will do this so dear friends as we get ready to approach God In Prayer let us go to him asking for greater trust in him let us go with a resolve that no matter what it looks like no matter what it sounds like no reports that we have read Will trump our trust in Christ we will position our hearts to trust what we read in the word of God more than what we read in a report more than what we read in actions or even what our body is telling us we will choose

to trust in God and rely on his word now let us pray dear heavenly father I'm praying for the one who's listening and believing in agreement with me today Father open their hearts to your will and to your ways open their hearts so that they might lean back and Fall Into Your Loving Hands Lord in this world I pray that if we are to fall may we learn to fall onto our knees in prayer seeking and believing you for the person who's listening I pray that you will trust God first before you place your trust

will honor me Lord I pray for every person under the sound of my voice for the person who's crying out for healing today may you answer their cry Lord Jesus for the person that's crying out for love and comfort may they find wholeness in your presence we declare your word in Psalm 145: 18- 21 the Lord is near to all who call on him to all who call on him in truth he fulfills the desires of those who fear Him He also hears their cry and saves them the Lord preserves all who love him but

all the wicked he will destroy my mouth will speak the praise of the Lord and let All Flesh bless His holy name forever and ever your name is set high and above all other names Lord thank you for your amazing and Endless Love I praise your Holy Name today and God I acknowledge that you alone are God yours is the power and the glory and the honor thank you Father because you're faithful to equip me with all that I need your wisdom is unparalleled your power unmatched you are a God who provides us with all

that we need actually you give us more than we need whether it's healing restoration protection or peace we look only to you Lord Jesus Lord you're faithful to empower you're faithful to help us stand strong and Victorious and not be defeated and because Jesus is Victorious over Satan Lord we know that we too can walk in Victory so I declare that through the grace of God we have the faith to stand against Satan's attacks and win we are not defeated by our troubles in jesus' name we are not oppressed by our afflictions in Jesus name

as long as we hold on to you Lord Jesus we will live and enjoy a Victorious Life we will know you as a Healer we will know you as the the one who can restore double what the enemy stole we will know you as a shield and protector father Enlighten our spirits and help us to see through the eyes of faith help us Lord so that the eyes of Faith may lead us to walk in your will Blessed Be Your Holy Name Lord Jesus both now and forever more it's in the mighty and matchless name

this is a passage that invites us to place our confidence in God even in the face of challenges and to seek him with all our heart just as David found comfort and courage in his relationship with God we too can draw strength from our faith in the midst of life's trials and so Psalm 27 verse 1 the Lord is my light and my salvation Whom Shall I Fear the Lord is the stronghold of my life of whom shall I be afraid David Begins by proclaiming his unwavering trust in God he uses powerful metaphors light and

salvation to convey that God illuminates his path and rescues him from danger David's confidence in God's protection leads him to ask a rhetorical question if God God is on his side there is no one to fear this verse sets the tone for an entire Psalm emphasizing the strength of his faith in God's guidance and refuge verse two when the wicked Advance against me to devour me it is my enemies and my foes who will stumble and fall here David acknowledges the existence of enemies and challenges that may come up against him however he firmly believes

that God will cause his enemies to stumble and fail in their attempt to harm him this verse reflects David's assurance that God's power is greater than any threat he faces verse three though an army besiege me my heart will not fear though War break out against me even then I will be confident David's confidence in God's protection continues to shine through he uses strong imagery of an army besieging him and War breaking out emphasizing the severity of the challenges he may encounter yet he remains unshaken in his faith declaring that his heart will not fear

and he will maintain his confidence in God's Deliverance verse 4 one thing I asked from the Lord this only do I seek that I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life to Gaze on the beauty of the Lord and to seek him in his Temple David expresses his deepest desire to be in the presence of God he longs to dwell in God's house not just for a moment but for all the days of his life this reflects David's thirst for intimacy with God and His eagerness to experience the

beauty and wonder of God's presence verse 5 for in the day of trouble he will keep me safe in his dwelling he will hide me in the shelter of his sacred tent and set me high upon a rock David reaffirms his trust in God's protection and refuge he believes that in times of trouble God will provide safety and shelter the image of being set high upon a rock symbolizes being placed above danger and adversity verse six then my head will be exalted above the enemies who surr around me at his sacred tent I will sacrifice

with shouts of Joy I will sing and make music to the Lord David envisions a future where he will triumph over his enemies he anticipates offering sacrifices and praises to God with shouts of Joy celebrating God's faithfulness and deliverance verse 7 hear my voice voice when I call Lord be merciful to me and answer me in this verse David shifts to a heartfelt plea he calls upon God to hear his prayers and to respond with mercy and Grace David recognizes his dependence on God's compassion and desires an intimate connection with him verse eight my heart

says of you seek his face your face Lord I will seek David's heart prompts him to seek God's face he responds to the call of his heart expressing his determination to seek God's presence with Zeal and devotion verse n do not hide your face from me do not turn your servant away in Anger you have been my helper do not reject me or or forsake me God my savior David acknowledges his Reliance on God's help and pleads for God's continued presence he asked God not to turn away from him recalling the history of God's guidance

and salvation in his life verse 10 though my father and mother forsake me the Lord will receive me David acknowledges that even if his Earth Earthly relationships falter he is confident that God will never abandon him this verse reflects David's deep conviction in God's unwavering love and acceptance verse 11 teach me your way Lord lead me in a straight path because of my oppressors David desires to know God's ways and seeks his guidance he asks for direction and wisdom to navigate his challenges knowing that God's guidance will lead him on the right path verse 12

do not turn me over to the desires of my foes for false witnesses rise up against me spouting malicious accusations David recognizes the threats posed by his enemies and false Witnesses who spread lies against him he pleads with God to protect him from their schemes verse 13 I remain confident of this I will see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living despite the challenges David holds on to his confidence in God's goodness he anticipates witnessing God's blessing and Provisions in his current life not just in the distant future verse 14 wait

for the Lord be strong and take heart and wait for the Lord David concludes The Pongal with a message of encouragement he encourages himself and others to wait patiently for the Lord's guidance strength and deliverance in times of uncertainty he advises taking heart and finding strength in the Lord's promises I would like to share with you Psalm 90 and the reason I think that this is a great Psalm to meditate on is because it reveals just how big and Limitless and set apart God is our understanding as humans is too limited for us to even

understand a God who has unfailing love but also has righteous judgment and so this Psalm touches on many different themes from the brevity of life and our need to live with wisdom [Music] and so Psalm 90:1 to17 the Bible reads Lord you have been our Dwelling Place in all generations before the mountains were brought forth wherever you had formed the earth and the world from Everlasting to Everlasting you are God you return man to dust and say return oh children of man for a thousand years in your sight are but as yesterday when it is

passed or as a watch in the night you sweep them away with a flood they are like a dream like grass that is renewed in the morning in the morning it flourishes and is renewed in the evening it fades and Withers for we are brought to an end by your anger by your wrath we are dismayed you may have set our iniquities before you our secret sins in the light of your presence for all our days pass away under your wrath we bring our years to an end like a sigh the years of our life

are 70 or even by reason of strength 80 yet their span is but toil and trouble they are soon gone and we fly away who considers the power of your anger and your wrath according to the fear of you so teach us to number our days that we may get a heart of wisdom return O Lord how long have pity on your servants satisfy us in the morning with your steadfast love that we may rejoice and be glad all our days make us glad for as many days as you have Afflicted us and for as

many years as we have seen evil let your work be shown to your servants and your glorious power to their children let the favor of the Lord Our God be upon us and to establish the work of our hands upon us yes establish the work of our hands the Bible tells us that a thousand years to us is like a day to God this shows us that God operates on a different level to us his ways are higher than ours and it's with this understanding that I want to encourage you to go to God teach

us to number our days that we may gain a heart of wisdom when you appreciate time and have the understanding that each of our days is numbered that is when you develop wisdom in your heart if you read Romans chapter 13 from verse 9 to 11 the Bible tells you not to leave any Deb outstanding not to commit adultery not to steal not to covet but instead to love your neighbor as you love yourself and it's sums all of this up in verse 11 as it says besides this you know the time that the hour

has come for you to wake from sleep for salvation is nearer to us now than when we first believed listen there should be an urgency about time in our lives as Believers we only have so much time to get our lives together the second lesson that life has taught me from personal experience and also from watching others is that not every storm not every crisis not every challenge or problem is bad for you what I mean is that some situations we encounter yes they'll be difficult they will be painful but in the long run that

storm it will be for your good that crisis will work out for your good that challenge will make you stronger you see someone will get sick but recover in such a way that they can only acknowledge the hand of God the miracle working power of the blood of Jesus someone's plans will get disrupted only to find that that disruption LED them to a better destination someone's plans will get delayed but that's perhaps God's way of saying not yet I have something better in store I have a better time in mind every crisis in life is

not bad for you sometimes God uses adversity God places you in tough situations only for you to grow for you to develop stronger faith for you to mature so the next time a problem presents itself the next time you face a crisis just stop for a moment and ask God what do you want me to learn from this what do you want to develop Within Me Now let us pray father your word in James 4:14 says whereas you do not know what will happen tomorrow for what is your life it is even a vapor that

appears for a little time and then vanishes away this is a sobering reminder of how short the life we live on this Earth really is and so Lord Jesus right now we run to you and we cling to you because salvation can only be found in you eternal life can only be found in you help us master so that we may live this life For Your Glory help us to live a life that is always seeking to obey your will and your commands God I desire to Be an Effective Christian one who has a burning

passion to witness about the amazing love of Jesus Christ father give us hearts that are sensitive to the voice of the Holy Spirit give us hearts that are sensitive to the voice of Jesus Christ so that whenever you speak will hear your voice and will know your voice help us to tune out every voice from this world and give us a spirit that is able to discern good from Evil and Lord as this world keeps drifting farther from you every day I pray that I would draw closer and closer to you every day as your

children father give us the wisdom and ability to discern and recognize when Satan is trying to deceive us and lead us away from you father help us so that we would not backslide in our faith or begin to compromise with sin help us to be Faithful Servants up until the day you return Lord make our hearts receptive to you help us to recognize your hand in every Earthly matter your word in Ezekiel 36: 26 and 27 say I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you I will take the Heart

of Stone out of your flesh and give you a heart of Flesh I will put my spirit within you and cause you to walk in my statutes and you will keep my judgments and do them God right now we receive your spirit we receive the Holy Spirit and according to to your word you will put your spirit within me and you will cause me to walk in your statutes Holy Spirit Empower us to walk in Holiness Holy Spirit Empower us to walk with the eyes of Faith Empower us to walk in alignment with God's word

help us holy spirit so that we can let go of every sin every Idol every addiction that weighs us down and instead we can walk our walk with Christ set my heart Ablaze for you and for your kingdom Lord don't allow me to be lukewarm stir my spirit up and awaken a hunger within me for you and you alone Lord I bless your holy name and I thank you for listening to this prayer it's in the matchless name ofes Jesus Christ that I pray amen
