Lord, Take Control of My Life and Lead Me in Your Perfect Way Today | Morning Prayer

before we pray let's first take a moment to listen to God's word and then we'll pray together Psalm 73:26 says my flesh and my heart May Fail but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever what a powerful reminder you don't have to carry the weight of everything on your own you don't have to know all the answers or have everything figured out there will be days when you feel weak when life feels too heavy when the path ahead seems uncertain but you are not walking alone God is leading the way Jesus

is in the boat with you the storm may be fierce but he is stronger the waves may rise high but he is higher when you feel like you're sinking he is the one reaching out to lift you up just like he did for Peter he will not let you drown the enemy wants you to believe that you are lost that no one sees your struggle but that is not true God sees you he knows exactly what you're facing even when your strength runs out he never grows tired when you don't know what to do next

he is already making a way so when life feels overwhelming when fear fills your heart when you don't know where to turn surrender it all to God let him take control let him lead you step by step hold on to this promise My Flesh and my heart May Fail but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever let that be your anchor today when you feel weak let his strength carry you when fear Creeps in let his peace take over when you can't see the next step trust that he is guiding you

forward you are not alone you are not forgotten God is with you and he will never fail you let him lead the way now let's take a moment to pray together Lord Jesus I come before you today surrendering everything into your hands I don't want to rely on my own understanding or try to control things that only you can handle I need you to take control of my life to lead the way and to guide my every step I don't want to walk this journey alone I need your presence to go before me behind me

and beside me in every season whether I am standing in the light of Joy or walking through the valley of Trials let your name be glorified in my life no matter what comes my way I choose to to fix my eyes on you the one who holds my future and directs my path teach me Lord to follow where you lead there are times when the road ahead seems uncertain when fear Whispers doubts into my heart and when my mind is flooded with questions I don't always understand why things happen the way they do and sometimes

I struggle to trust that everything will work out but even in the unknown I choose to trust you I know that you are working all things for my good even when life feels chaotic your ways are higher than mine and your timing is perfect help me to wait patiently even when the answers don't come right away help me to lean on you instead of relying on my own understanding when I am tempted to take matters into my own hands remind me that you are already in control I don't need to have all the answers because

you do I don't need to know what's next because you are already there I choose to rely on you instead of My Own Strength too often I try to carry burdens that were never meant for me I strive I worry I try to fix everything on my own but today I choose to lay it all down at your feet I confess that I cannot do this alone and I don't have to because you are my strength my deliverer and my everpresent help Lord take control of my life remove anything that is not from you guide

me in the direction you want me to go give me the wisdom to make the right choices and the faith to trust you even when things don't make sense I believe that no matter what I face you will be my rescue when I walk through deep Waters I will not drown for you are with me when I go through fiery trials I will not be consumed for you are my shield even when I feel overwhelmed I know that I am not alone your word promises in Isaiah 43:2 says when you pass through the waters I

will be with you and through the rivers they shall not overwhelm you when you walk through fire you shall not be burned and the flame shall not consume you so I will not be afraid because you are with me I will not be discouraged because I know that you are working all things for my good I will not give into doubt because I stand on the truth of your promises holy spirit guide my heart when I feel lost when confusion sets in and when I am tempted to look for answers in the wrong places remind

me that true wisdom comes from you alone the world offers empty solutions that cannot satisfy but your word is the only truth that stands forever Lead Me To The Still Waters of your presence where my soul can find rest teach me to quiet my anxious thoughts and to listen for your voice above all the noise help me to recognize when you are speaking and give me the courage to obey when you call me to step out in faith when I feel impatient remind me that your timing is perfect when I feel fearful remind me that

you have not given me a spirit of fear but of power love and a sound mind when I feel weak remind me that your grace is sufficient and your power is made perfect in my weakness Lord I take refuge in you Psalm 73:28 declares but for me it is good to be near God I have made the Lord God my refuge that I may tell of all your works it is good for me to be near you Lord it is good for me to seek you above all else to run into your arms and to

rest in the safety of your love you are my Fortress my protector and my Hiding Place I take shelter in you knowing that you will never fail me even when everything around me feels unstable you remain my solid foundation I'm equipped for this season the enemy May whisper lies telling me that I not strong enough not capable enough not worthy enough but I refuse to believe those lies your word says that I am more than a conqueror through Christ who loves me I'm Not Alone In This Storm I'm not abandoned I'm not defeated I will

not be overcome by fear because you Lord are with me you will never give me more than I can bear and I trust that you have already prepared the way for my victory even if I can't see it yet I know that your plans for me are good your purpose for me is sure and your promises for me are unshakable although my heart and my flesh May Fail I stand firm on your word Revelation 12:11 says that I have overcome by the blood of the lamb and by the word of my testimony so today I

declare victory over my life I declare peace that surpasses all understanding I declare joy that no circumstance can take away I declare breakthrough in areas where I have been stuck I declare the chains are breaking doors are opening and mountains are moving I plead the blood of Jesus over my life I ask you father to go before me to make the Crooked path straight and to break every chain that seeks to hold me back even when I face situations that leave me with more questions than answers I will not fear I will not be discouraged

I will not be shaken because I know what your word says in Deuteronomy 31:8 it is the Lord who goes before you he will be with you he will not leave you or forsake you do not fear or be dismayed Lord I Surrender every worry every fear every doubt to you I lay them at your feet knowing that you are greater than anything I face you hold my future in your hand plans and your plans for me are beyond what I could ever imagine even when I don't understand I will trust you even when I

can't see the way forward I will follow you even when I feel weak I will declare the Lord is my strength and my portion forever so today I give you all the glory all the honor and all the praise take take control of my life Lord and Lead me where you want me to go I trust you completely in Jesus name I pray amen if this prayer has touched your heart please type amen as a sign of faith I pray that every blessing in this prayer is now upon you in the name of Jesus and
