we all desire to be loved and to love in return whether you're single in a relationship or married love is something that we all crave and long for as we go through life we encounter different people and sometimes we may find ourselves drawn to someone in a way that we can't explain it's like there's a magnetic pole that draws us toward that person we may find ourselves thinking about them all the time and our hearts May skip a beat when we're around them but how do we know if that person is the one that God

has intended for us to be with it's easy to get caught up in the feelings of love and attraction but as Christians we know that there's more to a relationship than just a physical or emotional connection we believe that God has a plan for our lives and that includes our relationships when God wants us to be with someone there are certain things that will happen that we can't ignore today I want to share with you three key things that happen when God wants us to be with someone these things will help us to discern whether

or not the person we're with is the right one for us so if you are single and wondering if that special someone is the one for you or if you're in a relationship and wondering if you're on the right track then this message is for you number one you feel a deep sense of peace it can be discouraging when we're searching for love and can't seem to find it we may have gone through heartbreak and disappointment in the past leaving us feeling uncertain about our future but if we trust in God's plan for our lives

we can find Hope and peace in knowing that he has someone special in store for us when we experience a deep sense of Peace in a relationship it's a sign that we're on the right path we won't feel anxious or uncertain about the future but instead we'll feel a sense of calm and contentedness this peace comes from knowing that we're in the right place at the right time with the right person if you haven't found that deep sense of Peace yet don't lose hope God's timing is perfect and he knows what we need better than

we do keep trusting in Him and He will lead you to the right person at the right time one way to cultivate this sense of peace is to spend time with God in prayer and reflection ask him to guide you in your relationships and to help you discern whether a particular person is the right one for you seek his will above your own desires and trust that he will lead you in the right direction remember God's peace is not dependent on our circumstances or the people in our lives it's a peace that surpasses all understanding

and comes from our relationship with Jesus Christ no matter what happens in our relationships we can find comfort and security in him so if you are feeling discouraged or heartbroken in your search for love take heart God has a plan for your life and he wants you to experience the joy and peace that comes from being with the right person keep trusting in Him and He will lead you to the love story that he has written just for you in Philippians 4 7 the bible says and the peace of God which surpasses all understanding will

guard your hearts and Minds in Christ Jesus this verse reminds us that God's peace is beyond our understanding but it's available to us through our relationship with Jesus Christ number two you have a shared sense of purpose as human beings we have a natural desire to feel like our lives have meaning and purpose when we are in a relationship it's important to feel like we're working towards something greater than ourselves this is why a shared sense of purpose comes into play when we're with the right person we feel like we're working towards a common goal

or Mission this sense of purpose will give our relationship Direction and meaning whether it's related to our career our family or our faith having a shared sense of purpose can be a driving force in our relationship it's important to note that this sense of purpose doesn't necessarily mean that we have to have the same exact goals or aspirations instead it's about having a shared vision for our lives and our relationship it's about being able to support and encourage each other as we work towards our individual goals and the goals we share as a couple in

Amos 3 verse 3 the Bible says can two walk together unless they are agreed the Bible reminds us that we need to be on the same page with the person we're with if we want to move forward together this means having a shared sense of purpose and a shared vision for our lives when we're working towards something greater than ourselves it can bring us closer together and help us to weather the storms that come our way if you're currently feeling lost or uncertain about your relationship take some time to reflect on your shared sense of

bring out the best in each other there's nothing quite like being with someone who brings out the best in you you feel a sense of growth and transformation when you're with the right person you'll Inspire each other to be your best selves and you'll help each other to overcome your weaknesses it's important to note that bringing out the best in each other doesn't mean that you'll be perfect you'll still have your flaws and your struggles but you'll have someone by your side who loves you for who you are and encourages you to be the best

version of yourself in first Thessalonians 5 11 the Bible says therefore encourage one another and build one another up just as you are doing this verse reminds us of the importance of encouraging and supporting each other when we're in a relationship with someone we have the opportunity to build each other up and help each other reach our full potential we can be each other's biggest cheerleaders celebrating each other's successes and supporting each other through tough times when you're in a relationship with someone who brings out the best in you you'll feel a deep sense of

gratitude and appreciation you'll be thankful for the ways they've helped you grow and become a better person and you'll want to do the same for them if you're currently feeling discouraged or heartbroken remember that God has a plan for your life he wants you to be with someone who brings out the best in you and supports you in your journey don't settle for less than you deserve trusting God's timing and his plan and he will lead you to the person who is meant to be your partner and your cheerleader it's important to remember that bringing

out the best in each other is a two-way street if you want to be with someone who brings out the best in you you need to be willing to do the same for them be supportive encouraging and loving and you'll create a relationship that brings out the best in both of you in conclusion it's important to remember that when it comes to relationships God's will should always be our top priority we may have our own desires and plans but ultimately it's God who knows what's best for us he knows the desires of your heart and

he wants to lead you to the person who is meant to be your partner and your companion in life don't give up hope and don't settle for less than you deserve trust in God's timing and his plan and he will lead you to the right person at the right time at the end of the day we can trust in God's promises and his faithfulness in Proverbs 16 3 the Bible says commit your work to the Lord and your plans will be established if we can commit our relationships and our desires to God he will establish
